A Study on the Factors Influencing Consumer Purchase Decision Under the Live-Streaming Sales Model

In recent years,with the rapid development and popularization of Internet information technology,many new media platforms have risen rapidly,and major e-commerce companies have begun to explore the mode of livestreaming.Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic,due to the lockdown,live-streaming has become an important means of economic development in many places.Owing to its remarkable characteristics of timeliness,entertainment,and interactivity,it has become the latest and trendiest sales mode of e-commerce channels,reflecting huge economic potential and commercial value.This article analyzes two models and their characteristics of live-streaming sales from a practical perspective.Based on this,it outlines consumer purchasing decisions and the factors that affect consumer purchasing decisions under the live-streaming sales model.Finally,it discusses targeted suggestions for using the live-streaming sales model to expand the consumer market,hoping to promote the healthy and steady development of the live-streaming sales industry.

Living Model Based on Changing Physical and Mental Characteristics and Needs of the Elders

The ageing of society has been considered as one of the three major social problems in the twentyfirst century. Since 2000, China has entered the ageing society formally, and become one of the earliest developing countries that witness the population ageing, and also the countries with the largest ageing population in the world. Problems for supporting the aged have become crucial social problems of China. This paper, on the basis of analyzing changing physical and mental characteristics and needs of the elders, proposed different living models such as living together, living alone, living close, and social nursing facilities.

Landscape dynamic network biomarker analysis reveals the tipping point of transcriptome reprogramming to prevent skin photodamage

Skin,as the outmost layer of human body,is frequently exposed to environmental stressors including pollutants and ultraviolet(UV),which could lead to skin disorders.Generally,skin response process to ultraviolet B(UVB)irradiation is a nonlinear dynamic process,with unknown underlying molecular mechanism of critical transition.Here,the landscape dynamic network biomarker(lDNB)analysis of time series transcriptome data on 3D skin model was conducted to reveal the complicated process of skin response to UV irradiation at both molecular and network levels.The advanced l-DNB analysis approach showed that:(i)there was a tipping point before critical transition state during pigmentation process,validated by 3D skin model;(ii)13 core DNB genes were identified to detect the tipping point as a network biomarker,supported by computational assessment;(iii)core DNB genes such as COL7A1 and CTNNB1 can effectively predict skin lightening,validated by independent human skin data.Overall,this study provides new insights for skin response to repetitive UVB irradiation,including dynamic pathway pattern,biphasic response,and DNBs for skin lightening change,and enables us to further understand the skin resilience process after external stress.
