To study the association of oxytocin (OT)'s distribution in hypothalamatic,pituitary and ovary,and understand how the OT secrete releasing in hypothalamus,pituitary and ovaries,the paraffin section immunohistochem...To study the association of oxytocin (OT)'s distribution in hypothalamatic,pituitary and ovary,and understand how the OT secrete releasing in hypothalamus,pituitary and ovaries,the paraffin section immunohistochemistry SuperPicTureTM two step method was used to detect the distribution of OT in hypothalamatic-pituitary-ovary axis of five femal Guangxi local buffalo. The test results could provide morphology according to study the OT's synthesis and mechanism of action,and could play reference and directions part in breeding Guangxi local buffalo. The test results display:oxytocin immuno reactive (OT-IR) neuronsw eremainly distributed arcuate nucleus,supraoptic nucleus and paraventricular nucleus,and OT-IR neurons was also found in ventromedial nucleus,ventrolateralis nucleus,suprachiasmaticus nucleus,dorsomedial nucleus,mamillary body,anterior hypothalamic nucleus and so on. The OT immunoactive production was found in pituitary and few OT-IR nerve fibers extended to post pituitary from hypophyseal stalk and medium eminence. In ovaries,OT immunoactive productions were only distributed in germinal epithelium cells,granulosa cells and lutein cells. The OT was first discovered in singulorum link of hypothalamatic-pituitary-ovary axis of Guangxi local buffalo. The OT immunoactive neurons were first discovered in every main nucleus of Guangxi local buffalo hypothalamus,especially distributed in arcuate nucleus,supraoptic nucleus and paraventricular nucleus.展开更多
Considering chaotic time series multi-step prediction, multi-step direct prediction model based on partial least squares (PLS) is proposed in this article, where PLS, the method for predicting a set of dependent var...Considering chaotic time series multi-step prediction, multi-step direct prediction model based on partial least squares (PLS) is proposed in this article, where PLS, the method for predicting a set of dependent variables forming a large set of predictors, is used to model the dynamic evolution between the space points and the corresponding future points. The model can eliminate error accumulation with the common single-step local model algorithm~ and refrain from the high multi-collinearity problem in the reconstructed state space with the increase of embedding dimension. Simulation predictions are done on the Mackey-Glass chaotic time series with the model. The satisfying prediction accuracy is obtained and the model efficiency verified. In the experiments, the number of extracted components in PLS is set with cross-validation procedure.展开更多

Lett 99 180503 (2007)) is proven to be secure and feasible with current techniques. It owns two attractive merits, i.e., its longer secure transmission distance and more convenient operation design. In this paper, we first improve the protocol with the aid of local operation and two-way classical communication (2-LOCC). After our modifications, the secure transmission distance is increased by about 20 km, which will make the protocol more practicable.展开更多
The matrix version of Symmetric Successive Over Relaxation(matrix-SSOR)scheme has been proved to be more efficient than the standard Lower-Upper Symmetric Gauss-Seidel(LUSGS),but less robust for high-speed flows.In or...The matrix version of Symmetric Successive Over Relaxation(matrix-SSOR)scheme has been proved to be more efficient than the standard Lower-Upper Symmetric Gauss-Seidel(LUSGS),but less robust for high-speed flows.In order to ulteriorly improve the convergence rate as well as numerical stability of matrix-SSOR,two improvements regarding entropy fix and local time step have been proposed and validated.Firstly,an augmented entropy fix method is imposed on the inviscid Jacobian matrix and proved to be effective in two high-speed flows,in which the key parameter in entropy fix is discussed and found to be insensitive within appropriate range of values.Since the time step also has great effects on the numerical stability and convergence rate,a modified cell residual adapted local time step method with consideration of the residual history is developed,which is found to be effective for increasing the convergence rate when the matrix-SSOR is applied,but invalid when the LU-SGS is used.The proposed modified local time step method is also insensitive to the key parameter within appropriate range of values.The two modifications can be conveniently implanted into analogous matrix-type implicit schemes to improve the numerical performance.展开更多
