For the advantages of easy realization and rapidly intelligent response,the one-cycle control was applied in five-phase six-leg switching power amplifier for magnetic bearing.This paper improves the one-cycle control considering resistance voltage drop and derives its mathematical models.The improved algorithm is compared with the former one.The simulation and experimental results show that the improved algorithm can effectively reduce the output current ripple,achieve good tracking of the given current,improve the control accuracy,and verify the effectiveness and superiority of the method. 展开更多

The purpose of this study was to present a lock-in-amplifier model for analyzing the behavior of signal harmonics in magnetic particle imaging (MPI) and some simulation results based on this model. In the lock-in-amplifier model, the signal induced by magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) in a receiving coil was multiplied with a reference signal, and was then fed through a low-pass filter to extract the DC component of the signal (output signal). The MPI signal was defined as the mean of the absolute value of the output signal. The magnetization and particle size distribution of MNPs were assumed to obey the Langevin theory of paramagnetism and a log-normal distribution, respectively, and the strength of the selection magnetic field (SMF) in MPI was assumed to be given by the product of the gradient strength of the SMF and the distance from the field-free region (x). In addition, Gaussian noise was added to the signal induced by MNPs using normally-distributed random numbers. The relationships between the MPI signal and x were calculated for the odd- and even-numbered harmonics and were investigated for various time constants of the low-pass filter used in the lock-in amplifier and particle sizes and their distributions of MNPs. We found that the behavior of the MPI signal largely depended on the time constant of the low-pass filter and the particle size of MNPs. This lock-in-amplifier model will be useful for better understanding, optimizing, and developing MPI, and for designing MNPs appropriate for MPI. 展开更多

为了降低工艺波动、版图二阶效应、模型偏差等非理想因素对射频集成电路(Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit,RFIC)性能造成的不良影响,提出了一种基于磁耦合谐振腔的可重构宽带匹配电路(Reconfigurable Wideband Matching Network Bas... 为了降低工艺波动、版图二阶效应、模型偏差等非理想因素对射频集成电路(Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit,RFIC)性能造成的不良影响,提出了一种基于磁耦合谐振腔的可重构宽带匹配电路(Reconfigurable Wideband Matching Network Based on Magnetically Coupled Resonator Tank,MCR-RWM)。通过数字控制电路配置可调电阻阵列和可调电容阵列,改变匹配电路增益、带宽、增益平坦度、纹波等参数,实现宽带匹配电路重构。在65 nm互补金属氧化物半导体(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor,CMOS)工艺设计了一款基于MCR-RWM的驱动放大器并集成于接收芯片。测试结果显示,在18.2~20.2 GHz频率范围,通过数字控制电路重构驱动放大器的宽带匹配,接收通道的S_(22)改善了3.5 dB,S_(21)提升了0.5 dB,增益平坦度改善了0.1 dB,-3 dB带宽增大了113 MHz。 展开更多

基于全裕度SA的高读可靠性STT-MRAM两位量化器设计

受隧道磁阻比(Tunnel Magneto Resistance,TMR)下降、工艺偏差和热波动等因素影响,先进工艺节点(亚25 nm)下的自旋转移力矩磁随机存储器(Spin Transfer Torque Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory,STT-MRAM)的读取裕度降低,读写正... 受隧道磁阻比(Tunnel Magneto Resistance,TMR)下降、工艺偏差和热波动等因素影响,先进工艺节点(亚25 nm)下的自旋转移力矩磁随机存储器(Spin Transfer Torque Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory,STT-MRAM)的读取裕度降低,读写正确率下降。纠错码(Error Correction Codes,ECC)技术方案能有效提升STT-MRAM读取可靠性。但是,常见的一位硬判决量化器无法发挥多位量化软判决ECC编解码算法的优势,而基于模数转换器的软判决量化器在实现上又要以牺牲面积和功耗为代价。提出的面向STT-MRAM的两位量化器采用全裕度灵敏放大器(Sensitive Amplifier,SA)和电阻量化判决门限,显著降低了量化器的电路复杂度和读写错误率。结果表明,在TMR和低读取裕度条件下,基于提出的两位量化器和极化码(Polar)编码的ECC算法能实现优于基于一位量化器的里德-索洛蒙博斯-乔赫里-霍克文黑姆码(Bose,Chaudhuri&Hocquenghem,BCH)编解码方案的输出帧错误率(Frame Error Rate,FER)。此外,本文提出在STT-MRAM级联信道模型中考虑实际SA引入的读判据错误,用于准确评估读取裕度对读正确率造成的影响。结果表明,基于全裕度SA的两位电阻量化方案能够显著提升判决器的有效读取裕度,减小SA引入的读判据错误,在TMR≤90%时,实现比采用一位硬判决量化器的BCH码平均低47%的输出FER。 展开更多

On line measurement of heavy dc current has been studied for many years, and devices based on magnetic modulator, magnetic amplifier, optic fiber have been developed, but harsh environments made all of them are insufficient for on line measurement. A new sensing theory using magnetic modulator and magnetic amplifier is discussed. The open loop characteristic of the double detector has only one operating point corresponding to zero ampere turns. The double detector comparator possesses not only high precision, low drift, high linearity and good antimagnetic property from magnetic modulator comparators, but also the perfect stability and reliability from magnetic amplifiers. A double dc comparator with a ratio of 5 000A/1A has been constructed for testing and performance evaluation. The performance and test results show: The error of the double detector dc comparator measured with stable dc currents between 10% and 100% rated current is less than 5×10 -5 . The double detector dc comparator has successfully achieved rapid and accurate dc step response at 10 000A which is twice over the rated current, which shows the fire new detector has perfect stability and reliability. 展开更多

In view of the low resolution and accuracy of traditional magnetometer,a method of microwave frequency modulation technology based on nitrogen-vacancy(NV)center in diamond for magnetic detection was proposed.The magnetometer studied can reduce the frequency noise of system and improve the magnetic sensitivity by microwave frequency modulation.Firstly,ESR spectra by sweeping the microwave frequency was obtained.Further,the microwave frequency modulated was gained through the mixed high-frequency sinusoidal modulation signal generated by signal generator.In addition,the frequency through the lock-in amplifier was locked,and the signal which was proportional to the first derivative of the spectrum was obtained.The experimental results show that the sensitivity of magnetic field detection can reach 17.628 nT/Hz based on microwave frequency modulation technology.The method realizes high resolution and sensitivity for magnetic field detection. 展开更多

A cryogenic low noise amplifier (LNA) using Agilent high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) for 380 MHzto 480 MHz is designed and fabricated, and the excellent cryogenic performance in superconducting receiver front-end for communication system is achieved. A special input impedance matching topology is implemented to provide low noise figure (NF) and good input matching in this cryogenic LNA design. The measurement results show that the NF is within 0.25 dB from the minimum NF of a single transistor, the power gain is above 20 dB, the flatness is within 1 dB, and the maximum input return loss is lower than -20 dB in bandwidth. 展开更多

The magamp (magnetic amplifier) is widely used in power supplies due to its low cost, simplicity and other advan-tages. This paper discusses a novel application of the magamp in switching power supplies, where the magamp is used to regulate pulse width modulation (PWM) instead of power signal in the main circuit. This method extends the application of the magamp in power supplies, and makes it possible to further regulate control signal when PWMs have been generated. Based on this applica-tion, a new current-sharing (CS) scheme using the magamp is proposed, which uses a modified inner loop CS structure. In this scheme PWMs are generated by one main controller, and CS is achieved by regulating PWMs using a magamp in each module. Compared with traditional application of the magamp, the new CS scheme can be used in most topologies and only requires magamps of low power capacity. Then a test circuit of parallel power supply is developed, in which CS is achieved by a PWM regulator with the magamp. The proposed scheme is also used to upgrade an electroplate power to make it capable of paralleling supplies. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme has good CS performance. 展开更多

磁通反馈式功率放大器中存在的噪声、参数摄动以及其它非线性特征会影响磁悬浮效果。为了研究该问题,建立了磁通反馈式功率放大器及其负载电磁铁的仿真模型,其中引入了气隙变化对磁通生成模型的影响。针对单纯比例积分微分(proportion-... 磁通反馈式功率放大器中存在的噪声、参数摄动以及其它非线性特征会影响磁悬浮效果。为了研究该问题,建立了磁通反馈式功率放大器及其负载电磁铁的仿真模型,其中引入了气隙变化对磁通生成模型的影响。针对单纯比例积分微分(proportion-integral-differential,PID)控制应用在磁通反馈式功率放大器中会产生磁通稳态输出抖动的问题,设计了一个新型干扰观测器(disturbance observer,DOB)。新型DOB采用多路传感信号综合观测的方式减小反馈信号处的噪声干扰对观测值的影响,并获得了比常规DOB更加稳定的系统等效效果。仿真结果表明,结合新型DOB结构的PID反馈控制方法能够很好的抑制因模型参数摄动、模型非线性特征和噪声而造成的稳态磁通输出抖动,其控制效果优于单独PID控制方法。 展开更多

当前的电流互感器现场校验技术无法准确计算电流互感器的比差与角差,导致现场校验结果出现较大偏差。于是提出5000A抗直流偏磁电流互感器现场校验技术。计算5000A抗直流偏磁电流互感器的比差与角差,完成电流互感器误差分析;基于该误差,... 当前的电流互感器现场校验技术无法准确计算电流互感器的比差与角差,导致现场校验结果出现较大偏差。于是提出5000A抗直流偏磁电流互感器现场校验技术。计算5000A抗直流偏磁电流互感器的比差与角差,完成电流互感器误差分析;基于该误差,利用抗直流偏磁电流互感器现场校验装置,以升流器输出端和补偿电容串联模式,实现5000A抗直流偏磁电流互感器误差的现场校验。在MATLAB仿真平台中测试所提方法应用效果。抗直流偏磁电流互感器的输入电流从1000A提高至5000A,过程中研究方法对单匝贯穿类、开口类抗直流偏磁电流互感器的误差分析值与实际值一致;且误差现场校验后,互感器输出功率明显降低,功率控制效果也较为理想。 展开更多
