In this paper,we propose a three-species model consisting of two competing(prey and nonprey)species and a predator species.Here,nonprey species are not included in the predator’s food choice.The competition process follows Holling type II competitive response to interference time.Basic results include the stability of the system.First,it is established that an increasing number of interference time stabilizes the system.Second,it is shown that the interference time has an impact on the predator equilibrium density.Third,we develop the criterion of persistence of all the species.It is also shown that the system may not be persistent when multiple steady states appear.We examine the global stability of the coexistence equilibrium point.Numerical experiments are carried out to understand the analytical outcomes. 展开更多

The problem of underdetermined blind source separation of adjacent satellite interference is proposed in this paper. Density Clustering algorithm(DC-algorithm) presented in this article is different from traditional methods. Sparseness representation has been applied in underdetermined blind signal source separation. However, some difficulties have not been considered, such as the number of sources is unknown or the mixed matrix is ill-conditioned. In order to find out the number of the mixed signals, Short Time Fourier Transform(STFT) is employed to segment received mixtures. Then, we formulate the blind source signal as cluster problem. Furthermore, we construct Cost Function Pair and Decision Coordinate System by using density clustering. At the end of this paper, we discuss the performance of the proposed method and verify the novel method based on several simulations. We verify the proposed method on numerical experiments with real signal transmission, which demonstrates the validity of the proposed method. 展开更多

Due to bad working conditions and complicated structure,kinds of complicated cycle loads work on turbine disc, and it's difficult to determine the stress distribution of their equivalent load.Based on the traditional stress-strength interference model and conditional reliability,the reliability models of turbine disc without the stress distribution are established in this paper. In the range of fatigue limit, by improving fatigue life curve, the relationship between turbine disc's life probability distribution and material GH4133B's is got,and so is the relationship between life and stress.Then,on the basis of test data of smooth material test-piece from references,the fatigue life probability distribution of material testpiece is found out,and then the fatigue life probability distribution of turbine disc is confirmed. The fatigue life probability distribution of turbine disc is taken into reliability model and the reliability of turbine is analyzed disc under random loads. And this analysis result confirms the variation trend of engine's reliability. 展开更多

A new protocol for concurrently allocating licensed spectrum to underlay cognitive users

Cognitive radio technology makes efficient use of the valuable radio frequency spectrum in a non-interfering manner to solve the problem of spectrum scarcity. This paper aims to design a scheme for the concurrent use of licensed frequencies by Underlay Cognitive Users (UCUs). We develop a new receiver-initiated Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol to facilitate the selections of alternative reliable carrier frequencies. A circuit is designed to establish reliable carrier selections based on the Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) at the receiving end. Based on both packet-level simulations and various performance parameters, a comparison is carried out among conventional techniques, including the Multiple Access with Collision Avoidance (MACA) and MACA by invitation(MACA-BI) techniques, and our scheme. The simulated results demonstrate that when conventional techniques are used, the system overhead time increases from 0.5 s on the first attempt to 16.5 s on the sixth attempt. In the proposed scheme under the same failure condition, overhead time varies from 0.5 s to 2 s. This improvement is due to the complete elimination of the exponential waiting time that occurs during failed transmissions. An average efficiency of 60% is achieved with our scheme while only 43% and 34% average efficiencies are achieved with the MACA and MACA-BI techniques, respectively. The throughput performance of our scheme on the fourth attempt is 7 Mbps, whereas for the MACA and MACA-BI protocols, it is 1.9 Mbps and 2.2 Mbps respectively. 展开更多
