Laughter enables interview to go smoothly,and is considered as a symbol of successful communication in life story interview.Basing on Gail Jefferson's method of transcription,this paper transcribed ten cases of la...Laughter enables interview to go smoothly,and is considered as a symbol of successful communication in life story interview.Basing on Gail Jefferson's method of transcription,this paper transcribed ten cases of laughter from one BBC interview with John Maeda and aims to analyze the roles of laughter.Through close observation,this paper concludes three findings.First,in life story interview,topics on family members will induce greater possibility of laughter;second,in most cases,the interviewer will laugh following the interviewee's laughter;third,laughter is not only taken as the acknowledgement token,but also taken as the evasion strategy.展开更多

However, Don Juan has alre...Byron's works are often considered as being cynical and tragic due to their famous Byronic heroes—often defiant, melan-choly young men as well as Byron's rebellious life experience. However, Don Juan has already grown out of such tragic mood andself-pitying pride. In Don Juan, contrary to the serious and complete negation, the satire is ambivalent just like the medieval carni-val laughter which is deriding and downgrading as well as positive and regenerating. With the help of the Bakhtin's theory aboutthe medieval carnival, Don Juan proved to be an affirmative poem with positive sense. Byron in this poem gives a true revelation ofpassionate mutual love, shows the importance of personal and national liberty, and expands people's perception of morality as hesatires and laughs at the vices of the society.展开更多

目的:探讨幽默疗法对癌症病人情绪控制的效果,为临床辅助治疗与护理提供参考。方法:计算机检索维普数据库、万方数据库、中国知网、the Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、EBSCO自建库至2023年3月31日公开发表的文献。选取所...目的:探讨幽默疗法对癌症病人情绪控制的效果,为临床辅助治疗与护理提供参考。方法:计算机检索维普数据库、万方数据库、中国知网、the Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、EBSCO自建库至2023年3月31日公开发表的文献。选取所有幽默疗法对癌症病人情绪控制效果分析的随机、半随机对照试验,并对参考文献进行追踪。研究者独立按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献,评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,提取有效数据,采用RevMan 5.3软件对结果进行Meta分析,不能合并的数据进行描述性分析。结果:共纳入8项随机对照试验,涉及369例病人。幽默疗法与常规治疗/护理或空白对照相比,抑郁评分[SMD=-0.81,95%CI(-1.06,-0.56),Z=6.42,P<0.00001]、压力评分[SMD=-0.86,95%CI(-1.38,-0.33),Z=3.21,P=0.001]、焦虑评分[SMD=-0.78,95%CI(-1.40,-0.16),Z=2.46,P=0.01],差异有统计学意义。生活质量评分[SMD=0.34,95%CI(-0.47,1.15),Z=0.81,P=0.42],不同治疗/护理方法差异无统计学意义。结论:现有证据显示,幽默疗法能有效缓解癌症病人抑郁、焦虑情绪,降低心理压力,对癌症病人心理疾病治疗/护理具有重要作用。展开更多
