Assessment of Intangible Losses in Earthquake Engineering

In order to find optimum design parameters in earthquake engineering, an objective function is optimized. This function comprises the initial cost of a structure and the cost due to the damage of earthquakes. Intangible losses may be included in the latter, such as how much society is willing to invest to preserve a human life. In this paper, the expression of the objective function is developed in terms of the seismic design coefficient, and the aforementioned intangible loss is calculated from both the individual point of view and that of society. The calculation of the intangible is based on utility curves. Finally, optimum seismic design coefficients are calculated for a firm ground site.

Research on the Design of Innovative Play Blind Box Based on AR Digital Technology Empowering Traditional Intangible Cultural Heritage

The development of science and technology,especially the rise of augmented reality(AR)technology provides a new way for the inheritance and innovation of traditional intangible cultural heritage.Based on the design and research of the tide play blind box of AR digital technology empowering traditional intangible cultural heritage,this paper discusses the application and feasibility of AR technology in the traditional intangible cultural heritage,analyzes the strategy of implementing AR technology empowering intangible cultural heritage,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the challenges that may be faced,aiming at providing new ideas and methods for traditional intangible cultural heritage and modern science and technology.

Innovation Transformation and Industry-Education Integration:A Study on the Integration Path of Guangxi Zhuang’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and Master of Arts Education in China

This study focuses on the master of arts education in higher education institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China,explores the path of integrating Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage with the teaching of master of arts,and puts forward the teaching mode of“thinking guidance-autonomous judgement-program construction.”A theoretical model of innovative transformation of intangible cultural heritage is also summarized.Through the development of this study,it is expected to further enrich the practical teaching mechanism of master of arts education in Chinese universities and form a master of arts teaching model with strong local cultural characteristics.At the same time,the teaching reform based on the integration of Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage and master of arts education also has strong practical significance for promoting the inheritance and innovation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage,promoting the development of cultural and creative industries,and serving the economic and social development of Guangxi.

Construction of Intelligent Recommendation Retrieval Model of FuJian Intangible Cultural Heritage Digital Archives Resources

In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of intelligent recommendation retrieval model for Fujian intangible cultural heritage digital archive resources based on knowledge atlas is proposed.The TG-LDA(Tag-granularity LDA)model is proposed on the basis of the standard LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis)model.The model is used to mine archive resource topics.The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relevance between topics.Based on the measurement results,the FastText deep learning model is used to achieve archive resource classification.According to the classification results,TF-IDF(term frequency–inverse document frequency)algorithm is used to calculate the weight of resource retrieval keywords to achieve resource retrieval,and a recommendation model of intangible cultural heritage digital archives resources is built through the knowledge map to achieve comprehensive and personalized recommendation of resources.The experimental results show that the recommendation and retrieval results of the proposed method are more in line with users’needs,can provide users with personalized digital archive resources,and the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval is low,the recommendation efficiency is high,and the utilization effect of archive resources is effectively improved.

Accounting and Value Relevance of Intangibles:A longitudinal Study in Italian Stock Exchange 2010-2018

This paper aims at exploring whether single items of intangible recognized in the financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS)are value relevant to investors on the Italian Stock Exchange.The data were gathered from all non-financial Italian listed companies covering the period 2010-2018.Using the Ohlson’s(1995)model,a panel data regression analysis with fixed effect has been adopted to test the relationship between intangibles and stock prices.We found that intangibles(goodwill,R&D expenditure,and other intangibles that are the sub-categories displayed on Orbis Database)are positively related to security price.The implications involve managers that must give much interest to intangibles as well as standards setters that should require further disclosure.This work covered a very recent set of longitudinal accounting data and offered an updating view of the association between intangible information and value relevance in the Italian Stock Exchange.

On ecological inheritance construction of intangible cultural heritage in era of intellectual media

It is known that intangible cultural heritage is an important resource of the cultural soft power in a country, and it is also an organic component and representation of national history, spirit and cohesion.Therefore, a good inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is of great significance for carrying forward the ethical basis of human culture as well as maintaining its value core. Nowadays, the rapid intelligentization of media has ushered in the era of intellectual media, with characteristics of “massive media, man-machine integration and self-evolution”. In the era of intellectual media, traces of intelligent technologies can be seen everywhere, and the ecology of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has been reconstructed. Under this circumstance, the author firstly makes clarification of the advancement of the era, which has given a new logic of intangible cultural heritage inheritance, and various intelligent powers should be developed including intelligent acquisition, processing and judgement ability of content value. Then, the technology empowerment is analyzed, which has made reconstruction of intangible cultural heritage inheritance: while being digitalized,the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has become systematized in way of “Points, Lines and Planes” at the same time. Therefore, the communication ecology of intangible cultural heritage could be established as a new approach of inheritance via all sorts of intelligent technologies, so as to promote Chinese cultural soft power and enhance our national image in the long run.

The Dissemination of Intangible Cultural Heritage Along Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Based on Encoding/Decoding Theory

The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal carries a wealth of Chinese cultural symbols,showing the lifestyle and wisdom of working people through ages.The preservation and inheritance of its intangible cultural heritage can help to evoke cultural memories and cultural identification of the Canal and build cultural confidence.This paper applies Stuart Hall’s encoding/decoding theory to analyze the dissemination of intangible heritage tourism culture.On the basis of a practical study of the villages along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal,this paper analyses the problems in the transmission of its intangible cultural heritage and proposes specific methods to solve them in four processes,encoding,decoding,communication,and secondary encoding,in order to propose references for the transmission of intangible heritage culture at home and abroad.

非遗视角下苗族蜡染技艺的数字化传承

蜡染技艺作为中国非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,正面临着传承困境和现代化转型的挑战。文章聚焦于探索数字化时代背景下非遗苗族蜡染技艺的创新传承方法,分析了非遗蜡染技艺传承中存在的闭塞性、局限性和单一性问题,提出建立多元化技艺体验中心、开发数字化技艺传承渠道、完善全面化技艺反馈机制等举措,助力非遗苗族蜡染实现现代化转型。

数字化时代非物质文化遗产的知识产权保护:基础、困境及应对

步入数字时代,随着技术与经济的进步,非物质文化遗产的良性传承与发展对知识产权保护提出了更高的要求。加强非物质文化遗产数字化知识产权保护,既回应了非物质文化遗产数字化创新发展的现实需要,又与非物质文化遗产数字化保护与传承的利益平衡需求相契合。现阶段我国非物质文化遗产数字化知识产权保护存在权利主体模糊、权利客体形态复杂、权利内容不清及权利交易不畅的现实困境。对此,为促进非物质文化遗产数字化传承与发展,可以从明晰相关权利主体、构建分层保护体系、廓清相关权利主体的利益边界及建设非物质文化遗产知识产权交易平台入手,破解当前的保护困境。

非遗虚拟空间生产体验对文化自信的影响

随着沉浸式体验技术的广泛运用,如何通过虚拟空间提升传统非遗文化的传播效用成为社会各界关注的问题。本研究基于列斐伏尔的“空间三元论”对非遗虚拟空间生产问题进行探讨,关注其中各空间生产要素对于非遗文化认同、文化自信的影响。本研究通过2×2×2组间实验(N=209)发现:非遗虚拟情境下空间生产体验具有具身性,空间真实度和参与度有助于提升非遗虚拟空间生产体验的传播效用;非遗虚拟场域下空间表征的效用是有条件的,非遗虚拟空间真实度和文化度的叠加才能对非遗文化认同产生影响;虚拟空间生产体验中VR信息素养具有部分效用:体验者的VR信息素养影响非遗虚拟空间真实度体验的效用,但不影响非遗虚拟空间参与度的效用。

重审中国非物质文化遗产研究20年

自2003年非物质文化遗产的概念引介到国内以来,我国的非遗研究迅速跟进,经历了从非遗概念研究到辩证关系思考,从“物观”主导到“人观”引导,从基本理论到非遗实践,从研究之“学”到学科之“学”的研究进程。对国家战略和人民需求的关注及对海外研究成果和实践经验的在地化活化运用是研究取得不俗成绩的关键。研究的局限性主要表现为重复研究的频繁、研究视野的不开阔和研究指导性的不足。鉴于此,未来的非遗研究应秉持立足当下、面向未来的研究取向,以推动非遗学科的建设发展,助力中华传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。

湖南省非物质文化遗产传统美术类保护研究二十年:回顾与展望

旨在梳理湖南省非物质文化遗产传统美术保护近20年的相关研究并展望其未来研究内容及发展方向。通过中国知网(CNKI)检索,使用VOSviewer、CiteSpace软件,从发文量、关键词和研究内容等几个方面梳理和总结了近20年来的湖南省非遗传统美术类保护研究的论文,并根据研究文献数量占比较大的原因着重分析了非遗湘绣、滩头年画和花瑶挑花3个项目的研究现状;同时从非遗传统美术类项目保护角度进行了文献分析,进而认为未来可以从实践出发来探索湖南非遗传统美术类项目的“技艺”,从需要出发去探索标准化生产的可能性和可实施性以及品牌建设,从发展出发进行城市设计师服务乡村非遗传统美术的可行性3个方面进一步展开探索。

“数字化生存”条件下中华多民族非遗传播的新生态

“数字化生存”已成当代生存新趋势,对中国这样的多民族国家来说,各民族非物质文化遗产应该有机会共同享有数字化传播红利,从而构建起新的文化认同与民族国家共识。在文化传播新生态构建中,当前需要重点打造的议程包括两方面:一是突破特定民族非遗在物理小区域传承传播的传统,在中华民族整体的新文化叙事空间中,能让“独特性”通过多民族共同体建设出协同参与的新文化。二是获得虚拟空间全球开放传播福利的同时,按照数字媒介空间规则,如何再造传统小族群、小地域非遗在新世界中的发声机制,实现多民族文化内生的多样性在虚拟世界里的创新再造。探究全球流通的非遗文化产品和数字技术如何被传播再造者利用,首先是实现非遗数字化活态的基本策略,可以让非遗在数字化时代寻找海内外的发展空间,并成为全球化推广的一种生存模式。其次,观察这些数字化活态的形成过程如何催生出新的民族文化表达形式,可以在创新基础上弘扬中华传统文化的基因。同时,对于多民族文化遗产在数字媒介空间里的重新诠释与扩散,则能够通过传播新技术与数字叙事的构建,营造出有利于中华多民族非遗传承发展的新生态。

我国体育非物质文化遗产保护探赜

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,探究我国体育非遗保护现状、困境,并提出保护路径。现状:完善的顶层设计提供了政策保障,多样化的保护措施构建了多元化保护模式,产业化发展模式推动保护工作可持续发展。困境:机制建设不完善,业态融合不足,保护场域受限制,传承主体难以为继。路径:加强机制建设,营造良好环境;加强业态融合,全面激活动力;融入当代生活,展现时代价值;完善传承机制,增强存续力。

非物质文化遗产保护理念的当代变迁

非物质文化遗产保护是维护人类文化多样性、促进各民族文化平等交流、实现人类文明可持续发展的重要方式。非物质文化遗产保护事业的时代意义在于重构过去与当下的关系:让历时坐标轴上被视为“过去”的非物质文化遗产,与当代人的价值观、人生观、审美观产生同构,转换为人们能够理解的、与当下生活息息相关的文化样态嵌入共时空间,从而对当代社会具有活的价值。这种转化当以“非遗美学观”为研究视角,即把美学视域从传统美学所限定的“大传统”中拓展出来,形成整合了“大传统”与“小传统”的更大的美学视域,最终走向“各美其美,美美与共”。

数字乡村建设中非遗文化助力农村产业发展路径研究——以阜南县H镇柳编为例

在新一轮科技革命和产业变革的大背景下,数字经济在各个产业当中广泛渗透、深度融合,已然成为推动乡村振兴、重塑乡村经济结构的重要力量,同时其依托的数字技术也为柳编产业的转型升级和创新发展给予了有力支撑。以阜南县H镇非遗产业柳编为着眼点,研究发现非遗文化在助力乡村产业发展时存有如下短板:柳编传承面临困境、企业运行受到限制以及政策与环境的约束。为切实弥补现存短板,应当充分借助数字技术的优势,多措并施加强柳编文化传承;激发企业运行活力,提高企业创新能力;筑牢政策支持基础,优化发展环境,从而推动非遗文化有效助力农村产业发展。

“抖音注我”开新局:平台技术环境下的非遗传播传承路径与政策创新

[目的/意义]目前,我国进入各级非遗代表性项目名录的非遗已达10万项,它们代表了中华民族最深刻的族群历史记忆。为应对社会大转型对非遗保护传承的全方位冲击,将抖音等平台技术纳入到政策范围,可以产生重大的政策效益与管理效益。[研究设计/方法]借助文献研究、政策文本分析、数据分析、案例研究等方法,深入探究当前非遗保护传承中的理论与实践困境,以及抖音对非遗传播传承产生的积极影响。[结论/发现]提出要超越非遗静态保护和文化生态区保护的范畴,将抖音等技术平台化非遗传播传承项目,纳入到政府向社会力量购买公共文化服务和国家艺术基金资助的政策范围,设计政府资助与市场商业模式双轨并进的政策路径,以形成政府原生态基因保护传承与市场化非遗形态传播传承两线并行的总体政策思路。同时,也要关注抖音等数字技术导致的非遗保护传承中的“市场失灵”问题,并实现政策的平衡。[创新/价值]为我国重构非遗的再生产方式、重塑非遗传播传承链条,突破非遗传承在社会日常生活中日益边缘化的困境,提供了有益参考。
