The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has brought a potentially huge market. But due to the complexity of logistics, capital flow, the credit mechanism is involved in cross-border electronic commerce, a serious impediment to the further development of China＇s cross-border B2C e-commerce enterprises. In order to better promote the development of cross-border e-commerce, improve the competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce and logistics services, we must pay attention to the construction of cross-border logistics. Therefore, it can be improved and perfected through logistics control, personnel training and so on.

An integrated operation mode for green logistics of enterprises

The integrated operation mode of green logistics is a new enterprise＇s logistics operation and management mode concerning, environment issues based on the traditional integrated mode. Through comparative study on the integrated operation mode of logistics based on self.operation, the operation mode of an integrated logistics of enterprises based on TPL the green-supply chain management, and the operation mode of eco-iadustrial park （EIP）, a relatively complete objective system structure is put forward for the integrated operation mode of green logistics of enterprises. Furthermore, the correspondent practical mode is also set up to help enterprises, especially for the manufacturing companies, not only improve the environment effectively, but support the technological framework for the enterprise＇s economic performance and social benefits in order to realize economic, social and environmental benefits are concerned.

Research on the Construction of Synergetic innovation Model of the R＆D Center of Modem Logistics Based on College-enterprise Double Subject

Synergetic innovation of college-enterprise in China has initial development, but difficult to demonstrate the operation and performance. College-enterprise double subject deepen integration between colleges and enterprises, colleges and enterprises to effectively integrate community resources and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of college-enterprise cooperation. Starting from the practice of college-enterprise double subject, the article builds a synergetic innovation model of the R＆D Center of Modern Logistics, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions of its operations and security.

Operating Analysis of the Closed Supply Chain of Green Agricultural Products Based on Logistics Center

This thesis gives the overview of concept and constitution of the closed supply chain of green agricultural products based on logistics center,and the necessity of regarding logistics center as core enterprise.Meanwhile,it analyzes the function of logistics center of agricultural products,namely functions of exchange,collection,distribution,storage and transportation.It also poses the prerequisites of logistics center.The logistics center of agricultural products must have stable profit expectancy,prominent scale,strong appealing power,capacity of bearing market risk and basic thoughts of supply chain management.The functional design of the closed supply chain of green agricultural products has been discussed in 5 aspects,namely logistics center,production base,providers of means of production,retailer and consumer.The operating thoughts of the closed supply chain of green agricultural products based on logistics center are put forward on the basis of the research of operating objective and service target of supply chain as follows:first,based on local principal agricultural products,the logistics center mainly distributes the massed agricultural products;second,it is necessary to choose appropriate strategic cooperative partners to sign contract;third,the operating procedure of supply chain entails bringing in professional managerial talents of supply chain;finally,the relationships of supply chain should be maintained.

Under the new normal economy, the scale of logistics in China has continued to expand, and the logistics operating environment has also been significantly improved, but there are still some development difficulties. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and predicaments of logistics development, this article points out the opportunities for development, and puts forward that China＇s logistics companies should adapt to changes in the economic environment, take the initiative to carry out technological innovation, model innovation and cultural innovation, and oromote the healthy and sustainable develonment oflogistics enterprises.

Innovation and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges under the Guidance of the Spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness

Heilongjiang reclamation area has made great progress since its development and construction, among which the agricultural and forestry colleges in China have played a key role in the input of talents for the production of reclamation area, and the spirit of the Great Wilderness has important strategic significance for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzes the ways of the Great Northern Wilderness Spirit for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges, improving the curriculum system of undergraduate talents through innovation, strengthening the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, leading students’ scientific research and academic level, and enhancing students’ practical ability. To innovate the cultivation mode of application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges under the guidance of the spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness, and to provide a reference mode for the cultivation of undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges in China.

Impact of Logistics Mode Innovation on Quality Consumption and Countermeasures

With the rapid development of information technology,the logistics mode has undergone revolutionary changes.The circulation elements dominated by logistics enterprises are reconstructed to reduce circulation links,improve supply capacity and significantly improve efficiency.However,due to the overall small scale of logistics enterprises,there are some problems in the innovation of logistics mode,such as low performance of supply chain,quality of product supply hardly meeting the demand of quality consumption,shortage of new talents and so on.On the basis of systematically expounding the connotations and manifestations of the logistics mode innovation,this paper analyzes the impact of logistics mode innovation on quality consumption and the problems faced,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide reference for promoting the logistics mode innovation.

膏体充填:金属矿绿色开采的变革性技术

膏体充填具有安全、环保、经济、高效的显著优势,是近年来金属矿绿色开采的重要变革性技术。本文对近40年来中国膏体充填的发展历程、主要科技成就、基础理论与关键技术装备进行了分析与总结,并重点阐述了膏体充填对采矿工艺变革的推动作用。最后,提出了无人化膏体充填、基于膏体充填的全废综合利用这两大重要发展趋势。

自主探究性实验课程的教学模式探讨

基于多年实践并辅以学生调查问卷,讨论了3种模式,即教师主导、研究生主导与本科生主导模式的适应性及其优缺点,提出“本科生为中心、教师为辅、研究生支持3种模式综合运用”的多层次实验教学体系与教学思路,并通过引入学生互评因子优化了考核体系。结果表明,该体系丰富了实验实践类课程教学模式,不仅有利于自主探究类创新实验的教学,又能充分利用实验室资源,且最大程度以本科生为中心,提升其创新思维以及动手、团体合作等能力。

数字科技创新引领物流业绿色低碳转型的机制与路径——基于京东物流的案例研究

新发展格局下的物流业肩负着实现“双碳”目标的重要使命,必须加快绿色低碳转型。数字科技作为推动第四次工业革命的核心力量之一,将推动全球产业链供应链加速重构,世界经济、产业竞争格局加快重塑。通过创新研发和应用数字科技,能有效提升物流企业绿色技术的投入水平,推进绿色创新,进而引领物流业绿色低碳转型。本文应用扎根理论开展案例研究,结合京东物流绿色低碳转型实践,探讨数字科技创新引领物流业绿色低碳转型的作用机制和实现路径。研究结果表明,物流业绿色低碳转型受到企业内部发展压力和外部环境压力的交互影响;围绕基础研究创新、核心技术创新和服务体系创新三个维度,数字科技创新能够聚集要素、整合资源、形成区域产业集聚,通过规模效应和溢出效应助力物流业绿色发展。对应作用机制,数字科技创新引领物流业绿色低碳转型有三条主要路径,分别是能力提升路径、技术升级路径、产业联合发展路径。本文提出的数字科技创新引领物流业绿色低碳转型理论模型揭示了数字科技创新引领物流业绿色低碳转型的逻辑过程,为物流业绿色发展提供了重要的管理启示。

浅析计算机专业人才培养模式与创新创业教育融合

该文针对机械类卓越工程创新人才解决复杂工程问题能力培养的现状,进行机械类卓越工程师班专业课程“产、学、研、品、用”融合协同教学模式探索研究并提出改进措施。从教学理念、教学资源、教学方法和评价机制等几个方面进行改革。构建以“能力导向式培养”和“品商”素养为核心的机械类卓越工程师班专业课程教学模式和考核制度,进而提升卓越工程创新人才的解决复杂工程问题能力和综合素养。

创新教育背景下工业设计专业“一体两翼四驱动”教学模式研究

近年来,国家倡导素质教育,提倡在高等院校加大实践能力和创新能力的培养,各高校不断进行教学模式改革和创新,取得了一定成效,但仍没能摆脱传统观念和教学模式的束缚。为适应行业发展趋势和需求,坚持以人为本的教育理念,紧跟时代步伐,引入“一体两翼四驱动”教学模式,开展“一体两翼四驱动”协同育人改革实践,以培养高素质创新复合型人才为主要目的,增强学生实践能力和创新能力,从根本上提升人才培养质量,以满足高速发展的社会需求,为高校人才培养模式变革提供参考依据。

创新链视角下地方公益农业类科研机构创新效率测度研究

文章基于创新链理论,将公益农业类科研机构划分为科技研发阶段和成果转化阶段,采用DEA-Malquist指数法测算2011—2020年21家福建省属公益农业类科研机构不同阶段科技创新效率。结果表明:10年间,科技研发阶段和成果转化阶段的创新效率均表现为退步状态,科技研发阶段创新效率下降5.10%,成果转化阶段下降3.20%,可见两阶段均有较大提升空间;21家机构不同阶段创新效率差距明显,47.62%的机构科技研发效率处于退步状态,创新指数最大差距达0.756,38.10%的机构成果转化效率处于退步状态,创新指数最大差距达0.919;机构创新发展模式差距大,23.81%为集约型,9.52%为粗放型,28.57%为研发高效-转化低效型,38.10%为研发低效-转化高效型。在此基础上,结合加快推进科技政策创新、科技体制改革等外部因素,引导机构形成学科布局、技术积累与产业经济发展格局相适应科研组织模式等内部因素,分类提出有针对性的对策建议。

“科教+产教”双驱动融合的计算机类研究生创新人才培养模式探索

面对传统科教与产教中计算机类研究生培养存在的耦合性不足,该文探索“科教+产教”双驱动融合视域下计算机类研究生创新人才培养模式。该模式从思想转变和理念建设、体系构建和规划、资源保障和人才培养三个层面提出总体框架,并针对性地提出多条具体举措,充分诠释“科教+产教”双驱动融合的教育理念,最后阐明所提出的创新人才培养模式的两点特色。研究成果能够在促进教育发展、推动科技创新的同时,成就更多适应新时代计算机类产业需求的高素质创新人才。
