Nowadays,the city’s focus on education makes the improvement of learning environment become a new demand for development.From the the perspective of ecology,the theory of"resilience"is introduced to break t...Nowadays,the city’s focus on education makes the improvement of learning environment become a new demand for development.From the the perspective of ecology,the theory of"resilience"is introduced to break the stereotype of the existing learning environment and create a space for dialogue with nature from inside to outside.At the same time,the learning environment is divided into observation learning space,exploration learning space and communication learning space by theory and method of multiple intelligence integrating teaching and learning.Through the analysis on resilience characteristics of three types of space,eight basic unit forms of learning environment design are obtained.Arrangement and combination of its form can improve the campus environment,increase children’s learning efficiency and the risk response ability of campus environment,and give children the opportunity to interact with and understand nature in the learning process,so as to provide reference for the diversified development of education and learning space.展开更多

However, it is very difficult to quan...Rationality is a fundamental concept in economics. Most researchers will accept that human beings are not fully rational. Herbert Simon suggested that we are "bounded rational". However, it is very difficult to quantify "bounded rationality", and therefore it is difficult to pinpoint its impact to all those economic theories that depend on the assumption of full rationality. Ariel Rubinstein proposed to model bounded rationality by explicitly specifying the decision makers' decision-making procedures. This paper takes a computational point of view to Rubinstein's approach. From a computational point of view, decision procedures can be encoded in algorithms and heuristics. We argue that, everything else being equal, the effective rationality of an agent is determined by its computational power - we refer to this as the computational intelligence determines effective rationality (CIDER) theory. This is not an attempt to propose a unifying definition of bounded rationality. It is merely a proposal of a computational point of view of bounded rationality. This way of interpreting bounded rationality enables us to (computationally) reason about economic systems when the full rationality assumption is relaxed.展开更多
It is recognized throughout history that under-standing the properties of resources and transforming these resources into products are regarded as the nucleus of sci-ence and technology.Understanding the properties of...It is recognized throughout history that under-standing the properties of resources and transforming these resources into products are regarded as the nucleus of sci-ence and technology.Understanding the properties of in-formation and transforming the information into products will then play a crucial role in the development of science and technology in the information age.An attempt is thus made in this paper to present the results on the concepts of information and the fundamental features of information transforms.Here information theory will be given a much broader scope than the well-known Shannon theory and the knowledge theory will go beyond the existing knowledge engineering.It is discovered in the paper that the transfor-mations from information to knowledge and further to intel-ligence constitute the core mechanism of intelligence for-mation and is hence named the mechanism approach to in-telligence research.It is also discovered that the major ap-proaches to artificial intelligence in history,the structural-ism,functionalism and behaviorism,can harmoniously be unified within the framework of the mechanism approach and no longer be contradictory.展开更多
