Objective:To analyze the structure of aquaporins-3(AQP-3) from Schistosoma japonicum(SJAQP-3) using bioinformalical methods,and to provid of references for vaccine targets research.Methods:Protparam,BepiPred,TMHMM Ser...Objective:To analyze the structure of aquaporins-3(AQP-3) from Schistosoma japonicum(SJAQP-3) using bioinformalical methods,and to provid of references for vaccine targets research.Methods:Protparam,BepiPred,TMHMM Server,MLRC,Geno3d,DNA star software packages were used to predict the physical and chemical properties,hydrophilicity plot, flexibility regions,antigenic index,surface probability plot,secondary structure,and tertiary structure of amino acid sequence of SJAQP-3.Results:SJAQP-3 had six transmembrane regions and two half-spanning helices that form a central channel.The half-spanning helices fold into the centre of the channel.Either of the half-spanning helix had a conserved motif of NPA common to all aquaporins.Predicted linear B-Cell epitopes were most likely at the N-terminal amino acid residues of Saa-7aa,59aa- 62aa,225aa-230aa,282aa -288aa,294aa -29Saa and 305aa -307aa area.59aa- 62aa,22Saa-230aa located outside the membrane,the others located inside the cell.Conclusions:SJAQP-3 is a integral membrane protein in Schistosoma japonicum tegument.There are six potential epitopes in SJ AQP-3.It might be a potential molecular target for the development of vaccines.展开更多

Based on the minimum variance theorem, the Gauss-Newton filter is constructed and derived, including its state transition equation, observation equation and filtering process. Then, the delicate relationship between the Gauss-Aitken filter and the Kalman filter is discussed and it is verified that without process noise the two filters are equivalent. Finally, some simulations are conducted. The result shows that the Gauss-Aitken filter is superior to the Kalman filter in some aspects.展开更多
For high precision calibration of camera with large field-of-view,massive calibration points will be needed if traditional methods are selected,which makes the calibration complex and time-consuming.In order to solve ...For high precision calibration of camera with large field-of-view,massive calibration points will be needed if traditional methods are selected,which makes the calibration complex and time-consuming.In order to solve this problem,a calibration method based on flexible planar target is proposed.In this method,distortion factor is firstly acquired by the invariance of cross ratio,and existing feature points are adjusted with the distortion factor.Then,a large number of points that will be used for the calibration are constructed with the adjusted feature points.Simultaneously,Tsai method is modified so as to reduce the complexity of calibration,which makes the process linear.The simulation and real experiments show that the method proposed in this paper is simple,linear,accurate and robust,and the precision of this method is close to that of Tsai method using abundant points.The method can satisfy the requirement of high precision calibration for camera with large field-of-view.展开更多

Combined with the characteristics of Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT), the responsibility and advantages of CWT in multi-point moving-target Doppler parameter extraction are analyzed. Finally a kind of multi-point moving-target Doppler parameter extracting algorithm based on CWT are developed, and the computer stimulating results demonstrate the correctness of the algorithm.展开更多
In this paper,a new multiclass classification algorithm is proposed based on the idea of Locally Linear Embedding(LLE),to avoid the defect of traditional manifold learning algorithms,which can not deal with new sample...In this paper,a new multiclass classification algorithm is proposed based on the idea of Locally Linear Embedding(LLE),to avoid the defect of traditional manifold learning algorithms,which can not deal with new sample points.The algorithm defines an error as a criterion by computing a sample's reconstruction weight using LLE.Furthermore,the existence and characteristics of low dimensional manifold in range-profile time-frequency information are explored using manifold learning algorithm,aiming at the problem of target recognition about high range resolution MilliMeter-Wave(MMW) radar.The new algorithm is applied to radar target recognition.The experiment results show the algorithm is efficient.Compared with other classification algorithms,our method improves the recognition precision and the result is not sensitive to input parameters.展开更多
