Edge preserving super-resolution algorithm using multi-stage cascaded joint bilateral filter

Super-resolution(SR)algorithms address the inabilities of poor imaging devices,there by producing high quality images with enhanced resolution.We propose a new SR approach which produces sharp high resolution(HR)image using its low resolution(LR)counterparts.The proposed method uses geometric duality for spatially adapting covariance-based interpolation(CBI).To preserve edge information,a multi-stage cascaded joint bilateral filter(MSCJBF)is proposed as an intermediary stage.These edges are incorporated in the high frequency subbands obtained by the stationary wavelet transform(SWT),through nearest neighbor interpolation(NNI)method.Prior to the NNI process,the high frequency subbands undergo two-lobed lanczos interpolation to achieve the desired resolution enhancement.The quantitative and qualitative analysis for various test images prove the superiority of our method. 展开更多

传统逆合成孔径雷达(ISAR)平动补偿中,由于低信噪比下包络对齐无法精确实现,因此会导致后续相位自聚焦的精度受到限制.针对该问题,提出了一种包络相位联合自聚焦算法.该算法可以实现低信噪比下对ISAR目标复杂的平动分量进行补偿.利用二... 传统逆合成孔径雷达(ISAR)平动补偿中,由于低信噪比下包络对齐无法精确实现,因此会导致后续相位自聚焦的精度受到限制.针对该问题,提出了一种包络相位联合自聚焦算法.该算法可以实现低信噪比下对ISAR目标复杂的平动分量进行补偿.利用二维ISAR图像熵作为目标函数,结合阻尼牛顿法进行最优化求解,在低信噪比下完成对平动分量的精确估计.另外,考虑到直接采样模式下,ISAR回波包络的缓变特性,对应平动分量可用有限阶多项式进行拟合.因此,利用归一化多项式拟合实现估计参数规模的简化,提高了估计精度和效率.Yak-42实测数据验证了该算法在低信噪比下的有效性和可靠性. 展开更多

There are great challenges for traditional three-dimensional( 3-D) interferometric inverse synthetic aperture radar( In ISAR) imaging algorithms of ship targets w ith 2-D sparsity in actual radar imaging system. To deal w ith this problem,a novel 3-D In ISAR imaging method is proposed in this paper.First,the high-precision gradient adaptive algorithm w as adopted to reconstruct the echoes in range dimension. Then the method of minimizing the entropy of the average range profile w as applied to estimate the parameters w hich are used to compensate translation components of the received echoes. Besides,the phase adjustment and image coregistration of the sparse echoes w ere achieved at the same time through the approach of the joint phase autofocus. Finally,the 3-D geometry coordinates of the ship target w ith 2-D sparsity w ere reconstructed by combining the range measurement and interferometric processing of the ISAR images. Simulation experiments w ere carried out to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the algorithm in the case that the received echoes are in 2-D sparsity. 展开更多

针对雷达目标图像,基于散射/成像模型,利用Metropolis-Hastings(M-H)迭代算法,给出了一种数字M-H贝叶斯联合聚焦/超分辨重建方法,通过产生一系列描述目标散射截面(RCS)和散焦参数概率分布特征的样本,从而获得目标RCS元和散焦参数的最佳... 针对雷达目标图像,基于散射/成像模型,利用Metropolis-Hastings(M-H)迭代算法,给出了一种数字M-H贝叶斯联合聚焦/超分辨重建方法,通过产生一系列描述目标散射截面(RCS)和散焦参数概率分布特征的样本,从而获得目标RCS元和散焦参数的最佳估计,最终实现低分辨率图像的超分辨率重建。以合成与实测图像数据为例,对本文方法进行了演示,同时基于信噪比(SNR)指标,对其重建性能进行了比较和评估。实验结果表明,本文提出的方法对雷达图像重建效果良好,可用于合成孔径雷达、逆合成孔径雷达及实波束成像等雷达图像的重建。 展开更多
