This paper conducts a trade-off between efficiency and accuracy of three-dimensional(3 D)shape measurement based on the triangulation principle,and introduces a flying and precise 3 D shape measurement method based on multiple parallel line lasers.Firstly,we establish the measurement model of the multiple parallel line lasers system,and introduce the concept that multiple base planes can help to deduce the unified formula of the measurement system and are used in simplifying the process of the calibration.Then,the constraint of the line spatial frequency,which maximizes the measurement efficiency while ensuring accuracy,is determined according to the height distribution of the object.Secondly,the simulation analyzing the variation of the systemic resolution quantitatively under the circumstance of a set of specific parameters is performed,which provides a fundamental thesis for option of the four system parameters.Thirdly,for the application of the precision measurement in the industrial field,additional profiles are acquired to improve the lateral resolution by applying a motor to scan the 3 D surface.Finally,compared with the line laser,the experimental study shows that the present method of obtaining 41220 points per frame improves the measurement efficiency.Furthermore,the accuracy and the process of the calibration are advanced in comparison with the existing multiple-line laser and the structured light makes an accuracy better than 0.22 mm at a distance of 956.02 mm. 展开更多

Many different types of buildings were severely damaged or collapsed during the May 12, 2008 Great Wenchuan Earthquake. Based on survey data collected in regions that were subjected to moderate to severe earthquake intensities, a comparison between the observed building damage, and the three earthquake performance objectives and seismic conceptual design principles specified by the national "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings GB50011-2001," was carried out. Actual damage and predicted damage for a given earthquake level for different types of structures is compared. Discussions on seismic conceptual design principles, with respect to multiple defense lines, strong column-weak beam, link beam of shear walls, ductility detailing of masonry structures, exits and staircases, and nonstructural elements, etc. are carried out. Suggestions for improving the seismic design of structures are also proposed. It is concluded that the seismic performance objectives for three earthquake levels, i.e., "no failure under minor earthquake level, ""repairable damage under moderate earthquake level" and "no collapse under major earthquake level" can be achieved if seismic design principles are carried out by strictly following the code requirements and ensuring construction quality. 展开更多

A Three-Dimensional Model of Transport and Diffusion of Seeding Agents within Stratus 被引量:7

It is essential to learn the temporal and spatial concentration distributions and variations of seeding agents in cloud seeding of precipitation enhancement. A three-dimensional puff trajectory model incorporating a mesoscale nonhydrostatic model has been formulated, and is applied to simulating the transporting and diffusive characteristics of multiple line sources of seeding agents within super-cooled stratus. Several important factors are taken into consideration that affect the diffusion of seeding materials such as effects of topography and vertical wind shear, temporal and spatial variation of seeding parameters and wet deposition. The particles of seeding agents are assumed to be almost inert, they have no interaction with the particles of the cloud or precipitation except that they are washed out by precipitation. The model validity is demonstrated by the analyses and comparisons of model results, and checked by the sensitivity experiments of diffusive coefficients and atmospheric stratification. The advantage of this model includes not only its exact reflection of heterogeneity and unsteadiness of background fields, but also its good simulation of transport and diffusion of multiple line sources. The horizontal diffusion rate and the horizontal transport distance have been proposed that they usually were difficult to obtain in other models. In this simulation the horizontal diffusion rate is 0.82 m s(-1) for average of one hour, and the horizontal average transport distance reaches 65 km after 1 4 which are closely related to the background Fields. 展开更多

A novel 5-dimensional(5D) memristive chaotic system is proposed, in which multi-scroll hidden attractors and multiwing hidden attractors can be observed on different phase planes. The dynamical system has multiple lines of equilibria or no equilibrium when the system parameters are appropriately selected, and the multi-scroll hidden attractors and multi-wing hidden attractors have nothing to do with the system equilibria. Particularly, the numbers of multi-scroll hidden attractors and multi-wing hidden attractors are sensitive to the transient simulation time and the initial values. Dynamical properties of the system, such as phase plane, time series, frequency spectra, Lyapunov exponent, and Poincar′e map, are studied in detail. In addition, a state feedback controller is designed to select multiple hidden attractors within a long enough simulation time. Finally, an electronic circuit is realized in Pspice, and the experimental results are in agreement with the numerical ones. 展开更多

Detecting and quantifying intracellular microRNAs(miRNAs)are a critical step in resolving a cancer diagnostic and resolving the ensemble of gene products that orchestrate the living state of cells.However,the nanoprobe for detecting low abundance miRNAs in cell cytosol is restricted by either the"one-to-one"signaltrigger model or di culty for cytosol delivery.To address these challenges,we designed a lightharvesting nanoantenna-based nanoprobe,which directs excitation energy to a single molecule to sensitively detect cytosolic miRNA.With light irradiation,the light-harvesting nanoantenna e ectively disrupted lysosomal structures by generationof reactive oxygen species,substantially achieved cytosol delivery.The nanoantenna containing>4000 donor dyes can e ciently transfer excitation energy to one or two acceptors with 99%e ciency,leading to unprecedented signal amplification and biosensing sensitivity.The designed nanoantenna can quantify cytosolic miR-210 at zeptomolar level.The fluorescence lifetime of the donor exhibited good relationship with miR-210 concentration in the range of 0.032 to 2.97 amol/ngRNA.The zeptomole sensitivity of nanoantenna provides accurate bioimaging of miR-210 both in multiple cell lines and in vivo assay,which creates a pathway for the creation of miRNA toolbox for quantitative epigenetics and personalized medicine. 展开更多

In this study,we succeeded in establishing a novel MM cell line and analyzed its biological characteristics. Methods Mononuclear cells isolated from the peripheral blood (PB) and bone marrow (BM) of a patient with advanced MM (λ light chain type) were cultured in medium. Cell morphology was analyzed by Wright-Giemsa-staining and cytochemical staining,immunophenotyping by flow cytometry and cytogenetic analysis by chromosome RHG-banding technique. Quantitative fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect Epstein - Barr virus (EBV) DNA. Results The established cell line could survive and proliferate in the presence of feeder cells or conditioned medium. The cells secreted λ light chain and were negative for EBV. The Wright-Giemsa-staining showed typical plasmablast or plasma cell morphology. The cytochemical staining of the cells showed the following reactivity patterns: positive for acid phosphatase,negative for myeloperoxidase. The immunoprofile of the cells was concordant with that of MM cells: positive for CD_ 10 ,CD_ 28 ,CD_ 38 ,CD_ 138 ,CD_ 56 ,CD_ 49d ,CD_ 44 ,CD_ 54 and CD_ 58 ,negative for CD_ 19 , CD_ 40 ,CD_ 95 ,CD_ 95L ,CD_ 34 ,CD_2 and CD_5. The cytogenetic analysis showed complex chromosome abnormality of i (1q+),8q+,13q+,i (17q),i (18q) and +M. There was no difference in morphology,immunophenotype and cytogenetics between cells from PB and BM. Conclusions An MM cell line secreting λ light chain named CZ-1 was established. The cells from both PB and BM have the same biological characteristics. 展开更多

This paper proposes a graphical-based methodology to evaluate the performance of a manufacturing system in terms of network model.We focus on a manufacturing system which consists of multiple distinct production lines.A transformation technique is developed to build the manufacturing system as a manufacturing network.In such a manufacturing network,the capacity of each machine is multistate due to failure,partial failure,or maintenance.Thus,this manufacturing network is also regarded as a multistate network.We evaluate the probability that the manufacturing network can meet a given demand,where the probability is referred to as the system reliability.A simple algorithm integrating decomposition technique is proposed to generate the minimal capacity vectors that machines should provide to eventually satisfy demand.The system reliability is derived in terms of such capacity vectors afterwards.A practical application in the context of IC card manufacturing system is utilized to demonstrate the performance evaluation procedure. 展开更多

Hydrogels are the most widely us... In this review, we focused on a few obstacles that hinder three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting process in tissue engineering. One of the obstacles is the bioinks used to deliver cells. Hydrogels are the most widely used bioink materials; however, they are mechanically weak in nature and cannot meet the requirements for supporting structures, especially when the tissues, such as cartilage, require extracellular matrix to be mechanically strong. Secondly and more importantly, tissue regeneration is not only about building all the components in a way that mimics the structures of living tissues, but also about how to make the constructs function normally in the long term. One of the key issues is sufficient nutrient and oxygen supply to the engineered living constructs. The other is to coordinate the interplays between cells, bioactive agents and extracellular matrix in a natural way. This article reviews the approaches to improve the mechanical strength of hydrogels and their suitability for 3D bioprinting; moreover, the key issues of multiple cell lines coprinting with multiple growth factors, vascularization within engineered living constructs etc. were also reviewed. 展开更多
