There is a dynamic process between the release and absorption of iodine. With the increase of leaching water, the gross amounts of released iodine rise. 本文采用单因素实验考察了柠檬皮、龙井绿茶、茉莉花茶对海带浸提液的脱腥效果,并通过感官分析实验得出柠檬皮除了对海带有较好的脱腥效果外,还能赋予海带浸提液柠檬的风味,更适合用于海带复合果汁饮料的制作。
