针对当前农机专业实践教学理念落后、内容条块分割、形式单一、时空受限、理论及方法研究不足等问题,基于新农科背景下农机人才培养的目标要求,从农机学科及工程实践教学特点出发,探索新农科背景下农机专业实践教学改革的新思路、新模式。构建新农科背景下多视角融合实践教学模式的基本框架,阐述多课程融合、虚实融合与线上线下融合、课内课外融合的实践教学实施方法。并将这种多视角融合式实践教学方法应用于拖拉机拆装实习、农业机械综合创新设计教学中取得良好的教学效果,拓宽人才培养的渠道,提升人才培养的质量。

产教融合背景下新能源汽车专业应用型人才培养模式探索与实践

随着汽车“新四化”的技术变革,对新能源汽车工程技术人才培养提出了新的要求。针对当前高校新能源汽车人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,本文以南航金城学院新能源汽车专业为例,从校企协同育人生态体系构建、人才培养方案修订、校企共建课程体系、教学模式改革、双师型师资队伍建设、教学实践基地共建等方面提出了应用型高校深度产教融合的新能源汽车人才培养举措。以期为相关院校在新能源汽车人才培养过程中提供借鉴,培养出产教高度契合的满足现代产业需求的高素质应用型创新人才。

推进新时代体育院校本科人才培养方案的改革是提高人才培养质量、服务国家体育事业发展的迫切需要。制定体育院校本科人才培养方案的目标是构建一个科学、系统且高效的教育体系,以全面培养德智体美劳高素质体育人才,为体育院校的持续发展注入强劲动力。通过对人才培养方案实施过程的分析,发现:人才培养目标定位不准确、课程体系不够合理、教学方法不得当、实践教学环节比较薄弱、质量控制体系不完备等现实问题仍然不同程度地存在。因此,本文基于上述问题,提出了以下纾解路径:确立高素质人才培养目标,对接市场需求;优化课程体系,均衡专业与通识教育;创新体育教育理念和教学方法;强化职业素养培养与实践环节;优化本科人才培养质量控制机制。

体教融合视域下青少年篮球运动员体能发展策略研究

体教融合对深入推动青少年体质健康和后备人才培养具有重要意义。篮球运动是一项高强度、多间歇、持续时间较长的项目,能够全面促进人体各项能力与素质发展。利用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对当前青少年篮球运动员体能训练的问题进行审视,发现学训矛盾依然存在、运动员积极性不高、训练缺乏科学性、训练资源不足等问题,并以问题为导向,从遵循青少年身心发展规律、遵循体能训练理论原则、遵循篮球运动项目特点、整合体能训练资源、创新体能训练模式5个方面,提出青少年篮球运动员体能发展策略,以期为研究学者提供有价值的参考。

新时代背景下实验教学体系与模式探索——以陕西理工大学材料成型及控制工程专业为例

材料成型及控制工程专业是材料科学、成形工艺与自动控制技术的综合与交叉,是材料、机械、控制和计算机等多学科交叉融合的专业,也是典型的工程应用型专业。陕西理工大学材料成型及控制工程专业拥有40余年办学历史,经过长期建设,成为国家级一流专业建设点。伴随专业的发展,实验室建设也取得一定成效。当前材料成型及控制工程专业存在实验教学理念落后、形式单一、实际工程受限、理论及方法研究不足等问题,基于新时代背景下专业人才培养的规格要求,通过构建和完善专业实验教学体系,探索新时代背景下材控专业实验教学改革的新思路、新路径,专业构建出多方位融合的实验教学体系基本框架,提出“四个层次、六个模块、两个开放”的专业实验教学体系的培养模式,借此提高学生的工程素质,提升学生综合分析问题、解决实际问题的能力。

基于产教融合共同体破壁效应的中国特色学徒制研究与实践——以杨凌职业技术学院为例

在现代职业教育体系建设背景下,分析了行业产教融合共同体助推现代职业教育发展的潜在作用,通过对其“破壁”效应进行研究,认为行业产教融合共同体将通过产业引领、高校驱动、职教需求等方面推动职业教育的高质量发展,进而分析基于行业产教融合共同体的中国特色学徒制推进的内在逻辑,阐述行业产教融合共同体在破解传统学徒制平台不稳、动力不足、机制不畅等问题上有利因素,最后以杨凌职业技术学院建筑工程技术、工程造价专业为例,对产教融合共同体助推中国特色学徒制的做法和经验做了说明。

本文旨在分析产教融合培养应用型口腔医学人才的重要性与对策。通过构建校企协同育人平台、整合临床资源进行教学改革,完善奖学金等奖励机制,培养全面性口腔医学人才,多方合作建立医学生教学资源系统,产教融合毕业实习,校企共同实施创业教育,组建创业指导团队、校企合作构建质量保证机制等,培养应用型口腔医学人才,可以培养适应社会需求、适应高等教育改革新形势、满足口腔医学行业的现实需要。产教融合培养应用型口腔医学人才,有利于更好地促进口腔医学人才的培养,可以组合提高医学生在毕业实习中的工作效率,使医学生的实践活动与临床实践活动实现无缝衔接,从而提高医学生的实践积极性。

产教融合的自动化实践教学探索与实践

面向新工科背景下的自动化专业人才培养需求,针对现有实践教学的“企业需求与实践内容”“高新技术与理论知识”双脱节问题,创建了“学院管理-指导教师-实践学生-高新企业/军工企业-实践对象五级联动”的共享型闭环实践体系。该体系于2015年起在北京航空航天大学自动化科学与电气工程学院实施,打通了产教融合的“最后一公里”,解决了传统实践模式的“双脱节”问题。

基于“托幼一体化”背景下保育师队伍建设现状及对策建议——以乌鲁木齐市为例

随着“托幼一体化”的深入推进,保育师队伍的专业素质和能力成为影响托幼服务质量的关键因素。本文以乌鲁木齐市为例,通过对当地幼教及托育机构保育工作者及保育师培训机构进行问卷调查,分析了当地保育师队伍的整体现状与问题,并基于调查结果,探索了“托幼一体化”背景下保育师队伍的培养路径。研究发现,当前乌鲁木齐保育师队伍存在学历水平亟待提升、专业培训不足等问题,针对这些问题,本文提出了从政策支持、培训机制、薪资待遇、专业发展等多个方面入手,采取综合措施加以解决等建议,以期推动本地乃至全区保育师队伍的整体素质和能力提升。
