Different drillingfluid systems are designed according to mineral composition,lithology and wellbore stability of different strata.In the present study,the conversion of a non-dispersed polymer drillingfluid into a low potas-sium anti-collapsing drillingfluid is investigated.Since the two drillingfluids belong to completely different types,the key to this conversion is represented by new inhibitors,dispersants and water-loss agents by which a non-dispersed drillingfluid can be turned into a dispersed drillingfluid while ensuring wellbore stability and reason-able rheology(carrying sand—inhibiting cuttings dispersion).In particular,the(QYZ-1)inhibitors and(FSJSS-2)dispersants are used.The former can inhibit the hydration expansion capacity of clay,reduce the dynamic shear force and weaken the viscosity;the latter can improve the sealing effect and reduce thefiltrate loss.The results have shown that after adding a reasonable proportion of these substances(QYZ-1:FSJSS-2)to the non-dispersed polymer drillingfluid,while the apparent viscosity,plastic viscosity,structural viscosity andfluidity index under-went almost negligible changes,the dynamic plastic ratio increased,and thefiltration loss decreased significantly,thereby indicating good compatibility.According to the tests(conducted in the Leijia area),the density was 1.293 g/cm3,and after standing for 24 h,the SF(static settlement factor)was 0.51.Moreover,thefiltration loss was reduced to 4.0 mL,the rolling recovery rate reached 96.92%,with excellent plugging and anti-collapse performances. 展开更多

Conformance control and water plugging are a widely used EOR method in mature oilfields.However,majority of conformance control and water plugging agents are unavoidable dehydrated situation in high-temperature and high-salinity low permeability reservoirs.Consequently,a novel conformance control system HPF-Co gel,based on high-temperature stabilizer(CoCl_(2)·H_(2)O,CCH)is developed.The HPF-Co bulk gel has better performances with high temperature(120℃)and high salinity(1×10^(5)mg/L).According to Sydansk coding system,the gel strength of HPF-Co with CCH is increased to code G.The dehydration rate of HPF-Co gel is 32.0%after aging for 150 d at 120℃,showing excellent thermal stability.The rheological properties of HPF gel and HPF-Co gel are also studied.The results show that the storage modulus(G′)of HPF-Co gel is always greater than that of HPF gel.The effect of CCH on the microstructure of the gel is studied.The results show that the HPF-Co gel with CCH has a denser gel network,and the diameter of the three-dimensional network skeleton is 1.5-3.5μm.After 90 d of aging,HPF-Co gel still has a good three-dimensional structure.Infrared spectroscopy results show that CCH forms coordination bonds with N and O atoms in the gel amide group,which can suppress the vibration of cross-linked sites and improve the stability at high temperature.Fractured core plugging test determines the optimized polymer gel injection strategy and injection velocity with HPF-Co bulk gel system,plugging rate exceeding 98%.Moreover,the results of subsequent waterflooding recovery can be improved by 17%. 展开更多

To construct efficient low band gap polymers,increasing the Quinone structure of the polymer backbone could be one desirable strategy.In this work,two D–Q–A–Q polymers P1 and P2 were designed and synthesized with thiophenopyrrole diketone(TPD)and benzothiadiazole(BT)unit as the core and ester linked thieno[3,4-b]thiophene(TT)segment as π-bridging,and the main focus is to make a comparative analysis of different cores in the influence of the optical,electrochemical,photochemical and morphological properties.Compared with the reported PBDTTEH–TBTTHD-i,P1 exhibited the decreased HOMO energy level of-5.38 e V and lower bandgap of 1.48 e V.Furthermore,when replaced with BT core,P2 showed a red-shifted absorption profile of polymer but with up-shifted HOMO energy level.When fabricated the photovoltaic devices in conventional structure,just as expected,the introduction of ester substituent made an obvious increase of VOC from 0.63 to 0.74 V for P1.Besides,due to the deep HOMO energy level,higher hole mobility and excellent phase separation with PC71 BM,a superior photovoltaic performance(PCE=7.13%)was obtained with a short-circuit current density(JSC)of 14.9 m A/cm^2,significantly higher than that of P2(PCE=2.23%).Generally,this study highlights that the strategy of inserting quinoid moieties into D–A polymers could be optional in LBG-polymers design and presents the importance and comparison of potentially competent core groups. 展开更多

A kind of small band-gap conjugated polymers-poly (pyrrolyl methines) and their precursors-(poly pyrrolyl methanes) have been synthesized by a simple method and characterized by (HNMR)-H-1, FT-IR, TGA and UV-Vis. These polymers can be dissolved in high polar solvents such as DMSO, DMF or NMP. The results reveals that the band-gap of the synthesized conjugated polymers are in the range of 0.96similar to1.14 eV and they all belong to the small band-gap polymers. The conductivity of doped products with iodine is in the range of semiconductor. 展开更多

Several kinetic models for unsaturated polyester cure reaction and some existing parameter estimation techniques of these models were introduced. Correlated kinetic parameters and kinetic equations of the autocatalytic empirical kinetic model of LPSMC system were determined by using isothermal DSC to scan the system which was thickened by crystalline polymer (PEG-MAH). Through using a serial curing degree of the system to validate the model, the experimental results were basically identical with the predictions of the autocatalytic empirical kinetic model. Low Temperature Electrical Transport Studies of the Conducting Polymer Versicon&trade;

Thermal analysis and low temperature D.C. electrical transport measurements of the conducting polymer Versicon? were carried out between 20 K and 300 K. The material was found to be stable up to 498 K (225°C), with a glass transition at 210 K (-63°C), and a crystalline transition at 436 K (163°C). The electrical resistivity data best fitted the Fluctuation Induced Tunneling (FIT) model, suggesting that at low temperatures, the electron transport is by tunneling through thermally modulated barriers. The high temperature data best fitted the thermally activated hopping model, with an activation energy of 0.015 eV, suggesting that the thermally activated hopping may be a parallel transport process to fluctuation induced tunneling, becoming dominant at higher temperatures. From the FIT model the inter-particle distance was estimated to be 12 ?. The electrical transport results were also consistent with the assertion that Versicon? forms spherical aggregates, creating conducting pathways even in an insulating matrix. 展开更多

The potential usage of virgin Low density polyethelyne (LDPE) reinforced with different concentrations (2%, 5% and 6% by weight) of treated rice straw with different lengths (2 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm) is investigated to produce high value products that have technical and environmental demand. The two treatment methods used for rice straw are alkali and acidic treatments of rice straw. The removal of impurities and waxy substances from fiber surface avoid creation of rougher topography after treatment and improves the quality of fiber, also content of hemi cellulose and lignin decrease so increase effectiveness of fiber due to dispersing of fiber in matrix. The reinforcing material is embedded in the matrix material to enhance tensile and flexural behaviors of the synthesized composite. The result of investigating these two mechanical properties, using statistical analysis & design of experiments, showed an enhancement in the mechaniccal properties of the virgin polymer composite compared to the virgin polymer. The flexural stress of the composite increased three times the virgin flexural stress, while the tensile stress increased eight times the original tensile stress. 展开更多

To develop parts, made of short glas fibre reinforced (sgfr) polymers for industrial purposes, a comprehensive material knowledge is necessary. Especially the material behaviour under cyclic loads has a great influence on the life time of parts. Parts are often used under complex load cases (stress state, temperature, ...), therefore it is indispensable to understand the effect of the main influence factors. High loads within load histories as well as stress concentrations can lead to plastic deformations. To cover this in an early stage of the development process, a closed simulation chain should be established. Therefore, the applicability of common material models (e.g. fatigue criteria according to Ramberg-Osgood) has to be studied first, the models have to be adapted or even new models have to be found for sgfr materials. This work focuses on the applicability of strain controlled cyclic tests for glass fibre reinforced polymers. Hereby the cyclic stress rearrangement in the low cycle regime of the S/N-curve can be described. Therefore, tests were performed on a 50 wt% sgfr partial aromatic polyamide. For the fatigue tests un-notched, injection moulded specimen were used. The tests show a principal applicability of strain controlled LCF-tests for sgfr polymers. 展开更多

Low-permeability dense reservoirs,including micro-fractured reservoirs,are commonly characterized by high content of clay substances,high original water saturation,high sensitivity to invasive fluids,high capillary pressure,complicated structure and anisotropic,high flow-resistance and micro pore throats etc,.Generally they also have lots of natural micro fractures,probably leading to stress sensibility.Main damaging factors in such reservoirs are water-sensibility and water-blocking caused by invasive fluids during drilling and production operations.Once damaged,formation permeability can rarely recovered.Numerous studies have shown that damaging extent of water-blocking ranges from 70% to 90%.Main damaging mechanisms and influencing factors of water-blocking were systematically analyzed.Also some feasible precaution or treating approaches of water-blocking were put forward.In a laboratory setting,a new multi-functional drilling fluid composed mainly of amphion polymer,sulfonation polymer,high effectively preventive water-blocking surfactants,ideal packing temporary bridging agents(TBA) and film-forming agents,etc.,were developed.New low-damage drilling fluids has many advantages,such as good rheological properties,excellent effectiveness of water-blocking prevention,good temporary plugging effect,low filtration and ultra-low permeability(API filtration≤5 mL,HTHP filtration≤10 mL,mud cake frictional coefficient≤0.14,permeability recovery>81%),can efficiently prevent or minimize damage,preserve natural formation and enhance comprehensive development-investment effect in TUHA Jurassic dense sandstone reservoir formation with low-permeability,the only one developing integrated condense gas field.Some references can be provided to similar reservoir formations. 展开更多

Drilling fluid additives has a major impact on rheology behavior and other performances of the drilling fluid.The key to low temperature drilling fluids is choosing antifreeze and polymer agent which have a strong ability in resisting low temperature.On the basis of determining glycol as antifreeze agent,the low-temperature-performance and capacities of anti-collapse of regular validity mud agents have been studied,the mechanism of anti-caving of the partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(PHPA),polypropylene potassium(KPA) and PAC-141 polymer additives have been also analyzed.A pilot study of compatibility between ethylene glycol and the polymers has educed that the polymers,ethylene glycol and inorganic salt are compatible,and they can significantly reduce the freezing point of drilling fluid.Anti-collapse ability of the drilling mud is the results of synergistic action among the agents. 展开更多

The change of the surface property over time, in comparison with low pressure oxygen (O2) plasma treatment, is examined. As one compares the treatment by atmospheric pressure plasma to that by the low pressure O2 plasma of PS (polystyrene) the treatment effects were almost in complete agreement. However, when the atmospheric pressure plasma was used for PP(polypropylene), it produced remarkable hydrophilic effects. 展开更多

The critical destruction shear stress sigma of LMPM droplets is sigma greater than 2 v/d. When sigma is small, LMPM droplets were dispersed and deformed ellipsoidal or bar droplets whose orientation direction is always at an angle of 45 degree with the direction of shear rate. When sigma is very big and droplets are very fine, polymer melt elasticity behavior and big boundary tension between a polymer melt and LMPM droplets make further fining LMPM droplets become more difficult. Therefore, LMPM droplets produce tensile flow and form LMPM microfibrils in situ in polymer melt. SEM photographs have shown the results predicted using dilute emulsion model. 低表面能氟碳聚合物涂层是一种抑制空间用油脂润滑剂爬移流失的关键材料,该材料的应用可为空间油脂润滑活动机构实现长寿命、高可靠运行提供技术保障。采用水接触角测试仪、X射线荧光能谱仪、光学显微镜等对自研的氟碳聚合物涂层进行了... 低表面能氟碳聚合物涂层是一种抑制空间用油脂润滑剂爬移流失的关键材料,该材料的应用可为空间油脂润滑活动机构实现长寿命、高可靠运行提供技术保障。采用水接触角测试仪、X射线荧光能谱仪、光学显微镜等对自研的氟碳聚合物涂层进行了真空热循环前后的接触角、表面能变化以及对多烷基环戊烷(MACs)润滑油防爬移特性的研究。结果表明,9Cr18不锈钢、2A12铝合金和TC4钛合金三种不同金属基体表面涂覆聚合物涂层后的表面能分别为8.797 mN/m、9.083 mN/m和9.203 mN/m;在温度−45~+90℃下,经过30天、60次真空热循环后,涂层的表面能分别为8.915 mN/m、9.209 mN/m和9.266 mN/m,仍然较低。涂层与MACs润滑油之间存在明显界面,涂层上距离润滑油200μm界面处的XPS分析未发现MACs润滑油的特征峰,表明没有润滑油爬移扩散至涂层处,低表面能氟碳聚合物涂层对MACs润滑油能够起到有效的“防爬移”作用。 展开更多

为提高压裂液稠化剂的耐高温、低伤害性能,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)作为共聚单体,采用水溶液自由基聚合法制得压裂液稠化剂(ADAN)。通过单因素变... 为提高压裂液稠化剂的耐高温、低伤害性能,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)作为共聚单体,采用水溶液自由基聚合法制得压裂液稠化剂(ADAN)。通过单因素变量法优选了制备条件,分析了ADAN的结构和稳定性,评价了含ADAN压裂液的耐温耐剪切性、降阻性、静态携砂性和破胶性。结果表明,最佳的共聚物配比及反应条件为:单体占总反应体系质量的20%、4种单体(AM、AMPS、DMC、NVP)的物质的量比为14∶2∶3∶1、引发剂(质量比为1∶1的K_(2)SO_(3)和NaHSO_(3))用量占体系总质量的0.4%、pH值为7、反应温度为45℃、反应时间8 h。在此条件下制得的ADAN热稳定性良好,在40~260℃下的质量损失约为10%。0.8%ADAN与有机锆交联剂、高温稳定剂亚硫酸钠、破胶剂过硫酸铵等配制的压裂液具备良好的耐温耐剪切性、降阻性、静态携砂性和破胶性。在200℃、剪切速率为170 s^(-1)下剪切140 min后的黏度仍高于90 mPa·s;在100~160 L/min的流量变化区间内,降阻率由48%上升至63%;陶粒在压裂液中静置12 h后的沉降距离为6.3 cm,沉降速度为0.875×10^(-2)cm/min;破胶后的残渣含量为86 mg/L。ADAN压裂液可耐200℃高温,并对储层的伤害较小,满足现场施工及地层需要。 展开更多
