By the use of filtering theory,the authors prove tha...This paper investigates a linear strategy equilibrium in insider trading in continuous time allowing market makers to know some information on the value of a stock. By the use of filtering theory,the authors prove that in a monopoly market, there exists a unique equilibrium of linear strategy of intensity in a closed form, such that the insider can make positive profits and at which, all of the private information on the value of the stock is released; and the more accurate the information on the value of the stock observed by the market makers, the less the positive profits are made by the insider, and even go to zero. However, there is no Nash equilibrium in a Cournot competition market between two insiders if they both adopt a linear strategy of intensity.展开更多

In this paper,a bioinspired path planning approach for mobile robots is proposed.The approach is based on the sparrow search algorithm,which is an intelligent optimization algorithm inspired by the group wisdom,foragi...In this paper,a bioinspired path planning approach for mobile robots is proposed.The approach is based on the sparrow search algorithm,which is an intelligent optimization algorithm inspired by the group wisdom,foraging,and anti-predation behaviors of sparrows.To obtain high-quality paths and fast convergence,an improved sparrow search algorithm is proposed with three new strategies.First,a linear path strategy is proposed,which can transform the polyline in the corner of the path into a smooth line,to enable the robot to reach the goal faster.Then,a new neighborhood search strategy is used to improve the fitness value of the global optimal individual,and a new position update function is used to speed up the convergence.Finally,a new multi-index comprehensive evaluation method is designed to evaluate these algorithms.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has a shorter path and faster convergence than other state-ofthe-art studies.展开更多
The paper proposes a stochastic unit commitment(UC)model to realize the low-carbon operation requirement and cope with wind power prediction errors for power systems with intensive wind power and carbon capture power ...The paper proposes a stochastic unit commitment(UC)model to realize the low-carbon operation requirement and cope with wind power prediction errors for power systems with intensive wind power and carbon capture power plant(CCPP).A linear re-dispatch strategy is introduced to compensate the wind power deviation from the spot forecast.The robust optimization technique is employed to obtain a reliable commitment plan against all realizations of wind power within the uncertainty set given by probabilistic forecast.The proposed model is validated with IEEE 39-bus system.The advantages of flexible CCPPs are compared to the normal coal-fueled plants and the impacts of robustness controlling are discussed.展开更多
