Fixture locating layout has a direct and influential impact on aeronautical thin-walled component(ATWC)manufacturing quality.The purpose is to develop a topological optimization method for ATWC fixture locating layout to minimize the manufacturing deformation.Firstly,a topological optimization model that takes the stiffness of ATWC as the objective function and the volume of the locating structure as the constraint is established.Secondly,ATWC and the locating structure are regarded as an integrated entity,and the variable-density method based topological optimization approach is adopted for the optimization of the locating structure using ABAQUS topology optimization module(ATOM).Thirdly,through a subsequent model reconstruction referring to the obtained topological structure,the optimal fixture locating layout is achieved.Finally,a case study is conducted to verify the proposed method and the comparison results with firefly algorithm(FA)coupled with finite element analysis(FEA)indicate that the number and positions of the locators for ATWC can be optimized simultaneously and successfully by the proposed topological optimization model. 展开更多

Locator layout planning is one of the most important tasks in the fixture design process. However, the design of a fixture relies heavily on the designerts expertise and experience up to now. Therefore, a new approach to loeator layout determination for workpieces with arbitrary complex surfaces is pro- posed for the first time. Firstly, based on the fuzzy judgment method, the proper locating reference and locator - numbers are determined with consideration of surface type, surface area and position tolerance. Secondly, the lo- cator positions are optimized by genetic algorithm(GA). Finally, a typical example shows that the approach is su- perior to the experiential method and can improve positioning accuracy effectively. 展开更多

In equipment integrated logistics support(ILS), the supply capability of spare parts is a significant factor. There are lots of depots in the traditional support system, which makes too many redundant spare parts and causes high cost of support. Meanwhile,the inconsistency among depots makes it difficult to manage spare parts. With the development of information technology and transportation, the supply network has become more efficient. In order to further improve the efficiency of supply-support work and the availability of the equipment system, building a system of one centralized depot with multiple depots becomes an appropriate way.In this case, location selection of the depots including centralized depots and multiple depots becomes a top priority in the support system. This paper will focus on the location selection problem of centralized depots considering ILS factors. Unlike the common location selection problem, depots in ILS require a higher service level. Therefore, it becomes desperately necessary to take the high requirement of the mission into account while determining location of depots. Based on this, we raise an optimal depot location model. First, the expected transportation cost is calculated.Next, factors in ILS such as response time, availability and fill rate are analyzed for evaluating positions of open depots. Then, an optimization model of depot location is developed with the minimum expected cost of transportation as objective and ILS factors as constraints. Finally, a numerical case is studied to prove the validity of the model by using the genetic algorithm. Results show that depot location obtained by this model can guarantee the effectiveness and capability of ILS well. 展开更多

Using the spatial structure of the external staggered split-level panel layout,a combined support technology for adjacent roadways was developed and analyzed for a rock bolt and anchor cable mechanism.The influence of the side rock bolt and anchor cable parameters on the mechanical properties of the anchorage body and the support stress distribution of the lateral coal body were revealed using the FLAC3D software.The optimal support parameters of the side rock bolts and anchor cables were subsequently determined,and the support effect of gob-side entry in a mining scenario was verified.The results show that the support of the side rock bolts and anchor cables improves the mechanical properties and stress state of the anchorage body,producing a good protective effect on the coal body of the air-intake entry roof and side wall.This is beneficial to the stability of the side wall and the realization of the suspension effect for roof rock bolts and anchor cables,which in turn makes the surrounding rock maintenance of the gob-side entry to a thick coal seam more favorable. 展开更多

The rapidly increasing number of sequences entering into the genome databank has created the need for fully automated methods to analyze them.Knowing the cellular location of a protein is a key step towards understanding its function.The development in statistical prediction of protein attributes generally consists of two cores: one is to construct a training dataset and the other is to formulate a predictive algorithm.The latter can be further separated into two subcores: one is how to give a mathematical expression to effectively represent a protein and the other is how to find a powerful algorithm to accurately perform the prediction.To predict the subcellular location of eukaryotic protein,a systematic prediction approach comprised of a novel feature extraction method,an idea of combining this feature extraction method with support vector machine(SVM) algorithm,and ’one-versus-rest’ & ’all-versus-all’ strategies have been proposed in this paper.Consequently,the total predictive accuracies reach 95.5% for four locations.Compared with existing methods,this new approach provides better predictive performance.For example,it is 13.5%,5.1% higher than Yuan’s and Hua’s methods respectively.These results demonstrate the applicability of this new method and concept and possible improvement of prediction for the protein subcellular location.It is anticipated that the current approach may also have a series of impacts on the prediction of other protein features. 展开更多

目的:评价球帽附着体和Locator附着体应用于种植覆盖义齿的临床效果。方法:纳入无牙颌患者67例,共植入150颗Straumann或Bego种植体,完成球帽式或Locator式种植覆盖义齿修复。定期随访复查,包括修复后生物并发症和机械并发症情况和患者... 目的:评价球帽附着体和Locator附着体应用于种植覆盖义齿的临床效果。方法:纳入无牙颌患者67例,共植入150颗Straumann或Bego种植体,完成球帽式或Locator式种植覆盖义齿修复。定期随访复查,包括修复后生物并发症和机械并发症情况和患者满意度调查。采用SPSS 17.0软件统计分析。结果:完成随访58例,球帽组35例,Locator组26例,球帽改Locator组7例。生物并发症比较显示,球帽组的牙龈增生发生率明显高于Locator组(P<0.05);球帽组和Locator组的机械并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05),但Locator组各类机械并发症的发生次数少于球帽组,球帽组平均修理频次为1.9次,Locator组为0.9次;Locator组患者对咀嚼和固位的满意度高于球帽组,不同性别的患者满意度无差异,满意度与患者的年龄和随访时间无相关性。结论:Locator式种植覆盖义齿相比球帽式种植覆盖义齿,临床效果具有一定优势。 展开更多

目的:口腔颌面部肿瘤切除手术及其他治疗对颌骨造成的创伤可能会对口腔重建修复和功能恢复造成一定的困难。本文旨在介绍口腔颌面部肿瘤术后患者采用Locator附着体支持式种植覆盖义齿修复牙列缺失的应用方法,探讨解决无牙颌导致义齿... 目的:口腔颌面部肿瘤切除手术及其他治疗对颌骨造成的创伤可能会对口腔重建修复和功能恢复造成一定的困难。本文旨在介绍口腔颌面部肿瘤术后患者采用Locator附着体支持式种植覆盖义齿修复牙列缺失的应用方法,探讨解决无牙颌导致义齿固位不良的修复新方法。方法:对6例颌面部肿瘤切除术后牙列缺失患者,在颌骨内植入种植体,3~4个月后进行Locator附着体支持的种植覆盖义齿修复,并对其进行定期复查及种植覆盖总义齿满意度情况调查。结果:种植术后,通过1~5年的临床观察,所有种植体均无松动、脱落,Locator附着体支持式种植覆盖义齿固位良好。种植体植入后及负载后X线片对比,显示种植体-骨结合良好,种植体颈部无明显骨吸收。患者戴用Locator基台种植覆盖义齿,义齿的稳定性有明显改善,咀嚼效率提高,使用效果满意。结论:对口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后的患者,Locator附着体种植覆盖义齿修复提高了义齿的固位力和稳定性,从而改善了患者的咀嚼效率。另外,其摘带、清洁及维护较为方便,这些都大大增强了患者的生活质量及使用信心。但是,Locator附着体种植覆盖义齿仍无法弥补因肿瘤手术导致的面部外形的改变。 展开更多

In the context of a room-and-pillar mining gob in Shanxi province in China,this paper numerically investigates the stress distribution and deformation rules of roadway surrounding rocks at various locations of residual coal pillars in room-and-pillar mining gobs using software FLAC3 D.It is found that the concentrated stress beneath coal pillars distributes in a shape of ellipse.A reasonable roadway layout is then proposed.In this design,it is indicated that roadways should be designed to avoid the supporting zones of pillars with increasing compression and take into account the roof falling and crushing in the upper gob.According to the surrounding rock deformation characteristics and mining roadway locations as well as the supporting principles of timely support,rock reinforcing,piecewise management and suiting local conditions,a new asymmetric shield supporting plan is proposed.The field surveying results show that this supporting plan can effectively control the roadway rock deformation,thus guarantee the safe and smooth construction of roadways. 展开更多

背景:四颗种植体支持的覆盖义齿是下颌牙列缺失的常用治疗方法,而下颌骨的骨密度会影响生物力学结果、种植体支持修复体的稳定和周围组织的健康,进而影响长期治疗效果。目的:通过三维有限元分析评价骨密度对使用Locator附着体固定的四... 背景:四颗种植体支持的覆盖义齿是下颌牙列缺失的常用治疗方法,而下颌骨的骨密度会影响生物力学结果、种植体支持修复体的稳定和周围组织的健康,进而影响长期治疗效果。目的:通过三维有限元分析评价骨密度对使用Locator附着体固定的四颗种植体支持的无牙下颌覆盖义齿应力分布的影响。方法:选择4例无全身系统性疾病的男性下颌牙列缺失患者,建立三维有限元模型,4例患者均已安装四颗种植体支持的Locator式下颌种植覆盖义齿,基于其锥形束计算机断层扫描数据建立基于4种不同骨类型(类型1、2、3和4,对应骨松质的弹性模量依次为9.5,5.5,1.6,0.69GPa)的4个无牙下颌骨模型(M1、M2、M3和M4),均通过4颗种植体支持的Locator附着体种植覆盖义齿修复。在右下第一磨牙上施加3个方向120 N的力后,测量骨密质、骨松质和种植体上的von Mises应力。结果与结论:(1)对于骨密质(或骨松质),在模型M1、M2、M3和M4的种植体周围区域出现了最高的应力集中,主要在远端种植体的右侧(加载区域),在3种载荷条件下,骨密质最大vonMises应力从模型M1逐渐增加到模型M4,骨松质的最大vonMises应力从模型M4逐渐增加到模型M1。(2)在种植体颈部、种植体和Locator附着体之间的接触区域观察到最高的应力集中,尤其是在远端种植体的加载侧,最高应力值出现在模型M4,最低值出现在模型M1。(3)结果表明,骨密度高的1型和2型骨最适合下颌种植覆盖义齿,骨密度低的4型骨可能会增加生物和机械并发症的风险。 展开更多

The"three shells"cooperative support technology was proposed herein according to both the large deformation of the rock surrounding large-section chambers in deep mines and the precarious stability of the support structures therein.The development range of the plastic zone in the surrounding rock was controlled by a stress shell to reduce the difficulty of controlling the surrounding rock.Additionally,the residual strength of the rock mass in the plastic zone and the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock were improved by a reinforced load-bearing shell.Furthermore,a passive load-bearing shell could restore the triaxial stress state of the surrounding rock on the free surface,reduce the influence of the external environment on the surrounding rock,and reinforce the surrounding rock with the strength of the shell.Reasonable layouts of large-section chambers were determined by analyzing the control effect of the stress shell on the surrounding rock under three kinds of in situ stress fields.The orthogonal test method was applied to reveal the influences of different support parameters in the reinforced loadbearing shell and passive load-bearing shell on the surrounding rock stability.The surrounding rock control effect of the"three shells"collaborative support technology was analyzed through numerical simulation and field monitoring.The results show that the maximum displacement between the roof and floor of the coal preparation chamber in the Xinjulong coal mine was approximately 48 mm,and the maximum displacement between its two sides was approximately 65 mm,indicating that the technology proposed herein could meet the long-term control requirements of the surrounding rock stability for large-section chambers in deep mines. 展开更多

A Study on Locations of Death and Factors Associated with Death among Cancer Patients in South Korea

Background: Location of death has been used to examine an indicator for good death. This study aims to examine location of death among patients with three major cancers (gastric, liver, and lung) and other factors associated with location of death in South Korea. Methods: We selected the medical and pharmacy claims data for health services and location of death among the 42,596 decedents with cancer (lung 16,632, liver 15,872, gastric 10,092) from 2009 to 2013. We used logistic regressions to identify factors associated with home death. Outcome measures are locations of death (hospital, outpatient clinics or emergency room and home). Results: Only 8.9% died at home whereas 46.5% died in hospital as inpatients. Patients with more than one comorbid cancer or receivers for any supportive care were significantly more likely to die in hospital. Female and younger than 55 years old liver cancer patients were associated with home death. Patients living in metropolitan area, or paying more insurance premium, or being public aid beneficiaries, were associated with home death. Conclusions: The supportive care service use prior to death was significantly associated with increasing odds to hospital death. Being older than 75, or having multiple cancers was significant factors associated with hospital death, whereas living in metropolitan area, lower income or emergency visit were significant factors with home death. These findings are opposite to what is found, as the palliative care and hospice is predominantly hospital-centered. The findings emphasize a need to available end-of-life care in community for dying patients. 展开更多

The apoptosis proteins are categorized into the following four types: (1) Cytoplasmic protein;(2) Plasma membrane-bound protein;(3) Mitochondrial inner and outer proteins;(4) Other proteins. A novel method, the Hilbert-Huang transform, is applied for predicting the type of a given apoptosis protein with support vector machine. By modifying the traditional uniformwire segmenting strategy and considering the impact of tile size on density penalty function, this work proposesk-shortest path algorithm to find the buffer insertion candidate locations. Single Row Facility Layout Problem, SRFLP, is one of </span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;">the </span></span></span><span><span><span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;">layout problems that have many practical applications. This problem and its specific scenarios are often used to model many of the raised issues in the field of facility location. SRFLP is an arrangement of </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">n</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> departments with a specified length in a straight line so that the sum of the weighted distances between the pairs of departments is minimized. This problem is NP-hard. In this paper, first, a lower bound for a special case of SRFLP is presented. Then, a general </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">case of SRFLP is presented in which some new and real assumptions are added to generate more practical model. Then a lower bound, as well as an algorithm, is proposed for solving the model. Experimental results on some instances in literature show the efficiency of our algorithm. 展开更多

This method is able to determine the damage location in any story of a shear building with only two vibration sensors;to obtain modal frequencies, one sensor on the ground detects an input and the other on the roof detects the output. Based on the shifts in the first three natural frequencies, damage location indicators are proposed, and used as new feature vectors for SVM. Simulations of five-story, nine-story and twenty-one-story shear structures and experiments on a five-story steel model were used to test the performance of the proposed method. 展开更多

随着新能源发电占比的逐步提升,电力系统消纳新能源发电的难度和压力增大,电网的频率和电压稳定性面临巨大挑战。通过在电网中配置电池储能系统,不仅可以提升新能源的消纳能力,还可以提升系统频率和电压的支撑能力。因此,研究电池储能... 随着新能源发电占比的逐步提升,电力系统消纳新能源发电的难度和压力增大,电网的频率和电压稳定性面临巨大挑战。通过在电网中配置电池储能系统,不仅可以提升新能源的消纳能力,还可以提升系统频率和电压的支撑能力。因此,研究电池储能系统优化规划方法,考虑储能在电力系统正常运行时用于新能源消纳,在紧急情况下对频率和电压进行快速支撑,从而提高储能利用率,降低系统成本。建立了考虑新能源消纳的电池储能系统协同规划模型,可得到输电网中集中式电池储能系统和配电网中分布式电池储能系统的选址定容结果。提出了一种兼顾频率和电压支撑的电池储能系统规划方法,分别对储能位置、无功功率容量、有功功率容量和能量容量进行优化规划。综合考虑储能的多重功能,构建其支撑系统调频调压的约束,建立了兼顾新能源消纳与频率电压支撑的电池储能系统优化规划模型,得到电池储能系统的最终选址定容结果。基于IEEE 24节点输电网和IEEE 33节点配电网设计算例系统进行仿真分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多
