Due to common influence of sun,wind,rain and other factors,it is very easy to cause various faults and damages of the instrument. The construction of regional automatic weather station network plays an important role in improving forecast accuracy,servicing local government and ecological civilization construction,providing scientific disaster prevention and relief decision-making basis for government department. In this paper,based on daily operation situation of regional automatic weather station in Shaoyang region,combining communication,hardware and software,fault situation of collector,temperature and humidity sensor,wind sensor and rainfall sensor in automatic weather station is analyzed in detail. Moreover,some common fault cases are listed and analyzed,some troubleshooting methods are summarized,and daily maintenance measures are proposed.展开更多

The interface is designed by VC++ and the calculation of test data, signal processing and graphical display are completed by MATLAB. The pro-gram converted from M-file to VC++ is completed by interface software, and a various multi-functional gear fault di-agnosis software system is successfully obtained. The software system, which has many functions including the intro-duction of gear vibration signals, signal processing, graphical display, fault detection and diagnosis, monitoring and so on, especially, the ability of diagnosing gear faults. The method has an important application in the field of mechanical fault diagnosis.展开更多

But,they are the parameters related to energy,and can not describe the fault trend because of varying load and conditions or too slight change of vibration signal. For this reason,three non-dimensional parameters are presented,namely waveform repeatability factor,waveform jumping factor and waveform similarity factor,called as waveform factors jointly,which are based on statistics analysis for the waveform and sensitive to the change of signal waveform. When they are used to extract the fault trend of rotary machines as a kind of technology of instrument and meter,they can reflect the fault trend better than the vibration intensity,peak amplitude and margin index.展开更多
Software debugging accounts for a vast majority of the financial and time costs in software developing and maintenance. Thus, approaches of software fault localization that can help automate the debugging process have...Software debugging accounts for a vast majority of the financial and time costs in software developing and maintenance. Thus, approaches of software fault localization that can help automate the debugging process have become a hot topic in the field of software engineering. Given the great demand for software fault localization, an approach based on the artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm is proposed to be integrated with other related techniques. In this process, the source program is initially instrumented after analyzing the dependence information. The test case sets are then compiled and run on the instrumented program, and execution results are input to the ABC algorithm. The algorithm can determine the largest fitness value and best food source by calculating the average fitness of the employed bees in the iteralive process. The program unit with the highest suspicion score corresponding to the best test case set is regarded as the final fault localization. Experiments are conducted with the TCAS program in the Siemens suite. Results demonstrate that the proposed fault localization method is effective and efficient. The ABC algorithm can efficiently avoid the local optimum, and ensure the validity of the fault location to a larger extent.展开更多
