Dispatched by the Communist Party of China （CPC）, wengongtuan members took on the task of mobilizing peasants into cultural production, and realized a self-reconstruction in the process of integrating themselves into the lives of revolutionary peasants. The idea of the wengongtuan derived from the CPC＇s theory of the mass line--＂from the masses and to the masses＂--which laid the foundation of New Democratic culture in the 1940s.展开更多

Breaking through the mode of Western films, the early Chinese film, referring to artistic elements in story-telling script, fiction, and drama in Song and Yuan Dynasties, has created new film genres of ＂unofficial historical film＂ and martial-art film which are positive results of the localization of early Chinese films. With these literature views, his works also had shown his pursuit for the specialty and artistry of literature, as well as a transition from technique-oriented writing to a balance of emotion expression and technique usage. Anyway, during his translation of French literature and creative practice, the rich literature nutrition he received led to his unclear and complex thoughts which he neutralized with carefulness, and hence his unique literature views.展开更多
