文章提出两个改进的Ratio统计量来研究重尾AR(p)时间序列均值变点检验问题,在原假设下推导了统计量的渐近分布,且在备择假设下证明了其一致性。由于重尾指数未知且难以估计,因此结合Wild Bootstrap重抽样方法来确定渐近分布的临界值;在... 文章提出两个改进的Ratio统计量来研究重尾AR(p)时间序列均值变点检验问题,在原假设下推导了统计量的渐近分布,且在备择假设下证明了其一致性。由于重尾指数未知且难以估计,因此结合Wild Bootstrap重抽样方法来确定渐近分布的临界值;在均值变点存在的情形下,给出了变点位置的一致估计量。数值模拟结果表明:统计量的临界值均不受重尾指数和自回归系数的影响,其经验水平和经验势均取得满意的效果;尤其在原假设下,积分型Ratio统计量的经验水平表现出更好的稳健性,而在备择假设下,最值型Ratio统计量则具备更好的显著性。最后,基于一组股票数据,从实际应用角度进一步阐明所提方法的有效性和可行性。 展开更多

外周血NLR、NMR、LMR表达与帕金森病的相关性研究

目的探讨外周血中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞之比(NLR)、中性粒细胞与单核细胞之比(NMR)、淋巴细胞与单核细胞之比(LMR)表达水平与帕金森病(PD)的相关性。方法选取224例原发性PD患者为病历组,230例健康人为对照组,检测其外周血中NLR、NMR、LMR... 目的探讨外周血中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞之比(NLR)、中性粒细胞与单核细胞之比(NMR)、淋巴细胞与单核细胞之比(LMR)表达水平与帕金森病(PD)的相关性。方法选取224例原发性PD患者为病历组,230例健康人为对照组,检测其外周血中NLR、NMR、LMR水平。①比较PD组和对照组间的NLR、NMR、LMR水平是否存在差异;②比较PD组按照不同因素分层后NLR、NMR、LMR水平是否存在差异;③分析PD组NLR、NMR、LMR的水平是否与临床特征之间存在相关性。结果①在总体样本中,PD组和对照组间NLR、NMR、LMR水平的比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。按照性别、年龄分层,各亚组PD患者与其相对应正常对照组间NLR、NMR、LMR水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);②PD组按不同因素分层后:A.发病年龄>65岁PD组NLR水平(2.84±1.22)高于发病年龄≤65岁PD组(2.46±1.16),差异有统计学意义(P=0.018);B.女性PD组NMR水平(12.08±3.71)高于男性PD组(10.91±3.27),差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)女性PD组LMR水平(5.12±1.72)高于男性PD组(4.43±1.62),差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);C.病程>4年PD组和病程≤4年PD组间、早中晚三期PD组间、三种运动亚型(震颤为主型、姿势不稳/步态障碍型、混合型)PD组间、合并痴呆PD组和未合并痴呆PD组间的NLR、NMR、LMR水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);(3)PD组NLR水平与发病年龄存在正相关(r=0.223,P=0.001),LMR水平与发病年龄存在负相关(r=-0.202,P=0.002);PD组NLR、NMR、LMR水平与病程、H-Y分级、UPDRS-Ⅲ评分、NPI评分不存在相关性(均P>0.05)。结论外周血NLR、NMR、LMR水平在PD患者和正常健康人群间无差异,此三项指标均非导致PD患病的危险因素。NLR在发病年龄>65岁PD患者中的表达水平较发病年龄≤65岁PD患者高;NMR、LMR在女性PD患者中的表达水平较男性PD患者高。PD患者NLR表达水平与发病年龄呈正相关,而LMR表达水平与发病年龄呈负相关。 展开更多

目的探讨自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)患者中炎性指标表达及意义。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月龙岩市第二医院收治的91例AIH患者作为本次研究对象,作为AIH组,另外选取同期健康体检患者90例为对照组,比较两组患者肝脏生化和免疫指标及中性粒细... 目的探讨自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)患者中炎性指标表达及意义。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月龙岩市第二医院收治的91例AIH患者作为本次研究对象,作为AIH组,另外选取同期健康体检患者90例为对照组,比较两组患者肝脏生化和免疫指标及中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板-淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、淋巴细胞-单核细胞比值(LMR)三项血细胞指标。结果AIH组患者的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)等肝脏生化指标均高于对照组(均P<0.05);AIH组NLR、PLR指标水平均高于对照组,LMR水平低于对照组(均P<0.05);经过二元logistic回归分析,NLR、PLR、LMR均是AIH的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。根据绘制ROC曲线显示,NLR、PLR、LMR的AUC值分别为0.941、0.996、0.863,PLR诊断的价值高于NLR和LMR(P<0.05)。结论肝脏生化和免疫指标与AIH发生有影响,NLR、LMR、PLR是AIH的独立危险因素,在诊断AIH具有应用价值。 展开更多

目的 分析动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)对血液学参数的影响及其与患者临床状态和短期预后的关系。方法 分析2019年3月至2022年5月于四川省科学城医院神经外科治疗的62例颅内动脉瘤(IA)破裂急性期患者和55例正常对照组。采用流式细胞术... 目的 分析动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)对血液学参数的影响及其与患者临床状态和短期预后的关系。方法 分析2019年3月至2022年5月于四川省科学城医院神经外科治疗的62例颅内动脉瘤(IA)破裂急性期患者和55例正常对照组。采用流式细胞术分析两组患者外周血中白细胞(WBC)与淋巴细胞(LC)计数的变化,计算中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比(NLR)、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比(LMR)、血小板/淋巴细胞比(PLR)和全身免疫-炎症指数(SII),并分析血液学参数与患者临床状况和短期预后的关系。结果 与正常对照组相比,IA破裂组WBC、中性粒细胞(Ns)计数、NLR以及SII均明显升高,而LC计数和LMR降低。此外相比于临床状态恢复良好的患者,临床状态较差的患者LC计数明显降低,而NLR、PLR和SII值明显升高。格拉斯哥昏迷评分法(GCS)评分较低的患者CD3+、CD4-、CD8-细胞比例减少。此外,LC计数降低和PLR升高与较差的短期预后相关。结论 IA破裂后会导致全身免疫和炎症反应,LC计数、NLR、PLR和SII值可以作为临床状态及预后的标志物。 展开更多

小型化高性能磁传感系统在磁异探测、航空航天、生物磁测量等领域具有重要的应用前景。传统磁传感系统因体积大、功耗高等原因难以搭载于无人机平台,而隧道磁电阻(TMR)器件是构建小型磁传感系统的理想选择。该文在分析TMR器件磁滞特性... 小型化高性能磁传感系统在磁异探测、航空航天、生物磁测量等领域具有重要的应用前景。传统磁传感系统因体积大、功耗高等原因难以搭载于无人机平台,而隧道磁电阻(TMR)器件是构建小型磁传感系统的理想选择。该文在分析TMR器件磁滞特性及其灵敏度与工作点关系的基础上,提出一种通过稳定TMR器件工作点来实现磁滞补偿的方法,通过建立磁场反馈补偿回路并采用自适应磁场补偿算法,大幅提升磁传感系统的性能。测试结果表明所设计的磁传感系统的测量范围为-10000~10000 nT,线性度为0.016%,噪声水平为0.39 nT/√Hz@1 Hz,带宽为60 Hz,可以满足水下磁异目标探测等应用需求。 展开更多

目的:探索采用腘绳肌腱前交叉韧带重建术(ACLR)后1年内腱骨愈合的磁共振成像(MRI)信号变化规律,并探讨腱骨愈合情况与临床主观功能评分的关系。方法:回顾性分析30例男性患者于2019年1月至2020年12月在深圳市第二人民医院采用腘绳肌腱行A... 目的:探索采用腘绳肌腱前交叉韧带重建术(ACLR)后1年内腱骨愈合的磁共振成像(MRI)信号变化规律,并探讨腱骨愈合情况与临床主观功能评分的关系。方法:回顾性分析30例男性患者于2019年1月至2020年12月在深圳市第二人民医院采用腘绳肌腱行ACLR术后的3、6、12个月不同时间节点MRI上腱骨结合部的信号变化;其中腱骨愈合程度以胫骨段及股骨段骨道内移植物的信噪比(SNQ)表示。采用重复测量方差分析比较不同时间节点的骨道内移植物SNQ值的差异,采用t检验比较同一时间节点胫骨、股骨骨道内移植物的SNQ值的差异。结果:在术后3、6、12个月,股骨段及胫骨段移植物的SNQ值在3个月开始逐渐升高,6个月达峰,随后逐渐下降;股骨段内移植物的SNQ值在3、6、12个月之间的差异具有统计学意义(F=6.88,P<0.05);胫骨段移植物的SNQ值在3、6、12个月不同时间节点组间差异无统计学意义(F=2.87,P>0.05)。在术后1年内,同一时间节点,股骨段移植物的SNQ值显著高于胫骨段,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前交叉韧带腱骨结合部信号在6月达峰,随后逐渐下降,股骨段愈合差于胫骨段。 展开更多

目的:探讨血清C反应蛋白与白蛋白比值(CAR)、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值(LMR)、T淋巴细胞亚群与多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者预后的相关性。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月诊治的105例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为研究对象,设立为观察组,同期选取75例健康... 目的:探讨血清C反应蛋白与白蛋白比值(CAR)、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值(LMR)、T淋巴细胞亚群与多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者预后的相关性。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月诊治的105例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为研究对象,设立为观察组,同期选取75例健康体检者设立为对照组。根据MM患者治疗后随访2年是否出现复发或死亡分为预后不良组(n=34)和预后良好组(n=71),对比血清CAR、LMR、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))。采用Logistic回归分析CAR、LMR、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)对MM患者预后的影响。采用ROC曲线模型分析CAR、LMR、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、T淋巴细胞亚群综合参数预测MM患者预后的AUC值、敏感度和特异度。结果:观察组的CAR、CD8^(+)高于对照组,而LMR、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。预后不良组的CAR、CD8^(+)高于预后良好组,而LMR、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)低于预后良好组(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示,CAR、CD8^(+)升高和LMR、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)下降会对MM患者预后产生影响(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,CAR、LMR、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、T淋巴细胞亚群综合参数预测MM患者预后的AUC值分别为(0.637、0.792、0.726、0.767、0.669、0.750、0.853,P<0.05)。结论:血清CAR、LMR、T淋巴细胞亚群在MM患者中呈异常表达趋势,检测其变化有利于为评估MM患者的预后提供重要参考。 展开更多

目的:探究胆红素总量/白蛋白比值(B/A)、听力筛查及磁共振成像-T_(1)加权成像(MRI-T_(1)WI)对新生儿急性胆红素脑病(ABE)的诊断价值。方法:选取2013年6月—2023年6月于太仓市第一人民医院接受治疗的136例新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)患儿作... 目的:探究胆红素总量/白蛋白比值(B/A)、听力筛查及磁共振成像-T_(1)加权成像(MRI-T_(1)WI)对新生儿急性胆红素脑病(ABE)的诊断价值。方法:选取2013年6月—2023年6月于太仓市第一人民医院接受治疗的136例新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)患儿作为研究对象,根据是否并发ABE分为并发组(n=42)和对照组(n=94)。对比两组的临床资料、B/A水平、听力筛查结果、苍白球T_(1)WI信号强度,对单因素分析有意义的指标进行多因素logistic回归分析,采用ROC曲线分析其对新生儿ABE的诊断价值。结果:并发组总血清胆红素(TSB)峰值、B/A水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发组初筛听力异常率为38.10%,复筛听力异常率为35.71%,均高于对照组的18.09%、8.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发组苍白球与额叶脑皮质T_(1)WI信号强度比值(G/Gr)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析显示,B/A、听力异常和G/Gr水平表达均为影响NHB患儿并发ABE的独立危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,B/A、G/Gr、听力异常及三者联合检测NHB患儿并发ABE的AUC值分别为0.773、0.652、0.754、0.863,有较高诊断价值,且联合诊断价值最高(P<0.05)。结论:ABE患儿中B/A、听力异常和G/Gr表达水平明显升高,三者单独和联合检测NHB患儿并发ABE均有较高诊断价值,其中三者联合诊断效果最佳。 展开更多

In comparison to ferromagnets,antiferromagnets are believed to have superior advantages for applications in next-generation magnetic storage devices,including fast spin dynamics,vanishing stray fields and robust against external magnetic field,etc.However,unlike ferromagnetic orders,which could be detected through tunneling magnetoresistance effect in magnetic tunnel junctions,the antiferromagnetic order(i.e.,Néel vector)cannot be effectively detected by the similar mechanism due to the spin degeneracy of conventional antiferromagnets.Recently discovered spin-splitting noncollinear antiferromagnets,such as Mn_(3)Pt with momentum-dependent spin polarization due to their special magnetic space group,make it possible to achieve remarkable tunneling magnetoresistance effects in noncollinear antiferromagnetic tunnel junctions.Through first-principles calculations,we demonstrate that the tunneling magnetoresistance ratio can reach more than 800% in Mn_(3)Pt/perovskite oxides/Mn_(3)Pt antiferromagnetic tunnel junctions.We also reveal the switching dynamics of Mn_(3)Pt thin film under magnetic fields using atomistic spin dynamic simulation.Our study provides a reliable method for detecting Néel vector of noncollinear antiferromagnets through the tunnel magnetoresistance effect and may pave its way for potential applications in antiferromagnetic memory devices. 展开更多

Intercalated transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)attract much attention due to their rich properties and potential applications.In this article,we grew successfully high-quality V_(1/3)TaS_(2) crystals by a vapor transport method.We measured the magnetization,longitudinal resistivityρxx(T,H),Hall resistivityρxy(T,H),as well as performed calculations of the electronic band structure.It was found that V_(1/3)TaS_(2) is an A-type antiferromagnet with the Neel temperature T_(N)=6.20 K,and exhibits a negative magnetoresistance(MR)near T_(N).Both band structure calculations and Hall resistivity measurements demonstrated it is a magnetic semimetal. 展开更多

Non-magnetic semiconductor materials and their devices have attracted wide attention since they are usually prone to exhibit large positive magnetoresistance(MR)effect in a low static magnetic field environment at room temperature.However,how to obtain a large room-temperature negative MR effect in them remains to be studied.In this paper,by designing an Au/n-Ge:Sb/Au device with metal electrodes located on identical side,we observe an obvious room-temperature negative MR effect in a specific 50 T pulsed high magnetic field direction environment,but not in a static low magnetic field environment.Through the analysis of the experimental measurement of the Hall effect results and bipolar transport theory,we propose that this unconventional negative MR effect is mainly related to the charge accumulation on the surface of the device under the modulation of the stronger Lorentz force provided by the pulsed high magnetic field.This theoretical analytical model is further confirmed by regulating the geometry size of the device.Our work sheds light on the development of novel magnetic sensing,magnetic logic and other devices based on non-magnetic semiconductors operating in pulsed high magnetic field environment. 展开更多

We report a systematic study on layered metal SrCu_(4-x)P_(2) single crystals via transport, magnetization, thermodynamic measurements and structural characterization. We find that the crystals show large linear magnetoresistance without any sign of saturation with a magnetic field up to 30T. We also observe a phase transition with significant anomalies in resistivity and heat capacity at T_(p)~140 K. Thermal expansion measurement reveals a subtle lattice parameter variation near Tp, i.e.,?L_(c)/L_(c)~0.062%. The structural characterization confines that there is no structure transition below and above T_(p). All these results suggest that the nonmagnetic transition of SrCu_(4-x)P_(2) could be associated with structural distortion. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate systemic immune-inflammation index(SII),neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),and plateletto-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)levels in patients with type 2 diabetes at different stages of diabetic retinopathy(DR).METHODS:This retrospective study included 141 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM):45 without diabetic retinopathy(NDR),47 with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR),and 49 with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Complete blood counts were obtained,and NLR,PLR,and SII were calculated.The study analysed the ability of inflammatory markers to predict DR using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.The relationships between DR stages and SII,PLR,and NLP were assessed using multivariate logistic regression.RESULTS:The average NLR,PLR,and SII were higher in the PDR group than in the NPDR group(P=0.011,0.043,0.009,respectively);higher in the NPDR group than in the NDR group(P<0.001 for all);and higher in the PDR group than in the NDR group(P<0.001 for all).In the ROC curve analysis,the NLR,PLR,and SII were significant predictors of DR(P<0.001 for all).The highest area under the curve(AUC)was for the PLR(0.929 for PLR,0.925 for SII,and 0.821 for NLR).Multivariate regression analysis indicated that NLR,PLR,and SII were statistically significantly positive and independent predictors for the DR stages in patients with DM[odds ratio(OR)=1.122,95%confidence interval(CI):0.200–2.043,P<0.05;OR=0.038,95%CI:0.018–0.058,P<0.05;OR=0.007,95%CI:0.001–0.01,P<0.05,respectively).CONCLUSION:The NLR,PLR,and SII may be used as predictors of DR. 展开更多

Objective Hypertriglyceridemic waist(HW),hypertriglyceridemic waist-to-height ratio(HWHtR),and waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)have been shown to be indicators of cardiometabolic risk factors.However,it is not clear which indicator is more suitable for children and adolescents.We aimed to investigate the relationship between HW,HWHtR,WHR,and cardiovascular risk factors clustering to determine the best screening tools for cardiometabolic risk in children and adolescents.Methods This was a national cross-sectional study.Anthropometric and biochemical variables were assessed in approximately 70,000 participants aged 6–18 years from seven provinces in China.Demographics,physical activity,dietary intake,and family history of chronic diseases were obtained through questionnaires.ANOVA,χ2 and logistic regression analysis was conducted.Results A significant sex difference was observed for HWHtR and WHR,but not for HW phenotype.The risk of cardiometabolic health risk factor clustering with HW phenotype or the HWHtR phenotype was significantly higher than that with the non-HW or non-HWHtR phenotypes among children and adolescents(HW:OR=12.22,95%CI:9.54-15.67;HWHtR:OR=9.70,95%CI:6.93-13.58).Compared with the HW and HWHtR phenotypes,the association between risk of cardiometabolic health risk factors(CHRF)clustering and high WHR was much weaker and not significant(WHR:OR=1.14,95%CI:0.97-1.34).Conclusion Compared with HWHtR and WHR,the HW phenotype is a more convenient indicator with higher applicability to screen children and adolescents for cardiovascular risk factors. 展开更多

We conducted a comprehensive review of existing prediction models pertaining to the efficacy of immune-checkpoint inhibitor(ICI)and the occurrence of immune-related adverse events(irAEs).The predictive potential of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in determining ICI effectiveness has been extensively investigated,while limited research has been conducted on predicting irAEs.Furthermore,the combined model incor-porating NLR and PLR,either with each other or in conjunction with additional markers such as carcinoembryonic antigen,exhibits superior predictive capabilities compared to individual markers alone.NLR and PLR are promising markers for clinical applications.Forthcoming models ought to incorporate established efficacious models and newly identified ones,thereby constituting a multifactor composite model.Furthermore,efforts should be made to explore effective clinical application approaches that enhance the predictive accuracy and efficiency. 展开更多

The effects of the water-cement ratio and the molding temperature on the hydration heat of cement were investigated with semi-adiabatic calorimetry.The specimens were prepared with water-cement ratios of 0.31,0.38,and 0.45,and the molding temperature was specified at 10 and 20℃.The experimental results show that,as the water-binder ratio increases,the value of the second temperature peak on the temperature curve of the cement paste decreases,and the age at which the peak appears is delayed.The higher the water-cement ratio,the higher the hydration heat release in the early period of cement hydration,but this trend reverses in the late period.There are intersection points of the total hydration heat curve of the cement pastes under the influence of the water-cement ratio,and this law can be observed at both molding temperatures.With the increase in the molding temperature,the age of the second temperature peak on the temperature curve of the cement paste will advance,but the temperature peak will decrease.The higher the molding temperature,the earlier the acceleration period of the cement hydration began,and the larger the hydration heat of the cement in the early stage,but the smaller the total heat in the late period.A subsection function calculation model of the hydration heat,which was based on the existing models,was proposed in order to predict the heat of the hydration of the concrete. 展开更多

Objective: To analyze data available in the literature regarding a possible prognostic value of the platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in prostate cancer (PCa) patients stratified in non-metastatic and metastatic diseases.Methods: A literature search process was performed following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. In our meta-analysis, the pooled event rate estimated and the pooled hazard ratio were calculated using a random effect model.Results: Forty-two articles were selected for our analysis. The pooled risk difference for non-organ confined PCa between high and low NLR cases was 0.06 (95% confidence interval [CI]: −0.03-0.15) and between high and low PLR cases increased to 0.30 (95% CI: 0.16-0.43). In non-metastatic PCa cases, the pooled hazard ratio for overall mortality between high and low NLR was 1.33 (95% CI: 0.78-1.88) and between high and low PLR was 1.47 (95% CI: 0.91-2.03), whereas in metastatic PCa cases, between high and low NLR was 1.79 (95% CI: 1.44-2.13) and between high and low PLR was 1.05 (95% CI: 0.87-1.24).Conclusion: The prognostic values of NLR and PLR in terms of PCa characteristics and responses after treatment show a high level of heterogeneity of results among studies. These two ratios can represent the inflammatory and immunity status of the patient related to several conditions. A higher predictive value is related to a high NLR in terms of risk for overall mortality in metastatic PCa cases under systemic treatments. 展开更多

With the expansion and implementation of rural revitalization strategies,there is a constant need for new energy sources for the construction of new townships.Consequently,integrated energy systems with the interconnection and interaction of multiple energy sources are developing rapidly.Biomass energy,a renewable green energy source with low pollution and wide distribution,has significant application potential in integrated energy systems.Considering the application of biomass energy in townships,this study established an integrated biomass energy system and proposed a model to optimize its operation.Lowest economic cost and highest clean energy utilization rate were considered as the objective functions.In addition,a plan was suggested to adjust the heat-electricity ratio based on the characteristics of the combined heat and power of the biomass.Finally,a simulation analysis conducted for a town in China was discussed,demonstrating that the construction of a township integrated-energy system and the use of biomass can significantly reduce operating costs and improve the energy utilization rate.Moreover,by adjusting the heat-electricity ratio,the economic cost was further reduced by 6.70%,whereas the clean energy utilization rate was increased by 5.14%. 展开更多
