Space emergency launching is to send a satellite into space by using a rapid responsive solid rocket in the bounded time to implement the emergency Earth observation mission.The key and difficult points mainly include the business process construction of launching mission planning,validation of the effectiveness of the launching scheme,etc.This paper pro-poses the agile space emergency launching mission planning simulation and verification method,which systematically con-structs the overall technical framework of space emergency launching mission planning with multi-field area,multi-platform and multi-task parallel under the constraint of resource schedul-ing for the first time.It supports flexible reconstruction of mis-sion planning processes such as launching target planning,tra-jectory planning,path planning,action planning and launching time analysis,and can realize on-demand assembly of operation links under different mission scenarios and different plan condi-tions,so as to quickly modify and generate launching schemes.It supports the fast solution of rocket trajectory data and the accurate analysis of multi-point salvo time window recheck and can realize the fast conflict resolution of launching missions in the dimensions of launching position and launching window sequence.It supports lightweight scenario design,modular flexi-ble simulation,based on launching style,launching platform,launching rules,etc.,can realize the independent mapping of mission planning results to two-dimensional and three-dimen-sional visual simulation models,so as to achieve a smooth con-nection between mission planning and simulation. 展开更多

A launching system with a filter cartridge structure was proposed to improve the muzzle velocity of the projectile.The combustion chamber of the launching system is divided into two fixed chambers,one is located in the breech chamber,and the other is arranged in the barrel.The breech chamber charge was ignited first,and the charges in the auxiliary chambers were ignited by the high-temperature,highpressure combustible gas trailing the projectile.In this way,the combustible gas in the auxiliary chambers could compensate for the pressure drop caused by the movement of the projectile.The proposed device features the advantage of launching a projectile with high muzzle velocity without exceeding the maximum pressure in the chamber.In order to obtain some internal ballistic characteristics of the launch system,some critical structure,such as the length of the filter cartridge auxiliary charge,the combustion degree of the propellant in the chamber,and the length of the barrel,are discussed.The experimental results show that with the increased auxiliary charge length,a pressure plateau or even a secondary peak pressure can be formed,which is less than the peak pressure.The projectile velocity increased by 23.57%,14.64%,and 7.65%when the diaphragm thickness was 0 mm,1 mm,and2 mm,respectively.The muzzle velocity of the projectile can be increased by 13.42%by increasing the length of the barrel.Under the same charge condition,with the increase of barrel length,the energy utilization rate of propellant increases by 28.64%. 展开更多

This paper begins with a discussion on the significance of multi-physical fields in the research of railgun launching mechanism, followed by an introduction of research work about dynamic measurements and numerical simulations. The application of some measurement methods including the atomic emission spectrum, fiber-optic strain, optical level, pulsed X-ray, and high-speed video in observing the launching process was introduced. The models about the electromechanical dynamic processes and multi-physical fields in a railgun were developed. The mechanisms of the grooving, arc transition, and gouging were analyzed. These work provided a deeper understanding of launching mechanism of electromagnetic railgun. Some issues about the tactical railgun, such as the fiber composite overwrapped barrel, recoil,loading modes and eddy current loss were also discussed. Taking a medium-caliber launcher as an example, the basic process of design and analysis was introduced. 展开更多

For characterizing a series augmented railgun launching process,the simulation and experiment were done.In the experiment,only observation of muzzle voltage,current and armature position were insufficient to analyze launching process deeply since armature velocity,resistance force and voltage drop of armature were also important to the launching process.In the present work,based on MATLAB/SIMULINK software platform,the simulation model was built,and the dynamic characteristics of system were simulated.Furthermore,the variations of armature velocity,total resistance force and voltage drop of armature against time were investigated based on the data of B-dot probes(to measure position of armature),Rogowsky coil(to monitor current) and high voltage probes(to observe muzzle voltage).The results indicated that,the voltage drop of armature and the total resistance force showed roughly regulartendency.There were obvious stages observed in the two-turn series augmented railgun launching process. 展开更多

Currently, the selection of receiving traces in geometry design is mostly based on the horizontal layered medium hypothesis, which is unable to meet survey requirements in a complex area. This paper estimates the optimal number of receiving traces in field geometry using a numerical simulation based on a field test conducted in previous research (Zhu et al., 2011). A mathematical model is established for total energy and average efficiency energy using fixed trace spacing and optimal receiving traces are estimated. Seismic data acquired in a complex work area are used to verify the correctness of the proposed method. Results of model data calculations and actual data processing show that results are in agreement. This indicates that the proposed method is reasonable, correct, sufficiently scientific, and can be regarded as a novel method for use in seismic geometry design in complex geological regions. 展开更多

For calculating the wave and current loads on upright small-long-size pipe, the Morrison equation is practical and applied. Jacket platform is a kind of offshore space frame structure comprised of lots of poles that are circular cylinders with small diameter and in the oblique status relative to seabed. In this paper, based on Morrison equation, the specific method and procedure calculating the wave and current loads on launching jacket are given and applied on a typical launching jacket. The instance shows that the method and procedure are convenient and make the calculation and analysis in good agreement with actual launching. 展开更多

The aim of this investigation is to research the initial ignition of the underwater-launching solid rocket motor.The MIXTURE multiple-phase model was set to simulate the initial ignition.The water vaporization was researched and the energy transfer was added to the energy equations.The flow field and the vaporization were calculated coupled.The initial ignition process of the underwater solid rocket motor is obtained and the vaporization influence to the underwater launching is analyzed.The "neck","inverted jet" and "eruption" phenomenon of the bubble are observed.The bubble increases more rapidly because the steam mass added to the fuel.The temperature is lower considering the vaporization because the steam enthalpy is lower than the fuel enthalpy and the flow field of the initial ignition of the underwater-launching solid rocket motor is accordant well to the reference. 展开更多

To study the properties of a new surface-type infrared decoy,the numerical dispersion model and the infrared radiance model of the plates are established. In addition,the temperature of a single plate was measured during combustion experiment,and the spatial position and infrared radiance of each plate are calculated in plate cloud by the two models respectively. Furthermore,the radar images of the plate cloud are simulated and analyzed in dependence of time and direction for single and multiple launching. The result shows that the surface-type infrared decoy can be a point source of interference when the missile is remote tracking. In the meanwhile,the plates cloud shelters the infrared characteristics of the plume and jets of aircraft when the missile is on IR imaging guidance mode. Moreover,With the analysis of the plate cloud dispersion at different intervals and the infrared radiation intensity in the case of different launching number,it can be concluded that a comfortable launching interval can maintain a continuous plate cloud,launching the decoys simultaneously increase the increment of the radiation intensity obviously,the multiple launching is an effective way to enhance the interference property of the decoy. 展开更多

Launching vertical shiplift is a type of shiplifts which have the advantages in characteristics of dynamics and statics, safety and simplicity in operation. But their applications are limited as the scales of mechanical equipments are too large. This paper puts forward the principle of minimization of the equivalent load for the general layout design of launching vertical shiplifts, based on the analysis of the load probability of the main hoists and their key mechanical equipments. The principle aims at determining the optimal weight of counterweight so that the equivalent loads of the main hoists of shiplifls are minimized, and larger ships are permitted to pass through. The theory and method presented in this paper have been applied in the design of the first step and third step shiplifts of the Goupitan Hydro Power Station. This has resulted in the breakthrough of the design and manufacture of launching vertical shiplifts so that the ships with tonnage of 500 t can pass through hydro dams for this type of shiplifts, comparing with the largest launching shiplift in Yantan Hydro Power Station with the 250 t shiplift. 展开更多

In this paper, we demonstrate a spin-controlled directional launching of surface plasmons at the subwavelength scale.Based on the principle of optical spin's effect for the geometric phase of light, the nanostructures were designed. The inclination of the structures decides the spin-related geometric phase and their relative positions decide the distance-related phase. Hence, the propagation direction of the generated surface plasmon polaritons(SPPs) can be controlled by the spin of photons. Numerical simulations by the finite difference time domain(FDTD) method have verified our theoretical prediction. Our structure is fabricated on the Au film by using a focused ion beam etching technique. The total size of the surface plasmon polariton(SPP) launcher is 320 nm by 180 nm. The observation of the SPP launching by using scanning near-field optical microscopy is in agreement with our theory and simulations. This result may provide a new way of spin-controlled directional launching of SPP. 展开更多

To address the problem that it is difficult to detect an intermediate frequency(IF)signal at the receiving end of a communication system under extremely low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)conditions,we propose a stochastic resonance(SR)-enhanced sine-signal detection method based on the sign function.By analyzing the SR mechanism of the sine signal and combining it with the characteristics of a dual-sequence frequency-hopping(DSFH)receiver,a periodic stationary solution of the Fokker-Planck equation(FPE)with a time parameter is obtained.The extreme point of the sine signal is selected as the decision time,and the force law of the electromagnetic particles is analyzed.A receiving structure based on the sign function is proposed to maximize the output difference of the system,and the value condition of the sign function is determined.In order to further improve the detection performance,in combination with the central-limit theorem,the sampling points are averaged N times,and the signal-detection problem is transformed into a hypothesis-testing problem under a Gaussian distribution.The theoretical analysis and simulation experiment results confirm that when N is 100 and the SNR is greater than 20 dB,the bit-error ratio(BER)is less than 1.5×10^(-2) under conditions in which the signal conforms to the optimal SR parameters. 展开更多

The Shipboard Meteorological Satellite Receiving-processing System (SMSRPS) is specially developed for the navigation meteorological safeguard of the Antarctic exploration ship over the sea ice area of the forth Ocean. This system can suit to the climate environment of very high temperature high moisture and very low temperature - supersaturation; it has a self-protection ability to against the hurricane - force wind over force 12 and the strong vibration during icebreaking, as well as strong magnetic disturbance. It has two sets of receiving-imagery processing systems for polar orbit low-resolution and quasi-stationary high-solution satellites. The key creation Points of this system are as follows: 1. the active gyro-control stabilization platform and a mixed mounting system of three rotating a - B and x -- y axes are used. It solved the tracing difficulties both in the low elevation angle and very high elevation angle of polar-orbit satellite, even in the status of ship moving with continuously changing its poition, direction and ship roll and pitch. 2. Imagery processing subsystem. The newest BORLAND-- DELPHI language and PASCAL language pro gramming software are used under WINDOWS 95 environment. It has a dynamic positioning nested-grid system and electric mapping grid data system. It can show the latitude-longitude of any point on the map, and marks any object such as ship, station or island, and draws the route. It can monitor cloud and temperature, forest fire, anomalous change of ocean and land. It can output satellite cloud maps of 24 bit with very high clarity. This system is very advanced in technique for the whole structure with the features of small volume, light weight and very low cost. It suits to very bad climate and ocean environment. Its imagery process ing system has complete functions with high resolution and being very easy to operate. It is not only suit to land use, but also and specially to all kinds of ship over the sea. It can be extended to domestic and international use.
