We develop an interconnect crosstalk estimation model on the assumption of linearity for CMOS device. First, we analyze the terminal response of RC model on the worst condition from theS field to the time domain. The exact 3 order coefficients inS field are obtained due to the interconnect tree model. Based on this, a crosstalk peak estimation formula is presented. Unlike other crosstalk equations in the literature, this formula is only used coupled capacitance and grand capacitance as parameter. Experimental results show that, compared with the SPICE results, the estimation formulae are simple and accurate. So the model is expected to be used in such fields as layout-driven logic and high level synthesis, performance-driven floorplanning and interconnect planning. 展开更多

本文选取2015—2022年的日度观测数据,采用AS-CAViaR模型和动态溢出指数方法考察了我国10种商品期货间的尾部风险溢出效应,并进一步探究影响其溢出水平的因素。分析结果表明,重大风险事件爆发期间,我国商品期货市场尾部系统关联水平明... 本文选取2015—2022年的日度观测数据,采用AS-CAViaR模型和动态溢出指数方法考察了我国10种商品期货间的尾部风险溢出效应,并进一步探究影响其溢出水平的因素。分析结果表明,重大风险事件爆发期间,我国商品期货市场尾部系统关联水平明显提升,但不同商品的尾部溢出水平对风险事件的敏感度存在差异。在整个样本期内,化工、软商品和有色期货为系统中极端风险的净输出者,非金属建材和油脂油料则是主要的净接收者,且产业属性相似的商品期货间的尾部关联更为紧密。就驱动因素而言,宏观经济金融环境会对我国商品期货的尾部风险溢出产生显著影响,且美国经济政策不确定性同样为重要的驱动因素,但我国的经济政策不确定性并不存在显著影响。 展开更多

关联度风险是导致系统性风险的主要原因。研究保险公司的关联度风险需要考虑风险增加的相关性和风险降低的相关性,即关联度的非对称性。本文使用市场导向的KMV模型测度保险公司的风险并形成时间序列,之后使用SJC-Vine-Copula函数研究分... 关联度风险是导致系统性风险的主要原因。研究保险公司的关联度风险需要考虑风险增加的相关性和风险降低的相关性,即关联度的非对称性。本文使用市场导向的KMV模型测度保险公司的风险并形成时间序列,之后使用SJC-Vine-Copula函数研究分析保险公司风险之间的关联度。实证分析结果表明,保险公司在风险增加和风险降低之间的关联度具有非对称特征。一些保险公司之间风险增加的关联度高于风险降低的关联度;一些保险公司之间风险降低的关联度大于风险增加的关联度。此外,从各个年份的关联度风险来看,保险公司之间的关联度呈现出时变的特征和异质性特征,不同年份以及不同保险公司之间的关联度特征较为复杂,但非对称性明显。基于关联度视角来看,中国保险业在2013年系统性风险最高。整体而言,新华保险和中国平安、中国人寿和中国太保关联度较强,监管应重点关注中国平安。 展开更多

This paper proposes fuzzy model predictive control(FMPC)strategies for nonlinear interconnected systems based mainly on a system decomposition approach.First,the Takagi-Sugeno(TS)fuzzy model is formulated in such a way to describe the behavior of the nonlinear system.Based on that description,a fuzzy model predictive control is determined.The system under consideration is decomposed into several subsystems.For each subsystem,the main idea consists of the decomposition of the control action into two parts:The decentralized part contains the parameters of the subsystem and the centralized part contains the elements of other subsystems.According to such decomposition,two strategies are defined aiming to circumvent the problems caused by interconnection bet ween subsystems.The feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method are illustrated through numerical examples. 展开更多

股市互联与尾部风险溢出效应研究

基于时变超阈值模型和溢出指数方法构建国际股票市场尾部风险关联网络,从大小、方向和动态性的角度考察1997–2022年间全球10个重要股票市场之间的尾部风险溢出效应,对极端风险事件下尾部风险关联结构的时变特征进行考察,并分析了尾部... 基于时变超阈值模型和溢出指数方法构建国际股票市场尾部风险关联网络,从大小、方向和动态性的角度考察1997–2022年间全球10个重要股票市场之间的尾部风险溢出效应,对极端风险事件下尾部风险关联结构的时变特征进行考察,并分析了尾部风险传染的内在机制.研究发现,整个样本期内,10个市场尾部风险溢出的均值达到59.79%,呈现出明显的尾部风险跨市场传染效应,且该效应在危机时期更为显著.美国是最大的尾部风险净输出者,是国际股票市场极端风险的重要来源之一.中国内地市场则具有最低的双向尾部风险溢出水平,并长期保持尾部风险净接收者的地位.中美贸易摩擦和新冠疫情暴发以后,国际市场尾部风险联动增强,给防范境外输入性风险冲击、维护金融安全与稳定带来了更大的挑战.国际尾部风险溢出结构也具有明显的时变特征,平稳时期主要存在发达资本市场之间的溢出效应,新兴市场间的尾部风险溢出效应在危机时期明显增强.最后,经济基本面和市场传染都是国际股市尾部风险溢出效应的重要影响因素. 展开更多

Stability Analysis for a Kind of Hybrid Interconnected Systems

Complex large scale systems possess the characteristics of high dimensionality, large number of variables, strong nonlinearity, and parametric uncertainty. One of the effective approaches for the complex system modeling is using a hybrid interconnected model to describe the dynamics of each subsystem. Usually, some subsystems could be represented by analytic mathematical models due to their explicit mechanisms; others could only be modeled by intelligent methods because of their complicated behaviors. This paper focuses on a kind of large-scale uncertain systems with hybrid interconnected models, a part of which described by linear differential-equations and another part represented by Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy models. Through constructing a set of independent lower-dimensional linear matrix inequalities, and solving them in parallel, a novel robust stability analysis method is proposed. Thus the computational complexity is greatly reduced. Computer simulation is conducted to validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method. 展开更多

The mode-based damping torque analysis(M-DTA)method for studying the effect of an external controller on power system low-frequency oscillations is proposed in this paper.First,based on the interconnection model between the system and the controller in the frequency domain,the oscillation loop corresponding to the electromechanical oscillation mode is built,and then the mode-based damping torque of the controller can be calculated.Then,the application of the M-DTA method in the power system is illustrated.The derivation shows that in the single-machine infinite-bus power system,the M-DTA method is completely equivalent to the classical damping torque analysis(C-DTA)method.In the multi-machine power system,the mode-based damping torque directily reflects the effect of the controller on the oscillation mode,overcoming the shortcomings of the C-DTA method in which there is no direct correspondence between the damping torque and the oscillation mode.By deriving the relationship with the residue index,the M-DTA method shows higher accuracy than the residue method in applications,such as controller parameter adjustment.Finally,two example power systems are presented to demonstrate the application of the proposed M-DTA method.Index Terms-Electromechanical oscillation mode,FACTS,interconnection model in the frequency domain,mode-based damping torque analysis(M-DTA),power system low-frequency oscillation,PSS,residue method. 展开更多

银行间市场网络稳定性与系统性金融风险最优应对策略:政府控股视角 被引量:10

本文创新性地将政府控股银行的议价能力量化为溢价倍数,将其与银行保留价格的自相关性共同引入银行间均衡交易价格形成机制,基于2017—2019年139家银行的银行间资产负债数据和股权结构数据,构建了中国银行间市场内生均衡交易网络。基于... 本文创新性地将政府控股银行的议价能力量化为溢价倍数,将其与银行保留价格的自相关性共同引入银行间均衡交易价格形成机制,基于2017—2019年139家银行的银行间资产负债数据和股权结构数据,构建了中国银行间市场内生均衡交易网络。基于该网络,本文从金融系统交易效率和稳定性两个维度,量化分析银行关联度限制最优区间及各类政府救助政策效果,并提出系统性金融风险的最优应对策略。结果表明:(1)政府控股银行在同业市场上存在7%—14%左右的正溢价,市场波动剧烈时政府控股溢价倍数大幅增加,且政府直接控股银行溢价倍数增幅超过政府间接控股银行;(2)限制关联度对银行系统交易效率和稳定性的影响是非单调的,最佳限制范围在60—80家,事前对银行关联度进行适当限制可以提高政府救助政策效果;(3)危机的最优应对策略取决于当时的市场预期,市场恐慌时,救助濒临倒闭的系统重要性银行成本巨大,但可以使整个银行系统迅速恢复稳定,而市场预期相对乐观时,对幸存的政府控股银行注资则是最佳策略;(4)当政府控股银行发生极端风险时,溢价倍数发生变化,最优风险处置策略也随之改变。 展开更多

Noise analysis and avoidance are an increasingly critical step in the design of deep sub-micron (DSM) integrated circuits (ICs). The crosstalk between neighboring interconnects gradually becomes the main noise sources in DSM ICs. We introduce an efficient and accurate noise-evaluation method for capacitively coupled nets of ICs. The method holds for a victim net with arbitrary number of aggressive nets under ramp input excitation. For common RC nets extracted by electronic design au-tomation (EDA) tools, the deviation between our method and HSPICE is under 10% . 展开更多
