Therefore, various computable methods have b...Essential proteins are inseparable in cell growth and survival. The study of essential proteins is important for understanding cellular functions and biological mechanisms. Therefore, various computable methods have been proposed to identify essential proteins. Unfortunately, most methods based on network topology only consider the interactions between a protein and its neighboring proteins, and not the interactions with its higher-order distance proteins. In this paper, we propose the DSEP algorithm in which we integrated network topology properties and subcellular localization information in protein–protein interaction(PPI) networks based on four-order distances, and then used random walks to identify the essential proteins. We also propose a method to calculate the finite-order distance of the network, which can greatly reduce the time complexity of our algorithm. We conducted a comprehensive comparison of the DSEP algorithm with 11 existing classical algorithms to identify essential proteins with multiple evaluation methods. The results show that DSEP is superior to these 11 methods.展开更多

In view of the complex structure and environment,the dynamic analysis on deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)is a challenge in the biophysics field.Considering the local interaction with ribonucleic acid(RNA)-polymerase as well...In view of the complex structure and environment,the dynamic analysis on deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)is a challenge in the biophysics field.Considering the local interaction with ribonucleic acid(RNA)-polymerase as well as the dissipative effect of cellular fluid,a coupling sine-Gordon-type dynamic model is used to describe the rotational motions of the bases in DNA.First,the approximate symmetric form is constructed.Then,the wave form and the wave velocity of the kink solution to the proposed dynamic model are investigated by a Runge-Kutta structure-preserving scheme based on the generalized multi-symplectic idea.The numerical results indicate that,the strengthening of the local interaction between DNA and RNA-polymerase described by the coupling potential makes the form of the kink solution steep,while the appearance of the friction between DNA and cellular fluid makes the form of the kink solution flat.In addition,the appearance of the friction decreases the velocities of both the symplectic configuration and the anti-symplectic configuration with different degrees.The above findings are beneficial to comprehend the DNA transcription mechanism.展开更多

Background:Musical perception requires a host of skills.Instrumental musicians place greater emphasis on motor coordination,whereas vocal musicians rehearse vocal sounds.The study explored the differential advantages ...Background:Musical perception requires a host of skills.Instrumental musicians place greater emphasis on motor coordination,whereas vocal musicians rehearse vocal sounds.The study explored the differential advantages of musical background on binaural integration and interaction in musicians(instrumentalists,vocalists)and compared them with age-matched non-musicians.Methods:Eight six participants aged 20e40 y with normal hearing sensitivity were subjected to binaural tests using a standard group comparison research design.The participants were segregated into three groups e Group 1 included instrumentalists(n?26,mean age:17.73±2.83 y),while Group 2 and Group 3 consisted of vocalists(n?30,mean age:19.30±2.47 y)and non-musicians(n?30,mean age:18.20±3.02 y)respectively.The binaural processes namely integration(Dichotic syllable test,DST;and virtual acoustic space identification-VASI)and interaction(Interaural difference thresholds for time and level:ITD&ILD),were administered on all the participants.Results:Statistical analyses showed the main effect of musicianship.Bonferroni pair-wise test revealed that the musicians(instrumentalists and vocalists)outperformed(p<0.05)non-musicians in all the tests.The differential advantage of the musical background was seen on the binaural integration test with instrumentalists performing better in the VASI test compared to vocalists,and vice-versa for DST.No difference was observed in interaction tasks(ITD&ILD)between vocalists and instrumentalists(p>0.05).Conclusion:Musical background-induced differential advantages can be reasonably noted in the binaural skills of instrumentalists and vocalists(compared to non-musicians).展开更多

Based on the distributions of normal electric field component Ez, tangential electric field component Ey and total energy, we showed that the optical transmission is due to the collaboration of the localized waveguide resonance, the surface plasmon resonance and the coupling of the fiat-surface plasmon of the two layers.展开更多
We study the color and star formation rates of paired galaxies in filaments and sheets using the EAGLE simulations.We find that the major pairs with pair separation<50 kpc are bluer and more star-forming in filamen...We study the color and star formation rates of paired galaxies in filaments and sheets using the EAGLE simulations.We find that the major pairs with pair separation<50 kpc are bluer and more star-forming in filamentary environments compared to those hosted in sheet-like environments.This trend reverses beyond a pair separation of~50 kpc.The interacting pairs with larger separations(>50 kpc)in filaments are on average redder and low-star-forming compared to those embedded in sheets.The galaxies in filaments and sheets may have different stellar mass and cold gas mass distributions.Using a KS test,we find that for paired galaxies with pair separation<50 kpc,there are no significant differences in these properties in sheets and filaments.The filaments transport gas toward the cluster of galaxies.Some earlier studies find preferential alignment of galaxy pairs with the filament axis.Such alignment of galaxy pairs may lead to different gas accretion efficiency in galaxies residing in filaments and sheets.We propose that the enhancement of star formation rate at smaller pair separation in filaments is caused by the alignment of galaxy pairs.A recent study with SDSS data reports the same findings.The confirmation of these results by the EAGLE simulations suggests that the hydrodynamical simulations are powerful theoretical tools for studying galaxy formation and evolution in the cosmic web.展开更多

In this paper, the author continues to propose a model of large-scale (gravitational) fundamental interactions in the universe based on the mathematical and physical picture of the principal fiber bundle, attempting to explain that dark matter and dark energy are merely reflections of these gravitational fundamental interactions that deviate in intensity from the gravitational fundamental interactions of the solar system at galaxy scales or some cosmic scales which are much larger than the solar system. All these “gravitational” fundamental interactions originate from the unified gauge field of the universe, namely the connection or curvature on the principal fiber bundle. These interactions are their projected representations on the bottom manifold (i.e. our universe) by different cross-sections (gauge transformations). From all the above questions, there are three main following questions: Why does the energy of a light mode include zero-point energy? Where does the first photon come from in universe? and What is the first fact as a reason of absorption, emission in the photon-atom interaction? To find out the acceptable answers, here we propose postulates about the zero-photon and then about the new concepts of photon. Using them, we have tried to describe the basic characters of the photon and explain the photon-atom interaction in other way: the spin-spin interaction. Our results showed out the different picture of mechanism of the photon-atom interaction, the existence of the zero-photon energy, the absorption as well as the emission rule and its probabilities.展开更多

Therefore, three main ways to deepen the university-enterprise collaborative education are proposed: The first is to improve and implement the local government's policy guarantee system and incentive measures, fully mobilize and stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of enterprises to participate in university -enterprise collaborative education;The second is to innovate the long-tenn operation mechanism of university-enterprise collaborative education, and to open up the last mile of educating and employing people;The third is to innovate the university-enterprise joint university-running mode and build a system of engineering talents that integrates innovation and practical capabilities.

文摘Background:Musical perception requires a host of skills.Instrumental musicians place greater emphasis on motor coordination,whereas vocal musicians rehearse vocal sounds.The study explored the differential advantages of musical background on binaural integration and interaction in musicians(instrumentalists,vocalists)and compared them with age-matched non-musicians.Methods:Eight six participants aged 20e40 y with normal hearing sensitivity were subjected to binaural tests using a standard group comparison research design.The participants were segregated into three groups e Group 1 included instrumentalists(n?26,mean age:17.73±2.83 y),while Group 2 and Group 3 consisted of vocalists(n?30,mean age:19.30±2.47 y)and non-musicians(n?30,mean age:18.20±3.02 y)respectively.The binaural processes namely integration(Dichotic syllable test,DST;and virtual acoustic space identification-VASI)and interaction(Interaural difference thresholds for time and level:ITD&ILD),were administered on all the participants.Results:Statistical analyses showed the main effect of musicianship.Bonferroni pair-wise test revealed that the musicians(instrumentalists and vocalists)outperformed(p<0.05)non-musicians in all the tests.The differential advantage of the musical background was seen on the binaural integration test with instrumentalists performing better in the VASI test compared to vocalists,and vice-versa for DST.No difference was observed in interaction tasks(ITD&ILD)between vocalists and instrumentalists(p>0.05).Conclusion:Musical background-induced differential advantages can be reasonably noted in the binaural skills of instrumentalists and vocalists(compared to non-musicians).

文摘Based on the finite difference time domain method, we investigated theoretically the optical properties and the plasmonic interactions between a gold film perforated with periodic sub-wavelength holes and a thin gold film. We showed that the plasmon resonant energies and intensities depend strongly on the thicknesses of the two films and the lattice constant. Based on the distributions of normal electric field component Ez, tangential electric field component Ey and total energy, we showed that the optical transmission is due to the collaboration of the localized waveguide resonance, the surface plasmon resonance and the coupling of the fiat-surface plasmon of the two layers.

文摘We study the color and star formation rates of paired galaxies in filaments and sheets using the EAGLE simulations.We find that the major pairs with pair separation<50 kpc are bluer and more star-forming in filamentary environments compared to those hosted in sheet-like environments.This trend reverses beyond a pair separation of~50 kpc.The interacting pairs with larger separations(>50 kpc)in filaments are on average redder and low-star-forming compared to those embedded in sheets.The galaxies in filaments and sheets may have different stellar mass and cold gas mass distributions.Using a KS test,we find that for paired galaxies with pair separation<50 kpc,there are no significant differences in these properties in sheets and filaments.The filaments transport gas toward the cluster of galaxies.Some earlier studies find preferential alignment of galaxy pairs with the filament axis.Such alignment of galaxy pairs may lead to different gas accretion efficiency in galaxies residing in filaments and sheets.We propose that the enhancement of star formation rate at smaller pair separation in filaments is caused by the alignment of galaxy pairs.A recent study with SDSS data reports the same findings.The confirmation of these results by the EAGLE simulations suggests that the hydrodynamical simulations are powerful theoretical tools for studying galaxy formation and evolution in the cosmic web.

文摘It is urgent and necessary to implement international understanding education in local application-oriented colleges and universities.Improving the international competitiveness of talents and cultivating global citizens is one of the goals of higher education.This paper discussed the problems of international understanding education in local application-oriented colleges and universities,including weak policy orientation,insufficient practical exploration,aphasia of national culture,etc.It is recommended to implement the international understanding education from two ways:subject penetration and project-based professional courses.In addition,the introduction of Chinese culture cannot be ignored to prevent the absence of national culture in cross-cultural communication.
文摘The author of this paper once attempted to propose a unified framework for gauge fields based on the mathematical and physical picture of the principal fiber bundle: that is, to believe that our universe may have more fundamental interactions than the four, and these fundamental gauge fields are only components on the bottom manifold (i.e. our universe) projected by a unified gauge potential of the principal fiber bundle manifold;these components can satisfy the transformation of gauge potential, or even be transformed from one basic interaction gauge potential to another basic interaction gauge potential, and can be summarized into a unified equation, namely the generalized gauge equation expression, corresponding to gauge transformation invariance;so the invariance of gauge transformation is a necessary condition for unified field theory, and the four (or more) fundamental interaction fields of the universe are unified in a unified gauge field defined by the connection on the principal fiber bundle. In this paper, the author continues to propose a model of large-scale (gravitational) fundamental interactions in the universe based on the mathematical and physical picture of the principal fiber bundle, attempting to explain that dark matter and dark energy are merely reflections of these gravitational fundamental interactions that deviate in intensity from the gravitational fundamental interactions of the solar system at galaxy scales or some cosmic scales which are much larger than the solar system. All these “gravitational” fundamental interactions originate from the unified gauge field of the universe, namely the connection or curvature on the principal fiber bundle. These interactions are their projected representations on the bottom manifold (i.e. our universe) by different cross-sections (gauge transformations). These projection representations of the universe certainly are described by the generalized gauge equation or curvature similarity equation, and under the guidance of curvature gauge transformation factors, oscillate and evolve between the curvatures 1→0→-1→0→1 of the universe.

文摘In this paper, a new mechanism for the emergence of scale-free distribution is proposed. It is more realistic than the existing mechanism. Based on our mechanism, a model responsible for the scale-free distribution with an exponent in a range of 3-to-5 is given. Moreover, this model could also reproduce the exponential distribution that is discovered in some real networks. Finally, the analytical result of the model is given and the simulation shows the validity of our result,

文摘After researching carefully the well known M. Planck’s law of the black-body radiation, the quantum theory of field and the Einstein’s postulates about interaction of the photon with the atoms, there are a lot of unclear questions about photon and its interaction with atom. From all the above questions, there are three main following questions: Why does the energy of a light mode include zero-point energy? Where does the first photon come from in universe? and What is the first fact as a reason of absorption, emission in the photon-atom interaction? To find out the acceptable answers, here we propose postulates about the zero-photon and then about the new concepts of photon. Using them, we have tried to describe the basic characters of the photon and explain the photon-atom interaction in other way: the spin-spin interaction. Our results showed out the different picture of mechanism of the photon-atom interaction, the existence of the zero-photon energy, the absorption as well as the emission rule and its probabilities.

文摘The interactions of complexes of XeOF_(2) and XeO_(3) with a series of different hybridization N-containing donors are studied by means of DFT and MP_(2) calculations.The aerogen bonding interaction energies range from 6.5 kcal/mol to19.9 kcal/mol between XeO_(3) or XeOF_(2) and typical N-containing donors.The sequence of interaction for N-containing hy-bridization is sp^(3)>sp^(2)>sp,and XeO_(3)is higher than XeOF_(2).For some donors of sp^(2)and sp^(3) hybridization,the steric effect plays a minor role in the interaction with the evidence of reduced density gradient plots.The dominant stable part is the electrostatic interaction.In complex of XeO_(3),the weight of polarization is larger than dispersion,while the situation is opposite for XeOF_(2)complexes.Except for the sum of the maximum value of molecular electrostatic potential on Xe atom and minimum value of molecular electrostatic potential on N atom,the other five interaction parameters including the potential energy density at bond critical point,the equilibrium distances,interaction energies with the basis set superposition error correction,localized molecular orbital energy decomposition analysis interaction energies,and the electron charge density,show great linear correlation coefficients with each other.
文摘The objective is to know and to exploit specificities of the local data because Madagascar needs to the media economic surveys deepened on its cultural and social diversities. The problems remain on the facts that the journalists are exceeded by the events and are often constrained to be unaware of the environment of proximity--policies, societies, and economics which could become inexhaustible sources. In this case, how and up to what point will they manage to collect all the data related there, to exploit them and to place them at the disposal of the public? We chose a methodology of investigation according to the research methods developed for the study of the industrial and agricultural systems (Bear, Gibbon, Haggblade, & Ritchie, 1993; Boomgard, Davies, Haggblade, & Mead, 1992; Laurent, 1993; Montigaud, 1992) in order to establish the cartography of the media, the actors, the sets of themes to the menu. This enabled us to raise a whole proliferation of the media. The lnternet has also been diffused since 1997.
