关键词 products. In addition to the SITE roads METEOROLOGICAL conditions are an important part of AUTOMOTIVE ROAD testing and there are also clear requirements in the GB/T12534-1990 General Rules for AUTOMOTIVE ROAD Test Methods. For example the test should be conducted in rain and fog free weather with a relative humidity of less than 95% a temperature of 0-40 and a wind SPEED of no more than 3m/s. At the same time METEOROLOGICAL conditions also serve as an important basis for ROAD control in the test site. Real time information such as wind SPEED rainfall and visibility provides necessary reference for SITE managers to issue notices on SPEED limits SITE closures and trac restrictions directly aecting the timeliness of ROAD testing safety control. Therefore this article conducts research on the application of METEOROLOGICAL observation SITES in AUTOMOTIVE testing SITES from the construction of METEOROLOGICAL observation SITES METEOROLOGICAL services and abnormal weather ROAD control.

Advances on bidirectional intelligence are overviewed along three threads, with extensions and new perspectives. The first thread is about bidirectional learning architecture, exploring five dualities that enable Lmser six cognitive functions and provide new perspectives on which a lot of extensions and particularlly flexible Lmser are proposed.Interestingly, either or two of these dualities actually takes an important role in recent models such as U-net,ResNet,and Dense Net.The second thread is about bidirectional learning principles unified by best yIng-yAng(IA)harmony in BYY system. After getting insights on deep bidirectional learning from a bird-viewing on existing typical learning principles from one or both of the inward and outward directions, maximum likelihood, variational principle, and several other learning principles are summarised as exemplars of the BYY learning, with new perspectives on advanced topics. The third thread further proceeds to deep bidirectional intelligence, driven by long term dynamics(LTD)for parameter learning and short term dynamics(STD)for image thinking and rational thinking in harmony.Image thinking deals with information flow of continuously valued arrays and especially image sequence,as if thinking was displayed in the real world, exemplified by the flow from inward encoding/cognition to outward reconstruction/transformation performed in Lmser learning and BYY learning. In contrast, rational thinking handles symbolic strings or discretely valued vectors, performing uncertainty reasoning and problem solving. In particular,a general thesis is proposed for bidirectional intelligence, featured by BYY intelligence potential theory(BYY-IPT)and nine essential dualities in architecture, fundamentals, and implementation, respectively. Then, problems of combinatorial solving and uncertainty reasoning are investigated from this BYY IPT perspective.First, variants and extensions are suggested for AlphaGoZero like searching tasks, such as traveling salesman problem(TSP)and attributed graph matching(AGM)that are turned into Go like problems with help of a feature enrichment technique.Second, reasoning activities are summarized under guidance of BYY IPT from the aspects of constraint satisfaction, uncertainty propagation, and path or tree searching.Particularly, causal potential theory is proposed for discovering causal direction, with two roads developed for its implementation. 展开更多

This paper examines how cybersecurity is developing and how it relates to more conventional information security. Although information security and cyber security are sometimes used synonymously, this study contends that they are not the same. The concept of cyber security is explored, which goes beyond protecting information resources to include a wider variety of assets, including people [1]. Protecting information assets is the main goal of traditional information security, with consideration to the human element and how people fit into the security process. On the other hand, cyber security adds a new level of complexity, as people might unintentionally contribute to or become targets of cyberattacks. This aspect presents moral questions since it is becoming more widely accepted that society has a duty to protect weaker members of society, including children [1]. The study emphasizes how important cyber security is on a larger scale, with many countries creating plans and laws to counteract cyberattacks. Nevertheless, a lot of these sources frequently neglect to define the differences or the relationship between information security and cyber security [1]. The paper focus on differentiating between cybersecurity and information security on a larger scale. The study also highlights other areas of cybersecurity which includes defending people, social norms, and vital infrastructure from threats that arise from online in addition to information and technology protection. It contends that ethical issues and the human factor are becoming more and more important in protecting assets in the digital age, and that cyber security is a paradigm shift in this regard [1]. 展开更多

A big step forward to improve power system monitoring and performance, continued load growth without a corresponding increase in transmission resources has resulted in reduced operational margins for many power systems worldwide and has led to operation of power systems closer to their stability limits and to power exchange in new patterns. These issues, as well as the on-going worldwide trend towards deregulation of the entire industry on the one hand and the increased need for accurate and better network monitoring on the other hand, force power utilities exposed to this pressure to demand new solutions for wide area monitoring, protection and control. Wide-area monitoring, protection, and control require communicating the specific-node information to a remote station but all information should be time synchronized so that to neutralize the time difference between information. It gives a complete simultaneous snap shot of the power system. The conventional system is not able to satisfy the time-synchronized requirement of power system. Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) is enabler of time-synchronized measurement, it communicate the synchronized local information to remote station. 展开更多

This paper presents a closed-loop vector control structure based on adaptive Fuzzy Logic Sliding Mode Controller (FL-SMC) for a grid-connected Wave Energy Conversion System (WECS) driven Self-Excited Induction Generator (SEIG). The aim of the developed control method is to automatically tune and optimize the scaling factors and the membership functions of the Fuzzy Logic Controllers (FLC) using Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithms (MOGA) and Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO). Two Pulse Width Modulated voltage source PWM converters with a carrier-based Sinusoidal PWM modulation for both Generator- and Grid-side converters have been connected back to back between the generator terminals and utility grid via common DC link. The indirect vector control scheme is implemented to maintain balance between generated power and power supplied to the grid and maintain the terminal voltage of the generator and the DC bus voltage constant for variable rotor speed and load. Simulation study has been carried out using the MATLAB/Simulink environment to verify the robustness of the power electronics converters and the effectiveness of proposed control method under steady state and transient conditions and also machine parameters mismatches. The proposed control scheme has improved the voltage regulation and the transient performance of the wave energy scheme over a wide range of operating conditions. 展开更多

The aim of this study was to verify the existence of business and strategic intelligence policies at the level of Congolese companies and at the state level, likely to foster progress and healthy development in the east of the DRC. The study was based on a mixed perspective consisting of objective analysis of quantitative data and interpretative analysis of qualitative data. The results showed that business and strategic intelligence policies have not been established at either company or state level, as this is an area of activity that is not known to the players in companies and public departments, and there are no units or offices in their organizational structures responsible for managing strategic information for competitiveness on the international market. In addition, there is a real need to establish strategic information management units within companies, upstream, and to set up a national strategic information management department or agency to help local companies compete in the marketplace, downstream. This reflects the importance and timeliness of building business and strategic intelligence policies to ensure economic progress and development in the eastern DRC. Business and strategic intelligence provides companies with an appropriate tool for researching, collecting, processing and disseminating information useful for decision-making among stakeholders, in order to cope with a crisis or competitive situation. The study suggests a number of key recommendations based on its findings. To the government, it is recommended to establish the national policy of business and strategic intelligence by setting up a national agency of strategic intelligence in favor of local companies;and to companies to establish business intelligence units in their organizational structures in favor of stakeholders to foster advantageous decision-making in the competitive market and achieve progress. Finally, the study suggests that studies be carried out to fully understand the opportunities and impact of business and strategic intelligence in African countries, particularly in the DRC. 展开更多

Artificial intelligence can be indirectly applied to the repair of peripheral nerve injury.Specifically,it can be used to analyze and process data regarding peripheral nerve injury and repair, while study findings on peripheral nerve injury and repair can provide valuable data to enrich artificial intelligence algorithms. To investigate advances in the use of artificial intelligence in the diagnosis, rehabilitation, and scientific examination of peripheral nerve injury,we used CiteSpace and VOSviewer software to analyze the relevant literature included in the Web of Science from 1994–2023.We identified the following research hotspots in peripheral nerve injury and repair:(1)diagnosis,classification,and prognostic assessment of peripheral nerve injury using neuroimaging and artificial intelligence techniques, such as corneal confocal microscopy and coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy;(2)motion control and rehabilitation following peripheral nerve injury using artificial neural networks and machine learning algorithms, such as wearable devices and assisted wheelchair systems;(3)improving the accuracy and effectiveness of peripheral nerve electrical stimulation therapy using artificial intelligence techniques combined with deep learning, such as implantable peripheral nerve interfaces;(4)the application of artificial intelligence technology to brain-machine interfaces for disabled patients and those with reduced mobility, enabling them to control devices such as networked hand prostheses;(5)artificial intelligence robots that can replace doctors in certain procedures during surgery or rehabilitation, thereby reducing surgical risk and complications, and facilitating postoperative recovery.Although artificial intelligence has shown many benefits and potential applications in peripheral nerve injury and repair, there are some limitations to this technology, such as the consequences of missing or imbalanced data, low data accuracy and reproducibility, and ethical issues(e.g.,privacy,data security, research transparency).Future research should address the issue of data collection,as large-scale,high-quality clinical datasets are required to establish effective artificial intelligence models.Multimodal data processing is also necessary, along with interdisciplinary collaboration,medical-industrial integration, and multicenter,large-sample clinical studies. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Diabetes,a globally escalating health concern, necessitates innovative solutions for efficient detection and management.Blood glucose control is an essential aspect of managing diabetes and finding the most effective ways to control it.The latest findings suggest that a basal insulin administration rate and a single, highconcentration injection before a meal may not be sufficient to maintain healthy blood glucose levels. While the basal insulin rate treatment can stabilize blood glucose levels over the long term,it may not be enough to bring the levels below the post-meal limit after 60 min.The short-term impacts of meals can be greatly reduced by high-concentration injections, which can help stabilize blood glucose levels.Unfortunately, they cannot provide long-term stability to satisfy the postmeal or pre-meal restrictions.However,proportional-integral-derivative(PID)control with basal dose maintains the blood glucose levels within the range for a longer period.AIM To develop a closed-loop electronic system to pump required insulin into the patient's body automatically in synchronization with glucose sensor readings.METHODS The proposed system integrates a glucose sensor, decision unit, and pumping module to specifically address the pumping of insulin and enhance system effectiveness.Serving as the intelligence hub,the decision unit analyzes data from the glucose sensor to determine the optimal insulin dosage, guided by a pre-existing glucose and insulin level table. The artificial intelligence detection block processes this information, providing decision instructions to the pumping module.Equipped with communication antennas, the glucose sensor and micropump operate in a feedback loop, creating a closed-loop system that eliminates the need for manual intervention.RESULTS The incorporation of a PID controller to assess and regulate blood glucose and insulin levels in individuals with diabetes introduces a sophisticated and dynamic element to diabetes management. The simulation not only allows visualization of how the body responds to different inputs but also offers a valuable tool for predicting and testing the effects of various interventions over time. The PID controller's role in adjusting insulin dosage based on the discrepancy between desired setpoints and actual measurements showcases a proactive strategy for maintaining blood glucose levels within a healthy range. This dynamic feedback loop not only delays the onset of steady-state conditions but also effectively counteracts post-meal spikes in blood glucose.CONCLUSION The WiFi-controlled voltage controller and the PID controller simulation collectively underscore the ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency, safety, and personalized care within the realm of diabetes management. These technological advancements not only contribute to the optimization of insulin delivery systems but also have the potential to reshape our understanding of glucose and insulin dynamics, fostering a new era of precision medicine in the treatment of diabetes. 展开更多

This study presents a neural network-based model for predicting linear quadratic regulator(LQR)weighting matrices for achieving a target response reduction.Based on the expected weighting matrices, the LQR algorithm is used to determine the various responses of the structure. The responses are determined by numerically analyzing the governing equation of motion using the state-space approach. For training a neural network, four input parameters are considered:the time history of the ground motion, the percentage reduction in lateral displacement, lateral velocity, and lateral acceleration,Output parameters are LQR weighting matrices. To study the effectiveness of an LQR-based neural network(LQRNN),the actual percentage reduction in the responses obtained from using LQRNN is compared with the target percentage reductions.Furthermore,to investigate the efficacy of an active control system using LQRNN,the controlled responses of a system are compared to the corresponding uncontrolled responses. The trained neural network effectively predicts weighting parameters that can provide a percentage reduction in displacement, velocity, and acceleration close to the target percentage reduction.Based on the simulation study,it can be concluded that significant response reductions are observed in the active-controlled system using LQRNN.Moreover, the LQRNN algorithm can replace conventional LQR control with the use of an active control system. 展开更多

A survey on agents, causality and intelligence is presented and an equilibrium-based computing paradigm of quantum agents and quantum intelligence (QAQI) is proposed. In the survey, Aristotle’s causality principle and its historical extensions by David Hume, Bertrand Russell, Lotfi Zadeh, Donald Rubin, Judea Pearl, Niels Bohr, Albert Einstein, David Bohm, and the causal set initiative are reviewed;bipolar dynamic logic (BDL) is introduced as a causal logic for bipolar inductive and deductive reasoning;bipolar quantum linear algebra (BQLA) is introdused as a causal algebra for quantum agent interaction and formation. Despite the widely held view that causality is undefinable with regularity, it is shown that equilibrium-based bipolar causality is logically definable using BDL and BQLA for causal inference in physical, social, biological, mental, and philosophical terms. This finding leads to the paradigm of QAQI where agents are modeled as quantum enssembles;intelligence is revealed as quantum intelligence. It is shown that the enssemble formation, mutation and interaction of agents can be described as direct or indirect results of quantum causality. Some fundamental laws of causation are presented for quantum agent entanglement and quantum intelligence. Applicability is illustrated;major challenges are identified in equilibriumbased causal inference and quantum data mining. 展开更多

Typically, active control systems either have a priori complete information about the boundary-value problem and damped waves before switching on, or get it during the measurement process or accumulate and update information online (identification process in adaptive systems). In this case, the boundary problem is completely imprinted in the information arrays of the control system. However, very often complete information about a boundary-value problem is not available in principle or this info is changing in time faster than the process of its accumulation. The article considers examples of boundary control algorithms based almost without any information. The algorithms presented in the article cannot be obtained within the framework of the harmonic representation of the problem by complex amplitudes. And these algorithms carry out fast control in microstructured boundary problems. It is shown that in some cases it is possible to find simple solutions if we remove restrictions: 1) on the spatio-temporal resolution of controlling elements of a boundary-value problem;2) on the high-frequency radiation of the controlled boundary. 展开更多

It is well known that balance control is affected by aging, neurological and orthopedic conditions. Poor balance control during gait and postural maintenance are associated with disability, falls and increased mortality. Gait initiation-the transient period between the quiet standing posture and steady state walking-is a functional task that is classically used in the literature to investigate how the central nervous system(CNS) controls balance during a whole-body movement involving change in the base of support dimensions and center of mass progression. Understanding how the CNS in able-bodied subjects exerts this control during such a challenging task is a prerequisite to identifying motor disorders in populations with specific impairments of the postural system. It may also provide clinicians with objective measures to assess the efficiency of rehabilitation programs and better target interventions according to individual impairments. The present review thus proposes a state-of-the-art analysis on:(1) the balance control mechanisms in play during gait initiation in able bodied subjects and in the case of some frail populations; and(2) the biomechanical parameters used in the literature to quantify dynamic stability during gait initiation. Balance control mechanisms reviewed in this article included anticipatory postural adjustments, stance leg stiffness, foot placement, lateral ankle strategy, swing foot strike pattern and vertical center of mass braking. Based on this review, the following viewpoints were put forward:(1) dynamic stability during gait initiation may share a principle of homeostatic regulation similar to most physiological variables, where separate mechanisms need to be coordinated to ensure stabilization of vital variables, and consequently; and(2) rehabilitation interventions which focus on separate or isolated components of posture, balance, or gait may limit the effectiveness of current clinical practices. 展开更多
