The traditional Physical Geography teaching,focusing on theory and neglecting practice and innovation,fails to meet the needs of talent cultivation.In response to the aforementioned pedagogical challenges,this study adopts a student-centered and holistic educational philosophy,leveraging an intelligent teaching platform to develop a research-oriented teaching model.This model integrates scientific research papers and current news as context,thematic presentations as an introduction to knowledge,and field internships,annual papers,research projects,and disciplinary competitions as practical bridges.The aim is to enhance students’comprehension of the course material,foster innovative thinking and research capabilities,and drive comprehensive reform and innovation in Physical Geography courses within higher education institutions.

Application and Discussion on the Training of Innovative Graduate Talent Against the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

Against the background of the“double first-class”construction,the training of innovative graduate talent has become an important issue in higher education.This article discusses the importance of the training of top graduate innovative talent,analyzes the status of the training of top graduate innovative talent at home and abroad,and summarizes the current challenges in the training of graduate innovative talent in China.Lastly,this paper proposes relevant reform suggestions in response to problems in the training of innovative graduate talent,which provides important references for improving the quality of innovative graduate training.

Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents in Architecture under the Cooperation of Production, Teaching and Research

In current training of architectural talents, there are a series of problems, such as separation of teaching, scientific research and production, rigid teaching mode and lack of practice and innovative ability, which make it hard to achieve the goal of training the idealized innovative talents. In order to solve these problems and the confusion of architecture in the cultivation of innovative talents, a production-teachingresearch integrated iterative platform was built at the levels of teacher and student. In the platform, the 32 modules involving teaching, researching and producing can be linked according to the logical relationship and teaching needs, thus helping the development of teaching by scientific research and production achievements. The teaching system under this kind of mutual assistance has positive significance to the training of innovative talents in architecture.

Research on the Cultivation Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents with New Technology Use in Higher Education Institutions

The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education.

As a prominent branch of computer science,computer software focuses on technology development and practical application,and it is of great importance in modern social and economic life.Universities need to train postgraduate students that master software engineering to satisfy the needs of high-level talents,preparing for the rapid development of the software industry.Postgraduate is an important stage to cultivate talented students in software engineering.Mentors in relevant majors need to combine advantages of their team while establishing an innovative mode for training talents,mining most potentials of students,and cultivating their ability.We have explored the team-based training mode of computer software major and scientific evaluation methods of innovation ability,shared critical importance in fulfilling fruitions of research,and proposed solutions to real problems especially under the background of“Double First-Class”.This paper decomposes and quantifies the evaluation indicators of the innovation ability of computer software graduate students through literature research and questionnaire surveys.Consequently,we establish a talent evaluation indexing system and build a team-based evaluation system for the innovation ability of graduate student in computer software major.

This paper takes the school-enterprise cooperation between the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC)and Baidu(China)Co.,Ltd.as an example to build the Paddle Paddle(Sichuan)AI Education Innovation Center by enjoying the best of both UESTC and Baidu(China),and cooperating with 16 universities in Sichuan Province.With the support of this center,both the school and the enterprise successfully built a school-enterprise collaborative AI innovative talent training model,which mainly serves the universities,industries,and districts.Furthermore,this training model is able to facilitate the update of the industrial intelligence and the regional economic development in southwest China,and also provide a reference for deep integration of school-enterprise collaboration and the cultivation of innovative talents in electronic information fields.
