A Study on the Integration of Traditional Chinese Culture into College English Education Under the Context of Course-Based Ideological and Political Education

The construction of course-based ideological and political education is currently in its full swing.With both instrumentality and humanity,college English is the ideal carrier of ideological and political education.College English education should keep pace with the era,integrate with ideological and political education based on traditional Chinese culture,and construct a teaching system with Chinese characteristics.It is necessary to strengthen ideological and political orientation,reasonably integrate the teaching content,comprehensively enhance the quality of teachers,and actively innovate the teaching method,so as to further improve the effect of course-based ideological and political practice as well as realize the fundamental task of cultivating students through moral cultivation in higher education.

Joint Design of Clustering and In-cluster Data Route for Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Networks

A heterogeneous wireless sensor network comprises a number of inexpensive energy constrained wireless sensor nodes which collect data from the sensing environment and transmit them toward the improved cluster head in a coordinated way. Employing clustering techniques in such networks can achieve balanced energy consumption of member nodes and prolong the network lifetimes.In classical clustering techniques, clustering and in-cluster data routes are usually separated into independent operations. Although separate considerations of these two issues simplify the system design, it is often the non-optimal lifetime expectancy for wireless sensor networks. This paper proposes an integral framework that integrates these two correlated items in an interactive entirety. For that,we develop the clustering problems using nonlinear programming. Evolution process of clustering is provided in simulations. Results show that our joint-design proposal reaches the near optimal match between member nodes and cluster heads.

An integrated approach for dynamic traffic routing and ramp metering using sliding mode control

The problem of designing integrated traffic control strategies for highway networks with the use of route guidance, ramp metering is considered. The highway network is simulated using a first order macroscopic model called LWR model which is a mathematical traffic flow model that formulates the relationships among traffic flow characteristics in terms of density, flow, and mean speed of the traffic stream. An integrated control algorithm is designed to solve the proposed problem, based on the inverse control technique and variable structure control（super twisting sliding mode）. Three case studies have been tested in the presence of an on-ramp at each alternate route and where there is a capacity constraint in the network. In the first case study, there is no capacity constraint at either upstream or downstream of the alternate routes and the function of the proposed algorithm is only to balance the traffic flow on the alternate routes. In the second case study, there is capacity constraint at downstream of alternate routes. The proposed algorithm aims to avoid congestion on the main road and balance the traffic flow on the alternate routes. In the last case study, there is capacity constraint at upstream of alternate routes. The objective of proposed algorithm is to avoid congestion on the main road and to balance the traffic flow on the alternate routes. The obtained results show that the proposed algorithms can establish user equilibrium between two alternate routes even when the on-ramps, located at alternate routes, have different traffic demands.
