Pyropia haitanensis is an economically important mariculture crop in China and has a high research value for several life phenomena, for example environmental tolerance. To explore the mechanisms underlying these characteristics, gene expression has been investigated at the whole transcriptome level. Gene expression studies using quantitative real-time PCR should start by selecting an appropriate internal control gene; therefore, the absolute expression abundance of six housekeeping genes (18S rRNA (18S), ubiquitin-conju-ating enzyme (UBC), actin (ACT), β-tubulin (TUB), elongation factors 2 (EF2), and glyceraldehyde-3-phos- phate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) examined by the quantitative real-time PCR in samples corresponding to different strains, life-cycle stages and abiotic stress treatments. Their expression stabilities were assessed by the comparative cycle threshold (Ct) method and by two different software packages: geNorm and NormFinder. The most stable housekeeping gene is UBC and the least stable housekeeping is GADPH. Thus, it is proposed that the most appropriate internal control gene for expression analyses in P. haitanensis is UBC. The results pave the way for further gene expression analyses of different aspects of P. haitanensis biology including different strains, life-history stages and abiotic stress responses. 展开更多

Pyropia haitanensis has prominent stress-resistance characteristics and is endemic to China. Studies into the stress responses in these algae could provide valuable information on the stress-response mechanisms in the intertidal R hodophyta. Here, the ef fects of salinity and light intensity on the quantum yield of photosystem II in P y. haitanensis were investigated using pulse-amplitude-modulation fluorometry. Total RNA and genomic DNA of the samples under dif ferent stress conditions were isolated. By normalizing to the genomic DNA quantity, the RNA content in each sample was evaluated. The c DNA was synthesized and the expression levels of seven potential internal control genes were evaluated using q RT-PCR method. Then, we used ge Norm, a common statistical algorithm, to analyze the q RT-PCR data of seven reference genes. Potential genes that may constantly be expressed under dif ferent conditions were selected, and these genes showed stable expression levels in samples under a salinity treatment, while t ubulin, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase and actin showed stability in samples stressed by strong light. Based on the results of the pulse amplitude-modulation fluorometry, an absolute quantification was performed to obtain gene copy numbers in certain stress-treated samples. The stably expressed genes as determined by the absolute quantification in certain samples conformed to the results of the ge Norm screening. Based on the results of the software analysis and absolute quantification, we proposed that e longation factor 3 and 18 S ribosomal RNA could be used as internal control genes when the P y. haitanensis blades were subjected to salinity stress, and that α-tubulin and 18 S ribosomal RNA could be used as the internal control genes when the stress was from strong light. In general, our findings provide a convenient reference for the selection of internal control genes when designing experiments related to stress responses in Py. haitanensis. 展开更多

The paper presents constitutive theories for non-classical thermoviscoelastic fluids with dissipation and memory using a thermodynamic framework based on entirety of velocity gradient tensor. Thus, the conservation and the balance laws used in this work incorporate symmetric as well as antisymmetric part of the velocity gradient tensor. The constitutive theories derived here hold in coand contra-variant bases as well as in Jaumann rates and are derived using convected time derivatives of Green’s and Almansi strain tensors as well as the Cauchy stress tensor and its convected time derivatives in appropriate bases. The constitutive theories are presented in the absence as well as in the presence of the balance of moment of moments as balance law. It is shown that the dissipation mechanism and the fading memory in such fluids are due to stress rates as well as moment rates and their conjugates. The material coefficients are derived for the general forms of the constitutive theories based on integrity. Simplified linear (or quasi-linear) forms of the constitutive theories are also presented. Maxwell, Oldroyd-B and Giesekus constitutive models for non-classical thermoviscoelastic fluids are derived and are compared with those derived based on classical continuum mechanics. The nonlinear interactions of a microarch resonator with 3:1 internal resonance are studied.The microarch is subjected to a combination of direct current(DC)and alternating current(AC)electric voltages.Thin piezoelectric layers are thoroughly bonded on the top and bottom surfaces of the microarch.The piezoelectric actuation is not only used to modulate the stiffness and resonance frequency of the resonator but also to provide the suitable linear frequency ratio for the activation of the internal resonance.The size effect is incorporated by using the so-called modified strain gradient theory.The system is highly nonlinear due to the co-existence of the initial curvature,the mid-plane stretching resulting from clamped anchors,and the electrostatic excitation.The eigenvalue problem is solved to conduct a frequency analysis and identify the possible regions for activating the internal resonance.The effects of the piezoelectric actuation,the electric excitation,and the small-scale effect are investigated on the internal resonance.Exclusive nonlinear phenomena such as Hopf bifurcation and hysteresis are identified in the microarch response.It is shown that by applying appropriate piezoelectric actuation,one is able to activate microarch internal resonance regardless of the initial rise level of the microarch.It is also disclosed that among all the parameters,AC electric voltage has the greatest effect on the energy exchange between the interacting modes.The results can be used to design resonators and internal resonance based micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS)energy harvesters. 展开更多

Theoretical analysis and wind tunnel tests were carried out to study wind-induced internal pressure response for the structure with single windward opening and background leakage. Its governing differential equation was derived by the Bernoulli equation in an unsteady-isentropic form. Numerical examples were provided to study the additive damping caused by background leakage in laminar and turbulent flow, and the influence of background leakage on fluctuating internal pressure response was quantized. A series of models for low-rise building with various opening ratios and background leakage were designed and wind tunnel tests were conducted. It is shown that the fluctuating internal pressure reduces when the background leakage are considered and that the effect of background leakage can be predicted accurately by the governing differential equation deduced in this paper. 展开更多

This paper introduces an internal multiple prediction method based on imaging profile prediction and Kirchhoff demigration.First,based on an inputted prestack time migration profile,the method predicts the prestack time migration profile that only includes internal multiples by inverse scattering series method.Second,the method uses velocity-weighted Kirchhoff demigration to create shot gathers that contains only internal multiples.Internal multiple prediction based on the prestack time migration profile effectively reduces the computational cost of multiple predictions,and the internal-multiple shot gathers created by Kirchhoff demigration remarkably reduces the complexity of the practical problem.Internal multiple elimination can be conducted through the combined adaptive multiple subtraction based on event tracing.Synthetic and field data tests show that the method effectively predicts internal multiples and possesses considerable potential in field data processing,particularly in areas where internal multiples develop seriously. 展开更多

Rate Constitutive Theories of Orders n and 1n for Internal Polar Non-Classical Thermofluids without Memory

In recent papers, Surana et al. presented internal polar non-classical Continuum theory in which velocity gradient tensor in its entirety was incorporated in the conservation and balance laws. Thus, this theory incorporated symmetric part of the velocity gradient tensor (as done in classical theories) as well as skew symmetric part representing varying internal rotation rates between material points which when resisted by deforming continua result in dissipation (and/or storage) of mechanical work. This physics referred as internal polar physics is neglected in classical continuum theories but can be quite significant for some materials. In another recent paper Surana et al. presented ordered rate constitutive theories for internal polar non-classical fluent continua without memory derived using deviatoric Cauchy stress tensor and conjugate strain rate tensors of up to orders n and Cauchy moment tensor and its conjugate symmetric part of the first convected derivative of the rotation gradient tensor. In this constitutive theory higher order convected derivatives of the symmetric part of the rotation gradient tensor are assumed not to contribute to dissipation. Secondly, the skew symmetric part of the velocity gradient tensor is used as rotation rates to determine rate of rotation gradient tensor. This is an approximation to true convected time derivatives of the rotation gradient tensor. The resulting constitutive theory: (1) is incomplete as it neglects the second and higher order convected time derivatives of the symmetric part of the rotation gradient tensor;(2) first convected derivative of the symmetric part of the rotation gradient tensor as used by Surana et al. is only approximate;(3) has inconsistent treatment of dissipation due to Cauchy moment tensor when compared with the dissipation mechanism due to deviatoric part of symmetric Cauchy stress tensor in which convected time derivatives of up to order n are considered in the theory. The purpose of this paper is to present ordered rate constitutive theories for deviatoric Cauchy strain tensor, moment tensor and heat vector for thermofluids without memory in which convected time derivatives of strain tensors up to order n are conjugate with the Cauchy stress tensor and the convected time derivatives of the symmetric part of the rotation gradient tensor up to orders 1n are conjugate with the moment tensor. Conservation and balance laws are used to determine the choice of dependent variables in the constitutive theories: Helmholtz free energy density Φ, entropy density η, Cauchy stress tensor, moment tensor and heat vector. Stress tensor is decomposed into symmetric and skew symmetric parts and the symmetric part of the stress tensor and the moment tensor are further decomposed into equilibrium and deviatoric tensors. It is established through conjugate pairs in entropy inequality that the constitutive theories only need to be derived for symmetric stress tensor, moment tensor and heat vector. Density in the current configuration, convected time derivatives of the strain tensor up to order n, convected time derivatives of the symmetric part of the rotation gradient tensor up to orders 1n, temperature gradient tensor and temperature are considered as argument tensors of all dependent variables in the constitutive theories based on entropy inequality and principle of equipresence. The constitutive theories are derived in contravariant and covariant bases as well as using Jaumann rates. The nth and 1nth order rate constitutive theories for internal polar non-classical thermofluids without memory are specialized for n = 1 and 1n = 1 to demonstrate fundamental differences in the constitutive theories presented here and those used presently for classical thermofluids without memory and those published by Surana et al. for internal polar non-classical incompressible thermofluids. 展开更多

国内国际双循环动态宏观经济研究——基于中国、美国、日本及欧盟的时变溢出及动态经济网络视角

厘清国内外的宏观经济运行特征,对于制定实施加快构建新发展格局政策措施具有重要意义。为此,本文采用TVP-VAR模型的广义方差分解刻画国内外宏观经济变量间的动态关联关系,并基于这一关系构建国内外宏观经济动态网络。研究结果表明,进... 厘清国内外的宏观经济运行特征,对于制定实施加快构建新发展格局政策措施具有重要意义。为此,本文采用TVP-VAR模型的广义方差分解刻画国内外宏观经济变量间的动态关联关系,并基于这一关系构建国内外宏观经济动态网络。研究结果表明,进出口及汇率能够较大程度对经济网络产生溢出,而M2、利率和贷款则主要受到其他宏观变量的影响。我国宏观经济变量受国际金融及贸易的影响程度较大,美国对我国的净溢出总体上最强。从国内大循环的动态经济网络视角看,现阶段网络内重要的经济变量逐渐演化为固定资产投资、工业增加值和出口。从国内国际双循环的动态经济网络视角看,2011年以前,网络内重要的变量主要为国外宏观经济变量;从2011年至2021年底,网络内重要的变量逐步演化为固定资产投资、消费和工业增加值等国内宏观经济变量。 展开更多

服务企业尤其是旅游企业中兼职员工已经呈现出常态化与规模化发展,兼职员工逐渐从关注薪酬的经济人向注重自我发展的社会人转变,这一群体日益增长的非经济需求成为企业内部社会责任实践与研究所面对的重要问题。文章以酒店企业兼职员工... 服务企业尤其是旅游企业中兼职员工已经呈现出常态化与规模化发展,兼职员工逐渐从关注薪酬的经济人向注重自我发展的社会人转变,这一群体日益增长的非经济需求成为企业内部社会责任实践与研究所面对的重要问题。文章以酒店企业兼职员工为研究对象,在501份调查问卷数据基础上,围绕酒店兼职员工感知的企业内部社会责任对其情感承诺的影响作用,同时引入心理契约破裂与工作年限等变量展开实证研究。研究结果表明:酒店企业内部社会责任与兼职员工情感承诺之间存在倒U形关系,心理契约破裂在其间起到中介作用,工作年限正向调节酒店企业内部社会责任与心理契约破裂的正U形关系,拓展了对兼职员工这一特殊群体的研究,揭示了企业内部社会责任与情感承诺之间的作用机制。在此基础上进一步提出了提供良好的内部社会责任环境、关注员工心理变化状态、精细化管理不同细分员工群体等人力资源管理优化措施建议。 展开更多
