Technical Specifications for Integrated Prevention and Control of Yellow Aphids

[Objectives]The purpose was to standardize the scientific prevention and control of yellow aphids and effectively control their occurrence and spread.[Methods]On the basis of consulting domestic and foreign data and standards extensively,a series of related trials were carried out.[Results]Technical specifications for integrated prevention and control of yellow aphids were formulated.[Conclusions]It is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of the fruit trees’industry,the implementation of standardized management,the reduction of pesticide uses,and the reduction of damage caused by yellow aphids to fruit trees,and also provides urgent-needed technical support and guarantee for the prevention and control of yellow aphids.

Occurrence Regularity and Integrated Control Technology of Canker in Citrus

Canker is a quarantine bacterial disease that seriously harms leaves,branches and fruits of citrus,leading to a decrease in the production and affecting the commodity and sales of citrus.Citrus canker has the characteristics of fast spreading speed and difficult radical cure.Through the identification of symptoms and a summary of occurrence regularity,the integrated prevention and control technology for citrus canker is described in this article,in order to achieve effective prevention and control and reduce prevention and control cost.

Advances in Integrated Control Techniques of Rice Blast

Rice blast is the most devastating disease in rice,and it seriously threatens the safety of rice production.Improving the ability of integrated prevention and control of rice blast has always been an important part of ensuring food production safety.In the past decade,scientists have made great progress in the prevention and control techniques of rice blast,which paves the way for the green controlling of rice diseases.In this article,the advances in the intelligentization of rice blast field monitoring techniques,the optimization of prediction and forecast modeling system,the research and development of low-toxic and high-efficiency chemical pesticides,biogenic pesticides and inducers and the regulation of multiple ecological factors including variety and cultivation are reviewed,and the new strategies for green controlling of rice blast based on these techniques are summarized.Further,the problems such as high pesticide prices and pesticide residue faced by rice blast prevention and control and the challenge of slow research and development of low-toxic and economical biogenic pesticides are discussed.Finally,the development direction of green controlling of rice blast based on molecular targets,small interfering RNA(siRNA)and CRISPR/Cas9 technologies is predicted,with a view to guaranteeing the safety of rice production.

Exploration on the Implementation of the Integration of Medical and Preventive Model in China’s Primary Health Care Institutions

Objective To explore the different modes and approaches of medical and preventive integration in current primary health care institutions in China.Methods Through literature analysis,field research,telephone interviews,and other methods the implementation status was evaluated to systematically study the main experience and effect of implementing medical and preventive integration services in pilot areas.Results and Conclusion At present,there are three implementation modes of medical-prevention integration,namely,vertical mode based on the medical community,internal mode with optimized service process,and internal mode with great service capabilities.The three medical-prevention integration modes have their respective focuses,but they need to be further improved in terms of policy support,technical staffing,information system construction,and drug use.

Current Status and Prospect of Prevention and Treatment of Oral Diseases by Integrative Medicine

To carry out integrative medical prevention and treatment of oral diseases, based on the inheritance and development of traditional medicine as well as the application of modern scientific, technique and medical theory, is of great significance in oral health maintenance. Certain achievements of the integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） have been obtained in the recent several years in clinical and experimental studies and theoretic exploration of oral diseases, which are introduced briefly as follows.

Assessment of the implementation status of best available techniques for cleaner production in the textile industry

The draft Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control(IPPC)regulation mandates compliance with best available techniques(BATs)for textile manufacturers.A study in Turkish textile facilities,covering 56 units across four sub-sectors,assessed the status of 488 BATs through on-site visits and surveys.The aim was to gauge the sector’s adherence to BATs.The findings revealed that 37% of surveyed BATs were fully implemented,rising to 88% when considering potential future implementations.This suggests a strong industry inclination toward adopting BATs for cleaner production and competitiveness.The study highlighted significant BAT-related investments in the textile sector,driven by environmental concerns,regulations,customer demands,resource efficiency,competition,and cost-benefit considerations.However,the study results also indicated that there is still much work to do for the implementation of some BATs.It was found that 60 BATs had lower implementation ratios(IR:0%-43%).Lower IR values for these BATs are mainly due to factors like specificity,high costs,long payback periods,operational difficulties,limited expertise,space constraints,customer requirements,quality concerns,operational issues,and sector-specific challenges.The study recommends similar assessments in other European industrial sectors to evaluate compliance with mandatory BATs outlined in the Industrial Emissions Directive.The insights from this study on the Turkish textile sector can serve as a valuable guide for future evaluations.
