国外休闲制约研究的特征与展望——基于《Journal of Leisure Research》、《Leisure Sciences》、《Journal of Park and Recreation Administration》期刊

选取国外三大休闲权威期刊《Journal of Leisure Research》(1992—2014年)、《Leisure Sciences》(1998—2014年)、《Journal of Park and Recreation Administration》(2001—2014年)共130篇休闲制约研究论文,通过文献统计和文献分析法,从研究方法、研究内容及发展趋势三方面,分析国外休闲制约研究的基本特征。研究认为:国外休闲制约研究方法以定量研究方法为主,定性研究方法日益受到重视;国外学者重点关注休闲制约因素、休闲制约协商、女性休闲制约、种族人群休闲制约和青少年休闲制约等内容,同时强调内在机制研究和模型构建。此外,关注社会文化制约因素,加强跨学科研究和时间纵向研究,重视中国文化背景下的休闲制约研究对世界休闲制约研究的独特贡献以及跨文化合作的必要性是未来研究的重要方向。

Leisure and Recreation in Australia:past,present and future

In this paper,the author would like to cover three key aspects in respect of Australian leisure:firstly,the historical antecedents of leisure behavior within Australian cultural life;secondly,an examination of existing leisure patterns;and finally,a consideration of leisure in the future.

The Economics of Competing Water Uses under a FERC Licensing Agreement: Estimation of Property Value, Recreation, and Hydroelectric Impacts

Reservoirs provide a variety of services with economic values across multiple sectors. As demands for reservoir services continue to grow and precipitation patterns evolve, it becomes ever more important to consider the integrated suite of values and tradeoffs that attend changes in water uses and availability. Section 316 (b) of the Clean Water Act requires that owners of certain water cooled power plants evaluate technologies and operational measures that can reduce their impacts to aquatic organisms. The studies must discuss the social costs and benefits of alternative technologies including cooling towers (79 Fed. Reg. 158, 48300 - 48439). Cooling towers achieve their effect through evaporation. This manuscript estimates the property value, recreation, and hydroelectric generation impacts that could result from the evaporative water loss associated with installing cooling towers at the McGuire Nuclear Generating Station (McGuire) located on Lake Norman, North Carolina. Although this study specifically evaluates the effects of evaporative water loss from cooling towers, its methods are applicable to estimating the economic benefits and costs of a new water user or reduced water input in any complex reservoir system that supports steam electric generation, hydroelectric generation, residential properties, recreation, irrigation, and municipal water use.

Recreational Behavior and Spatial Characteristics of Urban Parks Based on Multi-Source Information: A Case Study of Xiaohong Stone Carving Park in Nanjing

Urban parks are an important part of urban recreational spaces,and the development of analysis framework of recreational behavior and space is helpful for the design of urban parks to better meet the activity and usage requirements of visitors.In this paper,Xiaohong Stone Carving Park in Nanjing was taken as the research object to explore the relationship between landscape space and user behavior for design feedback.The orthographic image technology of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)and machine deep learning were used to analyze users behavior activities in the park,and the spatial characteristics of each node in the park were evaluated by semantic differential scale to explore the potential causes of behavior activities.The results showed that①there were significant differences in the number of visitors on holidays and working days,and young people and children were the main users.②The users activity of the park differed greatly on the inner and outer tour roads,and the users showed stronger willingness to stay on the inner tour roads.Recreational activities received more attention than cultural ones.③The overall distribution of users was significantly affected by hydrophilicity,and the recreational behavior and activity type were affected by multiple factors which include the hydrophilicity,safety,accessibility of cultural relics and the amount of recreational facilities.Finally,the enhanced strategies such as improving the cultural tour system,establishing hydrophilic safety belts and optimizing recreational facilities were put forward.

“严肃”抑或“深度”——理论隐喻视角下的serious leisure译名辨析

Serious leisure作为“严肃休闲”理论中的核心概念,在华语圈已被使用了近二十年,并衍生出“严肃”“深度”等通行译名。然而迄今为止,罕有学者对该概念各种译名使用恰当与否做深入辨析。从与原始理论隐喻相契合的角度来看,serious两种较为通用的译名“严肃”与“深度”各有优劣:“严肃”从主观方面反映了严肃休闲活动者的矛盾意愿与抗争能动性,却难以体现活动本身的纵深发展倾向;“深度”则自客观方面揭示了严肃休闲活动的动态过程与生涯持续性,却忽视了活动者的主体意志。如果以斯特宾斯原始理论为基点,综合考虑词源考证与原始词义、隐喻契合、语境使用三方面要素的话,“严肃”或为更适用译名,但某些语境之下可考虑替换为“深度”。

Associations between residence and cognitive function among Chinese older adults: the mediating role of leisure activity

Background:Cognitive function is a current research hotspot,residence may be related to differences in cognitive function,and the mediating role of leisure activities are limited in Chinese research.This study used leisure activities as a mediating variable to investigate the mediating role of leisure activity between place of residence(city-town-rural)and cognitive function among Chinese older,this is where the innovation of the article comes in.Methods:Using cross-sectional data from the 2018 Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey,Pearson correlation analyses were employed to examine the relationships among various indicators.Mediation analyses were conducted using the SPSS PROCESS macro program,version 3.5,written by Hayes,to explore the mediating effects of leisure activity between place of residence and cognitive function in older adults.Results:A total of 10955 older adults were included in this study,with a mean age of(84.23±11.57)years.Among them,2739(24.8%)lived in the city,3627(33.1%)in town,and 4615(42.1%)in rural areas;their leisure activity score was(5.34±3.77),and their cognitive function score was(24.69±6.65).Place of residence,leisure activities,and cognitive function were significantly correlated(P<0.01).Using city as a reference,place of residence is negatively associated with cognitive function,and place of residence not only had a direct effect on cognitive function in older adults:town-cognitive function(effect=–0.399;95%confidence interval(CI)=(–0.685,–0.113));rural-cognitive function(effect=–0.42;95%CI=(–0.698,–0.141)).There were also indirect effects on cognitive function through the pathway of leisure activity:town-leisure activity-cognitive function(effect=–0.17;95%CI=(–0.246,–0.1)),rural-leisure activity-cognitive function(effect=–0.199;95%CI=(–0.272,–0.13)).Conclusion:Leisure activities play a partially mediating role between the impact of place of residence and cognitive function in Chinese older adults,and it is vital to pay attention to the impact of place of residence on the cognitive function of older adults in various aspects,and to increase the participation rate of older adults in leisure activities,which is beneficial to the prevention of cognitive decline and the protection of older adult’s physical and mental health.

Study on the Countermeasures to Improve the Public Outdoor Leisure and Fitness Function on the Two Rivers and Four Banks in the Main Urban Area of Chongqing

The main urban area of Chongqing is surrounded by two rivers and set against each other.With its unique waterfront landscape,it has the resource conditions to become a leisure tourism destination.Intending to enhance people’s happiness,improve city quality,and promote Chongqing’s main urban area to become a tourist destination,this paper finds out the existing problems in the construction of public outdoor leisure and fitness facilities on the two rivers and four banks of Chongqing’s main urban area through investigation and analysis based on relevant experiences at home and abroad,takes the value chain theory as the guidance,and to find solutions to the problem.On this basis,combined with the law of economic operation,this paper puts forward the guiding ideology,principles,development goals,functional orientation,and development path for the improvement of public outdoor leisure and fitness on two rivers and four banks in the main city of Chongqing,and accordingly puts forward the policy system and guarantee measures for its improvement.

Research on Leisure Agriculture Development Based on Red Tourist Area in Ningxiang County of Hunan Province,China

Based on development of leisure agriculture in Ningxiang County,the existing problems had been analyzed,conditions for leisure agriculture development in Ningxiang County had been summarized,which included good natural conditions and abundant leisure agricultural resources;advantageous social economic conditions and excellent transportation,reference from domestic and foreign leisure agriculture.In view of these advantages,development conception had been further proposed and it was considered that it should enhance publicity,build brand and cultivate source market of leisure agriculture;conduct scientific decision and reasonable planning,develop leisure agricultural tourist area at suburb;pay attention to ecology,protect environment and walk sustainable development road.As for leisure agriculture in Ningxiang,four tourist areas should be divided,which were suburban rest tourist area in the north,celebrity hometown tourist area in the east,hot spring recuperation vacation area in the south and landscape religious tourist area in the west.

Study on Construction Mode of Leisure City ——A Case Study of Langfang City in Hebei Province

Based on the analysis of development advantages of Langfang City,a construction mode of leisure Langfang City was constructed,which was "taking commercial leisure as the leading guidance,public leisure as the supplement,and brand festival as the main line".Finally,some experiences for leisure city construction were summarized,so as to provide reference for leisure construction of cities which were lack of traditional tourism resources.

Application of Unique Resources in Recreational Agriculture of Hainan Island,China

The development status and significance of recreational agriculture in Hainan were analyzed.By introducing advantages of Hainan Island in political institution,natural resources and humanistic resources,it was proposed that special topographical scenery,Qiong Opera(Hainan Opera),tropical plants,rare animal species,customs of Li and Miao nationalities,and agricultural product resources could be applied in the development of recreational agriculture,and many activities of recreational agriculture could be organized.

Behavior Response of Recreationists to Environment Characteristics of City Parks for Forest Recreation—A Case Study of City Parks of Jingzhou City in China

By taking city parks of Jingzhou City as an example,city parks,as primary places for citizens' daily forest recreation,should present a certain recreational environment feature under the comprehensive effect of nature,humanity,facilities,location and historical evolution.Through the empirical analysis of recreationists' behaviors in city parks with different environmental characters,it has obtained the differences of recreationists in composition,staying time and contents of recreational activities in different city parks,and that recreationists appear to adapt to the environmental characters.Recreational attractions and demands have manifested their perception towards the environmental characters of city parks.The distribution of recreational satisfaction has demonstrated that experience value of recreationists and environmental characters of city parks are consistent.

Spatial Pattern of Leisure Agriculture in Baoding City for Its Docking with Beijing and Tianjin

By reviewing advantageous location of Baoding City in the green economic circle of capital rim, as well as its resource and environmental advantages, present development and future trend of leisure agriculture in Baoding City were analyzed, SWOT analysis of its conditions for the docking with Beijing and Tianjin was carried out, its strengths were demonstrated in policy, location, passenger origin and humanistic environment; its weaknesses were proposed as: lack of integrated planning, unitary, scattered and low-grade products, incomplete infrastructure and management service system, inadequate efforts in propagation; opportunities: development of the green economic circle of capital rim, stable promotion of new countryside construction, economic development and changing concepts of people; threats: competition of neighboring regions. On this basis, internal and external environment that leisure agriculture of Baoding City must have to realize its docking with Beijing and Tianjin were studied, and then it was proposed that spatial pattern docking was the first step, and the docking should be realized in rings and modules.

Construction of Tourism Spatial Layout in Huaihua from the Recreational Perspective

With the investigation of the current situation of tourism activities and characteristics of recreational tourism spatial layout in Huaihua,problems in tourism spatial layout are pointed out,that is,indistinct division of tourism functions,comparatively bad relevance in the "point-axle" spatial structure,and comparatively bad horizontal and vertical coherence in tourism space.It is suggested to rationally construct tourism spatial layout in Huaihua City after the model of spatial layered structure of recreational sightseeing,that is,the model of setting Huaihua City as the center,and from the inside out with three layers of recreational island within the city,recreational sites around the city and recreational sites at towns and villages away from the city through the spatial layout of point,axis and plane.
