Plants and plant-based products are the bases of many modern pharmaceuticals that are current in use today for various diseases.The aim of the study was to investigate the biochemical constituents and high performance...Plants and plant-based products are the bases of many modern pharmaceuticals that are current in use today for various diseases.The aim of the study was to investigate the biochemical constituents and high performance thin layer chromatography(HPTLC) finger printing of the ethanolic extract of Evolvulus alsinoides.Phytochemical screening was done by standard procedures and HPTLC method was also established to analyze alkaloids,flavonoids and phenolic compounds from the ethanolic extract of Evolvulus alsinoides.Preliminary phytochemical screening showed that ethanol extracted more secondary metabolites than other solvents.HPTLC fingerprinting analysis showed the presence of various alkaloids,flavonoids and phenols(quercetin) in the ethanolic extract.It can be concluded that Evolvulus alsinoides may serve as a source of potent antioxidants that may be used in the prevention of various diseases such as cancer,diabetes and cardiovascular diseases due to the presence of phenolic compounds.HPTLC finger print of Evolvulus alsinoides may be useful in the differentiation of the species from adulterants and act as a biochemical marker for this medicinally important plant in the pharmaceutical industry and plant systematic studies.展开更多
Layer regrouping is to divide all the layers into several sets of production series according to the physical properties and recovery percent of layers at high water-cut stage, which is an important technique to impro...Layer regrouping is to divide all the layers into several sets of production series according to the physical properties and recovery percent of layers at high water-cut stage, which is an important technique to improve oil recovery for high water-cut multilayered reservoirs. Dif- ferent regroup scenarios may lead to different production performances. Based on unstable oil-water flow theory, a multilayer commingled reservoir simulator is established by modifying the production split method. Taking into account the differences of layer properties, including per- meability, oil viscosity, and remaining oil saturation, the pseudo flow resistance contrast is proposed to serve as a characteristic index of layer regrouping for high water-cut multilayered reservoirs. The production indices of multi- layered reservoirs with different pseudo flow resistances are predicted with the established model in which the data are taken from the Shengtuo Oilfield. Simulation results show that the pseudo flow resistance contrast should be less than 4 when the layer regrouping is implemented. The K-means clustering method, which is based on the objec- tive function, is used to automatically carry out the layer regrouping process according to pseudo flow resistances. The research result is applied to the IV-VI sand groups of the second member of the Shahejie Formation in the Shengtuo Oilfield, a favorable development performance is obtained, and the oil recovery is enhanced by 6.08 %.展开更多

Its distribution over a wide range of altitudinal zones makes it a good candidate for studying variations in its metabolic profiles under different climatic conditions. The aim of this paper is to study the mechanism of the wall cooling effect on the Mack mode instability by numerical methods. It is shown that the wall-cooling can destabilize the Mack mode instability, similar to the previous conclusions with the exception that the Mack mode instability can be stabilized by wall-cooling if the wall temperature is extremely low. The reversed wall temperature is related to a freestream condition. If the Mach number increases to a large enough value, e.g., about 7, the reversed wall temperature will tend to be zero. It seems that the Mack mode instability is determined by the region between the boundary layer edge and the critical layer. When the wall temperature decreases, this region becomes wider, and the boundary layer becomes more unstable. Additionally, a relative supersonic unstable mode can be observed when the velocity of the critical layer is less than 1 - liMa or is cancelled by the wall-cooling effect. These results provide a deeper understanding on the wall-cooling effect in high speed boundary layers.展开更多

METHODS: This is a retrospective, cross-sectional study. Sixty highly myopic eyes of 60 patients were enrolled, with 30 eyes in the glaucoma group and 30 eyes in the control group. All eyes received peripapillary imaging of the optic disc using Stratus and Spectralis OCT. Areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC) and the sensitivity at specificity of 〉80% and 〉95% for p-RNFL parameters obtained using the two devices to diagnose glaucoma were analysed and compared. RESULTS: In Spectralis OCT, p-RNFL thickness parameters with the largest AUROC were the temporal-inferior sector(0.974) and the inferior quadrant(0.951), whereas in Stratus OCT, the best parameters were the 7-o'clock sector(0.918) and the inferior quadrant(0.918). Compared to the Stratus OCT parameters, the Spectralis OCT parameters demonstrated generally higher AUROC; however, the difference was not statistically significant. CONCLUSION: The best p-RNFL parameters for diagnosing glaucoma in patients with high myopia were the temporal-inferior sector on Spectralis OCT and the 7-o'clock sector on Stratus OCT. There were no significant differences between the AUROCs for Spectralis OCT and Stratus OCT, which suggest that the glaucoma diagnostic capabilities of these two devices in patients with high myopia are similar.展开更多

With the measurements by double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Rutherford backscattering spectroscppy (RBS) techniques, it is shown that the crystalline quality of the SiGe layer is good, and the underlying SiGe/Si heterointerface is sharply defined.展开更多

The DBPL A1GaN/GaN HEMT is characterized by two equi-long p-type GaN layers which are buried in the GaN buffer layer under the source side. Under the condition of high-voltage blocking state, two reverse p-n junctions introduced by the buried p-type layers will effectively modulate the surface and bulk electric fields. Meanwhile, the buffer leakage is well suppressed in this structure and both lead to a high breakdown voltage. The simulations show that the breakdown voltage of the DBPL structure can reach above 2000 V from 467 V of the conventional structure with the same gate-drain length of 8μm.展开更多
Atomically thin two-dimensional(2D) materials are the building bricks for next-generation electronics and optoelectronics, which demand plentiful functional properties in mechanics, transport, magnetism and photorespo...Atomically thin two-dimensional(2D) materials are the building bricks for next-generation electronics and optoelectronics, which demand plentiful functional properties in mechanics, transport, magnetism and photoresponse.For electronic devices, not only metals and high-performance semiconductors but also insulators and dielectric materials are highly desirable. Layered structures composed of 2D materials of different properties can be delicately designed as various useful heterojunction or homojunction devices, in which the designs on the same material(namely homojunction) are of special interest because preparation techniques can be greatly simplified and atomically seamless interfaces can be achieved. We demonstrate that the insulating pristine ZnPS_3, a ternary transition-metal phosphorus trichalcogenide, can be transformed into a highly conductive metal and an n-type semiconductor by intercalating Co and Cu atoms, respectively. The field-effect-transistor(FET) devices are prepared via an ultraviolet exposure lithography technique. The Co-ZnPS_3 device exhibits an electrical conductivity of 8 × 10^(4) S/m, which is comparable to the conductivity of graphene. The Cu-ZnPS_3 FET reveals a current ON/OFF ratio of 1-05 and a mobility of 3 × 10^(-2 )cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1). The realization of an insulator, a typical semiconductor and a metallic state in the same 2D material provides an opportunity to fabricate n-metal homojunctions and other in-plane electronic functional devices.展开更多
Inspired by the concept of "polymer-in-ceramic",a composite poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)/ceramic containing LiTFSI is prepared and investigated as a solid electrolyte for all-solid-state batteries.The composit...Inspired by the concept of "polymer-in-ceramic",a composite poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)/ceramic containing LiTFSI is prepared and investigated as a solid electrolyte for all-solid-state batteries.The composite with the optimum concentration of 45 wt% LiTFSI and 75 wt% Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3(LAGP,NASICON-type structure) exhibits a high ionic conductivity(σi=0.17 mS cm-1) at 30℃,a transference number of 0.30,and is stable up to 5.0 V.The composite electrolyte is a flexible and self-standing membrane.Solid-state LiFePO4//Li batteries with this composite electrolyte demonstrate excellent cycling stability with high discharge capacity of 157 mA h g-1,high capacity retention of 96% and coulombic efficiency of 98.5% after 130 cycles at 30℃ and 0.1 C rate.These electrochemical properties are better than other PCL-based allsolid-lithium batteries,and validate the concept of "polymer-in-ceramic" by avoiding the drawback of lower conductivity in prior "polymer-in-ceramic" electrolyte at high concentration of the ceramic.展开更多

In order to study the deep geoelectrical structure and the regional geological structure and detect potential oil and gas areas in Qiangtang basin in northern Xizang (Tibet ), 222 MT soundings were conducted along thr...In order to study the deep geoelectrical structure and the regional geological structure and detect potential oil and gas areas in Qiangtang basin in northern Xizang (Tibet ), 222 MT soundings were conducted along three N - S MT profiles across the basin .The MT results indicate that the south and north parts of the Qiangtang basin have a good contrast in the deep electri cal structure . In the south Qiangtang , there are generally two high conductivity layers in the crust . The first is at a depth of about 10 - 25 km and possesses a resistivity of about 10 - 80 Ωm .The second ,the high conductivity layer in the lower crust ,is at a depth of about 40 - 70 km with 3 - 50 Ωm .In the north Qiangtang .there is generally one high conductivity layer .It is at a depth of about 10 - 30 km and the resistivity is about 1-60 Ωm . The thickness of the second high conductivity layer in both the south Qiangtang and the Bangong-Nujiang suture is much greater than that of the first .The thickness of the lithosphere is about 110-120 km for the Bangong-Nujiang suture ,115 km for the south Qiangtang and 100-130 km for the north Qiangtang . On the difference of the deep electrical structures of the crust between the south and the north Qiangtang , we believe that it is related to the eastward flow of the crustal substance .展开更多

Since, our prior studies have shown that 3-BBA caused significant depletion of ascorbic acid (AsA) le...Objective 3-Bromobenzanthrone (3-BBA), an anthraquinone intermediate dye, is extensively used in textile industry. Since, our prior studies have shown that 3-BBA caused significant depletion of ascorbic acid (AsA) levels, the effect of exogenous supplementation of AsA on the urinary elimination of 3-BBA metabolites was investigated. Method Guinea pigs were treated with single oral dose of 3-BBA (50 mg/kg b. wt.) in groundnut oil while another group was treated with single oral dose of 3-BBA (50 mg/kg b. wt.) along with 3 day prior and post oral supplementation of AsA. Control groups were either treated with groundnut oil or AsA alone. Urine from individual animals was collected, extracted and analysed on HPTLC. Results The highest elimination of 3-BBA (75 mg) was found to be in 0-24 h urine fraction which decreased to 18 mg and 5 mg in the two subsequent 24 hourly fractions of urine. Exogenous supplementation of AsA increased the total urinary elimination of 3-BBA by almost 77%. A total of 10 fluorescent metabolites excluding the parent compound were eliminated in the urine of guinea pigs treated with 3-BBA. Densitometric scanning of chromatogram showed different peaks at Rf 0.18, 0.22, 0.27, 0.34, 0.40, 0.48, 0.56, 0.66, 0.72, 0.80, and 0.95 which were eliminated and marked as urinary metabolite 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 respectively. AsA not only significantly enhanced the elimination of 3-BBA metabolites but also modified the pattern of metabolites drastically in 0-6 h, 6-24 h and 24-48 h urine fractions. Conclusion These results indicate that AsA may be useful in protecting the toxicity of 3-BBA by fascilitating the urinary metabolite(s) excretion of 3-BBA.展开更多
A simple and sensitive method for the separation and determination of isoproterenol from other doping drugs has been developed on thin layers of bismuth silicate,a synthetic inorganic ion exchanger as adsorbent in thi...A simple and sensitive method for the separation and determination of isoproterenol from other doping drugs has been developed on thin layers of bismuth silicate,a synthetic inorganic ion exchanger as adsorbent in thin layer chromatography(TLC).A mixture of methanol and 0.1 mol/L formic acid(3∶7,v/v)was employed as the mobile phase.The development time was 32 min.The quantitative measurement were performed with a Camag TLC Scanner-3 at wavelength(λ)of 410 nm.The isoproterenol recovery in this procedure was 98.9%.The linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.987 1 and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 0.94.The limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantification(LOQ)were 7.7×10-7mol/L and 3.85×10-6mol/L,respectively.This method has been applied in the determination of isoproterenol in dosage forms and in biological fluids.展开更多

In particular, the fracture-cavity type fractures of the lower paleocarbonate reservoirs have serious leakage. Traditional plugging materials and traditional plugging materials and methods have some limitations in dealing with leakage problems. Therefore, a composite plugging system using polymer solution as the base carrier fluid, multi-particle size rigid particles, expandable particles and modified fibers is developed. Its formula is: water + 2% polyacrylamide + 0.1% N, N-methylene bisacrylamide polymer gel is the base carrier fluid;the formulation of the particle plugging agent was continuously optimized through the CDL-II high temperature and high pressure dynamic and static plugging ability to plug the core. The final formulation of the plugging agent is: 1) 20% rigid particles (5 mm, 1 mm, 0.5 mm CCP-3 ratio 4:2:1) + 1% 3 mm expanded particles SMK-1 + 1% 1 ~ 2 mm fiber SRXW-10;2) 20% rigid particles (3 mm, 0.1 mm, 0.05 mm CCP-3 ratio 3:2:1) + 1% 3 mm expanded particles SMK-1 + 1% 1 ~ 2 mm fiber SRXW-10. The water swelling multiples of the granular plugging agent in salt water are all above 7 times, which meets the requirements of leak-proof plugging operations under high salinity;3% HCl is selected as the gel breaker, and the plugging system has a gel breaking rate of 95%;through the water plugging and profile control experimental system, the sand-filled pipe is used to simulate the plugging effect under high temperature and high pressure, and the plugging system can be sealed for 5 days at a high temperature of 110°C and a high pressure of 20 MPa to achieve a good plugging of the formation. It is expected that the developed plugging system has a good application prospect in future workover operations.展开更多

Objective:To determine the quantitative paremeters of rosmarinic acid in Algerian mints,Mentha spicata L.(M.spicata),Mentha pulegium L.and Mentha rotundifolia(L.)Huds by high performance thin layer chromatography(HPTL...Objective:To determine the quantitative paremeters of rosmarinic acid in Algerian mints,Mentha spicata L.(M.spicata),Mentha pulegium L.and Mentha rotundifolia(L.)Huds by high performance thin layer chromatography(HPTLC)-densitometric method and screen the effects of these plant extracts on linoleic acid peroxidation.Methods:The analyses were performed on HPTLC silica gel 60 F254 plates with chloroform:acetone:formic acid(75:16.5:8.5,v/v)as the mobile phase.Rosmarinic acid was determined in UV at 365 nm and fluorescence at λ_(exc)325 nm with a 550 nm filter,respectively.The effects of plants extracts on linoleic acid peroxidation were measured by an indirect in vitro colorimetric method.Results:Chromatographic resolution permitted reliable quantification in both measurement modes and calibration curves were linear in a range of 150-1000 ng/spot.M.spicata was found to contain significantly higher concentrations of rosmarinic acid.The densitometric quantification allowed the analysis of many samples in a short time with reasonable precision(total precision for Mentha spp extracts,5.1%and 5.8%for UV and fluorescence detection,respectively).The HPTLC data,allied to assays of linoleic acid peroxidation prevention,suggested the potential of M.spicata(52%Trolox®equivalents)as a natural source for inhibitors of lipid peroxidation.Conclusions:Densitometry can be used for routine determination and quality control of rosmarinic acid in herbal and formulations containing Mentha species.展开更多

The research result is applied to the IV-VI sand groups of the second member of the Shahejie Formation in the Shengtuo Oilfield, a favorable development performance is obtained, and the oil recovery is enhanced by 6.08 %.
文摘Dear Editor: Therapeutically active metabolite contents in a med- icinal plant vary in nature, which may impact on its therapeutic efficacy. Bergenia (Saxifragaceae) is an evergreen perennial herb widely distributed in Central and East Asia with about 30 species reported worldwide. It grows at a range of altitudes from the Khasia hills at 400 feet to the temperate Himalayas from Kashmir to Bhutan at 7,000-10,000 feet. Its distribution over a wide range of altitudinal zones makes it a good candidate for studying variations in its metabolic profiles under different climatic conditions. Bergenin (C-glycoside of 4-O-methyl gallic acid) has been identified as a potent active secondary metabolite in Bergenia and other therapeutically active constituents including, among others, gallic acid (3,4,5 trihydroxybenzoic acid), (+) catechin, and gallicin (Fig. 1).

文摘The instability of the Mack mode is destabilized by wall-cooling in a high speed boundary layer. The aim of this paper is to study the mechanism of the wall cooling effect on the Mack mode instability by numerical methods. It is shown that the wall-cooling can destabilize the Mack mode instability, similar to the previous conclusions with the exception that the Mack mode instability can be stabilized by wall-cooling if the wall temperature is extremely low. The reversed wall temperature is related to a freestream condition. If the Mach number increases to a large enough value, e.g., about 7, the reversed wall temperature will tend to be zero. It seems that the Mack mode instability is determined by the region between the boundary layer edge and the critical layer. When the wall temperature decreases, this region becomes wider, and the boundary layer becomes more unstable. Additionally, a relative supersonic unstable mode can be observed when the velocity of the critical layer is less than 1 - liMa or is cancelled by the wall-cooling effect. These results provide a deeper understanding on the wall-cooling effect in high speed boundary layers.

文摘AIM: To evaluate and compare the diagnostic capabilities of peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer(p-RNFL) parameters of Spectralis optical coherence tomography(OCT) versus Stratus OCT to detect glaucoma in patients with high myopia. METHODS: This is a retrospective, cross-sectional study. Sixty highly myopic eyes of 60 patients were enrolled, with 30 eyes in the glaucoma group and 30 eyes in the control group. All eyes received peripapillary imaging of the optic disc using Stratus and Spectralis OCT. Areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC) and the sensitivity at specificity of 〉80% and 〉95% for p-RNFL parameters obtained using the two devices to diagnose glaucoma were analysed and compared. RESULTS: In Spectralis OCT, p-RNFL thickness parameters with the largest AUROC were the temporal-inferior sector(0.974) and the inferior quadrant(0.951), whereas in Stratus OCT, the best parameters were the 7-o'clock sector(0.918) and the inferior quadrant(0.918). Compared to the Stratus OCT parameters, the Spectralis OCT parameters demonstrated generally higher AUROC; however, the difference was not statistically significant. CONCLUSION: The best p-RNFL parameters for diagnosing glaucoma in patients with high myopia were the temporal-inferior sector on Spectralis OCT and the 7-o'clock sector on Stratus OCT. There were no significant differences between the AUROCs for Spectralis OCT and Stratus OCT, which suggest that the glaucoma diagnostic capabilities of these two devices in patients with high myopia are similar.
文摘An ultrahigh vacuum chemical vapor deposition (UHV/CVD) system is developed and the details of its construction and operation are reported. Using high purity SiH4 and GeH4 reactant gases, the Si0.82Ge0.18 layer is deposited at 550℃. With the measurements by double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Rutherford backscattering spectroscppy (RBS) techniques, it is shown that the crystalline quality of the SiGe layer is good, and the underlying SiGe/Si heterointerface is sharply defined.

文摘A novel A1GaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) with double buried p-type layers (DBPLs) in the GaN buffer layer and its mechanism are studied. The DBPL A1GaN/GaN HEMT is characterized by two equi-long p-type GaN layers which are buried in the GaN buffer layer under the source side. Under the condition of high-voltage blocking state, two reverse p-n junctions introduced by the buried p-type layers will effectively modulate the surface and bulk electric fields. Meanwhile, the buffer leakage is well suppressed in this structure and both lead to a high breakdown voltage. The simulations show that the breakdown voltage of the DBPL structure can reach above 2000 V from 467 V of the conventional structure with the same gate-drain length of 8μm.

文摘Atomically thin two-dimensional(2D) materials are the building bricks for next-generation electronics and optoelectronics, which demand plentiful functional properties in mechanics, transport, magnetism and photoresponse.For electronic devices, not only metals and high-performance semiconductors but also insulators and dielectric materials are highly desirable. Layered structures composed of 2D materials of different properties can be delicately designed as various useful heterojunction or homojunction devices, in which the designs on the same material(namely homojunction) are of special interest because preparation techniques can be greatly simplified and atomically seamless interfaces can be achieved. We demonstrate that the insulating pristine ZnPS_3, a ternary transition-metal phosphorus trichalcogenide, can be transformed into a highly conductive metal and an n-type semiconductor by intercalating Co and Cu atoms, respectively. The field-effect-transistor(FET) devices are prepared via an ultraviolet exposure lithography technique. The Co-ZnPS_3 device exhibits an electrical conductivity of 8 × 10^(4) S/m, which is comparable to the conductivity of graphene. The Cu-ZnPS_3 FET reveals a current ON/OFF ratio of 1-05 and a mobility of 3 × 10^(-2 )cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1). The realization of an insulator, a typical semiconductor and a metallic state in the same 2D material provides an opportunity to fabricate n-metal homojunctions and other in-plane electronic functional devices.

文摘Inspired by the concept of "polymer-in-ceramic",a composite poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)/ceramic containing LiTFSI is prepared and investigated as a solid electrolyte for all-solid-state batteries.The composite with the optimum concentration of 45 wt% LiTFSI and 75 wt% Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3(LAGP,NASICON-type structure) exhibits a high ionic conductivity(σi=0.17 mS cm-1) at 30℃,a transference number of 0.30,and is stable up to 5.0 V.The composite electrolyte is a flexible and self-standing membrane.Solid-state LiFePO4//Li batteries with this composite electrolyte demonstrate excellent cycling stability with high discharge capacity of 157 mA h g-1,high capacity retention of 96% and coulombic efficiency of 98.5% after 130 cycles at 30℃ and 0.1 C rate.These electrochemical properties are better than other PCL-based allsolid-lithium batteries,and validate the concept of "polymer-in-ceramic" by avoiding the drawback of lower conductivity in prior "polymer-in-ceramic" electrolyte at high concentration of the ceramic.

文摘In order to study the deep geoelectrical structure and the regional geological structure and detect potential oil and gas areas in Qiangtang basin in northern Xizang (Tibet ), 222 MT soundings were conducted along three N - S MT profiles across the basin .The MT results indicate that the south and north parts of the Qiangtang basin have a good contrast in the deep electri cal structure . In the south Qiangtang , there are generally two high conductivity layers in the crust . The first is at a depth of about 10 - 25 km and possesses a resistivity of about 10 - 80 Ωm .The second ,the high conductivity layer in the lower crust ,is at a depth of about 40 - 70 km with 3 - 50 Ωm .In the north Qiangtang .there is generally one high conductivity layer .It is at a depth of about 10 - 30 km and the resistivity is about 1-60 Ωm . The thickness of the second high conductivity layer in both the south Qiangtang and the Bangong-Nujiang suture is much greater than that of the first .The thickness of the lithosphere is about 110-120 km for the Bangong-Nujiang suture ,115 km for the south Qiangtang and 100-130 km for the north Qiangtang . On the difference of the deep electrical structures of the crust between the south and the north Qiangtang , we believe that it is related to the eastward flow of the crustal substance .
文摘Objective 3-Bromobenzanthrone (3-BBA), an anthraquinone intermediate dye, is extensively used in textile industry. Since, our prior studies have shown that 3-BBA caused significant depletion of ascorbic acid (AsA) levels, the effect of exogenous supplementation of AsA on the urinary elimination of 3-BBA metabolites was investigated. Method Guinea pigs were treated with single oral dose of 3-BBA (50 mg/kg b. wt.) in groundnut oil while another group was treated with single oral dose of 3-BBA (50 mg/kg b. wt.) along with 3 day prior and post oral supplementation of AsA. Control groups were either treated with groundnut oil or AsA alone. Urine from individual animals was collected, extracted and analysed on HPTLC. Results The highest elimination of 3-BBA (75 mg) was found to be in 0-24 h urine fraction which decreased to 18 mg and 5 mg in the two subsequent 24 hourly fractions of urine. Exogenous supplementation of AsA increased the total urinary elimination of 3-BBA by almost 77%. A total of 10 fluorescent metabolites excluding the parent compound were eliminated in the urine of guinea pigs treated with 3-BBA. Densitometric scanning of chromatogram showed different peaks at Rf 0.18, 0.22, 0.27, 0.34, 0.40, 0.48, 0.56, 0.66, 0.72, 0.80, and 0.95 which were eliminated and marked as urinary metabolite 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 respectively. AsA not only significantly enhanced the elimination of 3-BBA metabolites but also modified the pattern of metabolites drastically in 0-6 h, 6-24 h and 24-48 h urine fractions. Conclusion These results indicate that AsA may be useful in protecting the toxicity of 3-BBA by fascilitating the urinary metabolite(s) excretion of 3-BBA.

文摘A simple and sensitive method for the separation and determination of isoproterenol from other doping drugs has been developed on thin layers of bismuth silicate,a synthetic inorganic ion exchanger as adsorbent in thin layer chromatography(TLC).A mixture of methanol and 0.1 mol/L formic acid(3∶7,v/v)was employed as the mobile phase.The development time was 32 min.The quantitative measurement were performed with a Camag TLC Scanner-3 at wavelength(λ)of 410 nm.The isoproterenol recovery in this procedure was 98.9%.The linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.987 1 and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 0.94.The limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantification(LOQ)were 7.7×10-7mol/L and 3.85×10-6mol/L,respectively.This method has been applied in the determination of isoproterenol in dosage forms and in biological fluids.
文摘The 1°×1° distribution map of crustmantle structural ratio R for the lithosphere along the Longitudinal Seismic Belt of China has been compiled using computer based on the results of geophysical prospecting by previous researchers, and the latest results by the present authors. Based on this map, an insight into the structural features of the crustmantle assemblage along the Longitudinal Seismic Belt has been gained, while their relation to seismic activity and the distributions of geothermal flux and intracrustal high conductivitylow velocity layers, as well as their tectonic effect to seismicity have been discussed.
文摘At present, in the workover operations of old gas wells in the Changqing Gas Field, due to years of exploitation in the production layer, pressure deficits, and general leakage during the well killing, the well must be plugged before the well can be killed. In particular, the fracture-cavity type fractures of the lower paleocarbonate reservoirs have serious leakage. Traditional plugging materials and traditional plugging materials and methods have some limitations in dealing with leakage problems. Therefore, a composite plugging system using polymer solution as the base carrier fluid, multi-particle size rigid particles, expandable particles and modified fibers is developed. Its formula is: water + 2% polyacrylamide + 0.1% N, N-methylene bisacrylamide polymer gel is the base carrier fluid;the formulation of the particle plugging agent was continuously optimized through the CDL-II high temperature and high pressure dynamic and static plugging ability to plug the core. The final formulation of the plugging agent is: 1) 20% rigid particles (5 mm, 1 mm, 0.5 mm CCP-3 ratio 4:2:1) + 1% 3 mm expanded particles SMK-1 + 1% 1 ~ 2 mm fiber SRXW-10;2) 20% rigid particles (3 mm, 0.1 mm, 0.05 mm CCP-3 ratio 3:2:1) + 1% 3 mm expanded particles SMK-1 + 1% 1 ~ 2 mm fiber SRXW-10. The water swelling multiples of the granular plugging agent in salt water are all above 7 times, which meets the requirements of leak-proof plugging operations under high salinity;3% HCl is selected as the gel breaker, and the plugging system has a gel breaking rate of 95%;through the water plugging and profile control experimental system, the sand-filled pipe is used to simulate the plugging effect under high temperature and high pressure, and the plugging system can be sealed for 5 days at a high temperature of 110°C and a high pressure of 20 MPa to achieve a good plugging of the formation. It is expected that the developed plugging system has a good application prospect in future workover operations.

文摘An improved dual-channel 4H-SiC MESFET with high doped n-type surface layer and step-gate structure is proposed, and the static and dynamic electrical performances are analyzed.A high doped n-type surface layer is applied to obtain a low source parasitic series resistance, while the step-gate structure is utilized to reduce the gate capacitance by the elimination of the depletion layer extension near the gate edge, thereby improving the RF characteristics and still maintaining a high breakdown voltage and a large drain current in comparison with the published SiC MESFETs with a dual-channel layer.Detailed numerical simulations demonstrate that the gate-to-drain capacitance, the gate-to-source capacitance, and the source parasitic series resistance of the proposed structure are about 4%, 7%, and 18% smaller than those of the dual-channel structure, which is responsible for 1.4 and 6 GHz improvements in the cut-off frequency and the maximum oscillation frequency.
文摘The mechanism of acoustic radiation from the boundary layer of an axisymmetric body is analyzed, and its sound pressure spectrum is predicted. It is shown that the acoustic radiation results from the transition region and the turbulent boundary layer; and that the acoustic radiation from transition region is predominant at low frequencies; while the turbulent boundary layer has the decisive effect on acoustic radiation at high frequencies. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental data.
文摘Objective:To determine the quantitative paremeters of rosmarinic acid in Algerian mints,Mentha spicata L.(M.spicata),Mentha pulegium L.and Mentha rotundifolia(L.)Huds by high performance thin layer chromatography(HPTLC)-densitometric method and screen the effects of these plant extracts on linoleic acid peroxidation.Methods:The analyses were performed on HPTLC silica gel 60 F254 plates with chloroform:acetone:formic acid(75:16.5:8.5,v/v)as the mobile phase.Rosmarinic acid was determined in UV at 365 nm and fluorescence at λ_(exc)325 nm with a 550 nm filter,respectively.The effects of plants extracts on linoleic acid peroxidation were measured by an indirect in vitro colorimetric method.Results:Chromatographic resolution permitted reliable quantification in both measurement modes and calibration curves were linear in a range of 150-1000 ng/spot.M.spicata was found to contain significantly higher concentrations of rosmarinic acid.The densitometric quantification allowed the analysis of many samples in a short time with reasonable precision(total precision for Mentha spp extracts,5.1%and 5.8%for UV and fluorescence detection,respectively).The HPTLC data,allied to assays of linoleic acid peroxidation prevention,suggested the potential of M.spicata(52%Trolox®equivalents)as a natural source for inhibitors of lipid peroxidation.Conclusions:Densitometry can be used for routine determination and quality control of rosmarinic acid in herbal and formulations containing Mentha species.
