The technological revolution and the explosion of information have created a diverse world.More and more so-called advanced cultures are entering kindergartens,prompting us to think about how to correctly develop the existing local cultures in the cultural context,while simultaneously accepting and absorbing the appropriate parts of foreign cultures.It is also necessary to maintain a balance between diversity and localization to prevent kindergartens from becoming a“colony”of foreign cultures.The development of suitable,cultural,and life-oriented kindergarten curricula from different perspectives is the focus of such a balance.Only in this way can kindergartens truly fulfill their educational functions and provide a vibrant and colorful environment for children.

Discussion on the Construction and Application of Virtual Reality-Based Curriculum Resources for Kindergarten Education

The construction of early childhood curriculum resources serves as a vital vehicle and precondition for the implementation of collective teaching activities in kindergartens.However,traditional curriculum resources based on graphic language or the linguistic descriptions of early childhood educators often fail to provide children with an immersive experience during collective teaching activities,leading to a lack of initiative and interest in learning.This paper discusses the methods for building a kindergarten curriculum resource library and,based on this foundation,employs virtual reality technology for three-dimensional modeling of the library to enrich the curriculum resources in kindergartens.Furthermore,this paper proposes to train early childhood educators in virtual reality technology to enhance their abilities to operate and utilize virtual reality equipment,which can emphasize the children’s central role in the learning process,better achieve educational goals,and improve teaching outcomes.

Research on the Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum of Human Resource Management in China

Based on the teaching concept of “Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum”, taking the curriculum of “Human Resource Management” as an example, this paper explores the reform of ideological and political education design from the perspective of moral education objectives and teaching contents. The course takes “carrying forward the craftsmanship spirit” as the main line, and takes” constructing a pattern of high-quality education” as the main task, which not only cultivates students’ professional skills in human resource management, but also integrates ideological and political elements into all modules of human resource management, pays attention to students’ ideological trends and attaches importance to students’ ideological education. 跨学科主题学习:认知偏差、应然指向与建构路向

自《义务教育课程方案(2022年版)》提出跨学科主题学习以来,跨学科主题学习引起了教育专家及一线教师的广泛关注。基于全息教学理念,从学习目标、课堂运行、关系结构三方面分析目前中小学教师对跨学科主题学习存在的认知偏差,明确跨学科主题学习的应然指向,即学习目标体现“完整儿童”发展特征,学习过程以“主动发现”为主线,学习内容整合对应人类社会结构;提出探索跨学科主题学习的建构路向,即建构以“目标—评价”为导向的逆向设计路径、以“问题—发现”为系统的探究过程、“大概念—联结”的多学科知识网络。

课程思政在本科生医学心理学教学中的效果评价

目的 本研究通过在临床医学五年制医学心理学教学中融入课程思政,与传统讲授式教学方法比较,以观察课程思政在医学心理学教学中的效果。方法 选取2016—2019级吉林大学临床医学五年制进行医学心理学学习的学生323名作为研究对象,根据教学方法的不同分为对照组(传统讲授式教学方法)161名及观察组(融入课程思政教学模式)162名。于课程结束时,通过调查问卷的形式比较两组学生对医学心理学课程教学效果的评价。结果 问卷调查结果显示,观察组在心理健康与人际关系能力、自主学习能力、医患关系及医患沟通能力、岗位胜任力方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各二级指标除掌握医学心理学基本知识和应用技能、创新意识及学习新知识能力方面外观察组得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在临床医学五年制本科教学过程中,融入课程思政的医学心理学教学模式,提高了学生的心理健康与人际关系、自主学习、医患关系及医患沟通等方面的能力,对提升学生岗位胜任力具有重要意义。
