Large-Scale Ontology Development and Agricultural Application Based on Knowledge Domain Framework

The key activity to build semantic web is to build ontologies. But today, the theory and methodology of ontology construction is still far from ready. This paper proposed a theoretical framework for massive knowledge management- the knowledge domain framework （KDF）, and introduces an integrated development environment （IDE） named large-scale ontology development environment （LODE）, which implements the proposed theoretical framework. We also compared LODE with other popular ontology development environments in this paper. Decentralized Stabilization of Large-scale Uncertain Systems with State-Delays——LMIs Approach

This paper deals with the problem of decentralized robustcontrol for a class of interconnected uncertain systemswith state delays.The parameter uncertainties are un-known but norm-bounded.A new sufficient condition isobtained for each subsystem and overall system to be sta-bilizable via linear memoryless state feedback robust de-centralized controllers.The results depend on the size of the delays and are given in terms of linear matrix ine-qualities,so they are less conservative than those of delay-independent.Moreover,matching condition is not a necessary condition.Finally,an example is presented to illustrative the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Utilization Survey of Livestock Manure Resources in Large-scale Farms of Yangzhou

Based on surveying the conditions of large -scale farms and commercial manure in the each county of Yangzhou city, the situations and problems for utilization of livestock manure resources were grasped. After an analysis of the potential value of livestock manure, the suggestion and strategy for utilization of livestock manure resources were proposed based on the actual conditions in Yangzhou city.

大型仪器开放共享机制探索与实践--以江苏师范大学为例

本文以江苏师范大学在大型仪器设备使用和管理方面存在的问题为切入点,从大型仪器设备信息化开放共享平台建设、管理制度和管理团队的完善、实验技术队伍建设和开放共享激励制度方面阐述了学校在大型仪器共享建设过程中的探索和实践。通过对平台运行效果的总结和分析,以期为其他高校大型仪器设备信息化开放共享平台建设提供经验借鉴。

Formation conditions and exploration direction of large natural gas reservoirs in the oil-prone Bohai Bay Basin, East China

The Bohai Bay Basin is a typical oil-prone basin, in which natural gas geological reserves have a small proportion. In this basin, the gas source rock is largely medium-deep lake mudstone with oil-prone type Ⅱ2-Ⅱ1 kerogens, and natural gas preservation conditions are poor due to active late tectonic movements. The formation conditions of large natural gas fields in the Bohai Bay Basin have been elusive. Based on the exploration results of Bohai Bay Basin and comparison with large gas fields in China and abroad, the formation conditions of conventional large-scale natural gas reservoirs in the Bohai Bay Basin were examined from accumulation dynamics, structure and sedimentation. The results show that the formation conditions of conventional large natural gas reservoirs in Bohai Bay Basin mainly include one core element and two key elements. The core factor is the strong sealing of Paleogene "quilt-like" overpressure mudstone. The two key factors include the rapid maturation and high-intensity gas generation of source rock in the late stage and large scale reservoir. On this basis, large-scale nature gas accumulation models in the Bohai Bay Basin have been worked out, including regional overpressure mudstone enriching model, local overpressure mudstone depleting model, sand-rich sedimentary subsag depleting model and late strongly-developed fault depleting model. It is found that Bozhong sag, northern Liaozhong sag and Banqiao sag have favorable conditions for the formation of large-scale natural gas reservoirs, and are worth exploring. The study results have important guidance for exploration of large scale natural gas reservoirs in the Bohai Bay Basin.

Key technologies, engineering management and important suggestions of shale oil/gas development: Case study of a Duvernay shale project in Western Canada Sedimentary Basin

The Duvernay project in Canada was taken as an example to summarize the advanced technology and engineering management model of shale oil and gas development in North America.Preliminary suggestions were put forward to accelerate the commercial development of domestic continental shale oil and gas.The advanced technologies,valuable knowledge and rich experience were introduced,including the evaluation of geological target area of the project,rapid long horizontal drilling and completion,high-intensity fracturing,and well spacing optimization.In particular,the concept and connotation of the full-life cycle management of North American unconventional resource projects were analyzed.Its emphasis on early evaluation and risk management,and a highly competitive market environment have played an important role in promoting technological innovation and management innovation.In addition,the low-cost sharing system of industry-wide knowledge and experience and the management mode were applied.These management approaches are of great significance for reference in accelerating the exploration and development of unconventional resources in China.China possesses abundant shale oil and gas resources,which are an important replacement to guarantee the national oil and gas energy supply.However,due to the late start and special geological characteristics and engineering difficulties in China,there is a large gap in technology level and management mode compared with North America.According to the advanced experience and enlightenment of the shale oil and gas development in North America,a preliminary proposal to accelerate the development of shale oil and gas in China was made.

Dynamic Coordinated Management Model of Programme in Large-Scale Construction Company

Large-scale construction companies develop rapidly when facing more and more opportunities and challenges of programme contracting. However, project management technology, not meeting the requirements of firm growth, still stands proud, while relevant programme management methods have not been well studied. Therefore, this paper commences innovative application of coordinated management theory to programme management according to the need of changing the existing management mode in large-scale construction companies,then puts forward the dynamic coordinated management model composed of the dynamic coordination of function module, interface module, support module and evaluation module. Besides, coordination degree was introduced to make auxiliary analysis, so that companies can utilize internal and external resources more effectively to realize the goals of programme management as well as enterprise strategy.

杭州亚运会定点医院院内护理保障体系的建设与实践

目的 总结杭州亚运会医疗服务过程中院内的护理管理实践经验,以期为今后大型国际体育赛事保障工作的开展提供参考。方法 回顾性总结定点医院院内保障体系的建设与实践。结果 杭州亚运会期间,我院亚运专区成功接诊患者235人次,其中急诊手术4人次,住院患者6人次,启动症候群护理保障团队5次,启动专项技术核心团队1次,患者急诊入院到手术最快为40 min,亚运保障期间无不良事件发生。结论 根据大型国际体育赛事的保障任务,优化管理组织架构、多方位培训、多场景演练、一站式全链条服务均会助力圆满完成保障任务。

高校热分析仪器管理的探索与实践

热分析仪器是现代科学中测试材料物理及化学性质的重要仪器,在材料类科学研究中起到了至关重要的作用。科学有效地管好、用好热分析仪器设备,充分发挥出其应有的功能和作用,为科学研究和学生培养提供优质高效的服务,是高校热分析仪器管理人员的重要责任。从高校基层仪器管理人员的角度,总结了近年来在热分析仪器平台管理、开放共享、技术服务能力提升及实验教学等方面的探索与实践经验,旨在为探索科学、高效的大型仪器管理方法提供借鉴。

高参数大型游乐设施服役健康管控技术体系设计

高参数大型游乐设施结构型式多样,运动型式复杂,失效模式众多。其服役健康管控涉及风险评价、检测/监测、故障诊断、寿命评估、健康评价、使用管理等多方面。只有建立全面系统的健康管控技术体系,才能从根本上保障设施的运行安全。以高参数大型游乐设施为研究对象,以设备失效、故障和事故为问题导向,设计了系统科学的健康管控技术体系,分别从健康管控指标体系、检测/监测关键技术、健康评价关键技术、健康恢复与保持等四方面分析了有待解决的技术问题和服役健康研究方向。研究结果为全行业开展相关技术研究提供了思路和指导。

农地经营权属性如何影响规模经营户耕地质量保护行为?

基于常州市1532个规模经营户样本数据,采用两阶段估计策略,实证分析农地经营权属性对规模经营者耕地质量保护行为的影响。结果表明:农地经营权债权属性占优时,农地产权稳定性与完整性相对较低,规模经营户更倾向于采取耕地质量保护行为;农地经营权物权属性占优时,农地产权稳定性、完整性较强,规模经营户采取耕地质量保护行为的概率反而较低。此外,农技培训、农地经营规模、参与农业经营组织与农业保险等经历对农地经营者耕地质量保护行为具有促进作用。据此,建议采取农地经营权属性分类引导的耕地质量保护激励措施,促进农地经营权流转法律制度与耕地质量保护协同发展。

大科学装置的建设运行、效应影响及经验启示:综述与评估

大科学装置具备重大科学意义、国家意义和社会意义,学界对大科学装置的关注与日俱增。基于科学引文索引数据库(WOS)和中国知网数据库(CNKI),对从社会科学角度研究重大科技基础设施的国内外文献进行搜集、筛选和编码,并展开系统分析和内容分析,对国内外重大科技基础设施研究进行系统全面梳理,把握整体研究脉络的同时,挖掘其研究特点。已有研究达成若干共识:大科学装置通过适应环境变化实现长期生存,对大科学装置的评估需要采用多维度、多手段的框架体系,大科学装置具有显著的科学效应和经济社会影响,但资源开放共享仍有不足。进一步对研究特征、演进逻辑和理论联系进行探讨发现,政府、高校与企业等主体间关系,对我国重大科技基础设施效率水平评估以及如何选择重大科技基础设施建设模式与运营模式从而提升效率具有重要作用,是未来研究的重中之重。其中,政府角色及边界是大科学装置研究中最核心的问题,管理模式与治理结构、产出评价和资源共享乃至各种影响效应在很大程度上均由其决定。

平原河网地区大型灌区规范化监管体系研究

为进一步提高灌区管理水平和服务质量,研究基于平原河网地区大型灌区实际,提出了以灌区规范化管理为基础、监管考核打分为方法、灌区补助资金为奖惩手段的一套规范化监管体系,主要从组织制度、安全监管、供用水监管和经济监管四个方面开展考核,采用“自下而上汇报+自上而下抽检”与“综合考核+技术考核”的监管运行方式,配合补助资金奖惩措施,达到监管目的。

服务一流学科的大型仪器设备精准化开放管理体系探索与实践

随着一流学科建设的深入,越来越多的大型仪器被投入高校使用,然而当前众多高校的院级大型仪器平台具有一定的局限性。文章结合江南大学生物工程学院仪器管理现状,通过完善管理制度,创新仪器分类方式,构建用户分级体系和规范分层培训流程,落实大仪助理的遴选机制以及安全监管体系,协同形成一套标准化、可执行的适用于生物工程学院的大型仪器设备精准化开放管理体系,更好地服务于一流学科建设。

提出并定义了新纯粹主义美学的基本理论框架,指出美作为一种逻辑存在,必须是在共同逻辑基础、共同逻辑范式基础上形成的逻辑共鸣。通过理性控制与认知引导等方式构建美的逻辑存在是新纯粹主义美学管理的主要路径,并以朗香教堂为例做了论证。新纯粹主义美学的内核可以归纳为逻辑美学,这是纯粹主义美学的必然趋势,也是人工智能大模型进行艺术创作的理论依据。从分析哲学角度讨论了新纯粹主义美学的语义驱动原理,重点分析了人工智能如何通过逻辑分析驱动大模型的艺术创作,指出新纯粹主义美学通过对审美乃至情感的逻辑表达,为数字时代的艺术创造提供了新的方向。

战略需求导向下的资金集中管理模式变革研究——基于美的集团的纵向案例分析

基于美的集团纵向单案例,分析企业资金集中管理模式随战略需求变化而动态调整的实施效果。研究发现,从机会成长阶段—规模成长阶段—优化升级阶段,美的集团战略需求呈现出“异地扩张—产业扩张—国际化与多元化扩张”的变化态势,其资金集中管理模式经历了“结算中心异地结算模式—数据大集中模式—财务公司”的动态调整,资金集中管理模式对应职能也在动态调整中完成了“异地资金管理能力—跨业务协调能力—金融发展能力”的叠加。美的集团根据战略需求变化动态调整资金集中管理模式是资金集中管理活动成功的关键,这一研究发现对战略需求影响资金集中管理模式的理论解释提供了案例依据,也为集团企业的资金集中管理模式选择提供了启示。

Large Scale Infrastructure Projects: The Art of Project or Change Management?

Although it is generally understood that change is a fundamental component of managing projects in the construction industry in general and an inevitable challenge for large scale infrastructure project in particular, there has been little to no attention in the literature to understand change in this context from a more holistic perspective. For this purpose, this work looks at change through the eyes of a framework of six batteries of change that seem essential to charge an organization's capabilities for change. The framework brings together the expertise of four specialists that all have developed their insights over many years of study and practice, and has been validated through an extensive review of the management literature on organization development and change. Reflections on the application of this model in the construction industry and in large scale infrastructure projects demonstrate that energizing organizations to successfully deal with change goes beyond the traditional techniques of managing change from a program or project management perspective. Assessing the six batteries of change in this context can help organizations to develop capabilities for change that build change energy by balancing formal/rational methods with informal/emotional interventions at both a local(department/subproject) and global(business) level.
