The ability to predict tableting properties of a powder mixture from individual components is of both fundamental and practical importance to the efficient formulation development of tablet products. A common tableting classification system(TCS) of binary powder mixtures facilitates the systematic development of new knowledge in this direction. Based on the dependence of tablet tensile strength on weight fraction in a binary mixture,three main types of tableting behavior are identified. Each type is further divided to arrive at a total of 15 sub-classes. The proposed classification system lays a framework for a better understanding of powder interactions during compaction. Potential applications and limitations of this classification system are discussed. 展开更多

After milling in a high energy ball miller for various times, the synthesis reaction process of the Al Ti C powder mixture were investigated by difference thermal analysis (DTA) and X ray diffractometry (XRD). According to the patterns of reaction peaks on the DTA curves, the activation energy of each reaction was calculated. The experimental results of DTA show that the synthesis reaction of Al Ti C powder mixture can be enhanced after high energy milling. The longer the milling time, the lower the reaction temperature. The synthesis reaction of TiC is transformed from Ti+C→TiC to Al 3Ti+C→TiC+3Al with long period milling. Meanwhile, the activation energy of the reaction reduces with increasing milling time. The effect of milling time on reduced activation energy for low temperature region is more significant than that for high temperature region. 展开更多

Every type of grains has its own domain and dislocation structure. There are mono- and polydomains with and without dislocations. The grains of the main phase of monoand polydomains without dislocations and polydomains with dislocations were formed by diffusion in the solid phase. In these conditions NiAl3 phase is located on the grain boundary of the main phase. The Ni2Al3 phase is located at the triple joints of the main phase. 展开更多

The Ni_3B phase was formed when boron (0.5 at. pct B) was added to the intermetallic of sto- ichiometric and off-stoichiometric (Ni-24 at. pct Al) compounds. In the alloy of stoichiometric composition the particles of Ni_3B phase has the size around 0.1μm and is located on the grain boundary of the main phase. The decreasing of concentrations of Al in the ofF-stoichiometric alloy leads to increase in the degree of the long-range order parameter, increasing the concen- trations of boron in the solid solution and decreasing its localization on the grain boundary. Microalloying of boron leads to increasing in the fraction of grain monodomains with disloca- tions up to 0.7 in the alloy of the off-stoichiometric composition and up to 1 in the alloy of the stoichiometric composition. It was established the correlation between the degree of the concentration inhomogeneity, average density of the dislocations and the average long range-order parameter. 展开更多

[Method] The wood powder-chicken manure mixture was respectively composted by three kinds of white-rot fungi, the weight of lignin, cellulose, protein, fat, ash and crude polysaccharide as well as the mycelial growth was determined during this process. [ Result] The mixture was better composted with white-rot fungi than the control. The best effect was achieved in P. ostreatus composting group. In this group, the rate of weight reduction, lignin degradation and cellulose degradation were respectively 15.68% (6.79 times as great as that of the control group), 39.92% (6.54 times as great as that of the control group) and 32.26% (2.77 times as great as that of the control group). The weight of protein and fat were increased by 31.68% and 146.58%, respectively. The content of crude polysaccharide was 2.43%. No crude polysaccharide was detected, and the weight of protein and fat decreased by 21.96% and 70.99%, respectively. [ Conclusion] It is feasible to compost livestock and poultry manure with white-rot fungi. 展开更多

SiC magnetic abrasive is used to polish surfaces of precise, complex parts which are hard, brittle and highly corrosion-resistant in magnetic abrasive finishing(MAF). Various techniques are employed to produce this magnetic abrasive, but few can meet production demands because they are usually time-consuming, complex with high cost, and the magnetic abrasives made by these techniques have irregular shape and low bonding strength that result in low processing efficiency and shorter service life. Therefore, an attempt is made by combining gas atomization and rapid solidification to fabricate a new iron-based SiC spherical composite magnetic abrasive. The experimental system to prepare this new magnetic abrasive is constructed according to the characteristics of gas atomization and rapid solidification process and the performance requirements of magnetic abrasive. The new iron-based SiC spherical composite magnetic abrasive is prepared successfully when the machining parameters and the composition proportion of the raw materials are controlled properly. Its morphology, microstructure, phase composition are characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis. The MAF tests on plate of mold steel S136 are carried out without grinding lubricant to assess the finishing performance and service life of this new SiC magnetic abrasive. The surface roughness(Ra) of the plate worked is rapidly reduced to 0.051 μm from an initial value of 0.372 μm within 5 min. The MAF test is carried on to find that the service life of this new SiC magnetic abrasive reaches to 155 min. The results indicate that this process presented is feasible to prepare the new SiC magnetic abrasive; and compared with previous magnetic abrasives, the new SiC spherical composite magnetic abrasive has excellent finishing performance, high processing efficiency and longer service life. The presented method to fabricate magnetic abrasive through gas atomization and rapid solidification presented can significantly improve the finishing performance and service life of magnetic abrasive, and provide a more practical approach for large-scale industrial production of magnetic abrasive. 展开更多

为探究重载车辆作用下高速公路胶粉沥青混合料(ARHM-20)面层的疲劳损伤机理及细观力学行为,该文基于离散元方法,构建混合料的三维细观结构模型,研究从集料运动到形成宏观永久变形的损伤机理。采用Burger’s本构模型表征沥青砂浆的黏弹属... 为探究重载车辆作用下高速公路胶粉沥青混合料(ARHM-20)面层的疲劳损伤机理及细观力学行为,该文基于离散元方法,构建混合料的三维细观结构模型,研究从集料运动到形成宏观永久变形的损伤机理。采用Burger’s本构模型表征沥青砂浆的黏弹属性,通过沥青蠕变试验获取不同温度下Burger’s模型的宏观力学参数,基于宏观与细观的转换公式得到细观建模参数;利用Solidworks软件制作不规则粗集料,使得模型更接近实际工况。该文采用分布加载方式,先让轮胎在地面滚动并提取与地面的接触力,随后将接触力施加在模型上。依据实际公路工程级配,制备车辙试验试件并进行室内车辙试验,验证三维细观结构模型的有效性和正确性。研究结果表明:离散元方法可用于研究沥青混合料的细观运动力学行为,车辙演化宏观行为主要是由沥青混合料内部粗集料的细观受力分布及运动演化产生,与未添加胶粉的沥青混合料相比,ARHM-20沥青混合料具有更好的高温抗疲劳能力。 展开更多

基于D-最优混料设计优选益气固表速溶散处方及评价

目的综合中药粉体改性技术、矫味技术和原料药前处理技术制备益气固表速溶散,并进行处方优选及评价,解决儿童给药困难的问题。方法在单因素实验的基础上,以流出速度、休止角、吸湿率、粒径分布宽度为评价指标,采用D-最优混料设计优选益... 目的综合中药粉体改性技术、矫味技术和原料药前处理技术制备益气固表速溶散,并进行处方优选及评价,解决儿童给药困难的问题。方法在单因素实验的基础上,以流出速度、休止角、吸湿率、粒径分布宽度为评价指标,采用D-最优混料设计优选益气固表速溶散的最佳处方,并通过物理指纹图谱、粉体学性质、口感评价和红外光谱等方法对益气固表速溶散及传统散剂进行评价。结果益气固表速溶散的最佳处方为药辅比5∶1,混料蔗糖-饴糖-柠檬酸比12∶12∶1;3批样品物理指纹图谱相似度均大于0.997,表明3批速溶散的物理质量一致;速溶散和传统散之间的相似度仅为0.129,表明其粉体学性质差异较大,其物理属性有所差异;益气固表速溶散与普通散的粉体学性质及口感存在差异,且速溶散优于传统散;两种散剂的红外光谱基本一致,表明其化学成分结构未发生明显变化。结论益气固表速溶散研制开发能更好地提高儿童用药依从性,为中医临床提供“良药可口”的新选择。 展开更多

羰基铁粉作为一种性能优异的吸波材料,具有良好的微波吸收能力,可用于沥青路面微裂缝自愈合。通过马歇尔试验研发了掺入羰基铁粉的吸波沥青混合料,基于微波加热技术和半圆弯曲(SCB)试验,研究了羰基铁粉掺量、愈合时间、微波加热时间、... 羰基铁粉作为一种性能优异的吸波材料,具有良好的微波吸收能力,可用于沥青路面微裂缝自愈合。通过马歇尔试验研发了掺入羰基铁粉的吸波沥青混合料,基于微波加热技术和半圆弯曲(SCB)试验,研究了羰基铁粉掺量、愈合时间、微波加热时间、微波功率和裂缝深度等因素对吸波沥青混合料自愈合效率的影响。同时,利用XRD进行羰基铁粉微观分析。结果表明,羰基铁粉的加入能显著提高沥青混合料的自愈合能力。当在沥青混合料中掺入70%羰基铁粉(矿粉体积分数)时,微波加热120 s,并在温度25℃下愈合18 h后,其愈合率可达到78.93%,具有良好的自愈合效果。 展开更多

抑制热拌沥青及沥青混合料摊铺、碾压过程中烟气释放,对于减少环境污染和降低施工人员危害具有重要意义。采用自制沥青烟生成富集装置对沥青烟进行收集,以重量法得到的抑烟率为评价指标,对电气石粉加入沥青的抑烟效果进行评价;采用集料... 抑制热拌沥青及沥青混合料摊铺、碾压过程中烟气释放,对于减少环境污染和降低施工人员危害具有重要意义。采用自制沥青烟生成富集装置对沥青烟进行收集,以重量法得到的抑烟率为评价指标,对电气石粉加入沥青的抑烟效果进行评价;采用集料比表面积理论-面积折减法建立了沥青混合料产烟率模型,并对AC-13、OGFC-13、SMA-13级配类型混合料产烟率进行分析。研究结果表明:随着电气石粉粒径的减小及掺量的增加,沥青针入度减小,软化点增大,延度呈先增大后减小的趋势,黏度增大;掺入电气石粉的沥青具有较好的抑烟效果,其中10μm的电气石粉,掺量为14%时沥青的技术性能及抑烟效果最好;建立的混合料产烟率模型,在预测松散状态下混合料的产烟较为有效,且SMA-13级配类型的混合料产烟率最小。 展开更多
