Research on the Implementation Path of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities from an International Perspective

Universities shoulder the important mission of talent cultivation,scientific research,social service,cultural heritage and innovation,and international exchange and cooperation.International exchange and cooperation have become the fifth major function of universities.Based on the background of the globalization era,undergraduate colleges and universities should pay more attention to the cultivation of students’intercultural communication and understanding ability while cultivating their professional skills,and take expanding students’international vision and enhancing the international competitiveness of China’s education as important tasks.Labor education is an important content of the national education system,which has the comprehensive nurturing value of cultivating morality,increasing intelligence,strengthening physical fitness,and cultivating beauty.Higher education institutions should further optimize the system of labor education,expand students’space and field of thinking in the process of labor education,and broaden students’international perspectives.

Research on the Practice and Development of Teaching Evaluation in Private Colleges and Universities:Taking Xi’an Mingde Institute of Technology as an Example

With the government’s strong support and investment in higher education,private colleges and universities have become an important part of higher education.Teaching evaluation is an important means of monitoring the quality of teaching in colleges and universities and a crucial way to improve teaching quality.This article takes Xi’an Mingde Institute of Technology as an example to explore the practice and development of teaching evaluation in private colleges and universities.

Significance,Path and Typical Cases of Integration of Grassroots Party Construction and Targeted Poverty Alleviation Team Construction in Colleges and Universities

The integration of party construction and poverty alleviation and development is an important form of achieving poverty alleviation in China. Based on the actual case of the integration of the party branch construction of the Institute of Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Development of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics and the construction of a third-party evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation,this paper elaborated the practical significance and integration path design of the grassroots party construction and targeted poverty alleviation thirdparty evaluation team construction in colleges and universities. Besides,it analyzed the typical case of the party branch in the process of building the party branch of the ' double leader' teachers in the national colleges and universities,and vigorously implementing the development of the party branch construction and the third-party evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation,and promoting double integration and double promotion. Finally,it came up with recommendations for further strengthening the development of the party branch construction and the thirdparty evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation( including strengthening the party construction responsibility,promoting the solid foundation,promoting deep integration,strengthening mutual promotion,gathering poverty alleviation talents,and strengthen intellectual support),so as to form a new model of poverty alleviation through party construction and practicing the lofty purpose of serving the poor household wholeheartedly,and provide a useful reference for the grassroots party construction in China to promote poverty alleviation.

Research on Scientific Research Performance Evaluation in Colleges and Universities Based on Malmquist Index

Scientific research is of vital importance to the development of colleges and universities.Scientific evaluation of the scientific research performance of colleges and universities,especially the study of their dynamic performance in different time ranges,can not only promote the progress of scientific research in colleges and universities,but also contribute to the rational allocation of national educational resources.Based on the Malmquist index,using the panel data of the five-year period from 2012 to 2016,this paper evaluates the changes in the research performance of China’s colleges and universities,analyzes the influencing factors of total factor productivity changes from three perspectives of time series,comparison of colleges and universities,and regional analysis,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.

Acquisition of Knowledge and Skills about Delivery by Self-Evaluation of Midwifery Students Using the Labor and Delivery Assistance Evaluation Sheets

Aim: This study aims to clarify the current state of advancement of knowledge and skills in the educational process from self-assessments by midwifery student labor and delivery assistance evaluation sheets. Method: Metrology is an observational and retrospective study. Self-assessments in labor and delivery assistance evaluation sheets of midwifery students registered in an advanced midwifery course at Nursing College A from Apr. 2017 to Mar. 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. The end-points were every score of six classifications: health checkups and assessments of women who give birth, preparations for labor and delivery assistance, delivery assistance in the parturient second stage, delivery assistance in the parturient third and fourth stages, midwifery process, and the training manner. Moreover, they also included the scores of 64 evaluation items belonging to any of the six classifications and a comprehensive evaluation score in which students judged the acquisition of all knowledge and skills of delivery assistance. In addition, although not on the evaluation sheet, the average score of all 64 evaluation items was also included. The evaluation criteria were five levels, from one to five. The end-points were examined by comparing the experiences of delivery assistances in two periods of Results: 80 among 91 evaluation sheets from eight out of nine students were analyzed. The average score of all 64 evaluation items, every score of the six classifications, and the comprehensive evaluation score was significantly elevated in the experience periods of 6 ≤ times (P Conclusion: Training in adaptation and enforcement of amniotomy and assistance skills for lacerations sutures will be needed in future educational challenges. Self-assessment scores by midwifery students in labor and delivery assistance evaluation sheets were significantly elevated in the experience periods of 6 ≤ times.

Labor quality evaluation,an important part for carrying out labor education,plays the role as“baton”for labor education.This paper will figure out the reasons for labor quality evaluation from its importance.The paper will also classify key evaluation indicators for labor qualities as cognition,emotion,ability and qualities of labor,dividing dynamic indicators to figure out“what to evaluate”.Meanwhile,the author will solve the problem of“how to evaluate”and“who will evaluate”by promoting evaluation subjects diversities and innovating evaluation methods.When labor quality evaluation,the“baton”,guides the direction and strategy,attention should be paid to integrated education to cultivate labor quality in an all-round way.The“baton”will also guide characteristic education with collaborative innovation of labor education,professional education and vocational education.Moreover,labor quality evaluation guides the optimization of resources to create integrated labor qualities and lead innovation education to nurture innovative talents.

高校教师数字化教学国际发展趋势与研究热点——基于Web of Science数据库的知识图谱分析

聚焦高校教师数字化教学这一研究热点,采用CiteSpace软件分析了2006—2023年间Web of Science核心合集收录的727篇相关文献,对其发文趋势、作者合作网络、研究机构合作网络、高频关键词共现以及关键词聚类进行了可视化分析。结果发现:该领域经历了缓慢增长、稳健发展与活跃突破等三个阶段;西班牙及其塞维利亚大学在数字化教学领域的研究表现尤为突出;国际学术界的研究热点包括数字技术与教育的整合、教师数字技能培训及其效果评价、数字化评估在高等教育中的应用以及教师对数字技术的态度和实践挑战。有鉴于此,提出了该领域未来研究需深入探索的四个焦点研究议题。

高校二级学院Web of Science核心合集收录文献统计分析——以沈阳农业大学园艺学院为例

[目的/意义]揭示沈阳农业大学园艺学院论文被Web of Science(WOS)收录情况。[方法/过程]以2009—2015年WOS核心合集数据库收录农业大学园艺学院的文献为研究对象,采用文献计量的方法 ,对文献语种、文献类型、年度分布、被引频次、作者分布、期刊分布等方面进行统计分析。[结果/结论]园艺学院的科研实力、科研水平和学术影响力均居沈阳农业大学二级学院前列。

高质量发展视域下高等教育质量评价实证研究

高等教育质量评价是推动高等教育高质量发展的重要途径,该文基于全国高校毕业生抽样调查数据对高等教育质量情况做实证研究。研究结论:一是毕业生对高校提供的学习条件和机会的评价总体较好。二是探索性因子分析(EFA)发现毕业生对院校“教学与专业培养”维度评价得分最高,“就业能力和综合素质培养”维度因子评价得分最低。三是方差分析(ANOVA)发现博士生、非重点高校、文科生和城市背景毕业生对所在院校评价相对较高。基于此,该文提出我国高校应增加专业转换机会、跨学科学习机会;重视应用型技能和综合素质培养;针对不同背景学生进行有针对性的培养等建议,以促进高等教育高质量发展。

高校思政课过程性评价生态系统优化路径研究--以南开大学“伯苓班”为例

从教育生态学视角看,高校思政课过程性评价系统是一个典型的教育生态系统,具有整体关联性、动态交互性和多元综合性等生态优势。但受内外多种因素的影响,这一系统在实际运行中却也存在考核理念偏差、考核内容过载、评价主体定位不准、主体间信息交流失衡等生态失衡问题,亟需坚持知识性与价值性相统一、统一性与差异性相结合、培养考核与激励帮扶相统一、客观性与公开性相结合的原则,从多方面加以完善优化。

SOFIT在普通高校健美操课堂教学评价中的应用研究

SOFIT方法作为体育课堂教学评价工具,对推进学校体育改革起到了重要的作用。该文采用实验法,使用SOFIT方法对普通高校健美操课堂进行观察。结果表明,普通高校健美操课堂中学生的身体活动水平较高,教师对于管理和讲解的时间稍长,很好地促进了大学生在课内外进行健美操的锻炼。SOFIT方法的运用,将数据进行反馈,使教师在教学设计上更关注学生的参与度,提高了学生的身体活动水平。

论高校内部治理的症结及疏解策略

高校内部治理是高校治理的重要环节,关系着高等教育的质量和水平。科层制模式下,高校内部治理存在着政府外部行政权传导的高校内部行政权与高校办学自主权之间的矛盾、高校内部学术权力与行政权力之间的矛盾、学生组织与学校党政职能部门之间的矛盾,并表现为人事治理症结、财务治理症结、合同治理症结。究其原因,法治保障的缺乏、行政权力的过分倚重、机构权责不清、监督机制缺乏是高校内部治理矛盾和症结的成因。因此,必须从积极推进依法治校、优化高校内部权力配置、摒弃落后的管理理念与习惯、实现多元主体的治理动能等层面予以疏解。

分类评价作为重要的政策工具,在地方应用型本科高校定向、定位、定型以及形成定力过程中发挥了重要引导作用。但总体而言,政府定类基础上的“选位评价”、规范性基础上的“竞争性评价”、多元数据基础上的“单一性评价”等分类评价举措具有明显的管理导向,在高等教育高质量发展的背景下,政府应从“管理者”转向“促进者”,评价依据应从“断面数据”转向“成长数据”,评价过程应从“群体画像”转向“个案剖析”。当前,要重点关注在分类管理政策基础上,完善间接制度环境;在横向类型维度基础上,纵向划分发展阶段;在多主体参与基础上,强化协同创新。

民族院校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育评价框架构建

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代赋予民族院校的重要时代使命和育人职责,是贯彻落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要举措。民族院校担负着传承弘扬党的民族工作先进理论、开拓创新中华民族“和合”文化和培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的特殊使命。构建铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育评价指标体系,有利于全面、客观、科学地评价民族高校开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育工作的育人成效。本文在研究铸牢中华民族共同体意识相关概念内涵的基础上,拟构建以政治意识、理论认知、行为导向和情感归属四个部分为主体的指标体系,特色做法和经典案例为加分项,再采用德尔菲法对指标及赋值进行科学论证,最终形成由4个一级指标、13个二级指标、33个观测点以及1个特色指标组成的铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育评价指标体系,以期助力民族院校开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育工作内容深入化、形式多样化和成效精准化。

高校学生思想政治教育微载体建设质量评价机制的构建

科学评价是保证质量的前提。高校学生思想政治教育微载体作为优势功能的聚合物,其建设过程和质量离不开科学、系统、高效的评价机制这一“定盘星”。紧扣立德树人任务,贴近学生现实需求,顺应科技发展大势,建立评价目标导向和体系架构厘定机制、健全评价指标内容动态调整机制、落实评价关键技术创新机制,既是推进高校学生思想政治教育微载体建设和质量提升的应然选择,也是高校学生思想政治教育创新创优的根本保证。

新质生产力视域下中国高校科技创新力评价及影响因素研究

习近平总书记立足于我国经济发展时代特征提出新质生产力概念,并作出一系列重要论述。新质生产力是在新技术革命推动下,以信息技术、人工智能为引擎,以科技创新为驱动力的生产力形态,是高质量发展的强劲推动力、支撑力。高校作为国家创新体系的重要组成部分,在基础研究、应用研究、成果转化等方面发挥着重要作用,取得了一批重大科技成果,但还存在着诸多不足,面临不少困难和问题。在习近平总书记关于新质生产力重要论述的指引下,准确把握高校科技创新的重要地位和独特优势,客观评价我国不同地区高校科技创新力发展水平,分析存在的问题,提出对策建议,具有极其重要的意义。文章采用TOPSIS法测算我国31省(自治区、直辖市)高校科技创新力指数,基于空间自相关理论探究我国高校科技创新力指数的空间关联特征,运用泰尔指数分析我国高校科技创新力指数的空间差异性,运用地理探测器原理研究我国高校科技创新力的影响因素及其交互作用。研究结果发现:我国31省(自治区、直辖市)高校科技创新力整体还不强,创新力指数的空间分布不均衡,东部地区明显高于中部和西部地区;空间自相关性显著,上海、江苏、广东、浙江等指数较高省份呈现“高-高”集聚特征,甘肃、海南、新疆、西藏等指数较低省份呈现“低-低”集聚特征;区域间差异明显,东部和西部地区域内差异较中部地区显著,东部地区内部差异逐渐缩小,中部地区内部差异先增大后缩小,西部地区内部差异有所增大;影响我国高校科技创新力发展的主要因素是人力资源、经费投入等,且区域间投入存在明显差异,中部和西部地区投入不足,同时还受区域对外开放和技术需求等因素影响;内部因素交互作用强度大于外部因素,交互作用强度较大的是教学与科研人员数、科技经费当年拨入、成果应用及科技服务项目数、R&D成果应用及科技服务项目经费当年拨入、信息化水平,且信息化水平发挥的作用越来越大。根据研究结论,以习近平总书记关于新质生产力重要论述为指引,从创新投入、资源配置、资源共享、政产学研合作等方面提出对策建议。
