First, the equivalent dynamic linearization data model is obtained by means of dynamic linearization technology, which exists theoretically in the iteration domain. Then, the iterative extended state observer(IESO) is developed to estimate the disturbance and the coupling between systems, and the decoupled dynamic linearization model is obtained for the purpose of controller synthesis. The electrochemical reaction results directly in temperature variations in the proton exchange membrane fuel cell. Ensuring effective temperature control is crucial to ensure fuel cell reliability and durability. This paper uses active disturbance rejection control in the thermal management system to maintain the operating temperature and the stack inlet and outlet temperature difference at the set value. First, key cooling system modules such as expansion tanks, coolant circulation pumps and radiators based on Simulink were built. Then, physical modeling and simulation of the fuel cell cooling system was carried out. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the control strategy and reduce the parameter tuning workload, an active disturbance rejection control parameter optimization method using an elite genetic algorithm was proposed. When the optimized control strategy responds to input disturbances, the maximum overshoot of the system is only 1.23% and can reach stability again in 30 s, so the fuel cell temperature can be controlled effectively. Simulation results show that the optimized control strategy can effectively control the stack temperature and coolant temperature difference under the influence of stepped charging current without interference or with interference, and has strong robustness and anti-interference capability.展开更多

The strong coupling of large-scale networks will increase the costs of system detection and maintenance. Therefore, this paper is concerned with an extensional containment control issue, hierarchical containment control. It aims to enable a multitude of followers achieving a novel cooperation in the convex hull shaped by multiple leaders. Firstly, by constructing the three-layer topology, large-scale networks are decoupled. Then, under the condition of directed spanning group-tree, a class of dynamic hierarchical containment control protocol is designed such that the novel group-consensus behavior in the convex hull can be realized. Moreover, the definitions of coupling strength coefficients and the group-consensus parameter in the proposed dynamic hierarchical control protocol enhance the adjustability of systems. Compared with the existing containment control strategy, the proposed hierarchical containment control strategy improves dynamic control performance. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed hierarchical control protocol.展开更多

Simulation results show that the optimized control strategy can effectively control the stack temperature and coolant temperature difference under the influence of stepped charging current without interference or with interference, and has strong robustness and anti-interference capability.

文摘This article mainly investigates the fuzzy optimization robust control issue for nonlinear networked systems characterized by the interval type-2(IT2)fuzzy technique under a differential evolution algorithm. To provide a more reasonable utilization of the constrained communication channel,a novel adaptive memory event-triggered(AMET)mechanism is developed, where two event-triggered thresholds can be dynamically adjusted in the light of the current system information and the transmitted historical data.Sufficient conditions with less conservative design of the fuzzy imperfect premise matching(IPM)controller are presented by introducing the Wirtinger-based integral inequality, the information of membership functions(MFs)and slack matrices.Subsequently, under the IPM policy,a new MFs intelligent optimization technique that takes advantage of the differential evolution algorithm is first provided for IT2 TakagiSugeno(T-S)fuzzy systems to update the fuzzy controller MFs in real-time and achieve a better system control effect. Finally, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control scheme can obtain better system performance in the case of using fewer communication resources.

文摘Vector control schemes have recently been used to drive linear induction motors(LIM)in high-performance applications. This trend promotes the development of precise and efficient control schemes for individual motors. This research aims to present a novel framework for speed and thrust force control of LIM using space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)inverters. The framework under consideration is developed in four stages. To begin,MATLAB Simulink was used to develop a detailed mathematical and electromechanical dynamicmodel. The research presents a modified SVPWM inverter control scheme.By tuning the proportional-integral(PI)controller with a transfer function, optimized values for the PI controller are derived. All the subsystems mentioned above are integrated to create a robust simulation of the LIM’s precise speed and thrust force control scheme. The reference speed values were chosen to evaluate the performance of the respective system, and the developed system’s response was verified using various data sets. For the low-speed range,a reference value of 10m/s is used, while a reference value of 100 m/s is used for the high-speed range. The speed output response indicates that themotor reached reference speed in amatter of seconds,as the delay time is between 8 and 10 s.The maximum amplitude of thrust achieved is less than 400N,demonstrating the controller’s capability to control a high-speed LIM with minimal thrust ripple.Due to the controlled speed range, the developed system is highly recommended for low-speed and high-speed and heavy-duty traction applications.

文摘The adaptive fixed-time consensus problem for a class of nonlinear multi-agent systems(MASs)with actuator faults is considered in this paper. To approximate the unknown nonlinear functions in MASs,radial basis function neural networks are used.In addition, the first order sliding mode differentiator is utilized to solve the“explosion of complexity”problem, and a filter error compensation method is proposed to ensure the convergence of filter error in fixed time. With the help of the Nussbaum function, the actuator failure compensation mechanism is constructed.By designing the adaptive fixed-time controller, all signals in MASs are bounded, and the consensus errors between the leader and all followers converge to a small area of origin. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control method is verified by simulation examples.

文摘In this paper,we present a novel adaptive performance control approach for strict-feedback nonparametric systems with unknown time-varying control coefficients, which mainly includes the following steps.Firstly,by introducing several key transformation functions and selecting the initial value of the time-varying scaling function, the symmetric prescribed performance with global and semi-global properties can be handled uniformly, without the need for control re-design.Secondly,to handle the problem of unknown time-varying control coefficient with an unknown sign,we propose an enhanced Nussbaum function(ENF)bearing some unique properties and characteristics, with which the complex stability analysis based on specific Nussbaum functions as commonly used is no longer required.Thirdly,by utilizing the core-function information technique, the nonparametric uncertainties in the system are gracefully handled so that no approximator is required.Furthermore, simulation results verify the effectiveness and benefits of the approach.

文摘The existing containment control has been widely developed for several years, but ignores the case for large-scale cooperation. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed hierarchical control protocol.

文摘Aimed at infinite horizon optimal control problems of discrete time-varying nonlinear systems,in this paper,a new iterative adaptive dynamic programming algorithm, which is the discrete-time time-varying policy iteration(DTTV)algorithm,is developed. The iterative control law is designed to update the iterative value function which approximates the index function of optimal performance. The admissibility of the iterative control law is analyzed. The results show that the iterative value function is non-increasingly convergent to the Bellman-equation optimal solution. To implement the algorithm, neural networks are employed and a new implementation structure is established, which avoids solving the generalized Bellman equation in each iteration. Finally, the optimal control laws for torsional pendulum and inverted pendulum systems are obtained by using the DTTV policy iteration algorithm, where the mass and pendulum bar length are permitted to be time-varying parameters. The effectiveness of the developed method is illustrated by numerical results and comparisons.

文摘Safety critical control is often trained in a simulated environment to mitigate risk.Subsequent migration of the biased controller requires further adjustments. In this paper,an experience inference human-behavior learning is proposed to solve the migration problem of optimal controllers applied to real-world nonlinear systems. The approach is inspired in the complementary properties that exhibits the hippocampus, the neocortex, and the striatum learning systems located in the brain. The hippocampus defines a physics informed reference model of the realworld nonlinear system for experience inference and the neocortex is the adaptive dynamic programming(ADP)or reinforcement learning(RL)algorithm that ensures optimal performance of the reference model. This optimal performance is inferred to the real-world nonlinear system by means of an adaptive neocortex/striatum control policy that forces the nonlinear system to behave as the reference model.Stability and convergence of the proposed approach is analyzed using Lyapunov stability theory.Simulation studies are carried out to verify the approach.
