However, changes in the functional connectivity between the defauk mode network and insula during pain remain unclear. This study used 3.0 T functional magnetic resonance imaging scans in 12 healthy sub- jects aged 24.8 ± 3.3 years to compare the differences in the functional activity and connectivity of the insula and default mode network between the baseline and pain condition induced by intramuscular injection of hypertonic saline. Compared with the baseline, the insula was more functionally connected with the medial prefrontal and lateral temporal cortices, whereas there was lower connectivity with the posterior cingulate cortex, precuneus and inferior parietal lobule in the pain condition. In addition, compared with baseline, the anterior cingulate cortex exhibited greater connectivity with the posterior insula, but lower connectivity with the anterior insula, during the pain condition. These data indicate that experimental low back pain led to dysfunction in the connectivity between the insula and default mode network resulting from an impairment of the regions of the brain related to cognition and emotion, suggesting the impor- tance of the interaction between these regions in pain processing.展开更多

Zircons from the auriferous quartz vein in the Rushan gold deposit, Jiaodong Peninsula, have high common Pb contents (206Pbc = 2.00%—15.88%) and Th/U ratios (0.31—1.35), and trap primary CO2-H2O fluid inclusion simi...Zircons from the auriferous quartz vein in the Rushan gold deposit, Jiaodong Peninsula, have high common Pb contents (206Pbc = 2.00%—15.88%) and Th/U ratios (0.31—1.35), and trap primary CO2-H2O fluid inclusion similar to ore-forming fluids, indicating that they grew from high Th/U ratio ore-forming fluids responsible for gold min- eralization. SHRIMP U-Pb analyses of these zircons gave an age of 117±3 Ma comparable with the ages reported by the former researches in the other areas in the Jiaodong Penin- sula, which is interpreted as the age of gold mineralization at Rushan. The age of SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating with 160±3 Ma from host rock Kunyushan monzogranite is different from that of the gold mineralization, indicating that there is no genetic relationship between gold mineralization and the granitic magmatism. 目的评价3.0 T术中磁共振成像(intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging,iMRI)联合弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)锥体束示踪导航及术中神经电生理监测(intraoperative neurophysiologicalmonitoring,IONM)技术在各种...目的评价3.0 T术中磁共振成像(intraoperative magnetic resonance imaging,iMRI)联合弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)锥体束示踪导航及术中神经电生理监测(intraoperative neurophysiologicalmonitoring,IONM)技术在各种累及岛叶的胶质瘤切除手术中的应用价值。方法 2010年9月至2011年6月以3.0 T iMRI数字一体化神经外科手术中心为平台,在iMRI功能导航结合IONM下对18例累及岛叶的胶质瘤实施切除手术。其中对10例主侧半球肿瘤采用唤醒麻醉下术中直接皮质电刺激进行语言区定位。对所有18例岛叶胶质瘤,术中均采用DTI导航结合术中连续经皮质刺激运动诱发电位和皮质下电刺激进行锥体束定位。结果通过iMRI实时扫描,18例患者中有13例发现肿瘤残留,其中6例在iMRI实时影像导航下获得了进一步切除,使肿瘤的影像学全切除率从5/18提高至9/18。经Fisher检验,iMRI前、后的肿瘤切除率(包括全切除及次全切除)具有统计学意义(P=0.046)。9例因DTI导航或IONM提示切缘临近功能皮质或深部锥体束,而未强求全切除。10例主侧半球肿瘤患者中,术后近期(1周内)出现一过性语言功能障碍5例,随访至术后1个月,语言功能均恢复到术前水平或以上;18例患者中3例术后近期出现肢体运动功能障碍,随访至术后1个月,其中2例完全恢复。总体术后1个月的神经功能障碍仅1例。无iMRI及IONM相关的并发症发生。结论应用3.0 T iMRI术中实时影像导航联合DTI锥体束示踪成像技术及IONM技术有助于最大程度地安全切除岛叶胶质瘤。展开更多

Methods The clinical manifestation and pathological characters of 30 cases of insula lesion were studied retrospectively. Results In the 30 cases of insula lesion, 21 lesions located in the dominant hemisphere. Seizure occurred as an initial symptom in 29 cases. Pathology examination found glioma in 26 cases, AVM in 1 case and cavernous angioma in 3 cases. Conclusion Seizure is usually the initial manifestation of insula lesion. Low-grade glioma and other benign lesions are the major pathological findings in the insula area.展开更多
目的探讨经侧裂-岛叶人路显微手术对基底节区高血压脑出血的疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月-2013年6月64例基底节高血压脑出血患者临床资料。其中41例行经侧裂-岛叶入路显微手术(A组);另23例行常规骨瓣开颅手术(B组),比较2组治疗效果及...目的探讨经侧裂-岛叶人路显微手术对基底节区高血压脑出血的疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月-2013年6月64例基底节高血压脑出血患者临床资料。其中41例行经侧裂-岛叶入路显微手术(A组);另23例行常规骨瓣开颅手术(B组),比较2组治疗效果及近远期预后。结果 A组手术时间(115.35±46.23)min、术后自动睁眼时间(5.22±3.43)h均短于B组(212.43±58.24)min、(8.74±4.51)h(P<0.05)。术后7 d A组GCS评分(11.92±2.73)分高于B组(9.85±2.46)分(P<0.05)。术后48 h行CT复查,A组血肿大部分清除率为80.49%(33/41)优于B组的56.52%(13/23)(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组并发症发生率无明显差异(39.02%vs.47.83%,P>0.05)。术后3个月随访,A组优良率为60.98%(25/41),明显高于B组的34.78%(8/23)(P<0.05)。术后12个月随访,A组优良率为72.50%(29/40),明显高于B组的47.62%(10/21)(P<0.05)。结论经侧裂-岛叶入路显微手术治疗脑出血是一种损伤小、疗效好、并发症少的治疗方法。展开更多
