Origin of Luminescent Centers and Edge States in Low-Dimensional Lead Halide Perovskites:Controversies,Challenges and Instructive Approaches 被引量:3

With only a few deep-level defect states having a high formation energy and dominance of shallow carrier non-trapping defects,the defect-tolerant electronic and optical properties of lead halide perovskites have made them appealing materials for high-efficiency,low-cost,solar cells and light-emitting devices.As such,recent observations of apparently deep-level and highly luminescent states in low-dimensional perovskites have attracted enormous attention as well as intensive debates.The observed green emission in 2D CsPb2Br5 and 0 D Cs4PbBr6 poses an enigma over whether it is originated from intrinsic point defects or simply from highly luminescent CsPbBr3 nanocrystals embedded in the otherwise transparent wide band gap semiconductors.The nature of deep-level edge emission in 2D Ruddlesden–Popper perovskites is also not well understood.In this mini review,the experimental evidences that support the opposing interpretations are analyzed,and challenges and root causes forthe controversy are discussed.Shortcomings in the current density functional theory approaches to modeling of properties and intrinsic point defects in lead halide perovskites are also noted.Selected experimental approaches are suggested to better correlate property with structure of a material and help resolve the controversies.Understanding and identification of the origin of luminescent centers will help design and engineer perovskites for wide device applications. 展开更多

Measurement of state-of-charge of lead-acid batteries using potentiometric sensors would be convenient;however, most of the electrochemical couples are either soluble or are unstable in the battery electrolyte. This paper describes the results of an investigation of poly (divinylferrocene) (PDVF) and Poly(diethynylanthraquinone) (PAQ) couples in sulfuric acid with the view to developing a potentiometric sensor for lead-acid batteries. These compounds were both found to be quite stable and undergo reversible reduction/oxidation in sulfuric acid media. Their redox potential difference varied linearly with sulfuric acid concentration in the range of 1 M - 5 M (i.e. simulated lead-acid electrolyte during battery charge/discharge cycles). Bound State Description of Particles from a Quantum Field Theory of Fermions and Bosons, Compatible with Relativity

In this formalism, the fermion binding energies are compensated by boson energies, indicating that particles can be generated out of the vacuum. This yields quantitative solutions for various mesons ω (0.78 GeV) - Υ (9.46 GeV) and all leptons e, μ and τ, with uncertainties in the extracted properties of less than 1‰. Study on the Link between Lead Exposure and Hematological, Psychological, and Memorial Parameters in Automobile Repair Workers

In the surrounding environment, lead (Pb) can be released by repairing some parts of automobile engine and radiators repair works. Lead is very well-known as a neurotoxicant as some links exist between blood lead level (BLL) and neurological outcomes. This cross sectional study was performed on 35 male workers who were 23 - 40 and worked in an automobile repair shop located in an industrial part of Tehran. Clinical evidences were recorded by a questionnaire. Subjects had given their blood samples between 7 and 8 a.m. before going to work. The levels of hematological parameters were measured and the amount of lead in plasma samples was determined by graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The Iranian versions of mood state and Wechsler memory questionnaire were applied in order to evaluate mood and memory impairment. The association between variables was studied using Pearson correlation coefficient. A positive correlation was seen between workers’ history on one side and, urinary frequency and restlessness on the other side. There was not any meaningful relationship between worker history, blood parameters, and mood state. A negative meaningful relationship existed between the workers’ history and visual memory. Also a positive significant relationship was observed between BLL and epigastric pain and there was a negative relationship between BLL and repeat number. There was not a significant relationship between BLL, blood parameters, and mood state as well. It was concluded that work practices in the automobile repair shop seemed to increase the body burden of lead and may pose a health risk to the workers. 展开更多

One new three-dimensional polymeric PbⅡ complex,[Pb3(CTA)2(H2 O)2]n·nH2O(1),(H3 CTA = cis,cis-1,3,5-cyclohexanetricarboxylic acid), has been synthesized. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that complex 1 has a three-dimensional architecture consisting of Pb2O2 dimeric building units, which shows two types of PbⅡ centers(eight-coordinated Pb(1),six-coordinated Pb(2) and Pb(3)). The eight-coordinated Pb(1) center possesses a stereochemically ‘inactive’ electron lone pair, and the coordination sphere is holodirected. However, the arrangement of oxygen atoms around Pb(2) and Pb(3) suggests a gap or hole in the coordination geometry. The stereo-chemically ‘active’ electron lone pairs of Pb(2) and Pb(3) possibly occupy these ‘holes’ and their coordination spheres are hemidirected. Its properties have been determined by FT-IR spectra, elemental analyses and thermogravimetric analyses(TGA). Solid-state luminescent properties of 1 also have been determined, indicating strong fluorescent emissions. 展开更多

钒属于战略性关键金属,其成矿作用研究备受关注。贵州省青山铅锌矿床隶属于川滇黔成矿域威宁-水城Pb-Zn-Ag成矿带,分为青山、横塘两个矿区,为中型铅锌矿床。初步研究表明,横塘矿区氧化矿带的矿石中钒异常富集,但其赋存状态未知。为此,... 钒属于战略性关键金属,其成矿作用研究备受关注。贵州省青山铅锌矿床隶属于川滇黔成矿域威宁-水城Pb-Zn-Ag成矿带,分为青山、横塘两个矿区,为中型铅锌矿床。初步研究表明,横塘矿区氧化矿带的矿石中钒异常富集,但其赋存状态未知。为此,本文利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)、粉晶X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等多种手段对该矿床的氧化铅锌矿石、蚀变白云岩和辉绿岩的矿物组合以及化学组成进行了系统分析。结果表明,氧化铅锌矿石、蚀变白云岩和辉绿岩中钒含量分别为11.9×10^(–6)~5 963×10^(–6)、168×10^(–6)和448×10^(–6)~701×10^(–6),相对于平均地壳其富集系数分别为20、1.2和4.1。氧化矿石和蚀变白云岩中的钒皆赋存在独立矿物(钒铅锌矿[Pb Zn(VO4)(OH)])中,而且钒铅锌矿中As含量较高,As以类质同象的形式替代V而进入钒铅锌矿中;蚀变辉绿岩中未发现钒的独立矿物,钒可能主要以类质同象的形式取代锐钛矿/金红石(Ti O2)中的Ti。此外,矿石中的V与Cu、Ni、Mo、Bi四种元素的相关性表明它们可能是共同沉淀进入矿石,有着相似的富集规律。氧化矿石的稀土和微量元素配分模式与蚀变白云岩比较接近,指示二者经历了相似的热液过程。钒是主要来自白云岩的交代淋滤还是与辉绿岩有关的岩浆热液有待进一步研究。本次研究表明铅锌矿床中钒以独立矿物和类质同象的形式分别存在于氧化矿石/蚀变白云岩和辉绿岩中,对铅锌矿石中钒的综合利用具有一定指示意义。 展开更多

Energy storage, such as lead acid batteries, is necessary for renewable energy sources’ autonomy because of their intermittent nature, which makes them more frequently used than traditional energy sources to reduce operating costs. The battery storage system has to be monitored and managed to prevent serious problems such as battery overcharging, over-discharging, overheating, battery unbalancing, thermal runaway, and fire dangers. For voltage balancing between batteries in the pack throughout the charging period and the SOC estimate, a modified lossless switching mechanism is used in this research’s suggested battery management system. The OCV state of charge calculation, in the beginning, was used in conjunction with the coulomb counting approach to estimate the SOC. The results reveal that correlation factor K has an average value of 0.3 volts when VM ≥ 12 V and an average value of 0.825 when VM ≤ 12 V. The battery monitoring system revealed that voltage balancing was accomplished during the charging process in park one after 80 seconds with a SOC difference of 1.4% between Batteries 1 and 2. On the other hand, the system estimates the state of charge during the discharging process in two packs, with a maximum DOD of 10.8 V for all batteries. The chemical analysis result shows that the lead and zinc oxide content exceeding the minimum industrial grade and iron ore, total iron content reaches a minimum industrial grade and associated with gold and silver; The mineralogical analysis result shows that lead and zinc mineral composition and configuration are very complexity. The zinc minerals and zinciferous minerals are sphalerite, hemimorphite, Smithsonite, Hydrozincite, zinc chlorite, limonite, zinc dolomite and zincocalcite; lead minerals and plumbiferous minerals are mainly galena, cerussite, anglesite, limonite and Coronadite; The minerals disseminated grain size are very fine and mineral dissemination characteristics are very complex ; expected theoretical recoveries for lead and zinc were 72% and 67% respectively. 高质量党建是国有企业高质量发展的根本保证,加强国企党建对引领国企改革发展具有重要意义。然而,部分国有企业仍然存在党的领导作用意识淡化、党建工作与业务工作的融合形式化、混合所有制企业党建复杂化、企业人才队伍弱化等问题。为... 高质量党建是国有企业高质量发展的根本保证,加强国企党建对引领国企改革发展具有重要意义。然而,部分国有企业仍然存在党的领导作用意识淡化、党建工作与业务工作的融合形式化、混合所有制企业党建复杂化、企业人才队伍弱化等问题。为解决以上问题,本文从强化党建引领高质量发展、深化党建与业务互融互促、创新混合所有制企业党建模式以及加强企业人才队伍建设四个方面出发,梳理总结了在深国企党建的探索实践与成效,并从政治引领、组织保障、文化融合和人才培养四项机制着手探讨了推动国企党建的深化路径,以期为全国其他地区国企党建提供有益参考,以助力高质量党建引领国有企业高质量发展。 展开更多
