The significance of local transfer of surplus rural labors in regions of minorities for the protection of intangible cultural heritages was discussed from 3 perspectives:definition of intangible cultural heritages,sig...The significance of local transfer of surplus rural labors in regions of minorities for the protection of intangible cultural heritages was discussed from 3 perspectives:definition of intangible cultural heritages,significance of protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritages,and the role of local transfer of surplus rural labors in protecting and inheriting intangible cultural heritages.By taking Fenghuang County(Phoenix County)in west Hunan Province for an example,local transfer of surplus rural labor forces was proposed,and it was suggested that such a transfer could be realized from the following aspects:promoting industrialization of agriculture,developing tourism industry in rural regions of minorities,supporting rural labors to start their own business,attracting university graduates to return to their hometowns for founding their own undertakings.Moreover,relevant strategies were elaborated to increase income of rural residents,guarantee the efficient inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritages in regions of minorities.展开更多

This technology adopted by experiment is an Ammonia Adsorption Method (AAM) tha...A chromochemical reactive mass transfer technique has been employed to study local mass transfer characteristics of structured packing. This technology adopted by experiment is an Ammonia Adsorption Method (AAM) that yields the surface distribution of transferred mass by analyzing the color distribution on a filter paper with the results of the color chemical reaction. A digital image processing technology is applied for data visualiza-tion. The three-dimensional plot of the local mass transfer coefficients shows that there exist three peak values on different positions of a unit cell of structured packing. In order to improve mass transfer efficiency of the structured packing, one piece of baffle is added between packing sheets. As a result, the average mass transfer coefficient increases by (10 20)% and the pressure drop decreases by (15-55)%.展开更多

The local atmospheric properties and near-surface turbulent heat transfers were analyzed. The local atmosphere in this region is warmer, more humid and less windy, with weaker solar ra- diation and surface radiate heating than in the Middle Himalayas. The near-surface turbulent heat transfer in the Eastern Himalayas is weaker than that in the Middle Himalayas. The total heat transfer is mainly contributed by the latent heat transfer with a Bowen ratio of 0.36, which is essentially different from that in the Middle Himalayas and the other Tibetan regions.展开更多

A greater level of dissolution will result in a change in the density of the solution. When a localized area of the solution is of a different temperature, this will affect the localized density. Density is one of the factors affecting rate of sinking and the difference in temperature will lead to a change in the rate of sinking. Thus, when an object is at different temperatures, it will transfer heat to or from the solution in different manners and the rate of sinking will be different. This study tested whether sinking rate in a solution with excess solute could be used to judge the temperature of an object and the effect was confirmed with impure Graphite blocks in a Potassium Iodide solution.展开更多

It is assumed a non-linear heat transfer for heat fluxes in the system (engine + environments). A semisum of two expressions of the efficiency found in the literature of finite time thermodynamics for the maximum power output regime is considered in order to make the analysis. Expression of variables for local stability and power output is found even graphic results for important parameters in the analysis of stability, and a phase plane portrait is shown.展开更多
有机发光二极管(Organic light-emitting diodes,OLEDs)作为照明和显示领域极其具有竞争力的技术,近年来备受关注。实现超简单、高效率、低滚降的白光OLEDs,对有机发光层材料的选择至关重要。杂化局部和电荷转移(Hybridized local and c...有机发光二极管(Organic light-emitting diodes,OLEDs)作为照明和显示领域极其具有竞争力的技术,近年来备受关注。实现超简单、高效率、低滚降的白光OLEDs,对有机发光层材料的选择至关重要。杂化局部和电荷转移(Hybridized local and charge transfer,HLCT)材料的“热激子”通道可以将高能三线态激子窜跃至单线态,实现理论上100%的激子利用率,快速的反向系间窜跃可有效抑制三线态激子猝灭,从而降低器件效率滚降。基于此,本文首先通过电荷平衡策略优化器件结构,制备了基于HLCT材料pCzAnN的高效蓝光OLED。在此基础上,以pCzAnN作为传统荧光材料的敏化主体,通过不完全能量传递策略,实现了双色及三色白光OLEDs制备。制备的白光OLEDs最高显色指数达到90,最大外量子效率达到8.76%,且展现出较低效率滚降及良好的光谱稳定性。本研究对开发简单、高效率、低滚降白光OLEDs具有指导意义。展开更多
