HAP and TiO2 nanoparticles were incubated with the Bet- 7402 cells for 1 h and 8 h respectively. Then, cancer cells were collected and examined under transmission electron microscope (TEM). In cytoplasm, nanoparticle were contained in some vacuoles. Some death features of cell appear. The experimental results indicated that ICN can induce cancer cells death.展开更多

A crystal structure should be described with the space group corresponding to its true symmetry. 2. A new structure proposal should be tested, if it is realistic in principle. 3. A structure should be described with a space group in a setting given in the International Tables. 4. For a comparison with other structures the structure data should be standardized with the program STRUCTURE TIDY. 5. 揘ew?structure data should be checked in the databases, Chemical Abstracts or on-line internet resources, if they are really new. The list is supplemented with many explanations, commentaries, examples and references.展开更多

Outstanding charge transport in molecular crystals is of great importance in modern electronics and optoelectronics.The widely adopted strategies to enhance charge transport,such as restraining intermolecular vibratio...Outstanding charge transport in molecular crystals is of great importance in modern electronics and optoelectronics.The widely adopted strategies to enhance charge transport,such as restraining intermolecular vibration,are mostly limited to organic molecules,which are nearly inoperative in 2D inor-ganic molecular crystals currently.In this contribution,charge transport in 2D inorganic molecular crystals is improved by integrating charge-delocalized Se8 rings as building blocks,where the delocalized electrons on Se8 rings lift the intermolecular orbitals overlap,offering efficient charge transfer channels.Besides,α-Se flakes composed of charge-delocalized Se8 rings possess small exciton binding energy.Benefitting from these,α-Se flake exhibits excellent photodetection performance with an ultrafast response rate(�5μs)and a high detectivity of 1.08�1011 Jones.These findings contribute to a deeper under-standing of the charge transport of 2D inorganic molecular crystals composed of electron-delocalized inorganic molecules and pave the way for their poten-tial application in optoelectronics.展开更多
A novel connectivity index ^mG based on adjacency matrix of molecular graphs was proposed as follows: ^mG = ∑(gi·gj·g…)^0.5. The element gi of adjacency matrix was defined as gi=(1+Zi^1.4)/(1+ri^1....A novel connectivity index ^mG based on adjacency matrix of molecular graphs was proposed as follows: ^mG = ∑(gi·gj·g…)^0.5. The element gi of adjacency matrix was defined as gi=(1+Zi^1.4)/(1+ri^1.4), where Zi and ri are the charge number and the thermochemical radius of ion i respectively, and the radii ri for metal ions are taken to be the Goldschmidt radius. The regression analysis by the connectivity index 1G can provide a high-quality QSPR model for the lattice energies of 245 complex inorganic ionic crystal samples. The results imply, that the lattice energies may be expressed as a linear model of the connectivity index 1G. For the linear model the correlation coefficient r and the standard error s are 0.9998 and 228.72 kJ/mol, respectively. The cross-validation by the leave-one-out method demonstrates that the model is highly reliable from the point of view of statistics.展开更多
