Optimization of Injection Parameters for Profile Control and Flooding in an Oilfield during High Water Cut Period

In order to improve the effect of water control and oil stabilization during high water cut period, a mathematical model of five point method well group was established with the high water cut well group of an Oilfield as the target area, the variation law of water cut and recovery factor of different injection parameters was analyzed, and the optimization research of injection parameters of polymer enhanced foam flooding was carried out. The results show that the higher the injection rate, the lower the water content curve, and the higher the oil recovery rate. As the foam defoamed when encountering oil, when the injection time was earlier than 80% of water cut, the later the injection time was, the better the oil displacement effect would be. When the injection time was later than 80% of water cut, the later the injection time was, the worse the oil displacement effect would be. The larger the injection volume, the lower the water content curve and the higher the recovery rate. After the injection volume exceeded 0.2 PV, the amplitude of changes in water content and recovery rate slowed down. The optimal injection parameters of profile control agent for high water content well group in Oilfield A were: injection rate of 15 m<sup>3</sup>/d, injection timing of 80% water content, and injection volume of 0.2 PV. 展开更多

In view of the rapid decline rate of oil production and gradual increase of water cut in oil wells in Block S, based on the determination of the formula of foam profile control agent, the optimization study of foam profile control injection scheme was carried out. Petrel software is used to establish a facies controlled geological model based on stochastic modeling method in Block S, and CMG software is used for numerical simulation to design 7 sets of foam profile control prediction schemes. Dynamic data and numerical simulation methods are used to optimize foam injection mode and injection cycle. By simulating and calculating, the optimal injection method of alternating gas and liquid injection and the optimal plan with an injection period of 2 months were selected. Through the calculation results of various research plans, it can be seen that the water content of the optimal plan has decreased significantly, and the oil production rate has increased significantly, in order to slow down production decline, control water content rise, extend the economic recovery period of the oilfield, and achieve the goal of improving oil recovery. 展开更多

A set of data-processing middleware for a high-powered neutral beam injection(NBI) control system is presented in this paper.The middleware,based on TCP/IP and multi-threading technologies,focuses mainly on data processing and transmission.It separates the data processing and compression from data acquisition and storage.It provides universal transmitting interfaces for different software circumstances,such as WinCC,LabView and other measurement systems. The experimental data acquired on Windows,QNX and Linux platforms are processed by the middleware and sent to the monitoring applications.There are three middleware deployment models:serial processing,parallel processing and alternate serial processing.By using these models,the middleware solves real-time data-processing problems on heterogeneous environmental acquisition hardware with different operating systems and data applications. 展开更多

Injection molding machine,hydraulic elevator,speed actuators belong to variable speed pump control cylinder system.Because variable speed pump control cylinder system is a nonlinear hydraulic system,it has some problems such as response lag and poor steady-state accuracy.To solve these problems,for the hydraulic cylinder of injection molding machine driven by the servo motor,a fractional order proportion-integration-diferentiation(FOPID)control strategy is proposed to realize the speed tracking control.Combined with the adaptive differential evolution algorithm,FOPID control strategy is used to determine the parameters of controller on line based on the test on the servo-motor-driven gear-pump-controlled hydraulic cylinder injection molding machine.Then the slef-adaptive differential evolution fractional order PID controller(SADE-FOPID)model of variable speed pump-controlled hydraulic cylinder is established in the test system with simulated loading.The simulation results show that compared with the classical PID control,the FOPID has better steady-state accuracy and fast response when the control parameters are optimized by the adaptive differential evolution algorithm.Experimental results show that SADE-FOPID control strategy is effective and feasible,and has good anti-load disturbance performance. 展开更多

A distributed control system of Neutral Beam Injector (NBI) on the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST-NBI) is briefly presented in this paper. The control system is developed in accordance with the experimental operational characteristics of the EAST- NBI. The NBI control system (NBICS), which is based on the computer network technologies and classified according to the control levels, consists of three levels: a remote monitoring layer, a server control layer, and a field control layer. The 3-layer architecture is capable of extending the system functions and upgrading devices. The timing system provides the reference clock of the synchronization and interlock for the EAST-NBI system. An interlock system ensures the safety of the experiment operators and field devices. Both of the ion sources of the beamline are designed to operate independently. This lays an important foundation for developing a control system for the second beamline on EAST. Experimental results demonstrate that the NBICS meets functional requirements of the EAST-NBI control, and makes experimental operations visual and automatic. 展开更多

The kinetic characteristics of the clamping unit of plastic injection molding machine that is controlled by close loop with newly developed double speed variable pump unit are investigated. Considering the wide variation of the cylinder equivalent mass caused by the transmission ratio of clamping unit and the severe instantaneous impact force acted on the cylinder during the mold closing and opening process, an adaptive control principle of parameter and structure is proposed to improve its kinetic performance. The adaptive correlation between the acceleration feedback gain and the variable mass is derived. The pressure differential feedback is introduced to improve the dynamic performance in the case of small inertia and heavy impact load. The adaptation of sum pressure to load is used to reduce the energy loss of the system. The research results are verified by the simulation and experiment, The investigation method and the conclusions are also suitable for the differential cylinder system controlled by the traditional servo pump unit. 展开更多

The soluable pesticides injected into the trunk can transported insides to every part of the tree to kill pests. The change of pesticides inside the tree was observed. The result showed that injecting pesticides once a year could kill above 80% of the pests which happened once annually. The effect of injection lasts longer than that of applying the pesticide outside. The pesticides injected into the tree are not affected by environment and do not kill natural enemies directly,and the residual amount of pesticides is below the international standard level. 展开更多

Surface subsidence is a typical ground movement due to longwall mining, which causes a series of environmental problems and hazards. In China, intensive coal extractions are commonly operated under dense-populated coalfields, which exacerbates the negative subsequences resulted from surface settlement. Therefore, effective approaches to control the ground subsidence are in urgent need for the Chinese coal mining industry. This paper presents a newly developed subsidence control technology: isolated overburden grout injection, including the theory, technique and applications. Relevant procedures such as injection system design, grouting material selection, borehole layout, grout take estimation and injection process design are proposed. The applicability of this technology has been demonstrated through physical modelling, field measurements, and case studies. Since 2009, the technology has been successfully applied to 14 longwall areas in 9 Chinese coal mines. The ultimate surface subsidence factors vary from 0.10 to 0.15. This method has a great potential to be popularized and performed where longwall mining are implemented under villages and ground infrastructures. 展开更多

Diagnostic Sacroiliac Joint Injections: Is a Control Block Necessary?

Background: Sacroiliac joint (SIJ) pain presents as a deep and somatic pain, predominantly affecting the lower back and buttock and referring down the leg, sometimes as far as the foot. Given that the features of SIJ pain are non-specific and that this referred pain is similar to lumbar facet joint and lumbar disc pain, diagnostic local anesthetic injections (diagnostic blocks) into the SIJ are used to identify the source of pain. Despite wide use, little is known about the false positive rate of a single diagnostic sacroiliac (SI) block and the requirement for a control block. Objective: To determine whether a control SI block is necessary and to monitor the false positive rate for a single injection. Study Design: A prospective and observational study was conducted as part of a practice audit, with data collected over 3.5 years at the authors’ private practice. Patients & Methods: Under fluoroscopic guidance, 1408 consecutive patients presenting with prominent deep somatic pain over the SIJ region were sterilely injected with anesthetic into the SIJ and/or the deep interosseous ligament (DIL). Pain was measured on the 11-point Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) prior to injection and incrementally over the following 1- 2 weeks. Fully completed and unequivocal data sets were available for 1060 patients. Decreases in pain scores (of >80%) at >2 hours of post-injection were indicative of SIJ pain and recorded as a positive SIJ block. Results: Of 1060 patients receiving a first SIJ diagnostic block, 680 (64.1%) recorded a positive result. Subsequently, 271 positive patients and 22 who were negative for SIJ pain opted to receive a second control block. SIJ pain diagnosis was confirmed in 237/271 (87.5%) of those with an initial positive response, while 18/22 patients (81%) had their initial negative result confirmed. The false positive rate of a single block is therefore calculated at 12.5%, and on a contingency table analysis, a single anesthetic SIJ injection has diagnostic accuracy of 87.03%, with high sensitivity (98.3%), when compared with a second control diagnostic block. Limitations: All injections were performed at one clinical centre. A proportion (348/1408) of initial patients did not return fully completed pain records or had equivocal responses (≥80% pain relief, but transiently, for ≤30 min) and were excluded from further analysis. Conclusion: Given the observed high rates of accuracy in this study, it is reasonable to suggest the use of one diagnostic block as the criterion standard for assessing the SIJ as the source of a patient’s pain. 展开更多

Water-assisted injection molding(WAIM),a newly developed fluid-assisted injection molding technology has drawn more and more attentions for the energy saving,short cooling circle time and high quality of products.Existing research for the process of WAIM has shown that the pressure control of the injecting water is mostly important for the WAIM.However,the proportional pressure control for the WAIM system is quite complex due to the existence of nonlinearities in the water hydraulic system.In order to achieve better pressure control performance of the injecting water to meet the requirements of the WAIM,the proportional pressure control of the WAIM system is investigated both numerically and experimentally.A newly designed water hydraulic system for WAIM is first modeled in AMEsim environment,the load characteristics and the nonlinearities of water hydraulic system are both considered,then the main factors affecting the injecting pressure and load flow rate are extensively studied.Meanwhile,an open-loop model-based compensation control strategy is employed to regulate the water injection pressure and a feedback proportional integrator controller is further adopted to achieve better control performance.In order to verify the AMEsim simulation results WAIM experiment for particular Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene(ABS) parts is implemented and the measured experimental data including injecting pressure and flow rate results are compared with the simulation.The good coincidence between experiment and simulation shows that the AMEsim model is accurate,and the tracking performance of the load pressure indicates that the proposed control strategy is effective for the proportional pressure control of the nonlinear WAIM system.The proposed proportional pressure control strategy and the conclusions drawn from simulation and experiment contribute to the application of water hydraulic proportional control and WAIM technology. 展开更多

The facies-controlled geological model of S103 well area was generated using random model based on Petrel software and using numerical simulation based on CMG software. Gas liquid alternating injection pattern was optimized as the optimal solution through the simulation optimization. Two months are optimized as the optimal solution through the simulation optimization. The cumulative oil production is 0.933 × 107 kg which is higher than the value of subsequent water flooding and the other three. Water-assisted injection molding(WAIM), an innovative process to mold plastic parts with hollow sections, is characterized with intermittent, periodic process and large pressure and flow rate variation. Energy savings and injection pressure control can not be .attained based on conventional valve control system. Moreover, the injection water can not be supplied directly by water hydraulic proportional control system. Poor efficiency and control performance are presented by current trial systems, which pressurize injection water by compressed air. In this paper, a novel water hydraulic system is developed applying an accumulator for energy saving. And a new differential pressure control method is proposed by using pressure cylinder and water hydraulic proportional pressure relief valve for back pressure control. Aiming at design of linear controller for injection water pressure regulation, a linear load model is approximately built through computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation on two-phase flow cavity filling process with variable temperature and viscosity, and a linear model of pressure control system is built with the load model and linearization of water hydraulic components. According to the simulation, model based feedback is brought forward to compensate the pressure decrease during accumulator discharge and eliminate the derivative element of the system. Meanwhile, the steady-state error can be reduced and the capacity of resisting disturbance can be enhanced, by closed-loop control of load pressure with integral compensation. Through the developed experimental system in the State Key Lab of Fluid Power Transmission and Control, Zhejiang University, China, the static characteristic of the water hydraulic proportional relief valve was tested and output pressure control of the system in Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene(ABS) parts molding experiments was also studied. The experiment results show that the dead band and hysteresis of the water hydraulic proportional pressure relief valve are large, but the control precision and linearity can be improved with feed-forward compensation. With the experimental results of injection water pressure control, the applicability of this WAIM system and the effect of its linear controller are verified. The novel proposed process of WAIM pressure control and study on characteristics of control system contribute to the application of water hydraulic proportional control and WAIM technology. 展开更多

目的观察谷红注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法该研究为一项多中心、前瞻性研究,采用随机、双盲、平行对照的临床试验设计方法。纳入2021年7月22日至2024年4月30日就诊于31家医院的急性缺血性脑卒中患者2000例... 目的观察谷红注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法该研究为一项多中心、前瞻性研究,采用随机、双盲、平行对照的临床试验设计方法。纳入2021年7月22日至2024年4月30日就诊于31家医院的急性缺血性脑卒中患者2000例。经筛选随机分组后,试验组纳入999例,对照组纳入1000例。试验组给予谷红注射液,对照组给予安慰剂(生理盐水),2组疗程均为10 d。比较2组患者发病90 d后的改良Rankin量表(mRS)相对于基线期的变化情况,评估经治疗后mRS评分≤2分的患者比例。观察并记录2组患者治疗期间出现的不良反应情况。结果发病90 d后,试验组mRS评分≤2分的患者比例[71.10%,710/999]高于对照组[65.10%,651/1000],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在整个试验期间,试验组不良反应的发生率为0.70%,对照组不良反应的发生率为0.40%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。综合不良反应、临床实验室检查、心电图和生命体征等安全性评价指标结果,试验组与对照组安全性相当。结论谷红注射液具有疗效确切、安全可靠的优点,且能够提高临床顺应性,可有效改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广使用。 展开更多

目的 :比较氢吗啡酮静脉自控镇痛(patient-controlled intravenous analgesia,PCIA)与皮下注射对口腔肿瘤患者术后镇痛的疼痛控制效果及安全性。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年3月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院收治的口腔肿瘤术后患... 目的 :比较氢吗啡酮静脉自控镇痛(patient-controlled intravenous analgesia,PCIA)与皮下注射对口腔肿瘤患者术后镇痛的疼痛控制效果及安全性。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年3月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院收治的口腔肿瘤术后患者200例,根据随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各100例。试验组采用氢吗啡酮PCIA镇痛,对照组采用氢吗啡酮皮下注射镇痛。比较2组疼痛控制效果(BPI-C评分)、血清标志物[前列腺素E2(PGE2)、5羟色胺(5-HT)、一氧化氮(NO)、生长激素(GH)、皮质醇(Cor)、泌乳素(PRL)]、炎症因子表达水平[血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)]、睡眠质量(失眠严重指数)及安全性。采用SPSS 23.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:术后48 h,试验组BPI-C评分中的目前疼痛程度、平均疼痛程度、过去24 h内最痛的疼痛程度、过去24 h内最轻的疼痛程度、过去24 h内接受疼痛处置后疼痛缓解程度评分及PGE2、5-HT、NO、GH、Cor、PRL、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1周,试验组ISI评分中的入睡困难、睡眠维持困难、早醒、睡眠模式、日常功能、生活质量、睡眠问题评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为10.00%,对照组为13.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口腔肿瘤术后患者应用氢吗啡酮PCIA,不仅能有效缓解疼痛感受,还能降低血清疼痛介质及炎症因子表达,进而减轻应激反应,改善患者睡眠质量,且不会增加不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。 展开更多
