IFA是NDN中的恶意攻击之一,危害较大.针对IFA,提出基于增强隔离林的IFA检测方法,通过在构造增强隔离林的过程中区分Interest包所携带的合法前缀与异常前缀,对异常前缀进行进一步判断,从而准确地检测出恶意前缀.所提出的方法将检测出的恶意前缀列入黑名单中,限制携带恶意前缀的Interest包转发.仿真结果表明:该方法能够有效地缓解IFA.

Reawakened Sexual Interest: The Result of Surgical Correction of Concealed Penis

Concealed penis (CP) is a developmental anomaly in which the penis is hidden in the skin of the abdomen, thigh or scrotum. As a result of this, the penis appears shortened in length. It was first described by Keyes Jr. E.L. in 1919. It can be associated with voiding problem and in adults, sexual issues, among others. Objective: To show that surgery can reverse celibacy induced by CP and highlight the need for an interdisciplinary approach to correction of this anomaly. Patient and Method: A thirty-one-year male patient who had a surgical release of his buried penis by two surgeons in 2019 in a private hospital. The case note was reviewed, the data obtained analyzed and the results including photographs, were presented. The patient was followed up. Result: A 10 cm length of penis and a hundred percent (100%) take of sheet of split skin graft used to resurface the denuded penis were achieved using combined spinal and epidural anesthesia. The patient, his mother and the surgeons were satisfied with the outcome. Consequently, he resolved to marry a wife after all. Conclusion: Concealed penis can now be regarded as a known cause of celibacy and surgical correction can reverse the celibate state.

命名数据网络因其关注请求对象本身而非地址并具有网间缓存等特点,得到了学术界的肯定.但在Interest泛洪攻击中,攻击者恶意占用PIT表等资源,导致其拒绝对合法用户服务,从而使网络遭受严重危害.针对基于熵的Interest泛洪攻击防御方案在定位攻击源、网络开销方面存在的不足,提出了一种基于包标记的缓解方法.该方法通过让Interest包携带边缘路由器信息,在检测到攻击并找出恶意前缀后对攻击源进行定位,然后向下游路由器发送溯源数据包,从而对攻击者采取限制措施.仿真结果表明:该方法可以更加精确地定位攻击源并有效地降低网络中的开销.

“What are you interested in?”—A survey on 601 nursing homes residents activities interests

Lack of engagement in activities is a common feature of nursing homes residents. As apathy is the most frequent behavioural disturbance, understanding residents’ interests is a milestone for tailored challenging interventions targeting engagement enhancement. Objective: To depict the activities interests of nursing homes residents. Method: An electronic version of the Test of Interest “TILT” which regroups 40 images of activities has been developed and adapted for the Ipad. Residents were asked to answer by yes or no to the question “are you interested by this activity”, for each activity found interesting, the patient had then to categorize it in either Work/ occupation-Personal-Leisure-Family. Population: A total of 601 residents from 19 nursing homes have completed the survey from March to May 2011. The surveyed nursing homes from the South East of France were comparable of nursing homes figures in France. Results: We interviewed 601 individuals (female, n = 484) aged 85.9 years, out of those, 56% had stayed more than one year in an institution. Nearly half of the population (45.3%) was from 80 - 89 year of age, followed by 36.1% from 90 - 99. The educational background was principally from primary school (36%) and high school (30.8%). Most of the residents were classified has having dementia (35.3%). From the 40 activities presented to each participant, “enjoying a good meal” has been found to be the most interesting activity by 83% of the population followed by “dressing up”, 75.9% and “watching TV”, 75.5%. Female participants reported more interest in place of worship, family pictures and being with grand children then males (p < 0.01). We found that the presence of “dementia” diagnosis” triggered the lack of interest compared to none demented or none cognitively impaired residents (p < 0.01). It was found that participants aged 55 - 69 were more the most interested to do video games (p < 0.05), though this may be interpreted as a positive step toward functional and cognitive rehabilitation program using virtual reality as a mean for intervention.

Functions and behaviors of activated sludge extracellular polymeric substances (EPS): a promising environmental interest

Extracellular polymeric substances （EPS） are the predominant constituents of activated sludge and represent up to 80% of the mass of activated sludge. They play a crucial role in the flocculation, settling and dewatering of activated sludge. Furthermore, EPS also show great efficiency in binding heavy metals. So EPS are key factors influencing reduction in sludge volume and mass, as well as activity and utilization of sludge. EPS are of considerable environmental interest and hundreds of articles on EPS have been published abroad, while information on EPS in China is limited. In this paper, results of over 60 publications related to constituents and characteristics of EPS and their influences on flocculation, settling and dewatering of sludge are compiled and analyzed. Metal-binding ability of EPS is also discussed, together with a brief consideration of possible research interests in the future.

Charging Pile Siting Recommendations via the Fusion of Points of Interest and Vehicle Trajectories

By mining of the requirements of lots of electric vehicle users for charging piles, this paper proposes the charging pile siting algorithm via the fusion of Points of Interest and vehicle trajectories. The proposed algorithm computes appropriate charging pile locations by: 1) mining user Points of Interest from social network; 2) mining parking sites of vehicle form GPS trajectories and 3) fusing the Points of Interest and parking sites together then clustering the fusions with our improved DBSCAN algorithm, whose clustering results indicates the final appropriate charging pile locations. Experimental results show that our proposed methods are more efficient than existing methods.

ON THE RENEWAL RISK MODEL WITH INTEREST AND DIVIDEND

We consider that the reserve of an insurance company follows a renewal risk process with interest and dividend. For this risk process, we derive integral equations and exact infinite series expressions for the Cerber-Shiu discounted penalty function. Then we give lower and upper bounds for the ruin probability. Finally, we present exact expressions for the ruin probability in a special case of renewal risk processes.

A New Region-of-interest Coding Method to Control the Relative Quality of Progressive Decoded Images

Based on the ideas of controlling relative quality and rearranging bitplanes, a new ROI coding method for JPEG2000 was proposed, which shifts and rearranges bitplanes in units of bitplane groups. It can code arbitrary shaped ROI without shape coding, and reserve almost arbitrary percent of background information. It also can control the relative quality of progressive decoded images. In addition, it is easy to be implemented and has low computational cost.

UNIFORM ESTIMATE ON FINITE TIME RUIN PROBABILITIES WITH RANDOM INTEREST RATE

We consider a discrete time risk model in which the net payout （insurance risk） {Xk, k = 1, 2,...} are assumed to take real values and belong to the heavy-tailed class L∩ D and the discount factors （financial risk） {Yk, k = 1,2,...} concentrate on [θ, L], where 0 〈 0 〈 1, L 〈 ∞, {Xk, k = 1,2,...}, and {Yk, k=1,2,...} are assumed to be mutually independent. We investigate the asymptotic behavior of the ruin probability within a finite time horizon as the initial capital tends to infinity, and figure out that the convergence holds uniformly for all n ≥ 1, which is different from Tang Q H and Tsitsiashvili G （Adv Appl Prob, 2004, 36： 1278-1299）.

Research on the User Interest Modeling of Personalized Search Engine

At present, how to enable Search Engine to construct user personal interest model initially, master user＇s personalized information timely and provide personalized services accurately have become the hotspot in the research of Search Engine area. Aiming at the problems of user model＇s construction and combining techniques of manual customization modeling and automatic analytical modeling, a User Interest Model （UIM） is proposed in the paper. On the basis of it, the corresponding establishment and update algorithms of User lnterest Profile （UIP） are presented subsequently. Simulation tests proved that the UIM proposed and corresponding algorithms could enhance the retrieval precision effectively and have superior adaptability.

RUIN PROBABILITY IN A SEMI-MARKOV RISK MODEL WITH CONSTANT INTEREST FORCE AND HEAVY-TAILED CLAIMS

In the present paper, we consider a kind of semi-Markov risk model （SMRM） with constant interest force and heavy-tailed claims~ in which the claim rates and sizes are conditionally independent, both fluctuating according to the state of the risk business. First, we derive a matrix integro-differential equation satisfied by the survival probabilities. Second, we analyze the asymptotic behaviors of ruin probabilities in a two-state SMRM with special claim amounts. It is shown that the asymptotic behaviors of ruin probabilities depend only on the state 2 with heavy-tailed claim amounts, not on the state 1 with exponential claim sizes.

EXPECTED DISCOUNTED PENALTY FUNCTION OF ERLANG(2) RISK MODEL WITH CONSTANT INTEREST

The purpose of this paper is to consider the expected value of a discounted penalty due at ruin in the Erlang（2） risk process under constant interest force. An integro-differential equation satisfied by the expected value and a second-order differential equation for the Laplace transform of the expected value are derived. In addition, the paper will present the recursive algorithm for the joint distribution of the surplus immediately before ruin and the deficit at ruin. Finally, by the differential equation, the defective renewal equation and the explicit expression for the expected value are given in the interest-free case.
