This is as a result of initiatives taken by many tourism and leisure operators, as well as actors from the medico-social worker's sector. There has also been the establishment of a national campaign, entrusted by the delegated Ministry of Tourism to the Tourism and Handicaps Association (ATH). The campaign aims firstly, to make tourism accessible to customers with special needs, and secondly, to promote accessibility through the awarding of a certification label. Recently, a new label which defends accessibility in a specific area called "destination for all" has been created. This new label shows the evolution of accessibility from an ecological and systemic perspective which seems more practical and operational to respond to the daily needs and life of people with disabilities.展开更多

The configuration of a fully collapsed ring is considered as a real dumbbell shape with a line touch between two 'bells', instead of the dumbbell shape with a point touch of two diametrically opposite points. Calculations are performed assuming that the dominant effect on the plastic energy dissipation has the circumferential bending mode. For the linear strain-hardening materials it is found that theoretical predictions based on the above model for both propagation pressure and initiation nressure are in good agreement with experimental results of Kyriakides et al.展开更多

Surface diffusion was assumed to be the predominant mechanism in every section of the junction of two metal fibers in this model, which was addressed numerically using the level- set method. The growth rates of the sintering necks in the direction of the bisector of obtuse angle, the bisector of acute angle and the fiber axis were discussed in detail. It is found that the growth rate of the sintering necks decreases with fiber angle increasing in the direction of the fiber axis and the bisector of acute angle. However, an opposite variation in growth rate of sintering necks can be found in the direction of the bisector of obtuse angle. The numerical simulation results show that the growth rate of the sintering necks is significantly affected by the initial local geomet- rical structure which is determined by the fiber angle.展开更多
