Mycobacterium gordoniasis of the cervical lymph nodes:A case report

BACKGROUND Owing to the advancement in bacterial identification techniques,the detection rate of non-tuberculous mycobacterium(NTM)has been on the rise.Different from Mycobacterium tuberculosis,the clinical symptoms of NTM are not easily detected,and the clinical efficacy and prognosis are somewhat heterogeneous.To report a case of Mycobacterium gordoniasis of cervical lymph node diagnosed in Anhui Chest Hospital in July 2022.CASE SUMMARY Upon examination,the patient who weighed 67.5 kg,was human immunodeficiency virus negative,healthy,without hypertension,diabetes,heart disease and other basic diseases microscopic analysis revealed granulomatous inflammation with coagulation necrosis in the lymphocyte,and tuberculosis was not ruled out.Plain computed tomography scans of the neck and chest indicated the presence of a single grayish-yellow and grayish-brown tissue,the dimensions of which was top of form 10.5 cm×3.0 cm×1.5 cm.After pathological consultation in our hospital,the diagnosis was confirmed as NTM infection.CONCLUSION This case report and the clinical epidemiological research on improving NTM have important guiding significance for improving decision-making in clinical treatments.

Exploring the Applications of Digital Twin Technology in Enhancing Sustainability in Civil Engineering:A Review

With the advent of the big data era and the rise of Industrial Revolution 4.0,digital twins(DTs)have gained sig-nificant attention in various industries.DTs offer the opportunity to combine the physical and digital worlds and aid the digital transformation of the civil engineering industry.In this paper,605 documents obtained from the search werefirst analysed using CiteSpace for literature visualisation,and an author co-occurrence network,a keyword co-occurrence network,and a keyword clustering set were obtained.Next,through a literature review of 86 papers,this paper summarises the current status of DT application in civil engineering based on a review of the origins,concepts,and implementation techniques of DTs,and it introduces the application of DTs in the full project lifecycle.This study shows that DTs have great potential to address many of the challenges faced by civil engineering.In this regard,the paper also presents some thoughts on the future directions of DT research.

The Enlightenment on Urban Ecological Construction by Research Progress of Sponge City in China Based on Literature Analysis

To quantitatively analyze main figure,field,agency and level of sponge city research in China,and clear research focus and hot spot in each year,by using the Full Text Database of Chinese Sci-tech Periodicals and other retrieval tools,the statistics and analysis of 3152 research literatures on sponge city published in domestic academic journals of 2004-2016 are conducted based on bibliometrics. It is found that since the concept of " sponge city" was firstly proposed in 2012,development research of sponge city involves 40 subject fields and is mainly published in 32 kinds of journals,which is dominated by natural science research( 1427 literatures). Researchers are mainly from each college and university,some design institutes and Chinese Academy of Sciences. The research could play certain guidance significance for further research and construction of ecological city construction in China.

Clinical characteristics of myotonia congenita in China Literature analysis of the past 30 years

AIM： To understand the distinct, clinical features of myotonia congenita in China. METHODS： Case reports of myotonia congenita were retrieved from the Chinese Journal Full-text database, dating between 1980 and 2007, and analyzed for clinical characteristics of myotonia congenita. RESULTS： There were 35 published reports and 258 cases about myotonia congenita. Six reports （62 cases） were excluded due to lack of clinical data, imprecise diagnosis, or duplication. Finally, 29 published reports and 196 cases （140 males and 56 females） were included in this analysis. About 78.6% of patients were diagnosed with myotonia congenita before the age of 20, and among these, 86.1% were classified as dominant inheritance. Lower and upper extremities were frequently affected with severe symptoms. Eyelids, mouth and lingual muscles, and trunk muscles and cervical muscles were less frequently involved. However, muscles for swallowing, sphincter muscles, and smooth muscles were not involved. There were no reports of cataracts, cardiac conduction block, or dyscrinism. myotonia congenita symptoms were induced or aggravated by cold temperatures in 71.9% of the patients and warming-up effect occurred in 95.6% of the patients. Muscle hypertrophy was observed in 69.6% and percussion of muscles in 76.5% of the patients. Myotonia potential or myotonia-like potential was detected in all patients using electromyography. Muscle fiber swelling or hypertrophy was frequently detected through muscular biopsy. CONCLUSION： Myotonia congenita frequently occurs in males before the age of 20, in particular as the autosomal dominant form of myotonia congenita. Skeletal muscles throughout the body, especially the lower and upper extremities, are involved. However, muscles for swallowing, sphincter muscles, and smooth muscles are not involved. Warming-up effect is the main characteristic of myotonia congenita.

Literature Analysis of Bryophytes in China during 2005-2015

In order to study China's bryophyte,this paper uses bibliometrics for statistical analysis of literature about China's bryophyte during 2005-2015.The results show that in terms of published article distribution of different journals,there are 13 kinds of journals with more than 5 papers about bryophyte,accounting for 32.5%; in terms of the number of papers published in different years,it was smallest in 2005,only 16,while it reached the largest number of 33 in 2008; in terms of the number of papers published for different first authors,there are most authors publishing less than 9 papers,accounting for 87.5%,there is only one author publishing 9 papers,and there are 5 people publishing more than 9 papers; in terms of author unit distribution,in the 278 articles collected,there are 12 units publishing papers of less than 6,accounting for 30%,the unit publishing the most papers(36) is Guizhou Normal University,5 units publish 6 papers,accounting for 12.5%,and the units publishing papers of less than 6 account for 57.5%; in terms of literature research level,there are most papers about basic and applied basic research(natural science),accounting for 91.2%,the papers about engineering and technology(natural science) account for 5.5%,and other papers account for 3.3%.

Literature Analysis on Fluorescence in situ Hybridization in China during 2002-2016

In order to explore researches about the chromosome karyotype analysis and fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) technology in China,using the bibliometric method,taking " fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) " and " chromosome" as key words,this paper made a statistical analysis on the literature published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) during 2002-2016.The results indicated that the number of papers published in 2002 was the smallest(37),while the number of papers published in 2012 was the largest(125).In terms of the distribution of organizations of authors,in 1201 papers,11 organizations published papers ≥15,accounting for 21.65%.In terms of distribution of papers published by different periodicals,11 periodicals published papers ≥10,accounting for 17.65%.In terms of the papers supported by foundation projects,in all papers searched,377 papers were supported by foundation projects,accounting for 31.39%.In terms of the distribution of doctoral and master's dissertations,259 papers were master's dissertations,accounting for 21.57%;92 papers were doctoral dissertations,accounting for 7.66%.

ACUPUNCTURE FOR PRI MARY DYSMENORRHEA──A meta-analysis

Recent literature search showed that up to now there are a total of 9 theses abo ut clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with acupuncture therapy, among th em 5 clinical trials are from Chinese journals and the rest 4 from foreign journals. Majority of the tri als have some methodological and/or reporting shortcomings. The frequency and in tensity of dysmenorrhea are divided into intermittent and continuous types. Resu lts of quantitative meta-analysis with Revman 4.1 software showed that the exis t ing evidence supports the value of acupuncture for the treatment of dysmenorrhea . However, the quality of evidence is not fully convincing. There is an urgent n eed for well-planned, large-scale and multiple-center studies to assess the e ffe ctiveness and cost-effectiveness of acupuncture under real-life conditions.

Bibliometrics analysis of psychological intervention in breast cancer patients

Background:In order to provide some references and direction for further research on psychological intervention for breast cancer patients,we analyzed the breast cancer patients,learned its research status,and found out the existing problems.Methods:We retrieved relevant literatures on psychological intervention for breast cancer patients from databases such as CNKI,Wanfang data,VIP and CBM.Note Express 3.2 was used for bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 60 articles were included.We found that the research institutions were mainly hospitals.There was a lack of attention to special breast cancer patients,efficacy comparison trials of different intervention and cooperation during institutions.Research design was not rigorous enough:lack of pertinence of populations,unclear and short intervention interval,low repeatability of research trials,low transparency of intervention,and defects in intervention quality control.Conclusion:Clinical trials on psychological intervention for breast cancer patients should pay more attention to special breast cancer populations.Researchers should correctly grasp related research trends,seek cooperation opportunities with other institutions,and improve the quality of their own research and ensure the innovation and scientificity of trial design.Meanwhile,researchers can further explore the psychological intervention methods for special breast cancer populations,and conduct comparative studies on the efficacy of different intervention measures.

Bibliometric analysis of qualitative researches in nursing in China from 2013 to 2019

Aims:To analyze the research status and development trend of nursing qualitative research in China from 2013 to 2019.Method:China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data and VIP database were researched to include all related articles which were published from 2013 to 2019 about nursing qualitative research literature.NoteExpress literature management software and Excel were used to organize literature from annual distribution region,organization,core periodical,as well as the research object,research methods,data collection method and sampling method for metrology analysis.Results:2194 articles met the inclusion criteria,the number of articles is increasing year by year.Most of them come from Shanghai,Beijing,zhejiang and other developed areas.The top three institutions were the Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Tongji Medical College,Affiliated Union Hospital,Fudan university and Shanghai jiao tong university.And 835 of them were published in core journals.Research object are mainly divided into patient,nurses,nursing managers,etc.The included literature mainly adopts phenomenological research methods.Interview is the mainly data collection methods,and Colaizzi method is the mainly data analysis methods.Most articles use the method of purpose sampling.Conclusion:The qualitative research is becoming more and more attention by researchers in China.Qualitative research has covered clinical nursing,nursing education,nursing management,nursing psychology and other different nursing field.However,the selection of qualitative research methods,data analysis methods and related reports need to be further improved and standardized.

Bibliometrics analysis of Jean Waston’s Human caring theory in China in the past 10 years

Aims:To analyze the research status and development trend of human caring theory in the field of nursing in China,and to provide better reference for theory and research.Methods:All articles related to human caring theory were searched in the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data and VIP database which were published in the past year was searched.NoteExpress document management software and Excel software were used to conduct bibliometrics analysis on the annual distribution,regional distribution,journal distribution,fund support and research content of the documents.The search time was from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009.Results:A total of 113 articles were included in the literature.The total number of published articles showed a slow and tortuous trend.After 2013,the volume of publications was relatively stable.The core journals accounted for 17.7%of the total number of articles,and most of them came from hospitals.The research covers clinical applications,nursing education,nursing management and other fields.Conclusion:Human caring theory is an important part of nursing theory,Nursing researchers in China can conduct clinical research,nursing management and nursing education research based on their theoretical connotation,combined with clinical and teaching environment.

Review of Design of Process Parameters for Squeeze Casting

Squeeze casting(SC)is an advanced net manufacturing process with many advantages for which the quality and properties of the manufactured parts depend strongly on the process parameters.Unfortunately,a universal efficient method for the determination of optimal process parameters is still unavailable.In view of the shortcomings and development needs of the current research methods for the setting of SC process parameters,by consulting and analyzing the recent research literature on SC process parameters and using the CiteSpace literature analysis software,manual reading and statistical analysis,the current state and characteristics of the research methods used for the determination of SC process parameters are summarized.The literature data show that the number of pub-lications in the literature related to the design of SC process parameters generally trends upward albeit with signifi-cant fluctuations.Analysis of the research focus shows that both“mechanical properties”and“microstructure”are the two main subjects in the studies of SC process parameters.With regard to materials,aluminum alloys have been extensively studied.Five methods have been used to obtain SC process parameters:Physical experiments,numeri-cal simulation,modeling optimization,formula calculation,and the use of empirical values.Physical experiments are the main research methods.The main methods for designing SC process parameters are divided into three categories:Fully experimental methods,optimization methods that involve modeling based on experimental data,and theoreti-cal calculation methods that involve establishing an analytical formula.The research characteristics and shortcomings of each method were analyzed.Numerical simulations and model-based optimization have become the new required methods.Considering the development needs and data-driven trends of the SC process,suggestions for the develop-ment of SC process parameter research have been proposed.

国外基层医疗卫生机构应急管理及对我国的启示

目的比较和分析国外应对突发公共卫生事件时基层医疗卫生机构的应急反应,分析其职责、应急管理体系建设经验,提出符合我国实际的基层医疗卫生机构突发公共卫生事件应对的制度化建议。方法基于文献分析,系统回顾国内外应对突发公共卫生事件时基层医疗卫生机构的职责、应急管理体系的建设经验。结果我国基层医疗卫生机构在专业技术人才、长效投入、防控基础建设、部门协调方面仍有提升空间。结论未来需结合国际经验,从提高基层医疗卫生机构突发公共卫生事件软硬件建设、调整卫生应急经费投入、优化空间布局与应急设置、加强医防融合、优化应急防控体系组织协调机制等方面,优化基层医疗卫生机构突发公共卫生事件协同应急防控管理建设。

Treatment of cholecystitis with Chinese herbal medicines:A systematic review of the literature

AIM:To analyze the literature on the use of Chinese herbal medicines for the treatment of cholecystitis.METHODS:The literature on treatment of cholecystitis with traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) was analyzed based on the principles and methods described by evidence-based medicine(EBM).Eight databases including MEDLINE,EMbase,Cochrane Central(CCTR),four Chinese databases(China Biological MedicineDatabase,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Database of Chinese Science and Technology Periodicals,Database of Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology) and Chinese Clinical Registry Center,were searched.Full text articles or abstracts concerning TCM treatment of cholecystitis were selected,categorized according to study design,the strength of evidence,the first author's hospital type,and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:A search of the literature published from 1977 through 2009 yielded 1468 articles in Chinese and 9 in other languages;and 93.92% of the articles focused on clinical studies.No article was of levelⅠevidence,and 9.26% were of level Ⅱ evidence.The literature cited by Science Citation Index(SCI),MEDLINE and core Chinese medical journals accounted for 0.41%,0.68% and 7.29%,respectively.Typically,the articles featured in case reports of illness,examined from the perspective of EBM,were weak in both quality and evidence level,which inconsistently conflicted with the fact that most of the papers were by authors from Level-3 hospitals,the highest possible level evaluated based on their comprehensive quality and academic authenticity in China.CONCLUSION:The published literature on TCM treatment of cholecystitis is of low quality and based on low evidence,and cognitive medicine may functions as a useful supplementary framework for the evaluation.

国内外慢性病防控从业者循证能力提升方案

目的了解国内外干预项目的内容及成果经验,为以后在我国慢性病防控从业群体中推广循证慢性病防控提供参考。方法检索知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science和Scopus数据库中1995年1月1日—2019年11月31日发表的与慢性病防控循证能力干预相关的文献,最终纳入45篇文献进行分析。结果国内极为缺乏针对提升公共卫生从业者慢性病防控循证能力的干预项目。发达国家较早实践提升医务人员慢性病能力的干预措施,包括各类面对面课程、研讨会、网络课程、书籍等,但干预课程设置普遍遇到的问题包括慢性病防控机构缺乏数据库权限,未对不同循证认知层次和工作环境的从业者进行有针对性的分类。结论我国应积极借鉴慢性病防控的国外经验,开发各类干预途径并加以推广和应用。

The top cited articles on glioma stem cells in Web of Science

BACKGROUND： Glioma is the most common intracranial tumor and has a poor patient prognosis. The presence of brain tumor stem cells was gradually being understood and recognized, which might be beneficial for the treatment of glioma. OBJECTIVE： To use bibliometric indexes to track study focuses on glioma stem cell, and to investigate the relationships among geographic origin, impact factors, and highly cited articles indexed in Web of Science. METHODS： A list of citation classics for glioma stem cells was generated by searching the database of Web of Science-Expanded using the terms ＂glioma stem cell＂ or ＂glioma, stem cell＇＂ or ＂brain tumor stem cell＂. The top 63 cited research articles which were cited more than 100 times were retrieved by reading the abstract or full text if needed. Each eligible article was reviewed for basic information on subject categories, country of origin, journals, authors, and source of journals. Inclusive criteria： （1） articles in the field of glioma stem cells which was cited more than 100 times; （2） fundamental research on humans or animals, clinical trials and case reports; （3） research article; （4） year of publication： 1899-2012; and （5） citation database： Science Citation Index-Expanded. Exclusive criteria： （1） articles needing to be manually searched or accessed only by telephone; （2） unpublished articles; and （3） reviews, conference proceedings, as well as corrected papers. RESULTS： Of 2 040 articles published, the 63 top-cited articles were published between 1992 and 2010. The number of citations ranged from 100 to 1 754, with a mean of 280 citations per article. These citation classics came from nineteen countries, of which 46 articles came from the United States. Duke University and University of California, San Francisco led the list of classics with seven papers each. The 63 top-cited articles were published in 28 journals, predominantly Cancer Research and Cancer Cell, followed by Cell Stem Cell and Nature. CONCLUSION： Our bibliometric analysis provides a historical perspective on the progress of glioma stem cell research. Articles originating from outstanding institutions of the United States and published in high-impact journals are most likely to be cited.

Current gamma knife treatment for ophthalmic branch of primary trigeminal neuralgia

AIM: To probe into problems existing in gamma knife treatment of ophthalmic branch of primary trigeminal neuralgia (TN), and propose a safe and effective solution to the problem. METHODS: Through sorting the literature reporting gamma knife treatment of refractory TN in recent years, this article analyzed the advantages and problems of gamma knife treatment of primary TN, and proposed reasonable assessment for existing problems and the possible solution. RESULTS: Gamma knife treatment of TN has drawn increasing attention of clinicians due to its unique non-invasion, safety and effectiveness, but there are three related issue; to be considered. The first one is the uncertainty of the optimal dose (70-90GY); the second one is the difference in radiotherapy target selection (using a single isocenter or two isocenters); and the third one is the big difference of recurrent pains (specific treatment methods need to be summarized and improved). CONCLUSION: For patients with refractory TN, gamma knife treatment can be selected when the medical treatment fails or drug side effects emerge. The analysis of a large number of TN patients receiving gamma knife treatment has shown that this is a safe and effective treatment method.

Current Research Situations,Problems and Recommendations of Land Use Structure and Layout Optimization

Land is the foundation for human survival and development,and all human social and economic activities are inseparable from the land as a space carrier.With the continuous development of China's social economy,China is facing new social development needs such as urban-rural integration and rural revitalization.At the same time,China starts to attach great importance to ecology and has proposed the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.In this situation,the rational use of land resources,the optimization of land use structure and layout are also facing new challenges and problems,and more comprehensive consideration is required to make relevant optimization.Using the method of literature comparative analysis,from the conceptual connotation,basic theory,method model,and specific practice of land use structure and layout optimization,this paper analyzed and summarized the current research situations and problems,and finally came up with recommendations for the future research.

Key issues in the strategic environmental assessment of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River

The middle reaches of the Yangtze River were the key areas of central China emphasized in many strategic plans.It was also an important ecological and fragile area,because there are many wetlands,lakes,rivers and soil erosion area.And it linked the ecological fragile upper reaches of the Yangtze River with the most developed Yangtze River Delta in China.It is urgent to figure out the key industries,key areas and key ecological and environmental problems for the strategic environmental assessment of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.The important regions consisted of the economic key region,the planning key region,the ecological key region,and the fragile ecological region.The key industries consisted of the ones contributed to economic growth,or affecting the environment,or preferred by the local government.Besides,the ecological and environmental problems involved the water environment,the atmosphere environment,and the ecological environment.The key regions were identified through word frequency statistics of many plans by ROST Word Parser.And it was spatially overlaid by ArcGIS9.2.The key industries were calculated based on the economic statistics data,the environmental pollution census and the word frequency statistics.Based on SCI-EXPANDED,CPCI-S,CCR-EXPANDED,IC database and Chinese CNKI periodical database,the ecological and environmental problems of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River were analyzed by Citespace software according to the keywords and abstract of every paper.The results show that the important regions of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River concentrated in the central urban region,along the river and lake,surrounding mountains,and the wetland.The equipment manufacturing,chemical industry,mining industry,energy supply industry,food industry,textile and garment industry were the key industries need to be focused on.The urgent ecological and environmental problems in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River were the water environment pollution,water ecosystem,heavy metal pollution,soil and wetlands destruction,organic pollution and biodiversity decrease issues..

An analysis of patents for anesthetic laryngoscopes

The anesthetic laryngoscope is one of the most popular medical tools for obtaining a clear view of the larynx and facilitates tracheal intubation. The number of anesthetic laryngoscope patents, coming mainly from the anesthesiologists, has rapidly increased. Each product has a specialized use for particular patients. However, it is unclear to what extent anesthetic laryngoscopy gained acceptance in operating theaters. By retrieving patent data for more than 90 countries from the Online Retrieval of Bibliographic Information Time-share(ORBIT) system, we reviewed the anesthetic laryngoscope patent literature published before July 6, 2015, and manually analyzed patent status, general development trends, areas of competition, technology patentees, and technology classifications. The study showed that the number of anesthetic laryngoscope patent applications has stayed at a high level in the last decade. Most patent activity was carried out in the USA, with China and a number of European countries trailing behind. In addition, the patent analysis provided an opportunity to understand the trends in the development of anesthetic laryngoscope technology, to identify shortcomings in clinical use of anesthetic laryngoscopes, to assist medical manufacturing specialists in improving the design and products, and to suggest to anesthesiologists modifications of the clinical signs of difficult tracheal intubation based on the new commercial anesthetic laryngoscopes applied in the front-line.

Pharmacological monitoring and literature analysis of dagliflozin in patients with hypovolemia

In the present study,we aimed to explore the timing of dosing with dapagliflozin(DAPA)in patients with hypovolemia and the role of the clinical pharmacist in pharmacological monitoring.The clinical pharmacist was involved in the dosing regimen of two patients with hypovolemia using DAPA and advising patients with insufficient blood volume to withhold the use of the drug.They reviewed the relevant literature to provide a theoretical basis for clinicians and the role of clinical pharmacists in pharmacy services.When considering patients with hypovolemia,the clinical pharmacist can promptly identify that DAPA can reduce blood volume and provide rational advice and rationale for the patient‟s medication that is adopted by the clinician,resulting in an individualized dosing regimen for the patient.Clinical pharmacists are advised to pay attention to the dosing adjustments of DAPA when patients are in hypovolemia and to be more alert to the adverse effects that can result from its use.
