Configuration knowledge is a dynamic information set which is evolving and enriching on and on. Product model is the instantiation of configuration knowledge and the evolution of configuration knowledge is the essential inherent reason which causes the models dynamic evolvement. In the traditional model evolvement process, the inheriting and reuse of configuration knowledge was always ignored. Aim at solving the above problem, the multistage rhombus evolution mode of configuration knowledge is discussed in this paper. The product model based on configuration knowledge is put forward in different levels to achieve the models dynamic evolvement and automatic upgrading. The evolving configuration knowledge drives the product model to evolve directly according to the rule of up-layer evolvement. Furthermore, a new configuration knowledge reuse and optimization technology is presented to inheriting and reuse the foregone configuration knowledge in the course of model evolvement. At last, the air separation equipment which is related with the project is taken as an example to illuminate that the presented model evolvement and configuration knowledge reuse technology are validity and practical. 展开更多

Virtual construction has become an important approach to the high-quality development of high-speed railways,but existing methods have problems such as low efficiency in generating virtual construction scenes and the inability to reuse construction knowledge.To support the rapid visual representation of multiple types of construction processes and construction methods,a template-based knowledge reuse method is proposed.The method includes using a component-based modeling mode to build body structure models of a high-speed railway project and generate a 3D scene;decomposing the construction process and building a construction process knowledge base;establishing joint linkage models of construction machinery and forming a construction method knowledge template;and fusing multiple types of information according to a time sequence to visualize the construction process.Based on the template-based knowledge reuse method,a prototype system was developed,and virtual construction experiments were carried out.The results show that this method achieves the reuse of construction knowledge at different levels including construction machinery level,construction method level,and work site level.Compared with animation software for virtual construction,this method improves the production efficiency by 87%.Moreover,this method can provide a multilevel knowledge reuse scheme for diversified virtual construction. 展开更多

Modem product development becomes increasingly collaborative and integrated, which raises the need for effectively and efficiently sharing and re-using design knowledge in a distributed and collaborative environment. To address this need, a framework is developed in this research to support design knowledge representation, retrieval, reasoning and fusion, which takes account of structural, functional and behavioral data, various design attributes and knowledge reasoning cases. Specifically, a multi-level knowledge representation based on the Base Object Model (BOM) is proposed to enable knowledge sharing using Web services technologies. On this basis, a multi-level knowledge reuse method is developed to support the retrieval, matching and assembly of knowledge records. Due to the tree structure of BOM, both depth-first and breadth-first searching strategies are employed in the retrieval algorithm while a novel measure is proposed to evaluate similarity. Moreover, a method based on the D-S evidence theory is developed to enable knowledge fusion and thus support effective decision-making. The framework has been implemented and integrated into an HLA-based simulation platform on which the development of a missile simulation example is conducted. It is demonstrated in the case study that the proposed framework and methods are useful and effective for design knowledge representation and reuse. 展开更多

Various few-shot image classification methods indicate that transferring knowledge from other sources can improve the accuracy of the classification.However,most of these methods work with one single source or use only closely correlated knowledge sources.In this paper,we propose a novel weakly correlated knowledge integration(WCKI)framework to address these issues.More specifically,we propose a unified knowledge graph(UKG)to integrate knowledge transferred from different sources(i.e.,visual domain and textual domain).Moreover,a graph attention module is proposed to sample the subgraph from the UKG with low complexity.To avoid explicitly aligning the visual features to the potentially biased and weakly correlated knowledge space,we sample a task-specific subgraph from UKG and append it as latent variables.Our framework demonstrates significant improvements on multiple few-shot image classification datasets. 展开更多
