[ Method ] The larvae of T. molitorwas used as the additive to add in the PDA medium, preparing 7 concentrations including 4, 2, 1,0.5, 0.25, 0.125 and 0.062 5 g/100 ml, the medium without adding any T. molitorlarva was set as control. The indexes such as the growth rate, spore germination rate, mycelium diameter, sporulaUon time, sporulatian quantity and POD activity of B. bassiana were determined. [ Result] Adding T. molitor larva to the PDA medium could increase the growth rate, spore germination rate, sporulation time, sporulatJon quantity and POD actJvity of B. bassiana, while had relatively small effect on spore size and mycelium diameter. The comprehensive evaluation screening showed that the medium with 4 g additive was the best for the growth of B. bassiana, different indexes all had obvious predominance. [ Conclusion] The study provided the basis for using T. molitor to culture B. baasianaa展开更多

[Method] Based on the application characteristics of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), the intelligent greenhouse monitoring system was designed. And for the incompleteness strategy of load balancing in the Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH), a Real- time Threshold Routing Algorithm (RTRA) was proposed. [Result] The performance of network lifetime and network delay of RTRA were tested in MATLAB and found that, within the same testing environment, RTRA can save nodes energy consumption, prolong network lifetime, and had better real-time performance than LEACH. The al- gorithm satisfies the crops' requirements on real-time and energy efficiency in the greenhouse system. [Conclusion] For the good performance on real-time, the de- signed intelligent greenhouse real-time monitoring system laid the foundation for the research and development of agricultural informatization and intellectualization.展开更多

This perspective paper defines some of the trends and outlooks in this exciting area, with the effort of evidencing some of the possibilities offered from the growing level of knowledge, as testified from the exponentially rising number of publications, and putting bases for a more rational design of these nanomaterials. The basic members of the new carbon family are fullerene, graphene, and carbon nanotube. Derived from them are carbon quantum dots, nanohorn, nanofiber, nano ribbon, nanocapsulate, nanocage and other nanomorphologies. Second generation nanocarbons are those which have been modified by surface functionalization or doping with heteroatoms to create specific tailored properties. The third generation of nanocarbons is the nanoarchitectured supramolecular hybrids or composites of the first and second genera- tion nanocarbons, or with organic or inorganic species. The advantages of the new carbon materials, relating to the field of sustainable energy, are discussed, evidencing the unique properties that they offer for developing next generation solar devices and energy storage solutions.展开更多
