In this work,a mechanically robust and single-ion-conducting interfacial layer, fulfilled by the strategic integration of flexible cellulose acetate(CA) matrix with rigid graphene oxide(GO) and Li F fillers(termed the CGL layer), is rationally devised to serve as a stabilizer for dendrite-free lithium(Li) metal batteries. The GCL film exhibits favorable mechanical properties with high modulus and flexibility that help to relieve interface fluctuations. More crucially, the electron-donating carbonyl groups(C=O) enriched in GCL foster a strengthened correlation with Li^(+), which availably aids the Li^(+)desolvation process and expedites facile Li^(+)mobility, yielding exceptional Li^(+) transference number of 0.87. Such single-ion conductive properties regulate rapid and uniform interfacial transport kinetics, mitigating the growth of Li dendrites and the decomposition of electrolytes. Consequently, stable Li anode with prolonged cycle stabilities and flat deposition morphologies are realized. The Li||LiFePO_(4) full cells with CGL protective layer render an outstanding cycling capability of 500 cycles at 3 C, and an ultrahigh capacity retention of 99.99% for over 220 cycles even under harsh conditions. This work affords valuable insights into the interfacial regulation for achieving high-performance LMBs.展开更多

However, the problem of how to control graphene to form desired Gr/Cu composite is not well solved. This paper aims at exploring the best parameters for preparing graphene with different layers on Cu foil by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method and studying the effects of different layers graphene on Gr/Cu composite’s electrical conductivity. The expression of Cooperon (propagator in particle-particle channel) is obtained as the function of interlayer coupling. The analytical result for the quantum correction to Hall conductivity has been obtained as functions of elastic, inelastic and spin-orbit scattering times. It is shown that the strong and weak couplings correspond, respectively, to the 3D and 2D situations. The Hall coefficient is shown to vanish. The relevant dimensional crossover behavior from 3D to 2D with decreasing the interlayer coupling has been discussed, and the condition for the crossover has been obtained. First, using similarity transformation, the velocity components of velocity have been obtained. Then, the heat flow problem has been considered in two ways: 1) prescribed surface temperature (PST), and 2) prescribed stretching plate heat flux (PHF) in case of variable conductivity. Due to variable conductivity, temperature profile has its two part- one mean tempera-ture and other temperature profile induced due to variable conductivity. The related results have been dis-cussed with the help of graphs.展开更多

The first HCL is at a depth of 15~20km, and the second at 45~60km. In the central region of the Plateau, such as north Qiangtang and Bayan Har, there is only one HCL in crust at the depth about 15~20km.The origin of HCL in upper crust of southern Tibet is mainly caused by free saline aqueous fluids. The seismic investigation by project INDEPTH in southern Tibet demonstrates that the bright spot reflection at about 15km depth is caused by 10% volume of free aqueous fluids (Makovsky and Klemperer, 1999). Seismic and heat flow research indicates the temperature in 15km depth of Tibet is from 400℃ to 650℃. The high concentration of Cl - in water of geothermal spring in southern Tibet means that the aqueous fluid in crust is saline water. The experiment on conductivity of NaCl solution shows that the conductivity is more than 4.5 S·m -1 under 400MPa and 300~650℃ condition (Quist and Marshall, 1968). This p\|T condition corresponds to the pressure and temperature range at 15~20km depth of Tibet.展开更多

Introduced as a new technique to suppress surface leakage conduction on Si(001),a silver wetting layer is evaporated onto the substrate surface kept at room temperature with Er Si2 nanoislands already existing. The effects of the silver layer on the current-voltage characteristics of nanocontacts are discussed. Our experimental results reveal that the silver layer at coverage of 0.4–0.7 monolayer can suppress effectively the current contribution from the surface conduction path. After the surface leakage path of nanocontacts is obstructed, the ideality factor and the Schottky barrier height are determined using the thermionic emission theory, about 2 and 0.5 eV, respectively. The approach adopted here could shed light on the intrinsic transport properties of metal-semiconductor nanocontacts.展开更多

The results show that the thermal conductance is about ten times larger than that of Cu- CNT interface. The enhanced thermal conductance is due to the larger contact area introduced by the graphene layer and the stronger thermal transfer ability of the Cu-gCNT interface. From the linear increasing thermal conductance with the increasing total contact area, an effective contact area of such an interface can be defined.展开更多

This paper obtains a fire-new transport mode of an OTFT device with double-conductible channels. The accumulation and transfer of the hole carriers arc limited by the BCP interlayer in the vertical region of the channel. A huge amount of carriers is located not only at the interface between pentacene and the gate insulator, but also at the two interfaces of pentacene/BCP interlayer and pentacene/gate insulator, respectively. The results suggest that the BCP interlayer may be useful to adjust the hole accumulation and transfer, and can increase the hole mobility and output current of OTFTs. The TC-OTFTs with a BCP interlayer at VDS = --20 V showed excellent hole mobility μFE and threshold voltage VTH of 0.58 cm^2/(V-s) and -4.6 V, respectively.展开更多

The related results have been dis-cussed with the help of graphs.
文摘Geoelectrical investigations in Tibetan Plateau show that there are two high conductivity layers (HCLs) in the crust of southern Tibetan Plateau. This p\|T condition corresponds to the pressure and temperature range at 15~20km depth of Tibet.

文摘Developing high-areal-capacity and dendrite-free lithium(Li)anodes is of significant importance for the practical applications of the Li-metal secondary batteries.Herein,an effective strategy to stabilize the high-arealcapacity Li electrodeposition by modifying the Li metal with a stretchable ionic conductive elastomer(ICE)is demonstrated. The ICE layer prepared via an instant photocuring process shows a promising Li^(+)-ion conductivity at room temperature. When being used in Li-metal batteries, the thin ICE coating(~0.27μm)acts as both a stretchable constraint to minimize the Li loss and a protective layer to facilitate the uniform flux of Li ions. With this ICE-modifying strategy, the reversibility and cyclability of the Li anodes under high-areal-capacity condition in carbonate electrolyte are significantly improved, leading to a stable Li stripping/plating for 500 h at an ultrahigh areal capacity of 20 mAh cm^(-2)in commercial carbonate electrolyte. When coupled with industry-level thick LiFePO;electrodes(20.0 mg cm^(-2)),the cells with ICE-Li anodes show significantly enhanced rate and cycling capability.

文摘Current-voltage electrical characteristics of Er silicide/Si(001) nanocontacts are measured in situ in a scanning tunneling microscopy system. The approach adopted here could shed light on the intrinsic transport properties of metal-semiconductor nanocontacts.

文摘Thermal conduetances between Cu and graphene covered carbon nanotubes (gCNTs) are calculated by molecular dynamics simulations. The results show that the thermal conductance is about ten times larger than that of Cu- CNT interface. The enhanced thermal conductance is due to the larger contact area introduced by the graphene layer and the stronger thermal transfer ability of the Cu-gCNT interface. From the linear increasing thermal conductance with the increasing total contact area, an effective contact area of such an interface can be defined.

文摘The structural transformations, oxygen releasing and side reactions with electrolytes on the surface are considered as the main causes of the performance degradation of Li-rich layered oxides(LROs)cathodes in Li-ion batteries. Thus, stabilizing the surfaces of LROs is the key to realize their practical application in high energy density Li-ion batteries.Surface coating is regarded as one of the most effective strategies for high voltage cathodes. The ideal coating materials should prevent cathodes from electrolyte corrosion and possess both electronic and Li-ionic conductivities simultaneously. However, commonly reported coating materials are unable to balance these functions well.Herein,a new type of coating material,La_(2)CuO_(4)was introduced to mitigate the surface issues of LROs for the first time, due to its superb electronic conductivity(26-35 mS·cm^(-1))and lithium-ionic diffusion coefficient(10^(-12)-10^(-13)cm^(2)·s^(-1)).After coating with the La_(2)CuO_(4),the capacity retention of Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.54)Co_(0.13)Mn_(0.13)O_(2)cathode was increased to 85.9%(compared to 79.3%of uncoated cathode)after 150 cycles in the voltage range of 2.0-4.8 V.In addition, only negligible degradations on the deliverable capacity and rate capability were observed.

文摘The properties of top-contact organic thin-film transistors (TC-OTFTs) using ultra-thin 2, 9-dimethyl-4, 7- diphenyl-1, 10-phenanthroline (BCP) as a hole-blocking interlayer have been improved significantly and a BCP interlayer was inserted into the middle of the pentacene active layer. The TC-OTFTs with a BCP interlayer at VDS = --20 V showed excellent hole mobility μFE and threshold voltage VTH of 0.58 cm^2/(V-s) and -4.6 V, respectively.
