Viscous Inner and Outer Pressure Forming Method of Thin-walled Tube and Its Application 被引量:3

Aiming at overcoming the difficulties in integral forming of thin-walled tubes with complex shapes, a novel forming method by inner and outer pressure through viscous was proposed. In this method, by dividing large deformation of the part into inner and outer pressure forming deformations, the limit deformation of tube part can be increased by several times. Meanwhile, the principle of viscous inner and outer pressure forming was provided, and key problems during the forming process such as reduction of the wall-thickness and instability wrinkling were analyzed. Thereby, the complex curved surface super-alloy GH3044 thin-walled tube with varying diameter ratio of 1.35(the ratio between the maximum and minimum diameters of the part) can be integrally formed by this method. The experimental surface of the formed part is superior in quality and the wall-thickness distribution is uniform. The results show that the viscous inner and outer pressure forming can provide a new approach for integral forming of thin-walled tubes with complex shapes. 展开更多

Some Haken-Lorenz lasers with chaos behaviors are taken as the nodes to construct a few nearest neighbor complex networks and those sub-networks are also connected to form a network group. The effective node controllers are designed based on Lyapunov function and the complete synchronization among the sub-networks is realized perfectly under inner and outer couplings. Effect of the Initial Vortex Structure on Intensity Change During Eyewall Replacement Cycle of Tropical Cyclones:A Numerical Study

This study investigates the effect of the initial tropical cyclone(TC)vortex structure on the intensity change during the eyewall replacement cycle(ERC)of TCs based on two idealized simulations using the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF)model.Results show that an initially smaller TC with weaker outer winds experienced a much more drastic intensity change during the ERC than an initially larger TC with stronger outer winds.It is found that an initially larger TC vortex with stronger outer winds favored the development of more active spiral rainbands outside the outer eyewall,which slowed down the contraction and intensification of the outer eyewall and thus prolonged the duration of the concentric eyewall and slow intensity evolution.In contrast,the initially smaller TC with weaker outer winds corresponded to higher inertial stability in the inner core and weaker inertial stability but stronger filamentation outside the outer eyewall.These led to stronger boundary layer inflow,stronger updraft and convection in the outer eyewall,and suppressed convective activity outside the outer eyewall.These resulted in the rapid weakening during the formation of the outer eyewall,followed by a rapid re-intensification of the TC during the ERC.Our study demonstrates that accurate initialization of the TC structure in numerical models is crucial for predicting changes in TC intensity during the ERC.Additionally,monitoring the activity of spiral rainbands outside the outer eyewall can help to improve short-term intensity forecasts for TCs experiencing ERCs. 展开更多

This paper presented an investigation on a stiffened joint in practical engineering which was between concrete-filled steel tubular column and steel beam with narrow outer diaphragm and partial joint penetration welds. Through the low-frequency cyclic loading test, the cyclic behavior and failure mode of the specimen were investigated. The results of the test indicated the failure mode and bearing capacity of the specimen which were influenced by the axial compression ratio of the concrete-filled tubular column. On the contrary, the inner diaphragm and inner stiffeners had limited impacts on the hysteretic behavior of the joint. There was no hysteresis damage fracture on the narrow outer diaphragm connected to the concrete-filled steel tubular column with partial joint penetration welds. Due to the excellent ductility and energy dissipating capacity, the proposed joint could be applied to the seismic design of high-rise buildings in highly intensive seismic region, but axial compression ratio should be controlled to avoid unfavorable failure modes. 展开更多

Due to the importance of such decomposition, Kumarasan and Rao(1999), implementing the idea of the Szeg?o limit theorem(see below),proposed an algorithm to obtain approximations of the minimum-phase signal of a polynomial analytic signal fa(e^(it)) = e^(iN0t)M∑k=0a_k^(eikt),(0.1)where a_0≠ 0, a_M≠ 0. Their method involves minimizing the energy E(f_a, h_1, h_2,..., h_H) =1/(2π)∫_0^(2π)|1+H∑k=1h_k^(eikt)|~2|fa(e^(it))|~2dt(0.2) with the undetermined complex numbers hk's by the least mean square error method. In the limiting procedure H →∞, one obtains approximate solutions of the minimum-phase signal. What is achieved in the present paper is two-fold. On one hand, we rigorously prove that, if fa(e^(it)) is a polynomial analytic signal as given in(0.1),then for any integer H≥M, and with |fa(e^(it))|~2 in the integrand part of(0.2) being replaced with 1/|fa(e^(it))|~2,the exact solution of the minimum-phase signal of fa(e^(it)) can be extracted out. The advantage of the TM system method is that the parameters α_1,..., α_n,...determining the system can be adaptively selected in order to increase computational efficiency. Morphology and dispersity are key factors for activating peroxymonosulfate(PMS).In this study,we designed a recyclable open-type NiCo_(2)O_(4) hollow microsphere via a simple hydrothermal method with the assistance of an NH_(3) vesicle.The physical structure and chemical properties were characterized using techniques such as scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),N2 adsorption and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The test results confirm that the inner and outer surfaces of open-type NiCo_(2)O_(4) hollow-sphere can be efficiently utilized because of the hole on the surface of the catalyst,which can minimize the diffusion resistance of the reactants and products.Under optimized conditions,the total orga nic carbon(TOC) removal efficiency of rhodamine B(RhB) can reach up to 80% in 40 min,which is almost 50% shorter than the reported values.The reactive radicals were identified and the proposed reaction mechanism was well described.Moreover,the disturbances of HCO_(3)^(-),NO_(3)^(-),Cl^(-)and H_(2) PO_(4)^(-)were further investigated.As a result,HCO_(3)-and NO_(3)-suppressed the reaction while Cl-and H_(2) PO4-had a double effect on reaction. 展开更多
