In this paper,an integrated estimation guidance and control(IEGC)system is designed based on the command filtered backstepping approach for circular field-of-view(FOV)strapdown missiles.The threedimensional integrated...In this paper,an integrated estimation guidance and control(IEGC)system is designed based on the command filtered backstepping approach for circular field-of-view(FOV)strapdown missiles.The threedimensional integrated estimation guidance and control nonlinear model with limited actuator deflection angle is established considering the seeker's FOV constraint.The boundary time-varying integral barrier Lyapunov function(IBLF)is employed in backstepping design to constrain the body line-of-sight(BLOS)in IEGC system to fit a circular FOV.Then,the nonlinear adaptive controller is designed to estimate the changing aerodynamic parameters.The generalized extended state observer(GESO)is designed to estimate the acceleration of the maneuvering targets and the unmatched time-varying disturbances for improving tracking accuracy.Furthermore,the command filters are used to solve the"differential expansion"problem during the backstepping design.The Lyapunov theory is used to prove the stability of the overall closed-loop IEGC system.Finally,the simulation results validate the integrated system's effectiveness,achieving high accuracy strikes against maneuvering targets.展开更多

The analysis also clarifies relations among the iterative algorithm, the original variation formulation and the PDE system. Receiver autonomous integrity monitoring(RAIM) has been developed to provide integrity service for civil aviation. At first,the conventional RAIM algorithm is only suitable for single fault detection, single GNSS constellation. However, multiple satellite failure should be considered when more than one satellite navigation system are adopted. To detect and exclude multi-fault, most current algorithms perform an iteration procedure considering all possible fault model which lead to heavy computation burden. An alternative RAIM is presented in this paper based on multiple satellite constellations(for example, GPS and Bei Dou(BDS) etc.) and robust estimation for multi-fault detection and exclusion, which can not only detect multi-failures,but also control the influences of near failure observation. Besides, the RAIM algorithm based on robust estimation is more efficient than the current RAIM algorithm for multiple constellation and multiple faults. Finally, the algorithm is tested by GPS/Bei Dou data.展开更多

Under the d...A novel distributed model predictive control scheme based on dynamic integrated system optimization and parameter estimation (DISOPE) was proposed for nonlinear cascade systems under network environment. Under the distributed control structure, online optimization of the cascade system was composed of several cascaded agents that can cooperate and exchange information via network communication. By iterating on modified distributed linear optimal control problems on the basis of estimating parameters at every iteration the correct optimal control action of the nonlinear model predictive control problem of the cascade system could be obtained, assuming that the algorithm was convergent. This approach avoids solving the complex nonlinear optimization problem and significantly reduces the computational burden. The simulation results of the fossil fuel power unit are illustrated to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed algorithm.展开更多

This paper proposed and evaluated an estimation method for indoor positioning.The method combines location fingerprinting and dead reckoning differently from the conventional combinations.It uses compound location fin...This paper proposed and evaluated an estimation method for indoor positioning.The method combines location fingerprinting and dead reckoning differently from the conventional combinations.It uses compound location fingerprints,which are composed of radio fingerprints at multiple points of time,that is,at multiple positions,and displacements between them estimated by dead reckoning.To avoid errors accumulated from dead reckoning,the method uses short-range dead reckoning.The method was evaluated using 16 Bluetooth beacons installed in a student room with the dimensions of 11×5 m with furniture inside.The Received Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI)values of the beacons were collected at 30 measuring points,which were points at the intersections on a 1×1 m grid with no obstacles.A compound location fingerprint is composed of RSSI vectors at two points and a displacement vector between them.Random Forests(RF)was used to build regression models to estimate positions from location fingerprints.The root mean square error of position estimation was 0.87 m using 16 Bluetooth beacons.This error is lower than that received with a single-point baseline model,where a feature vector is composed of only RSSI values at one location.The results suggest that the proposed method is effective for indoor positioning.展开更多
An efficient and accurate exponential wave integrator Fourier pseudospectral (EWI-FP) method is proposed and analyzed for solving the symmetric regularized-long-wave (SRLW) equation, which is used for modeling the...An efficient and accurate exponential wave integrator Fourier pseudospectral (EWI-FP) method is proposed and analyzed for solving the symmetric regularized-long-wave (SRLW) equation, which is used for modeling the weakly nonlinear ion acoustic and space-charge waves. The numerical method here is based on a Gautschi-type exponential wave integrator for temporal approximation and the Fourier pseudospectral method for spatial discretization. The scheme is fully explicit and efficient due to the fast Fourier transform. Numerical analysis of the proposed EWI-FP method is carried out and rigorous error estimates are established without CFL-type condition by means of the mathematical induction. The error bound shows that EWI-FP has second order accuracy in time and spectral accuracy in space. Numerical results are reported to confirm the theoretical studies and indicate that the error bound here is optimal.展开更多

In this paper, our purpose is to discuss the integrated method in the estimation of volatility. Simulations are conducted to demonstrate that the newly integrated method outperforms some old ones, and the results of simulations demonstrate this fact.
