The impact of a sense of belonging on lethargy and career maturity

In this study, the authors treated a combination of psychological apathy and decreased motivation as a tendency to lethargy, and implemented a survey into the tendency to lethargy demonstrated by students, in order to study the impact of a sense of belonging in the four relationships between the student and the people considered most likely to be interacted with during university life—those with family, friends at university, friends outside university and boyfriend/girlfriend. In addition, the authors implemented a survey and study that included additional categories relating to career maturity. The study was performed on 250 university students, using an anonymous questionnaire that graded responses using criteria to measure a sense of belonging, psychological apathy characteristics, areas of decreased motivation, and career maturity. The subjects were classified by the school year to which they belonged, their gender, and whether or not they had a boyfriend/girlfriend, and consideration was given to the relationship between psychological apathy, decreased motivation, career maturity and a sense of belonging. In terms of gender difference in regard to each of the criteria, partially, the study indicated that male students score significantly higher than female students in terms of a sense of belonging, females score significantly higher than males for decreased motivation in regard to classes, and males score significantly higher than females in relation to career maturity. No significant difference in scores was noted between males and females in relation to psychological apathy. The impact of a sense of belonging on psychological apathy, decreased motivation and career motivation was seen in the fact that across all categories, those students with a good relationship with friends at university had a suppressed level of decreased motivation in regard to university by the portions given in this document.

Construction of the Sense of Belonging of Place Spirit in the Renovation of Historical Blocks: A Case Study of Ancient Town Street of Ming and Qing Dynasties in Hekou, Qianshan

The renovation of historical blocks often stays at the material level of buildings, ignoring the deeper spiritual level, which can not arouse people’s sense of belonging to the city memory. Based on the protection of local Qianshan area culture, taking Hekou ancient town street of Ming and Qing Dynasty as an example, with the construction of place spirit and sense of belonging as the primary goal, and combining the history and culture of the city, the current situation of the streets and the characteristics of the buildings, this paper put forward the relevant renovation measures to provide a kind of thinking for the refined and rational renovation of the blocks in the future.

Design of Public Communication Spaces in Urban Highrises:A Case Study of Xuzhou Hanbang Square Residential Area

Highrise residences with high plot ratio meet housing needs of urban residents, improve living conditions of residents, but also show many unreasonable problems in the design of public communication spaces with a result of interpersonal indifference and lack of sense of identity. This paper took Xuzhou Hanbang Square for example to explore strategies of improving public communication spaces in highrises from the perspectives of entrance lobby, open-floor ground design, ecological garage, and three-level property management. On the one hand, the paper tries to improve quality of residential environment and service quality of public facilities; on the other hand, to enhance sense of neighborhood and identity of residents, and change the current interpersonal indifference.

新常态下劳动密集型企业一线员工归属感研究——以中山市A工业园区为例

189份有效问卷和针对17名企业工作人员的访谈结果显示,新常态下劳动密集型企业一线员工的归属感较低,具体表现为:来自组织的成就感不高;自我认知与自我评价较为模糊;对企业经营决策的认同感较低,对企业管理制度和规范的认同呈现出年龄差异;分配公平感、程序公平感与互动公平感均较低;其工作使命感远低于中高层管理人员的使命感。影响一线员工归属感的主要因素包括薪酬分配制度不合理、职业晋升机会较少、劳资之间与员工内部缺乏有效沟通、企业文化建设不足等。

地方院校大学生校园归属感实证性考察——以A学院为例

大学生校园归属感能够促进大学生积极健康成长,对大学自身发展也发挥着重要作用。通过调查发现,作为一个欠发达地区的地方院校,A学院在校大学生在总体上有相对强的校园归属感和校园责任感,大部分学生能够把自己看成学校的一员,愿意为学校的发展贡献自己的力量和责任。但校园归属感还有很大的提升空间,特别是校园满意度不高影响着大学生的校园归属感,因此应加大校园软硬件设施特别是校园人文关怀建设的力度,来增强大学生的校园归属感。

中学生学校归属感的实证研究及启示——基于PISA 2018中国四省市学生数据的分析

中学生学校归属感对其学业发展和主观幸福感的获取有重要的影响。为了解中学生学校归属感的现状,对PISA 2018中国大陆四省市11,831名学生的测试数据进行分析。结果表明:四省市中学生学校归属感整体表现偏低,在积极感受方面学生的交友态度最为乐观,在消极感受上学生的孤立感最为强烈;中学生的学校归属感在性别、年龄及年级上也都存在一定的差异,其中男生和低年龄学生在学校归属感各方面的表现都相对较弱;积极改善中学生学校归属感可以显著提高他们的学科素养表现。学校可通过开展多种形式的校内主题文化活动、构建良好的同伴关系形成班级凝聚力、营造轻松和谐的学习氛围和竞争环境、尊重学生的个性和人格特征、适时进行团体心理辅导等途径,增强学生的学校归属感,提升他们的主观幸福感,最终促进学生的身心健康发展。

计量研究中心积极开展员工帮助计划(EAP)活动,在摸清员工工作及心理状态现状的基础上,了解掌握、分析评估员工的职业心理健康问题以及心理情绪,进行员工心理健康筛查、专业方法减压、相关专业知识培训,缓解和解决员工心理压力。探索掌握新型工作方法,形成具有中心特色、易于推广的EAP工作模式,提高EAP工作的针对性、实效性,提升全员积极心理资本,促进中心改革发展,促进员工幸福。

基于AHP的棚改后环境归属感评价模型研究

研究首先在参考国内外相关资料,并结合专家意见的基础上,选取六项一级指标和二十六项二级指标建立评价指标体系,创建了棚户区改造后环境归属感评价模型。其次,采取问卷调查法,对徐州四个棚户区改造的案例进行调研;运用棚户区改造后环境归属感评价模型,对四个案例改造后的环境归属感进行评价对比。最后,研究对棚户区改造后的环境归属感的理论意义和实践意义进行总结,为指导棚户区改造提供理论依据和评价依据。

Architecture Phsycology

Although the WHO(World Health Organization)and psychologists warned architects,some colleagues insist on designing apartment houses with the traditional space organization.Thermal comfort and human psychology,are not taken into consideration at all.It is far from sustainable architecture to produce more than necessary and low-cost flats on the land used.During the Pandemic Process we live in today,people of all ages are not obeying the“stay at home,stay healthy”warnings and other prohibitions imposed by the medical community,this is due to the fact that people do not feel a sense of belonging to the house they live in.The duty of modern architects,is to design more livable environments.In this article,two examples,one positive and the other negative,are discussed as field work for a better understanding of psychological architecture.The first example is the Pruitt-Igoe site in the city of St.Louis in USA.The second comparative example is the Samanbahce houses in Nicosia,the capital of Cyprus,made of adobe brick,a traditional building material for families with insufficient financial means.

实习护生临床归属感在职场适应度与人文执业能力间的中介效应

目的探讨实习护生临床归属感在职场适应度和人文执业能力间的中介效应,为护理教育者提高实习护生人文执业能力提供依据。方法采用临床归属感量表、护士职场适应度量表、护士人文执业能力测评量表对300名实习护生进行调查。结果实习护生临床归属感总分(103.65±18.46)分,职场适应度总分(67.58±12.24)分,人文执业能力总分(108.78±18.03)分。实习护生临床归属感、职场适应度和人文执业能力三者之间呈正相关(均P<0.05),临床归属感在职场适应度和人文执业能力间中介效应占比为61.52%。结论实习护生临床归属感在职场适应和人文执业能力中起部分中介作用,可通过提高实习护生的临床归属感及职场适应度,提高其人文执业能力。

学习空间的科学化引发了校园学习空间的客体化、空间布局区隔化和空间设计的标准化等问题,导致学生的空间安全感不足,归属感缺乏,获得感弱化。基于生活世界构建高品质的校园学习空间是缓解学习空间科学化危机的有效途径。基于生活世界的高品质学习空间,在本体上具有非结构性和动荡性的特点,在关系上让学习者寓于学习空间之中,在功能上致力于筹划并实现学习者生命可能性,为学生提供积极的情感体验。构建高品质的校园学习空间要放弃对空间科学化的迷恋,回归基于生活世界的学习空间;要打破学习空间的边界,增强灵活性和开放性;将空间权利返回给学生,打造个性化学习空间,以增强学生的空间安全感、归属感和获得感。

组织、利益与情感:治理共同体助推乡村全面振兴的实践路径——基于贵州省H镇的实证案例

在新的时代背景下,乡村社会治理共同体的构建要服务于助推乡村全面振兴的现实要求。从组织、利益与情感三重维度分析,发现治理共同体的价值意涵与乡村振兴的时代要求相契合:治理共同体以党建引领为前提,能有效促进乡村联建联治和资源整合;以利益联结为基础,能有效促进乡村资源聚合和成果共享;以情感归属为纽带,能有效提升乡村社会公共精神和情感认同。基于贵州省H镇的实证案例,进一步探究治理共同体助推乡村全面振兴的实践路径。H镇通过党建联合化,构建组织共同体,助推乡村组织振兴;通过产业一体化,构建利益共同体,助推乡村产业融合与生态振兴;通过资源在地化,构建情感共同体,助推乡村人才回流与文化振兴。

高校校园景观环境归属感评价研究

文章通过构建安全感、舒适感、参与感﹑满意感4个维度的景观环境归属感评价体系,采用层次分析法计算权重,运用模糊综合评价法建立归属感测评模型,对高校的景观环境进行实证研究。结果显示:该高校校园景观环境归属感评价为一般(Ⅲ)。评价准则层排序为:安全感>参与感>舒适感>满意感。可以看出校园景观环境的整体满意度仍有待提高。评价数据揭示了个体评价能够有效地映射出景观环境的实际状况和缺陷,为城市景观的未来更新与变革贡献了新的策略与思考角度。

规培护士职业韧性在临床归属感与职业认同感的中介效应分析

目的 探讨规范化培训护士职业韧性在临床归属感与职业认同感间的中介效应。方法 采用临床归属感量表、职业韧性量表和护士职业认同感量表对武汉市四所三级甲等医院的临床护士进行问卷调查。结果 312名规培护士临床归属感得分(106.53±38.37)分,职业韧性得分(66.14±23.57)分,职业认同感得分(105.73±29.90)分;规培护士的临床归属感与职业韧性、职业认同感均呈正相关(r=0.543,P<0.01;r=0.552,P<0.01),职业认同感与职业韧性呈正相关(r=0.665,P<0.01);职业韧性在临床归属感与职业认同感之间起部分中介作用,中介效应对总效应的贡献率为50.92%。结论 规培护士临床归属感对职业认同感有直接预测作用,职业韧性在临床归属感与职业认同感之间起部分中介作用,可通过提高职业韧性与临床归属感来增加规培护士的职业认同感。

酒店机器人包容性服务定位对顾客公民行为的影响——基于社会认同和社会反应理论视角

随着人工智能在酒店业的广泛应用,服务机器人在提升服务交付效率、改善顾客消费体验的同时,也引发了顾客的非公民行为。在此背景下,通过对机器人进行包容性服务定位已经成为许多酒店引导顾客公民行为的重要策略。基于社会认同理论和社会反应理论,通过四项实验检验了酒店机器人包容性服务定位对顾客公民行为的影响机制及边界条件。结果表明:(1)与非包容性服务定位相比,机器人包容性服务定位更能促进顾客公民行为。(2)社会归属感中介了机器人包容性服务定位对顾客公民行为的影响。(3)机器人共情在上述关系中存在调节作用。对于高共情的机器人而言,包容性服务定位能够进一步激发顾客的社会归属感,并促进顾客公民行为。(4)机器人共情的调节效应受到顾客特质调节聚焦的再调节。对于防御聚焦顾客而言,机器人共情的调节效应消失。对于促进聚焦顾客而言,机器人共情的调节效应增强。

归属感视角下安置区微观空间异用特征及优化策略

提高安置民归属感是推动安置区与城区融合发展的重要环节。文章以济南市唐冶片区唐官安置区为例,分类调查安置区中安置民的生活性行为和生产性行为两类异用行为,并提出单一生活空间、单一生产空间、生产-生活空间、生活-生活空间四类微观公共空间类型。其次,通过建立微观公共空间质量与归属感评价体系,运用层次分析、皮尔逊相关分析、多元线性回归分析等方法,探究影响安置民归属感的影响因素。最后,从空间共建和社区治理两个角度提出针对性优化策略,以期为安置区空间环境建设提供参考。
