Analysis on Vocational Education and Social Mobility of New Generation Migrant Workers:A Case Study of Shijiazhuang City

Based on survey data of current situations of new generation migrant workers vocational education and its influence on social mobility in Shijiazhuang City, the author believes that there are many drawbacks in vocational education of new generation migrant workers, including low participationt and varied training environment of enterprises. In addition, the influence of vocational education of migrant workers on social mobility is not very satisfactory. Finally, it presents countermeasures for improving vocational education, to promote social mobility of new generation migrant workers.

New Characteristics and Tendencies on Chinese Social Mobility： A Review of the Study on Current Social Mobility of ＂X Second Generation＂

Over the past decade the social structure of China has undergone profound changes. The vertical social mobility between social classes tended to slow down and the social structures and stratification became solidified. Phrases such as "second generation of the rich,""second generation of officials,"and "second generation of the farmers"appeared frequently on the Internet and other media,which to some extent reflect the trend in social structure. However,little research has been conducted to address these issues in recent years.This field is in great need of systematic and authoritative surveys and studies on social fragmentation,marginalization,stratification,and mobility.

Chinese Culture Products in International Culture Mobility

When mobility becomes the new normal for behavior and cognition, it's time to rethink international culture mobility and culture products. Singular thinking on mobility and culture products, staying at the level of economy and trade has affected our decision making with respect to culture product innovation and possible thinking on future value creation. Indian anthropologist Arjun Appadurai divides cross-border culture mobility into five global spaces and Stephen Greenblatt, literature historian with Harvard University, puts forward five dimensions of culture mobility that provide a direction for fully understanding international culture mobility. In the era of globalization, rethinking the concept of a nation's culture products means studies of generational possibilities and the vitality of the Chinese culture products from perspectives of immigration, technology, economy, culture and politics among the new context of international culture mobility.

Engineering and Physical Bases of Development and Creation of Plasmochemical Reactors for Mobile Facilities for Medical Waste Disposal

This paper presents the results of the development and creation of plasma-chemical reactors for mobile and stationary installations for the destruction and disposal of solid, liquid, gaseous and mixed medical waste based on the domestic plasma generator PUN-1, with air as the plasma-forming gas. The design and principle of operation of plasma-chemical reactors installed on mobile experimental and industrial plants “Plazmon-1,2,3”, as well as the main features of the plasma waste disposal process are described.

Analysis of handoff in distributed mobile communications system based on remote antenna unit selection

A remote antenna unit （RAU） selection model is presented, and two kinds of handoffs, intra-cell handoff （HO） and inter-cell HO, are defined in distributed mobile communications systems （DAS）. After that, an inter-cell HO model is proposed, in which the average power of the active set （AS） is used to predict the position of the mobile station （MS）. The total power of the AS and the handoff set （HOS） are utilized to determine whether an inter-cell HO is necessary. Furthermore, the relationship between HO parameters and performance metrics is studied in detail based on RAU selection. Simulation results show that both the intra-cell HO and the inter-cell HO can achieve oerfect performance by aoprooriate settings of HO parameters.

Business Ecosystem Strategies of Mobile Network Operators in the 3G Era

This paper applies the perspective of business ecosystem to mobile communications industry,trying to help mobile network operators improve their strategies in the era of the third generation mobile communications(3G).According to the definition of the business ecosystem,the ecosystem structure of mobile network operators is analyzed.As an important hub in the ecosystem,mobile network operators are advised to take a keystone strategy.The key points of the strategy are summarized.Finally,suggestions for Chinese mobile network operators are given based on the analysis.

Sports video summarization and adaptation for application in mobile communication

Sports video appeals to large audiences due to its high commercial potentials. Automatically extracting useful semantic information and generating highlight summary from sports video to facilitate users' accessing requirements is an important problem, especially in the forthcoming broadband mobile communication and the need for users to access their multimedia information of interest from anywhere at anytime with their most convenient digital equipments. A system to generate highlight summaries oriented for mobile applications is introduced, which includes highlight extraction and video adaptation. In this system, several highlight extraction techniques are provided for field sports video and racket sports video by using multi-modal information. To enhance users' viewing experience and save bandwidth, 3D animation from highlight segment is also generated. As an important procedure to make video analysis results universally applicable, video transcoding techniques are applied to adapt the video for mobile communication environment and user preference. Experimental results are encouraging and show the advantage and feasibility of the system for multimedia content personalization, enhancement and adaptation to meet different user preference and network/device requirements.

Novel Algorithm for Mobile Robot Path Planning in Constrained Environment

This paper presents a development of a novel path planning algorithm, called Generalized Laser simulator (GLS), for solving the mobilerobot path planning problem in a two-dimensional map with the presence ofconstraints. This approach gives the possibility to find the path for a wheelmobile robot considering some constraints during the robot movement inboth known and unknown environments. The feasible path is determinedbetween the start and goal positions by generating wave of points in alldirection towards the goal point with adhering to constraints. In simulation,the proposed method has been tested in several working environments withdifferent degrees of complexity. The results demonstrated that the proposedmethod is able to generate efficiently an optimal collision-free path. Moreover,the performance of the proposed method was compared with the A-star andlaser simulator (LS) algorithms in terms of path length, computational timeand path smoothness. The results revealed that the proposed method hasshortest path length, less computational time and the best smooth path. Asan average, GLS is faster than A∗ and LS by 7.8 and 5.5 times, respectivelyand presents a path shorter than A∗ and LS by 1.2 and 1.5 times. In orderto verify the performance of the developed method in dealing with constraints, an experimental study was carried out using a Wheeled Mobile Robot(WMR) platform in labs and roads. The experimental work investigates acomplete autonomous WMR path planning in the lab and road environmentsusing a live video streaming. Local maps were built using data from a live video streaming with real-time image processing to detect segments of theanalogous-road in lab or real-road environments. The study shows that theproposed method is able to generate shortest path and best smooth trajectoryfrom start to goal points in comparison with laser simulator.

A well test analysis model of generalized tube flow and seepage coupling

"Generalized mobility"is used to realize the unification of tube flow and seepage in form and the unification of commonly used linear and nonlinear flow laws in form,which makes it possible to use the same form of motion equations to construct unified governing equations for reservoirs of different scales in different regions.Firstly,by defining the generalized mobility under different flow conditions,the basic equation governing fluid flow in reservoir coupling generalized tube flow and seepage is established.Secondly,two typical well test analysis models for coupling tube flow and seepage flow are given,namely,pipe-shaped composite reservoir model and partially open cylindrical reservoir model.The log-log pressure draw-down type-curve of composite pipe-shaped reservoir model can show characteristics of two sets of linear flow.The log-log pressure drawdown plot of partially opened cylindrical reservoir model can show the characteristics of spherical flow and linear flow,as well as spherical flow and radial flow.The pressure build-up derivative curves of the two models basically coincide with their respective pressure drawdown derivative curves in the early stage,pulling down features in the late stage,and the shorter the production time is,the earlier the pulling down feature appears.Finally,the practicability and reliability of the models presented in this paper are verified by three application examples.

Problems of New Generation Migrant Workers from the Perspective of Social Discrimination

The correlation of migrant workers and other social problems are studied from the aspects of the concept of "migrant workers" and social discrimination,"new generation" and mobility of social class,and the gender structure of new generation migrant workers.The results show that the "worker" in the "migrant worker" comes from the "work for other people";although the "migrant worker" has the sense of discrimination,it really reflects the survival states of a certain social class;comparing with the first class migrant workers,the new generation migrant workers are the second generation of migrant workers,and their social position has not changed basically.The unfairness of social mobility is included among the "poor second generation","rich second generation" and "officer second generation",which may lead to the hardening of social class and the appear of opposite classes;the new generation migrant workers are subverting their fathers’ psychological recognition of "man dominates the outside and the woman dominates the inside" by the imbalanced sex structure,which is characterized by more women and less men.The social problems concerning new generation migrant workers caused by the sex discrepancy are directly related to the construction of the framework which comes up to the human moral and the stable improvement of the whole social ideological and cultural level.

6G新型时延多普勒通信范式:OTFS的技术优势、设计挑战、应用与前景

在未来的通信网络中,被广泛期待的第6代移动通信系统(The Sixth Generation of Mobile Communications System,6G)技术将面临诸多挑战,其中包括在高速移动场景下的超高可靠通信问题。正交时频空间(Orthogonal Time Frequency Space,OTFS)调制技术克服了传统通信系统在高速移动环境下多径和多普勒效应的影响,为实现6G超高可靠通信提供了新的可能性。该文首先介绍了OTFS的基本原理、数学模型、干扰与优势分析。然后,归纳分析了OTFS技术在同步、信道估计、信号检测技术上的研究现状。接着,从车联网、无人机、卫星通信、海洋通信4个典型应用场景分析了OTFS的应用趋势。最后,从降低多维匹配滤波器、相位解调和信道估计、硬件实现的复杂度和提高对时频资源的高度利用4个角度探讨了未来研究OTFS需要克服的困难和挑战。

现象图析学视角下移动社交媒体用户数字囤积行为机理研究

[目的/意义]探析移动社交媒体用户数字囤积行为的影响因素与生成机理,有助于丰富信息行为研究的理论范式,为深入解析移动社交媒体用户数字囤积行为现象提供理论指导与实践参考。[方法/过程]基于I-PACE理论模型框架,从“用户—情感—认知—行为”4个维度,对移动社交媒体用户数字囤积行为进行模型要素解析,并利用现象图析学质性方法深入挖掘该行为的内在机理,构建移动社交媒体用户数字囤积行为机理关系模型。[结果/结论]研究结果揭示了移动社交媒体用户数字囤积行为机理可分为注意触发、认知判断、感知控制、行为反馈4个子机理。

主观家庭经济地位对脱贫家庭儿童社会流动信念的影响:一般自我效能感的相对中介作用

目的:探讨主观家庭经济地位对脱贫家庭儿童的社会流动信念的影响及一般自我效能感的相对中介作用。方法:采用社会流动信念量表、主观家庭经济地位量表、一般自我效能感量表对645名脱贫家庭儿童进行调查。结果:1主观家庭经济地位、一般自我效能感与脱贫家庭儿童社会流动信念呈显著正相关(r=0.18,0.21;P<0.01);2主观家庭经济地位对脱贫家庭儿童社会流动信念的直接效应和一般自我效能感在两者间的整体中介作用均显著,中介效应值是0.04;3一般自我效能感在两者间的相对中介作用显著,与中等组相比,高分组相对中介效应显著,相对中介效应值是0.08,低分组不显著。结论:主观家庭经济地位既可直接影响脱贫家庭儿童社会流动信念,也可通过一般自我效能感的中介作用间接影响社会流动信念,且在主观家庭经济地位高分组中还存在相对中介效应。

选择职业教育还是普通教育?——基于收入和就业质量的视角

选择职业教育还是普通教育,不仅是个人教育的重要选择,也是国家教育结构改革的重要依据。基于CGSS混合截面数据的研究发现:在中等教育阶段,职业教育更能提升劳动者的收入和就业质量,其收入约比中等普通教育高7.46%,且农村户籍和家庭处于较低阶层的弱势群体更多的从中等职业教育中获益;而在高等教育阶段,职业教育劳动者的收入比普通教育低28.7%。但从普职教育相对回报的历史演变来看,中等职业教育的收入优势随着出生年代的推移不断下降;而高等职业教育的收入劣势不断缩小,甚至出现反超高等普通教育之势。因此,可将高等职业教育作为发展重点,建立“双轨制”的教育体系,促进我国教育事业高质量发展。

富民要赋志:低收入群体工作韧性对职业变换的影响

提高低收入群体的职业稳定性是走向共同富裕的可行路径,其作用机理在于保持职业稳定性、减少工作流动率有助于技能的提升与工作职级的晋升,从而提升工资收入。以福建省X市H区新生代农民工为分析样本,通过实证研究发现:除了传统的年龄、婚姻、收入、教育程度等因素对职业稳定性产生影响外,新生代农民工群体内在工作韧性对职业稳定性也有积极促进作用,同时组织学习通过工作韧性产生中介作用。研究结果潜在的启示意义在于需要贯彻“富民要赋志”的理念,通过提高新生代农民工等低收入群体的工作韧性,以实现共同富裕的目标。

在求知与流动之间:新生代农村女大学生的考研动因研究

新生代农村女大学生是考研群体的重要组成部分。该研究以46份教育自传为样本,利用质性分析软件,基于生命历程理论的理论视角,遵循扎根理论方法进路,探究其考研决策的行为动因。研究发现求知与流动是该群体生命历程的核心事件,在空间流动中求知的生命体验塑造了个体化特征,孕育了“考研”这一为实现社会流动而继续求知的个体化抉择。中国式现代化创造的制度空间、知识可获得性的途径扩展、家庭提供的组织保障和不断强化的个体化倾向共同构成了该群体考研决策的巨大动力。
