Concomitant with the advancement of contemporary medical technology,the significance of perioperative nursing has been increasingly accentuated,necessitating elevated standards for the pedagogy of perioperative nursing.Presently,the PBL(problem-based learning)pedagogical approach,when integrated with CBL(case-based learning),has garnered considerable interest.An extensive literature review has been conducted to analyze the application of the PBL-CBL fusion in the education of perioperative nursing.Findings indicate that this integrative teaching methodology not only enhances students’theoretical knowledge,practical competencies,and collaborative skills but also contributes to the elevation of teaching quality.In conclusion,the PBL-CBL teaching approach holds immense potential for broader application in perioperative nursing education.Nevertheless,it is imperative to continually refine this combined pedagogical strategy to further enhance the caliber of perioperative nursing instruction and to cultivate a greater number of exceptional nursing professionals in the operating room setting. 展开更多

Content Characteristics of Knowledge Integration in the eHealth Field:An Analysis Based on Citation Contexts 被引量:4

Purpose:This study attempts to disclose the characteristics of knowledge integration in an interdisciplinary field by looking into the content aspect of knowledge.Design/methodology/approach:The eHealth field was chosen in the case study.Associated knowledge phrases(AKPs)that are shared between citing papers and their references were extracted from the citation contexts of the eHealth papers by applying a stem-matching method.A classification schema that considers the functions of knowledge in the domain was proposed to categorize the identified AKPs.The source disciplines of each knowledge type were analyzed.Quantitative indicators and a co-occurrence analysis were applied to disclose the integration patterns of different knowledge types.Findings:The annotated AKPs evidence the major disciplines supplying each type of knowledge.Different knowledge types have remarkably different integration patterns in terms of knowledge amount,the breadth of source disciplines,and the integration time lag.We also find several frequent co-occurrence patterns of different knowledge types.Research limitations:The collected articles of the field are limited to the two leading open access journals.The stem-matching method to extract AKPs could not identify those phrases with the same meaning but expressed in words with different stems.The type of Research Subject dominates the recognized AKPs,which calls on an improvement of the classification schema for better knowledge integration analysis on knowledge units.Practical implications:The methodology proposed in this paper sheds new light on knowledge integration characteristics of an interdisciplinary field from the content perspective.The findings have practical implications on the future development of research strategies in eHealth and the policies about interdisciplinary research.Originality/value:This study proposed a new methodology to explore the content characteristics of knowledge integration in an interdisciplinary field. 展开更多

Knowledge transfer(KT)is an attempt by an entity to copy and utilize an explicit type of knowledge from another entity.The main reason is none other than to expand the ability and increasing the value through inter-organization collaborative affiliation.Nonetheless,questions may arise as to what extent do capabilities,mechanism and performance or success is associated.Using inputs from 154 respondents which consist of various KTP(knowledge transfer program)partners namely from the community(total 94)and industry(total 60),this article highlights the associations between the three main categories of variables.Using Smart PLS(partial least squares),the study provides evidence that academia knowledge,academia readiness,academia skills,and ethics and conduct affect KTP performance through the mediation role of KT mechanism.Academia readiness was also found to be the most significant predictor to KT mechanism.In summary,all the significant capabilities have indirect positive impact towards KTP performance.Thus,higher education institutions must emphasize their internal strength in order to continue supporting the success of inter-organization collaborative affiliation. 展开更多

Purpose:According to the different requirements of research group users,we established the knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics,the Chinese Academy of Sciences(abbreviated as SIC CAS hereinafter),which were designed and constructed to better meet the needs of CAS research groups for their development,collaboration and communication.Design/methodology/approach:We first identified the requirements of users via preliminary investigation,and then chose CASI1 P,iLibrary and XKE technology,respectively as the building tools compatible with the major demands of users.These steps helped us complete the layout design of SIC CAS integration platforms,as well as its knowledge organization and integration.Findings:According to the need of users,we applied three types of platform construction technologies to five SIC integration platforms,and formulated standard norms for the further construction process,which could provide useful reference for a sustainable development for the extensive construction in CAS institutes.Research limitations:In order to make the SIC integration platforms more intelligent and have more functions,we need to enlarge the scale of the Platforms and upgrade the building tools for the platform construction.Practical implications:The nature of SIC sub-project integration platforms is to construct a content-sensitive environment which can embed knowledge services and knowledge applications seamlessly into scientific activities,so the Platform is expected to be a useful tool to help researchers better understand the recent development of the research field and form collaborations with their peers.Originality/value:SIC integration platforms are the only pilot construction that used 3different platform technologies in the first batch of knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.The construction is user-centered throughout the whole process,namely,from the technology selection,content construction to the sustainable development of the platforms,which are all based on user requirements.During this process,we have not only established sustainable mechanisms for both the personalized feedback and security management of the institutional knowledge of SIC CAS,but also formed a service team for the sustainable development of SIC integration platforms. 展开更多

It discussed an evolutional relation from propositional calculus, predicate calculus, through framework, to neural network.. The differences in e xclusivity and other natures were explored for physical systems(the real world), quasi-physical systems(the copies of the real world) and mental systems(the abs tracts of the real world). Based on their behaviours in cognitive sciences and k nowledge engineering, the new concepts quasi-infinity or -infinitesimal,potentia l knowledge,dynamic knowledge were introduced. This paper has also described so called "big-or" space which is the base of scientific understanding or associati on. Furthermore the paper put forward the viewpoint that "reasoning only can imp lement in an axiomatic space" and then outlined the building processes of such k ind of space. In the process of the piano teaching, teacher and school the training of musicianship as the key point of teaching. This is because the skill can through student plays to display directly, appraises the student performance technique quality an important criterion. However, the student has the excellent adept technique merely also by far insufficient, but also needs the high artistic aesthetic ability, not only need be able to appreciate the piano performance, but must be able to reveal the artistic aesthetic feature in the process of piano performance. Purpose:As scientific resources are widely distributed,researchers often have difficulties in acquiring information from different individual sources.This paper intends to present a new approach to construct a subject-knowledge-based integration platform which was carried out by the Institute of Software,Chinese Academy of Sciences(ISCAS).Our aim is to use technique tools to strengthen the library service by combining a variety of information service resources with knowledge tools.Design/methodology/approach:Based on the analysis of users’ needs,we established a collaborative team across ISCAS Library,National Science Library of CAS(NSL CAS),and ISCAS’ research groups or research labs.With the service tools developed by ISCAS Library,we embedded other multipurpose utility tools of knowledge integration into the platform as to make full use of software tools in knowledge integration,knowledge fusion,and intelligent push of library services to end users.Findings:With a hard effort of the construction team,the ISCAS subject group platform(hereinafter as ISCAS Platform) has integrated such information resources as institutional repository(IR) of ISCAS,open resources from websites and subject resources of computer sciences.Up to date,ISCAS platform can provide integrated information services including data collection for computer science and intelligent generation of citation reports,by means of embedding self-developed discovering tools for domain experts and subject content,and generation tools for scientific citation reports.Research limitations:Knowledge organization need be further improved in the ISCAS subject group platform.In addition,functions for academic exchanges need be maximized as to meet the individual demands of researchers for library services at the Platform.Practical implications:Since we Platform has been put into use through the Library website of the ISCAS in June 2012,many academic libraries from both domestic universities and CAS institutes have showed their strong interest for our self-developed tools,among which more than 10 cooperation partnerships have been formed.Originality/value:Through self-developed service tools and the integration of multiple-type resources,our Platform has solved such key problems as timely access and update of the trusted resources from a third party,and the rapid fusion and extension of library resources while establishing subject knowledge environment.So the ISCAS library can provide a flexible customization of library services according to the need of different users. 展开更多

In project-based organizations knowledge is a critical resource used to develop and deliver products and services with a high level of quality. Therefore, a systematic and sustainable process is necessary to coordinate knowledge management, project management and product lifecycle. This scenario predominates in companies focused on the creation and maintenance of information systems. This article presents an exploratory study based on a framework that integrates cognitive, managerial, and operational processes in a public Brazilian organization that provides services in the area of information and communications technology, focusing on the construction and maintenance of information systems. Those processes are operationalized by three management models considering knowledge, project, and software development processes. Our proposal aims to understand the relationships between those three management models and their influence on the software development process in the organization under study. Our premise is based on the principle that cognitive management, project management, and software development management must be integrated to fulfill the demands of product development and service provision. The research data was composed of registers of working hours spent on software development and maintenance projects involving 244 people allocated to 5064 projects in the period from 2007 to 2013. The study resulted in the identification of the relationships among the three management models adopted by the organization, with emphasis on knowledge management activities, which were not directly identified, making it difficult to account for and measure them. We established a set of activities connected to each one of the knowledge management model phases. Since those activities were not visible before, our approach contributed to build a systematic process to register and relate activities linked to the dimensions of cognitive processes, project management, and software construction. 展开更多

信息化时代背景下,企业可以通过先进的信息技术提高管理能力与组织绩效。基于资源基础观和动态能力理论,依循“资源—能力—绩效”的逻辑,以知识管理能力和商业模式创新为中介,探讨信息技术对企业绩效的影响机理。以创新型企业为研究对... 信息化时代背景下,企业可以通过先进的信息技术提高管理能力与组织绩效。基于资源基础观和动态能力理论,依循“资源—能力—绩效”的逻辑,以知识管理能力和商业模式创新为中介,探讨信息技术对企业绩效的影响机理。以创新型企业为研究对象,采用问卷调查法收集297份样本数据,并运用偏最小二乘结构方程模型和模糊集定性比较分析方法进行实证检验。结果表明,信息技术对知识管理能力和企业绩效的正向直接效应均显著,知识管理能力对商业模式创新、商业模式创新对企业绩效的正向直接效应均显著,且商业模式创新与知识管理能力在信息技术对企业绩效的正向影响中发挥链式中介作用;企业实现高水平绩效存在3种组态,也间接证实知识管理能力与商业模式创新在信息技术与企业绩效之间存在链式中介效应。研究有助于增进对信息技术与企业绩效间作用关系的理解,丰富资源基础观与动态能力理论,进而为创新型企业可持续成长提供路径指引。 展开更多

识别及提升知识管理能力是科研机构评价活动的核心任务,但由于不同科研机构之间存在着研究领域和管理体系的差异,跨机构的评价和经验共享存在诸多障碍。现有的知识管理能力评价体系多以科研成果或行政流程为主要指标,存在一些不容忽视... 识别及提升知识管理能力是科研机构评价活动的核心任务,但由于不同科研机构之间存在着研究领域和管理体系的差异,跨机构的评价和经验共享存在诸多障碍。现有的知识管理能力评价体系多以科研成果或行政流程为主要指标,存在一些不容忽视的隐患。为此,基于资源基础观和动态能力理论,将知识作为核心管理资源,并将知识资源的相关管理流程作为评价知识管理能力的指标,通过系统文献综述及德尔菲方法梳理出一套包含6个环节、30项要素的全流程知识能力评价指标框架,采用该指标框架对沈阳市12家国家级重点实验室的知识管理能力进行横向评价,根据评价结果给出有针对性的管理及政策建议。研究表明:该指标框架既能从一个更完整、动态的角度了解科研机构的知识管理能力,还能为科研机构之间的横向比较、评估和政策指导提供便利;12家实验室在知识收集、存档、阐述和应用方面表现良好,但在知识的保留、分享、协作、创新以及转化方面存在较大改良空间。为此,应建立全面公正的评估机制,通过定期审计和评估来确保实验室达到预定的知识管理标准。 展开更多

目的探索医学教育与多学科交叉融合背景下建立以增强科研创新意识和能力为主的全新教学模式。方法选择北华大学2021级临床医学专业本科生为研究对象。根据平时成绩将30名学生随机分成两个组,A组15人,采用传统授课模式,完成基本教学内容... 目的探索医学教育与多学科交叉融合背景下建立以增强科研创新意识和能力为主的全新教学模式。方法选择北华大学2021级临床医学专业本科生为研究对象。根据平时成绩将30名学生随机分成两个组,A组15人,采用传统授课模式,完成基本教学内容。B组15人,在完成基础教学的基础上,增加多学科交叉融合教学,学期结束后比较两组同学在课程体系评价、学生实践教学考核成绩、师资队伍评价、教学效果和质量评价。结果在课程体系评价中,B组课程的整体表现优于A组;实践教学考核成绩得分,B组得分明显高于A组;在授课内容贴合本专业领域前沿、理论知识与实践相结合、学科进行交叉融合、师生互动、激发学生思考能力和创新思维上,A组教师优良率仅为33.3%~73.3%,而B组教师优良率为86.7%~100%,B组教师表现较A组教师提升较大。在教学效果评价和教学质量评价方面B组整体优于A组。结论医学教育与多学科交叉融合培养能够有效地提升医学本科生科研创新能力。 展开更多
